On March 1st, 2025, during a peaceful night at a local religious gathering, one individual suddenly began displaying aggressive behavior, creating a difficult situation for responding officers. >> You had a partner come to open the door and lock. You got a young lady in here. She's being a >> I'll let you talk to one of the volunteers. >> Okay. >> What's going on? >> Shay. She's called Shay Leia. She um was sleeping on the couch here and I don't know what got her agitated but she started telling someone she was going to kick their ass and then she [clears throat] just got louder and louder and louder and screaming about cussing at everyone, yelling at everyone. So we took her in that room. She's woken everyone up here now. We took her in the room there and she was screaming and cussing at us and she's like not even able to be present to know what's going on. She can't stop yelling. her husband apparently has gotten her to stop yelling, but um she she's got to go. She's been calling >> calling us this and nephew and um just being very saying we'll take it outside and um we just can't um calm her down. So ideally, I think she needs to be evaluated. >> Okay. She's clearly there. >> Did you call us or did somebody else? >> Okay. [snorts] So, how do you say she? Okay. >> Did she request an ambulance or did somebody else >> No, we requested >> for her >> assistance to remove. We're playing a game of telephone between you guys, dispatch, and us. So, >> yeah. So, what we said on the phone, I was finding nice was that we would hopefully get an ambulance or police officers to take her to the hospital. So the ambulance is coming. >> Okay. >> She's >> in another room. We'll just probably wait for them and >> we'll stand by while the paramedics come. >> So this is you saying is that it doesn't matter if you guys come and get her because if she has anxiety, you guys will just let her out right away. And she's also saying nobody wants to mess with her because her hands are registered as lethal weapons. >> She's 24 years old. Uh-huh. >> Um, so her husband has been very calm, trying to calm her down. We've been trying this voice, you know, trying to calm her down. >> If she refuses to go to the hospital, what do you guys want done? >> She needs to be removed from here. >> I mean, it's 5:00 in the morning. She's keeping people up. We're not >> I came in at 5:00. She It was already everybody was up and she was screaming and we haven't gone near her since her husband calmed down and literally was right before you got here. >> Okay. But she's been getting before 5 a.m. >> Go ahead. >> I'm going to step in and see what the other volunteer says is happening right now. >> She's still in there complaining. You can hear her. >> Yeah. >> She's in that room. >> I'm the husband of her. Okay. >> Um she um she just have one of them um little episodes of um like she like sometimes she like get real angry and she get disrespected like like she cut off our sentence. Most of the time she act like that. She just sometime like sometimes she like she need to get all that out because sometime she like holding a lot lot of stuff in cuz she just raising like a lot of stuff auntie >> like she going through a lot right now cuz earlier she was doing to me the same way. So what what what we did was I took her down to the nature trail. I said I said just let all that out. Just let everything out. What she did was she screamed real loud. She let all the anger out. She was like um I feel better. So [clears throat] u right now I just I just feel like she need to like just stay in that room and just right now I just got some cross puzzles and color pencils. She just keep my mind bus. Unfortunately, Arian, she can't stay here. >> I'm sorry. >> So, the paramedics are coming. They want to talk to her. Okay. Right now, it doesn't sound like we have enough to force her to go up to the hospital, >> but if she if she doesn't want to go, are you willing to take her somewhere where she can kind of >> Yeah. Um, we supposed to be going to the city today going be my son cuz my birthday March 3rd. So, >> she's going to stand in there. Um, I'm going pay attention to her. I'm make sure right now she she ain't going to hurt nobody. >> She in the room right now. Right now, she ain't all right. Nobody. She's just She's just talking because she got two kids. She don't want to lose them two kids. >> Well, we we'll go back and we'll talk with her and make sure she's doing okay and then the medics will come in and talk to her as well. Okay. >> All right. Thank you. >> Thank you. >> I'm not going to come in. >> I'm tired of people. >> I have freedom and I have the right to speak. >> Do you want to see the paramedics? >> No, I have the right to speak. They are sitting up here thinking that I have a mental disorder and that's what's pissing me the off. So stop giving me defformation of character BEFORE I SUE EVERYBODY IN THIS county >> including the police department because you brutalized me. >> Well, how can we help you tonight? >> You can help me by leaving me the alone and let ME DECOMPRESS BY MYSELF BECAUSE I DON'T NEED GUIDANCE