If you are on private property, that means property that is privately owned that you are not the owner of and is not public property does not mean you're entitled to be there. You have no right to be there, especially after hours when everything is closed. So if I or any of my fellow security guards, officers, patrol out there in the world come to you and ask you to leave. Just because you doing Door Dash, Uber, eating your food, or not doing nothing doesn't mean you can be there. you on private property, you're trespassing.
