My foot slipped from a break to gas and >> Okay. Did you not feel it initially or you just so fast or >> I I tried to go back to break and it was already going too fast. >> Okay. Is there anything in the vehicle about any drugs, alcohol? Knives, guns. >> Uh, there's a whole bunch of knives. I have a cup holder of knives. Cup holder of >> random. >> Oh, are you okay? >> Okay. Um, do you have any knives on you? >> Don't reach. Don't reach. Just let me know. >> No, I'm just checking. That's all. I I'm not going to reach. >> No. >> Okay. I have wallet, earbuds. >> You take off your sunglasses, buddy. >> They're not sunglasses. These are my individual glasses. They just change. Do you have anything in your pockets? Can I patch you down? Make sure you got no pocket weapons in there. Is that okay? Put your hand in your head for me. You just have cigarettes and stuff in there. >> Mhm. You can blow everything. I just need to pull everything out if you want the keys here. >> Yep. Throw them on the ground if you want. We'll put them in the car cuz he's going to get >> no pocket knife or nothing like that. How much have you had to drink? >> Werked last night? >> At around what time? >> Midnight 1:00. >> Okay. Did you have anything in the vehicle? Any alcohol in there? Nothing. Okay. So, if I track a trash can, I'm not going to find anything thrown away. That's fine. >> Okay. Do you have any physical problems or disabilities? I have to ask every question. Okay. I understand you already. Okay. Like I said, I I can't walk straight because I was born with my hips behind my back >> for the first year and a half of my life. I was in a full body cast. So really, walking straight doesn't work cuz I stand like this, >> okay? >> And I walk like that. >> So walking in a straight line has never worked in my entire life. >> Okay. All right. Place your feet together and your arms at your sides. Feet together, arms at your sides. Do not do anything else until I tell until told to do so. Do you understand? When I tell you to raise either foot left or right approximately 6 in off the ground, keep your raised foot parallel to the ground. Keep both legs straight. Count out loud in the following manner. 1 10 100 23 until you are told to stop. So, it's going to look like this. You pick either foot, pick it up approximately 6 in, arms at your side. 1,00 1 1,002 1,003 1,004 1005 1006 1007 until you are told to stop. As you are counting, keep your arms at your sides at all times and watch your race foot. Do you understand? >> Yeah. But do you realize that you guys have probably been up for hours? I haven't. >> What's that? >> Just saying. >> That you guys have been up for hours probably. I haven't. >> Okay. >> And I just drove an hour. Just got into an accident. But so >> any questions about the test you? >> No, I have no questions. It's just >> All right. You may be good. I'm just saying I I'm tired but still yeah groggy. >> Yeah. Hands at the sides 6 in from the ground your foot by your choice. And then look down at your foot and count 1 all the way to 130. >> Okay. >> 30 >> until I tell you to stop. You may begin. It's >> the weirdest test I've ever had. Just follow the instructions. I can't do this freaking when I was six. My dad could go down. >> How was this a test? >> All right, you may stop. >> Good. >> Yeah. >> Do a This is do a balances. Have you ever done the balances? So, what I'm going to do is a pretty simple test. Just put your feet together, hands at your side. Don't start until I'm done explaining to you. Okay. What you're going to do, you tilt your head back, close your eyes, and you're going to hold that for approximately 30 seconds. Count the 30 in your head for 30 seconds. Like 1 2 3 until you think it's approximately 30 seconds. Okay. Do you have any questions? If you look just like this, don't back your eyes closed. Okay. You understand? Any questions? Okay. Go ahead and begin. Get together. Make sure to keep your eyes closed before closed. >> That 30 seconds. Okay. >> 39. >> All right. How much have you had to drink? >> Like I said, 12:00 this morning was the last time. >> What' you drink? What did you have? Uh, a lot of beer. Um, this item, is this yours right here? The vodka. Only reason why the cameras are going to show you throwing in the over the top there. Not that I know of. Okay. You're saying it doesn't belong to you? >> I'll get it from Do you mind holding it? >> It was hard to explain, but the the whole like ramp and set up that you were like down at uh performance place, stuff like that. >> Mhm. Okay. Probably going to end up filling the car in the pretty good. >> So, what happened? You just did the gas thing or >> were you hit the gas? >> No, I was moving. >> I was pulling in, was hitting the brake, hitting the brake, and my foot slipped to the gas. All right, I'm going to have you blow blow as hard as you can until I tell you to stop. Like you're blowing up a balloon. Okay. >> Like I said, I drank last night probably 121. So now it's 8. I'm going to blow hard. >> Perfect. >> Guaranteed. >> Kind of a continuous blow until you hear >> I've done it before. >> All right. Go ahead. Authorities say both drivers were located at the scene and checked by paramedics with no hospital transport needed. After a preliminary investigation, officers determined the Nissan driver was impaired. >> Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Blow. Keep going. Keep going. Keep going. Keep blowing. Keep going. Stop. >> D. See, I drank that much last night. 266. >> I should be dead by now. So, you're going to be placed under arrest for DUI. Okay. >> I don't resist your arms. >> Thank you. >> All right. Spray your feet. I would appreciate your officers grabbing my phone out of my >> Yeah, we'll get all your stuff. >> Uh, >> you said the insurance is in your phone. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's why I need my phone. >> Anything else? You have your wallet on you? >> Uh, yeah. Right. >> I think >> I have your license. Okay. Yeah, I think it's in that pocket. >> What is >> my wallet? No, >> I think I put it up here. >> You put it up there? Okay. >> You got a hippo or >> Yeah, I have his license on there. >> Oh, yeah. Okay. >> This is your >> You could just throw it in the car. >> Put all your stuff in it. >> Check the other side. The other side should be empty. >> You want me to switch sides? >> Uh, yeah. Thanks. transport since we're right here. >> Oh, I ain't going nowhere. So, >> bring my squad here. >> No, it's just transport for you. >> Nobody has to. >> Nobody has to hold me. I'm not going nowhere. >> No, we're just >> No, I'm just saying you don't have to hold me still. I'm I >> No, we know. We just just policies. Make sure >> I'm not going to resist. >> You've been real cooperative with us, so we're supposed to take that. Are those plastic? No, they actually are real, but they feel like >> According to the police department, the crash occurred around 7:48 a.m. at a [snorts] business property on Allenson Road.
