are you married no this is a good time to hit on you on August 1st 2022 an officer responded to a call reporting a severe crash in a neighborhood the caller described the incident as tragic raising concerns about the nature and potential harm caused oh not too mad what's going on this little girl man that came down here man and went up in them Woods land up in them woods and she said she don't even know not she I don't know how I got it me m kaj with the S please I'm stuck in my car and I would like to get out you please let me out how' you get how' you get stuck back that because I'm trying to turn around how'd you end up over there in the first place trying to turn around I literally swear to God don't know any of these people where are you trying to go home like this is not anywhere that I need to be I swear to God how how did you end up here in the first place turning around coming from n downtown nor norter tanford I'm honestly hly I'm just very serious I feel like I'm about to get beat up have a brand new car I'm just trying to get home do you have your idea on on you yeah I'm good you're good you can take all of my stuff I just need your ID yeah get it I literally turned around and I tried to turn around and they were like oh hell no upon arrival the officer assessed the scene and soon discovered that the driver of the vehicle a woman appeared to be highly intoxicated her erratic Behavior and the visible damage to the vehicle indicated a disturbing level of recklessness the officer approached the woman intending to gather initial information and begin an investigation however she was uncooperative and evasive attempting to deflect responsibility by telling inconsistent stories I think I saw you out tonight tonight I literally don't care what you do to me I just felt like those girls were about to like so I again how so were you using a GPS to get back home or what were you doing so I was using my GPS but it took me like wild and so I ended up on this robe and I went to turn around and then they s me and I was like um but I don't think there's anything wrong with those women they were just raised differently than me and stop 262 why are you like that honestly probably a bad time to tell you this those cops were just being me because I was white who those cops they were literally I was like girl I did not mean to get stuck here I was just trying to turn around so happy if I get up I'm a good girl I have one baby daddy and no children except for one I'm a good girl all right is your car turned off you can turn it off you don't me to I mean it is it turned off you can turn it off a key or push to start a key is it a key or push to start key what you left am iow to ask what is it like the roll did you dat a girl named Sarah no yeah sitting in the here when she came up she went in the room okay she she was out here she was talking out her head then she said I don't even know how I got here she's little something hello got a couple questions for you guys Witnesses described the incident in detail affirming suspicions that the woman's actions were influenced by alcohol some recounted seeing her swerving erratically before the crash and others described a noticeable smell of alcohol all right so what did you guys see happen oh I was literally just about to leave and she comes zooming in she stops like right here uhhuh and then she gets out of the car asking for or somebody named and I was like no nobody lives here like youbody by that name and she gets out the car she Zooms in when she gets back in the car she Zooms in that way okay and she slam so break and there's all trees and all that stuff that there so she's trying to get out begging me to help her and I'm like you're not going anywhere like leave like you can't on a female 38 so and then she's just like telling me about she came from downtown Dand and O and stuff like that and I'm like do you even remember coming here so so she stopped like right here or like right behind my car right behind your car You observe her get out of the driver's seat everything else like that yeah all right I'm behind you I'm a human this isn't cool can I sit outside with you give me just a second till I get another officer here honestly sir like I will sit with you I will never say a word like this is ridiculous well right now now you have a real or a fake one like just let me K with you I'll take one all right T go ahead and step out for me not a crazy person all right is my purse in there no your purse is still in your car thank you all right so right now based on my observations of you okay you did not see me in a vehicle no you're right I didn't I didn't okay so would you be willing to conduct field subar exercise is just to dispel just just to dispel my my alarm that you have you're not too impaired to be operating a motor vehicle safely but why would I be pervading a motor vehicle you didn't catch me doing that I was watching okay would you be willing to provide uh submit to a field suby exercises to dispel my alarm that you're not too impared to operate a motor vehicle safely attempting to avoid void responsibility the woman initially refused to submit to any sobriety tests hoping this would prevent further consequences however the officer proceeded with standard protocol and handcuffed her to ensure she wouldn't pose a risk to herself or others no okay so go ahead turn around you're going to arrest me right now I can arrest like I'm not drunk seriously this seriously sir can you like do my test you just said you would not be willing to submit to fi supp party exercises what I mean you can catch me like I literally haven't been doing anything okay I asked you twice I didn't know what that meant you said Feld exercises to dispel my alarm that you're not too impared to operate a motor vehicle safely okay I do not know what you meant and I would like to try that now I sir I'm just trying to go home you know I'm just trying to go home how how would you get home from here I am trying to drive from this stop sign forward and you can take my all right so you be willing to so you be willing to perform a going to do is we're going to go over to those double yellow lines all right and I'm going to give you a series of instructions I want to do whatever you want me to do all right but you could barely do that sober am I supposed to do that all right I'm wearing a lot more gear than you are so we're not quite we're not being funny okay once you get back to your starting position all right are we going to date after this when we get back to the starting position you're going to take nine steps back all right counting out loud MH 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 and then you're going to turn right back around and that's when the exercise ends all right you understand those instructions yep are you sure I might be able to do it but I understand it okay when you're ready go ahead and get in the starting starting position with your left foot on the yellow line if you have to look down the officer began with a walk and turn test which is designed to assess balance coordination and the ability to follow directions during this test the woman struggled noticeably unable to maintain her balance her steps were erratic and she repeatedly stumbled clearly failing the test next the officer conducted a oneel leg stand test another assessment used to gauge coordination and motor skills place your right foot in front of you directly in front of your left foot the heel touching the toe are you done yeah probably gotten home greatly but so we're going to go back over here to the starting position for this last exercise okay it's called the one leg stand I love you guys you guys are all my friends like what are we doing all right for this next exercise going to be the oneel leg stand you may begin [Music] all right you go ahead and stop sorry all right guys I'm such a good girl this is ridiculous no worries go ahead look up to the sky right my right you're right yep do you understand the instructions I gave you yes sir all right look straight up look straight up right your right or my right your look straight up to the sky all right you're being placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol are you from around here no no unfortunately for the woman the results were no better she could not hold her balance and repeatedly wobbled confirming that she was impaired given the results of these field sobriety tests it was clear to the officer that the woman had been driving under the influence of alcohol the decision was made to formally Place her under arrest for driving Under the Influence are you married no this is a good time to hit on you probably not moved to detain her she attempted to divert the situation by flirting with him asking if he was married however her comments had no effect on the officer's Focus or the outcome of the investigation you're really being like I'm not a bad person like I'm really not like this is awful I got stuck in B with a bunch of black people accusing me that I was going to steal their and now you're arting me
