Did you call? >> Yeah. >> What's going on? >> Huh? >> What's going on? >> Um, my boyfriend put his hands around my neck. Scared absolute [ __ ] out of me. I literally pissed my [ __ ] girlfriend. >> Where is he at? >> I think he's still in the apartment. >> Which apartment? >> Not at this building, but there's another orange building that's smaller next to it. It's apartment 3. The door code is 7469 6974 or 746. I can't think right now even. I'm so sorry. 7469. And it's the first apartment still left. Apartment three. Okay. What? So, walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk walk us through today what happened? >> Uh he works overnight. So last night my neighbor was having a fight with her boyfriend and she was in the hallway the community hallway that goes to our apartments and she was just you know sitting there drinking and crying. So, I'm a human. And I woke up and I heard her, went out there, and I started drinking with her, talking to her, and basically my boyfriend gave me an ultramatium a couple weeks ago telling me if I drank ever again, we're done. Totally cool, but I'm a human, right? So, I went out there and I I hung out with her and I drank with her. But when I woke up this morning, he smelled it on my breath and he was really mad and he threw a bag of sugar in the back of my head and I cleaned it. But I forgot even all about that when I was calling dispatch or whatever cuz I felt the sugar in the back of my hair. Um, and we just started fighting and it escalated to the point to where he started disconnecting his computer and I had my TV set up right in front of my bed. He pushed the TV onto the bed and I pushed it back onto the file cabinet and the dresser and he pushed me off the bed and put his hands around my neck and like you're said go ahead do it injuries here. >> I'm sorry. >> Do you have any injuries to your neck? >> No, except for the fact that my pride is hurt. This has been happening for years. >> I'm sorry. >> I think he's still in the apartment. I believe I haven't been back. I ran. I I I went upstairs to one of my friends house. >> Okay. >> I'm literally still wearing pants I peed in because I I can't even go. I'm scared. >> What do you think he's going to say when we talk to him? >> He's going to tell you exactly what happened. He's not a horrible person. He's not. But you can't keep putting your hands on me. You can't keep hitting me. And you can't keep throwing things at me. >> That's not okay. I have to separate myself. And this is one of the things I have to do to do that. There you go. >> My apartment >> here. >> And we both on the lease. >> Yes. >> What's the relationship? >> We've been together for 10 years. >> You've been living here for how long? >> 8 years almost exactly. >> Did anybody else see this right here? Right. >> Everybody in that apartment building. Uh the handyman is in apartment five. He heard everything he said before I came upstairs. Uh cuz we're pretty good friends. Um, he calmed me down. Um, he said before I came upstairs, he was about to come downstairs cuz he could hear everything that I was saying. >> Still smelling a lot of alcohol coming off standing 5 ft away from me. >> I didn't drink anything though this morning. >> No, that was cuz she woke me up at 3:00 in the morning and I was sitting there drinking with her and I just went right to bed and this is what I woke up to. I haven't had any water, anything. I've been throwing up, panic mode, 100%. >> What is your name? Sarah Darit, >> have you been here before? >> You have. >> Before >> me, he called the cops on me. I came home drunk one time and he said he didn't know what to do. >> What happened? >> Uh, you guys took me to the hospital for 3 hours and then I came back home. >> Is this under ament hack? >> I'm sorry. >> Was this underagement hack? >> I don't really know what it was. Um, I did get all of my belonging except for my driver's license back, but I don't drive cuz I work right around the corner. I don't I live and work right around here. >> Your license is expired as well. >> Well, it's a good thing that I don't have it then. >> So, you're in apartment 3? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Why don't you stay out here for a minute so we can go talk to him and see what >> Not a problem. I did ask one of my friends if I could come over and get water. >> What building you said is not this building, but the building. >> So, if when you walk this way, you'll see a smaller orange building. It's that one. >> Okay. Apartment number three. >> Yeah. It's going to be um when you walk in the hallway, it's going to be the first door on the left. >> Okay. Don't disappear cuz we want to come right back out and see you. almost. Sarasota Please. How you doing? You back out. >> You leaving? >> What happened? >> She's just drunk, man. I'm an overnight worker. I work 12, 15 hour shifts. I come home to piss some [ __ ] over the floor bed, as embarrassing as it is. And I was like, "What's happening?" She woke up and snapped started opening doors door calling neighbors. I'm like, "What is going on right now? This is like third time you know." Like >> she she told us, you know, last night she was commenting a friend and she drank. Didn't show. She was like, "I guess that's a problem. >> It's it's constant." Yeah. Okay. >> Can't handle the alcohol. >> And then what happened this morning when she came too? She's still drunk. Well, she was before she left 2 hours ago. >> Anything physical happened? >> Yeah, we both kind of hit each other. >> What do you mean? Tell me what Tell me what that means. >> She threw some [ __ ] I threw some a bag of sugar and she hit me on the head as I was putting away my PC and I just smacked her. She left afterward. It's just stupid. >> You have any injuries? We're out of apartment right now. >> No, I'm fine. >> Okay. And how did you smack her? >> Huh? >> How did you smack her? What do you mean you smacked her? >> I smacked her across the middle. She kept, you know, drunk talking about my mom and all kinds of dumb she look at. Do you think that was a good idea? >> No, definitely not. Stupid. That is a crime. You You throw a bag of sugar at her which set her off. Now she was going off. What she said? Yeah. Now, this isn't your first time with this girl having problems. >> I know some stuff happened here in April. >> Yeah. >> So, there's your family close by. >> Virginia. >> Virginia. >> Yeah. >> What's your first name? >> Eddie. >> Eddie. Eddie, come tomorrow. >> We got to take you in. Eddie, that way for me. Like, can I just put on some reg? You guys didn't come in if I just put on some regular shorts. >> No, you're good. You're good. You're good. Just put your hands behind you. I appreciate your cander. >> But this girl has got you going upside down and you can't put your hands on her as a resolution. >> Yeah. >> You know what I'm saying? >> Because now she wins. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You know how it's sometimes somebody with that type of toxicity, you just kind of have to remove yourself >> as fast as you can before I understand. >> Yeah. No, I have no pockets there. >> Your frustration with her. >> I have no pockets. I promise you going to appreciate that a lot. >> Yeah. >> Do you have a phone or wallet or anything like that that you need us to get? >> Please. >> Okay. Where is it? I don't want to am I going to go through all your stuff? It's literally right in want to send in the house. >> Okay. Where's your wallet at? >> It's uh it like I was explaining to him, it's like a like a business card holder. >> It should be right next to it in next to the couch where you found that >> or in the kitchen. There's a purple bag hanging on the wall for my lunch bag for work. >> It'll be in the middle pocket. >> Okay, I'll run and grab that real quick. Okay, >> I'm going get I'll get a bag. and I will get all of her domestic paperwork for you. >> Huh? Ask those three questions. >> Yeah. Let me uh let me see if I can get that wallet for you real quick. Please. phone, wallet, bait. >> Excellent. >> Cool. No, I'll get all this stuff taken care of with her. Appreciate it, man.
