on June 15th 2022 a rine County
Sheriff's deputy was monitoring traffic
when they observed a vehicle traveling
at a high rate of speed in rine
Wisconsin the depuy's laser unit
displayed a speed of 43 mph in a posted
30 mph Zone we're going to be at the
Mobile gas station off of spring in
oand the driver was identified as
31-year-old Kelly zaminsky and the
passenger as 30 7-year-old Joshua
zaminsky upon approaching the vehicle
the deputy noticed four children in the
back seat when the vehicle only had
three seat bels in the
back what does that play come back

extensive criminal record but they are
mainly known for their involvement in

the riots as well as is Joshua firing a
gunshot in the air the side windows

stopped him I didn't even approach the
car he's hanging out the window why' you
stop us it was a case we got the
information from she can't drive with
all four kids in the car like that so I
guess she can't go anywhere

tinting operating under suspension of
registration and violating ation of
child safety restraint second offense
Joshua was also cited for violation of
child safety restraint second
offense okay so couple things here um
you got your um Citation for the
violation of child safety restraint
which looking through your history is is
a second Offense for you so you got one
for that um youer got the other one for
this second child um so you got a
citation as well okay and then um your
registration is suspended due to an un
due to two unpaid parking tickets in the
city of Ren so you got a citation for
that how is my registration suspended
when I just registered the car like a
week ago I don't know you'll have to
work that out with rine it just says
it's suspended due to unpa tell him to
pay his [ __ ] [ __ ] cuz I ain't
doing it and then you got another one
for excessive rear window tinting cuz 4%
my law is 35% of this and I se you
needed said

you about 2 months later they were both
charged with numerous felonies for
allegedly attempting to rob a kosan man
