emotional but the officers kept engaging her in conversation they used strategic questions to get to the truth I promise you I barely saw it and mass was like Hey this car about to hit us and uh we stopped the car she's um not she's she's not retaining anything we're telling her she's not she's not getting information we needed it took her a long time to get it uh she she appears to be impaired and she she's all over the place she starts screaming and stuff so that's why we got another person I just want to go home with' I'm going to continue what I was asking you okay I just want to go home
