What's good everybody? Welcome back to SNK. Welcome to SNK Unlimited. We back with another video. Shout out to EW Body Cam for this video. U we saw the title and we said we got to jump on this. So, let's get into it. 2nd, 2024, at approximately 12:21 p.m. the Miami Police Department received a report of an armed suspect walking eastbound on the Venetian Causeway. This 2 and a half mile bridge connects Miami to Miami Beach. In response to the report, officers from both precincts quickly approached the bridge from opposite ends. Unbeknownst to them, their simultaneous arrival will lead to an impending disaster. The following report is based on official police records, and most of the footage has never been seen before. Let's go. On a sunny afternoon in the bustling seaside community, officer Shinakqua Stringer responds to a 911 call and quickly identifies a suspicious individual who may be armed with a small handgun. The man will later be identified as Crisal Garcia. According to the official narrative released by the state attorney's office, witnesses directly behind Officer Stringer observe Crisal reaching into his right pocket and pulling out an unidentified object. Officer Stringer has only seconds to react as she decisively springs into action. However, she's unaware that a crisis is quickly approaching. Officer Stringer advances toward the suspect alone, holding her firearm in her right hand pointed in the direction of Crisal Garcia. When Crisabal didn't comply with her commands, Officer Stringer grabbed Crisal Garcia with her left hand while continuing to hold her firearm in her right hand while Officer Fabio Balanos approached from the opposite end of the causeway. 11:25 on arrival. Get off the ground now. Stop. Stop. Stop. Officer Stringer's firearm was resting on Crisal Garcia's upper back and pointed in the direction of arriving Officer Balanos. A muffled gunshot echoes along the causeway as a bullet from Officer Stringer's weapon strikes officer Balanos, who struggles frantically to regain control of the dangerous situation. Why' you do that? 11:42. It's a [ __ ] I got nobody's doing that. Oh, you still you hurt yourself. He's bleeding a lot. Stop. Get away in my pocket. I'm a cop. Stop. I'm an old cop. Put your hand. Hey, the blood's dripping on me. Please put your hand behind your back now. Put your hand behind your back. Hurry up cuz I need to turn again. I know. Crisal Garcia's claim of being a former police officer could not be verified. However, while he struggles with police officers, witnesses parked directly behind Officer Stringer's patrol vehicle captured the events on their cell phones. He's bleeding. How do you see him bleeding? I think I see him bleeding. He shot the police. Someone shot the police officer on the leg. Holy [ __ ] As both officers urgently struggle to subdue Crystal Ball, it's clear that officer Bologanos requires immediate medical attention. Okay. So, I'm hearing it and I and I'm seeing it. Mhm. So, they're trying to say when she had a gun like this. Mhm. Like when he came it just went off. Like what are they trying to say? Like the gun went off. The way that they said they said had the gun like on the back of the officer. That doesn't sound right. How your leg get shot if the guns pointed at the back of you? I don't know. So she had So she had the man down and I guess her gun was down. Yeah. It was like on maybe on the back of the other the other man. Suspect. Suspect. Yeah. And he he grabbed him. I guess it went off or something. Yeah, I guess so. That's crazy, man. I feel like she handled this wrong from the beginning. Oh, you see that? Like you run up on a suspect by yourself. Yeah. For one. Yeah. Like you're you're What happened to just calling him say, "Hey, excuse me, sir." or something like Yeah. or put your hand like you Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know where that sound just came. I don't know. I But I thought that was just weird. And yeah, she came she came charging at him. You trying to get the suspect who I mean, even though he had a weapon, he's no immediate danger. You just shot your partner. [ __ ] all that. Yeah. Help the dude. Yeah, I know what you're saying. Yeah. With each passing second, disaster inches closer as his blood slowly spreads along the sidewalk. Oh, I'm not forcing you. 11:35. I've been shot in the left calf. I didn't do nothing. Your hand, my I'm sorry. Let it go. I didn't do nothing. Let it go. Hey, put a put a put a tourniquet on my leg. Put a tourniquet on my leg. I got you. Hey, grab him. Grab him. Grab him. Grab him. Let's go. Let's go. More assistance arrives as Officer Stringer drags Crystal Ball away from Officer Balanos. However, as the situation rapidly escalates, they're about to encounter an unexpected complication. We got everybody coming west. Hey, you need another tourniquet. What do you need? What do you need? What do you need? I got you. I