a New Year's 2022 officers of the Pensacola Police Department in Florida pulled over a car for having an expired registration the initial officer did not have a body cam but she was told by the driver that he did not have a driver's license and dispatch couldn't find a person associated with the name he gave as always the full police report will be down in the description and I'll go over the I took probation like a dumbass it was something stupid uh no I it was it wasn't violated probation that it was freaking violated PTR what did you do check in who's on the cover thing because this happened in 2019 is when my case originally happened okay I just got sent it four months ago God to what uh what's that what'd you get sensed to probably three years outdoor General water oh right here what happens you can wait you can wait man all right here what do I do 77 buddy all right I'm so pretty right now I'm really cute I repeat myself you can hold off some of that all right [ __ ] out of here apparently you just violated information for what tell me you got a warrant for it for violation foreign so I know you said you bother your pre-trial so what did you buy the information on yeah violated probation for not checking in but I had I had a brother you told me preacher free trials and I said I have violated probation for just and I checked in but I had probably paperwork okay have you ever been in jail for anything other than almost that AG assault man uh suspended anything else are you habitual no I'd be a habitual stuff guy dropped because I wasn't habitual so you're not habitual right now no have you ever been in jail for anything ma'am like like teen years ago got anything else um trespassing one time um I had a house I lived at um when we got after we got evicted like I had stress the house and it's not story um and then uh like uh what is it Teddy's theft I also got a pair of Canadian charger so it was for what was paraphernalia empty bags empty bags yeah what type of residue all right man you guys about five years ago very much what'd you do in the Army I was uh crew G5 okay what are you doing this round nothing man there's something bad for it my back go and stuff I had a hard time yeah I get it man there's so there's there's other avenues yeah that is a hell of a drug yeah no [ __ ] um now please come straight back over here please that's not also going to put you through an x-ray machine there's something hidden on you that I have missed let us know so we can get it now if you don't tell us and they find it at the jail it's an introduction to a secure facility charge this is a third degree felony yeah plus whatever it is that you may have hit an octopus and it's absolutely nothing hidden on me okay hey man real quick just because I don't yeah I want to make sure your rights are protecting all that man that's okay let me read your eyes quick man and then we'll speak all right buddy you're right you mean silent and then you say you can use against you in court at any time until you speak the word understanding rights yeah not I've not heard it's not the backpack it's in a bag and for your pills not my pills they're not hers though I knew they were in there that sucks but here huh any methamphetamine no that was the last song uh two days two days ago okay do you do any type of drugs ma'am have you ever done drugs yeah so can you run this or ask him to see if he knows who that is it was in the back done with this walker yeah hey who's the owner of the car Sheena long who's Don blocker I have no idea um it was in the car there's some security guard in the car you don't know who she is okay he said he has no idea where was it at home judgment so he initially when I told my daughter on the car he may actually spontaneous utterance that there was weed in the car and then whenever you were searching car he said hold on there's something in the backpack so that's all around his rights he said he understood his rights he said that there were Xanax pills in the bag and they were in a bag inside the backpack he said the pills are not his but he knew they were in there uh he I think he initially stated the backpack wasn't his and then he said no no the backpack is Mom and the weed is mine the pills aren't mine oh yeah that's a lot of zombies that may be around I forget what the traffic is what's up so how do you know Jeffrey I don't really think I'm friends with my friends who I'm staying with a friend of a friend so how'd y'all get up tonight then he's staying at this time oh so we all just like head of the store something headed back or yeah ah so he keeps this car where you're staying at no no this car um I guess it doesn't belonging and I know that yeah that's where he's working on it right now at the same house that you're staying at yeah okay he's gonna let her take the car is this the the weed and the pills all right I'll go turn them for you pull it out like either just like old cigarettes what you don't see you see it yeah I'll take this you got any bags on the back therefore yeah purple it's marijuana it's marijuana Jeff was initially charged with three felonies one for operating a vehicle with a suspended license as a habitual offender meaning he's done it a bunch one for possession of controlled substances and one for a possession of marijuana over 20 grams that's how that became a felony now this happened in January 1st 2022 and it looks like he was able to post bail shortly after that but it wasn't until November so last month that he pled guilty to driving with a suspended license in marijuana possession and played no contest to the drug possession he was just sentenced on December 1st and unfortunately it doesn't look like it's been processed or something because I have not been given access to it I'll try to update the description of this video once I get access to see what his sentence is now if you enjoyed this video please consider
