on January 15 2022 deputies with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Department in Florida pulled over a Honda Civic for having an expired registration as always the full police report is down in the description and over the outcome of the case at the end of the video this court case is pretty interesting so make sure you stick around where did you stop veganize your tags are expired on your feed wallet in it uh no so I lost my wallet whenever I went to jail okay what'd you go jail for uh domestic violence oh okay okay you don't have a copy of your license on your Paving okay you got anything floorboard and then this one was in a little black bag right here on the floorboard next to it and then you got this little bag with whatever powder that is I'll test that in a minute have you read them uh Miranda yet not yet well prior to they were already allowing me to search their persons hard to detain yeah I'll go ahead and read it now let's say we can separate the two if you want to us calls to search the vehicle all right and the center console next to where you two were sitting I found a bag with some white powder in it and then there's two meth pipes at your feet and the passenger seat yeah you like the Landscaping get the rest of my money he owed me and then I was coming here to get my bags from my friend Carissa and I'm staying over there by Whataburger okay I'm staying with my friend like she just got out of jail last night because I have nowhere to go I was in Destin okay so you don't you don't do any of that stuff you don't use any of it a half ago do you have history of using it yes sir just weed just I did 11 months probation when I was 16 years old okay do you understand what constructive possession is means if it's in the area that you were sitting in you have reasonable access to it and you could potentially catch the charge which granted if that's her vehicle she's responsible for what's in her vehicle but if she denies it too then you could potentially both be charged that's good so I'm just letting you know all right so I understand thank you what's your name I'm sorry Haven come talk to me that's your core I'm good you want to talk to me about the two meth fights that I found in the bag of powder that I found in your vehicle I'm not the only one that drives that car and I'm not getting this trailer today but I know that I'm you're responsible for what's in your car so whenever I test that whatever it tends to be if it's a you know I'm willing to bet it's either meth or cocaine you have a history of using why would it be in your car then you guys said I might be able to replace that vehicle well you should probably start watching who you let people get in your car then because I mean potentially if you're saying it's not yours and she's saying it's not hers and it's with a reasonable reasonable access to both of you can technically both of you all can go to jail tonight so you don't know nothing about it okay let me stand back up there this is crazy knowing all this like what's crazy about it like getting a ride and like all this you know like trying to just like stay good stay out of jail and [ __ ] get a ride and knowing all this in the garden [ __ ] it's like what the [ __ ] how long have you guys known each other I've known her for like three months like just because my friend's neighborhood that was it it was our neighbor I got my charge at her house like on her properties where I hit my boyfriend and that's my domestic branch and then my monitor died on them bonds so they would go to me and then I had to do two months gotcha where the dog comes from it's random Miranda yes they want to talk uh they both spoke with Bonner okay what do you write them on you were speaking now what knowing your people did he ever come over here in Santa Rosa County or is he just from Escambia he was actually in there for like four days and then Dylan alberga you probably know sounds familiar yeah I'm better with faces than I am with names obviously I'm talking to the cops like an ACR whenever I was getting released because about your loss and all them together like what's his name was to do and they were like no way because he had his hands and everything just he did like a year and six months there before what you think I think that there's meth that's what I got oh a little mixture of both a little you gonna tell my partner how are you gonna tell my partner that you and then you're gonna tell me that you don't use I'm not gonna stand here and judge you because you use I mean if you're a user you're a user what I am going to judge you for is whether or not you lie to me huh well if you're embarrassed then quit quit giving yourself a reason to be embarrassed well you're not trying very hard you want to try one more time about telling me about that the powder and stuff are you going to continue to act like you don't know about it I I know that I'm responsible for what's in it and I couldn't I didn't go to the club before I come in here all right well you going to jail for it tested positive for meth and Fentanyl what Fentanyl the entire time when I was standing by them um Davenport was the one that started to break down and be nervous okay uh the other one just kind of seems and I'm gonna go talk to them and that's something I've been stepped up inside them are they not answering here's the deal okay I already searched you obviously there are some places where I can't reach if you have anything stashed away inside you this is your last opportunity otherwise you're going to catch an additional fennel Lake felony charge up at the jail if you have something if you have something on your person that I couldn't get to or couldn't find you have anything on you there should be a list of another bag another bag in there and if not then it's in my wallet in the car it was in my wallet it was really in there okay there we go is that it yes ma'am can you pop it January 15th 2022 in Savannah the passenger got charged with two felonies one for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and another possession of drug equipment on January 19th she was able to post 8 500 Bond and get out of jail but then on January 27th and February 1st she tested positive for methamphetamine on February 10th they issued an arrest warrant for violation of her pre-trial release agreement and she was arrested the same day the next day she came to a plea agreement where she would plead no contest meaning she wouldn't fight the charges and the judge would allow her to do a pre-trial diversion program this means she had to file certain rules and take classes on substance abuse and if all goes according to plan the charges will be dropped and removed from a record if she doesn't follow through with an agreement however she faces five years in prison for the drug possession and one year in prison for the equipment possession along with the six thousand dollar fine in August the prosecutor notified the court that she had failed to do any of the drug diversion program and she had not paid any court costs instead of issuing a warrant and arresting her they issued her a notice to appear in court and between August and November she get two court appearances where she made it then in November 20th she failed to appear in a court appearance where she was supposed to pay a fine it looks like she was arrested for her failure to appear on December 20th 2022 and also came to a plea agreement and settled the case since that was only two days before I'm uploading this video I can't see the details of this agreement I'll update the description once I find out since I found drugs on the passenger the driver was just given two traffic tickets one for driving on a suspended or revoked license and one for not having proof of insurance she ended up not paying these tickets so the court sent a notice to appear and suspended her