got you. Get the road open for rescue. Work on the road so we can get rescue in and out. Because of the heavy traffic on the Venetian causeway, which has narrow two-lane bridges and a toll plaza, it will be a monumental task to quickly get emergency services in and out of the area. Oh, wow. [Music] police officers. As officers work to apply tourniquets to officer Balanos in a desperate attempt to save him, Officer Stringer takes a step back, overwhelmed by the emotional impact of the situation. Even if they succeed in saving Officer Balanos's life, the consequences of shooting a fellow police officer could be severe. Wow. Despite the logistical issue of getting an ambulance to the scene, one of the officers is about to propose a simple solution that could potentially save officer Balanos's life. Sir, where do you want it? Where do you want it? Right here. We got one on them already. Clear the road. Put two. Help me out. Help me out. We got to wait for Open the door. Open the door. Open the door. Let's go. [Music] Somebody grab my phone and take it to me. Since he's already lost a significant amount of blood, the officer's swift improvisation will undoubtedly give officer Balanos a better chance of survival. However, due to the urgent demand for a cell phone, it's evident that he has a different concern on his mind. Hey, can I borrow your phone so I can call my wife? I'm going to be all right. Hello. Hello. Hey, I'm okay. Okay. I got shot in the leg. I'm okay though. They're taking me to rider trauma right now, but I'm okay. Okay. The leg. All right. Just uh see if you can get somebody to help you with the kids because I'm sure they'll be calling you. Okay. I just wanted to call you myself. Okay. It's fine. All right. Welcome. I'll tell you last words. Okay. I'm okay though. All right. Babe, I love you. Okay. Bye. Someone has to take the Miami. Got pause right there. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, that right there was a touching moment, man. I put myself I put myself out there, man. You know, like we always have our little views about cops on certain things, but they out there putting their life on the line. Oh, yeah. And just that that instantly that happened. And he said, "Man, I had to call you let you know I love you." Cuz I think about that was me. Yes. I'm calling you, baby. I'm being I'm being pow pile. And man, that that's that's a touching moment right there, man. Like I I know I know what he feel. That's the first thing I'll do, too. Give me the phone. That's your biggest fear, I think, as a police officer is, are you going to come back home at night? Right. Regardless of whether or not you're a bad or a good police officer, that's always going to be your fears. You're going to come back home. Are you going to come home at night? Yep. Yeah. That was a little moment right there. Well, hold on. Yeah. Let me get to the police officer. Mhm. You ain't apologizing. Talking about talking about the woman. You ain't come to check on dude. I would have been like, "Oh my god, I'm so sorry." Like, I don't know. I don't know what's the nature of police officers. I guess they don't want to say things too much verbally to get themselves in trouble. Yeah. But I'm not going to act so nonchalant like you over there. Yeah. Like I was I know you're distraught, but Yeah. I was about to say that. Have some real emotion towards somebody else. Put your feelings aside and say, "Oh my god." Like help. Yeah. She wasn't doing anything. I know. I know the situation was so crazy that she probably couldn't get her emotions together to help, but I would have just at least try to help the man. Yeah, I know what you're saying. Yeah, she was Well, it was like she was in I got to get the suspect down. Got to keep the suspect right after that. But after that, yeah, I was saying that myself. I say I said she was like just distraught that she was blowing. I'm like, I guess we different. Mhm. We we talking from a a civilian side. So in my mind I'm like you all right this me the human side. I'm sorry. I would have been panicking more. So yeah I agree what you're saying on that end but I guess they train that way. I don't know. Yeah. I think they are like they have to consider whether they're going to be charged. They have to consider whether or not you know you have to justify everything as a police officer that you do. Yeah. So whether you done something against another police officer, not you're going to be scrutinized, right? So I guess she didn't want to say too much or even she's probably not even thinking about that. She's probably just frantic as hell like, "Oh [ __ ] I shot some. Oh lord." Yeah. So I I was just saying like it's crazy that she didn't help though. But I can understand her mind's probably just not even there. Like she probably in shock. Maybe this the first time her gun ever went off, right? You know that's true. But I was thinking like