someone possibly breaking into her back window says it occurred around 4:00 a.m. this morning but she is now calling us she says that they tried to pry open her door or to her to her window so we're going to go talk to her and see exactly what's going on it says here that she's also had two other um two other burglary attempts since or previous burglaries which were all last month and one was a week ago hello Sheriff's Office I'm Deputy Wills I like your I like your gate okay so what's going on today this is the third time third time yeah I saw I guess on July 11th and uh June 24th okay I guess they try to the first time they went for the front the they came over here the get is all open and the time is I think it's over look that when they tried to pry yes okay do you know if they made entry uh they tried okay so what happened today so this one over there happened yes okay and then the other two the gate one you said they cut the gate that was in June I believe and then you said that one was from July no that's for right now oh okay so do you have any cameras or anything no they stole my cameras did they when did they steal them the first time I think when I got here it was June something mhm okay and then the other two times did uh the previous times that they the first time they took fringer points the second time they didn't do the report okay cuz they were the machines right here they were not mine oh the machine there was machine they not mine so okay they didn't do a report okay and then this and this time the je made a no noise my daughter woke up turned out the light and I think they ran okay what time was this at like around 5:36 about 5:36 o00 okay did she tell you when this occurred yeah she told me okay when it occurred not in that moment cuz I think she was like trying to wake up something oh okay and then that's when you guys came out and saw it like that okay you said that shed as well yes this open it's open okay I'll go check your shed real quick um once I clear it you want me to uh you want to come over here and see if you are missing anything well there's nothing right here cuz they took everything already oh the last time okay okay I'll go check your shed make sure no one's in there see if I can get fingerprints too as well okay Sheriff's Office night County Sheriff's Office sound off if you're in here looks clear it looks clear judging by all the spider webs none of the spider webs appear to be disturbed so doesn't look like anyone actually came in here um I don't see any signs of actual primy marks or anything on here it looks like we're the on who disturb that I don't see any Prim marks on here it's just unlocked actually let's see pre if they did previously then yeah but I'll go ask her probably right now what I'm going to do I'm going to go ask her as far as like if her door was always like this or if that was from previous times as well all right so I checked the shed um the good thing is all the spider web's in there none of it looks appeared to be disturbed or anything like that so those are all intact so no one actually went in there okay um I can't confirm whether or not someone opened the door or not it was unlocked yeah it was unlocked yeah was it always unlocked yes okay so I can't confirm cuz I know there's spiderwebs on the door as well okay cuz those were like when I opened it obviously to clear it um no one was in there and I can't confirm where whether or not so I looked for fingerprints so this is what I got the only thing I have is code for so when I checked it like I looked up on the uh fingerprints and stuff I couldn't find any actual ones they're um if anything there was one that's like this but I'm not sure if that's was it you guys or no you haven't touched a window no okay okay um and it's just more like one of those so it's not really a good fingerprint itself like as if we were to go like that the first they got finger person so it must be the same person same person okay yeah because um the first time they came in they took all my my um papers oh they came inside the house yes and they got fingerprints okay and I haven't see or they haven't say nothing about it okay so it must be the same person that did it all right so right now what I'm going to do is I'm going to email our Deputy who responded to the first original incident um because I see in the details and what she told me is that they found fingerprints so I'm going to email that deputy and see exactly if they were able to actually pull um anything from those fingerprints and right now what I'm doing as well is I am giving her the cad number which is basically just documentation showing that hey um I responded today this is what happened and I'm going to put all those details in the call for in the um in the call unfortunately she doesn't have any cameras or any um um any dogs or anything and we talked to her neighbor who stated that they didn't see anything they just heard something around 5:00 so we'll put all that in the details so that way it's all documented just in case I've had a later date we do in fact find out who is doing this and we can link him with majority of these uh burglaries that are happening with her residents all right so we're in route to a shoplifting at the Walmart basically it's saying uh female um white female adult black hair black short sleeve shorts and denim shorts uh apparently tried to shoplift at Walmart they got the merchandise back and she's carrying a black purse so right now she's in the Alberton parking lot and they want her trespassed if we make contact with her so we'll go see exactly what her side of the story is and why she shop lifting at Walmart there she is 17 out with her my birthday I gave her the stuff back it's your birthday yes please don't oh my God this is really on this please don't tell to put this on camera so the thing is because of the fact that we're in public they can legally record so they can illegally record because we're in public okay well I gave everything back can I please just go on with my dat this it's my birthday it's your birthday your shoplifting on your birthday it's the struggle's real right now I get you it happens all right no guns knives grenades nothing crazy like that on you no all right cool if I search your purse real quick yeah I have my dress in Building located at 300 South Highway 160 you're refus to leave and or subsequent return after being duly warned will subject you to immediate arrest for trespassing all right that being said Rebecca your trespass from that Walmart that being said also I recommend if you're going to walk to Albertson or you're going to walk to the doties don't walk through Walmart don't even go on their property okay that means that little area the little sidewalk in front of Walmart that's still their property all right what about their parking lot parking lot that's a gray area because like what if I just go to get in my car and leave you know if you park in Walmart parking lot yeah I'd recommend parking no what if it's already there right now yeah so you have to go there to get your car right all right well you can do that do that and just leave I will never go back there yeah you can do that just I just I don't know as far as the parking lot that's like that whole gray area cuz they say typically it's open to the public but then it's also technically Walmart's parking lot yeah I get that so you can go right now I will give you approval to go there and get your car and never come back to that Walmart ever ever again that being said Walmart also likes you trespassed from all other Walmarts that includes Vegas and all that other stuff all right cuz they all use the same database so she's taking Red Bull so I don't know um Walmart doesn't want to press charges they just want her trustpass so she's trespassed from the Walmart and if she comes back she'll either be sided or she'll go to jail recording so we're on route to the Hamilton address again involving the Russians the uh reporting party is now stating one of the Russian males is outside with a firearm and that he's and then when he was leaving because I came up with my voice he reached out to something which we didn't see because we went inside okay but he reached for something on his what was he wearing he was wearing the blue I don't know if he was a blue shorts or I got prepared because yeah no I get you I don't know if or or boers were blue so this turned into um a cluster of issues so we were out here earlier for the uh medical SL battery call um during that the reporting party was actually locked inside the residence um by one of the individuals she didn't want to press charges earlier um however this new incident uh the male went onto her property and made some threats um so she is now wishing to pursue charges um in reference to this incident no firearm was located that you know that we came across um both males that we pulled out of the residence neither one of them had a firearm um we took you know both males were detained the first male he decided he was going to fight our deputies um he spit on a few of them punching kicking um a whole slew of things so he's going to jail for um resisting battery by prisoner uh you know and a slew of other charges in relation to the the batteries against uh both other individuals at the property so we're out to the hospital right now just to make sure that the m is Code 4 and if there is anything severely wrong with them we can go ahead and get that added to our case as well um another thing the original call for service we had earlier the older male was spray painted all over his face and his chest he claimed it was uh nobody however the reporting party while she was inside the residence said that uh Maxim told her he did it to him um in an attempt to in her words kill him um so we're going to go see if any of that is taking a toll on a Mr Andre's Health um if it is and he does have anything in his system or anything in relation to you know harming him from the spray paint it's an additional charge as well so once we get down there and figure it out we can add that if need be [Music] I [Music]