he was thinking too. Yeah, I agree with you. Yeah. The driver is racing officer Bologanos to the Ryder Trauma Center, but the distance from the incident to the hospital is just over 3 miles, which can take up to 12 minutes. Time is clearly a critical factor, but every bump in the road causes excruciating pain. All right. What's your name, bro? Fabio, my name. Fabio. Fabio, you're good, bro. Yeah, bro. It's just God damn it. You're good, man. You're good. You're going to be all right. That hurts. You're good, man. You're good. I will be cry. Even though the officer makes the usual 12minute drive in under 6 minutes, they're about to face yet another unexpected obstacle. Hey, bro. Yeah, we're arrival. All right. Let's go. Open up. Let's go. Let's go. Thanks to the quick thinking and improvisation of the police officers, the medical staff at the Ryder Trauma Center was able to stabilize Officer Bologanos. However, as police reports and eyewitness footage emerge, this case is poised to take a shocking twist. Crisal Garcia did not have a firearm of any kind on his person. The item reported to possibly be a small revolver or firearm was in fact a metallic lighter. The Florida State Attorney's Office issued a statement regarding the shooting incident in a report released on January 14th, 2025. An assistant state attorney, detectives, and an internal affairs sergeant conducted an investigation, concluding that the evidence available was insufficient to support any criminal charges against officer Shinakqua Stringer for the potentially deadly accidental discharge. We reached out to the Miami Dade State Attorney's Office who confirmed that Crisal Garcia wasn't charged with any crimes in connection with this incident. He was later determined to be a reported missing person out of Collier County, Florida, but we're not able to confirm whether he was reunited with family after this incident. Sucker your damn wheel. That is crazy. And I it's a question I want to ask though. I I don't know why I think like this, but I wonder do the officer hold something against her. I I wonder I wanted the lady that he said like he mad at her or he he like, damn, it ain't it really was no situation here and I got shot in the leg or he just say, you know, hey, I'm I'mma chuck this up. It'll be all right. Yeah, accidents happen. Yeah, we're all human. But um I think she needs some training, some better training. Now, she could be she could have been on on um how do you call it? What? I don't know why my my brain I'm not dumb. It's just whenever we mash record everything just go. We'll be sitting here by oursel and just talk like all day. Then we hit that record button. We just like uh uh the ding uh how you spell us what it is. I don't know what it is about the camera man. It just like it makes you shy. Yeah. Especially then then you got to deal with YouTube's policy. So we can't say certain words and certain things and we we raw in here. You know what I'm saying? So in our mind it's like you got to what you say now. Yeah. Yeah. But that's what it is is like me trying to keep myself in check. Yeah. Yeah. That's what it is. Cuz we we real on the side. But I I I'm just going to say this much on she probably been on the force for years. Force. Yeah. She probably been on the force for years, but she just had a a moment and I'm I'm gonna say something. You know, I'm real now. Y'all women do are emotional. We We are. Y'all dealing emotions. You know what I'm saying? Well, when a male caught would have handled it probably a little more different. Yeah. Yeah. She She probably had a bad day or was feeling certain kind of way. Put it down. Put it down. You know, not I think she just wanted to kind of like hurry. He's He's um going to the beach area. Yeah. They probably have a issue with a lot of homeless near the beach. So when somebody's going to a populated area, she probably just panic like, "Oh god, he got a gun." Going to a certain area. And she probably just want to try to deescalate the situation quickly. But running up like that, if he did have a weapon, the way he she, you know, they when they showed it again, I don't know if you want to show it, but the way that they showed how she ran up on him, if he had a weapon, she could have gotten herself shot, right? He could have turned around real quick. Yeah. Yeah. And did something. I don't know where it at, but Yeah. Yeah. Watch how she runs up on him. Yeah. Let me see where they show it. Yeah, there she go. Look how quickly he turned around. That could have been something in she would have been gone that quick. That quick. She needs some some training, some different training on how to handle approaching uh suspect. Yeah, suspect. Yeah, there you go. I'm telling you, man. We got our words mixed up, man. Yeah, but that's all I have to say. That's all I really got to say about the situation, too. You know what? I said this in another video.