ON HOW TO DECOMPRESS. >> That's fine. >> I have my own way of coping and let me do it. >> Do you still want to see the paramedics? Hell no. Cuz I ain't asked to. >> Okay. >> Supposed to be leaving early today. So, we going to um get our stuff. >> [ __ ] you talking about? >> I mean, they're asking you guys >> leaving anyway today to go to Chicago. I'm not planning on staying here. I'm anemic. I can't be in the cold. Do you understand? Now, y'all not going to sit up here and keep getting on my nerves and I'm stop saying stuff. STOP GETTING IN MY way and let me speak, dude. At that point, officers determined they had no remaining option other than placing her under arrest. >> You are my husband. LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE. I AM NOT UNDER ARREST. I AM NOT UNDER ARREST. LEAVE ME ALONE. GET AWAY FROM ME. I HAVE PTSD ABOUT MEN. LEAVE ME ALONE. YOU'RE MAKING ME ANXIOUS. GET BACK and listen to me. >> Listen to me. Listen. Because it's my fiance and I can put my hands on him if I want to. This is my man. You knew. Are you listening to me? Are you listening to me? Can I SIT DOWN? STOP TOUCHING ME. >> I told you I got PTSD about men putting their hands on me. Can you stop? I said I PUSHED HIM. I PUSHED HIM. THAT MEANS GET OUT MY FACE. I'M TRYING TO NOW. SHUT THE UP AND LISTEN. Y'ALL EXPECT ME TO LISTEN TO Y'ALL AND Y'ALL CAN'T LISTEN TO ME. WHAT [screaming] IS WRONG WITH Y'ALL? IS Y'ALL COOL? Y'ALL MENTAL OKAY? DO Y'ALL NEED A PARAMEDIC? >> WE GOING to go. Come on. We going to go. Come on. WHAT THE IS WRONG WITH Y'ALL? DO YOU SEE HIM TELLING YOU STOP TOUCHING ME YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> I BET YOU TOO MUCH. >> ARE WE going 1095? >> We ain't going 1090 >> and I know what the police mean. I'm not stupid. I'M EDUCATED AND I'M TIRED of people PLAYING WITH ME LIKE I'M DUMB. >> WHAT'S GOING ON? What's What's her trigger? like what's what's going on? >> She's just mad cuz um some most of people just be talking to her and she like she want to always get our point across. That's why sometimes I'll be just letting her talk and getting it out. >> Sometimes she just need to calm down, focus on something else. >> That's why that's why they put her in this room. The color pencils keep trying. >> Sometimes when she wake up in the morning, SHE SHE GET LIKE >> I DON'T KNOW. I'M A GROWN ASS ADULT AND I DESERVE TO BE RESPECTED. >> WELL, we about to go right now cuz this is a church. >> I don't care, bro. I don't give a about none of cuz you're not sitting up here and you're not listening. I'm the person that can make the world A BETTER PLACE AND I KNOW I AM. >> I KNOW WHO I AM AND I KNOW I AM A KIND-HEARTED PERSON AND I PAY IT FORWARD EVERY CHANCE I GET. AND YOU have been a witness to that. >> You can attest TO THAT. YOU ARE MY FIANCE. >> YOU'RE NOT GOING TO LEAVE. Are you not going to leave? Are you not going TO SEE PARAMEDICS? >> NO. >> ARE YOU GOING TO LEAVE TODAY? >> YES, I'm going to leave. And that's why I'm trying to get my across and nobody's LETTING ME CUZ YOU'RE TALKING over me. >> No, I'm not. I'm letting you talk. >> No, he was. He was talking over me. This is my fiance that I've known more than 8 years. This is NOT A NEW RELATIONSHIP. HE KNOWS WHEN I get like this, I PUSH HIM AWAY. YOU DON'T BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW ME. AND YOU ALWAYS TRYING TO ARREST PEOPLE FOR YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT. >> Y'ALL STRESS people the out. Y'all make people HAVE ANXIETY. THIS IS WHY NOBODY LIKES POLICE. >> Can I talk to you ABOUT >> STOP PUTTING YOUR HANDS ON PEOPLE. YOU ARRESTING PEOPLE FOR PUTTING THEIR hands on people, but you put your hands on them. YOU CAN'T EVEN BE CIVILIZED with a human being. YOU CAN'T EVEN HAVE A CONVERSATION BECAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO FEEL. >> CAN WE TELL YOU WHY WE GOT HERE? >> That's because of them. >> Correct. I'm talking about they don't know how to listen before calling the police and then y'all come in and y'all just assume that this is going on and it's not like that. >> Well, we're not assumes. We just don't know what's going on until we get here. Right. Obviously, we know now that you're okay and you don't need our help. >> Exactly my point. And I've been telling them that, too. The whole time I've been in here treating the out of them. And that's what the they want me to go for is because I'm being loud. I understand the principle of respect, >> but do you understand the principle of respect? >> Because it goes both ways, not just one-sided. >> You can't expect A PERSON TO RESPECT you if you're not giving the respect that they deserve. >> Absolutely. >> What's your What's your plan? >> You can't even because we're we're about to arrest her for battery. >> Yeah. We going to go to city right now. So, um we going to I'm going to grab myself. We're going to go to the city cuz we what's going to be >> Do you feel safe with her? >> I know I should get cuz I've been with her since we got 15 years old. >> Do you do you do you feel safe with her? Be honest >> cuz we're about to arrest her for battery and it sounds like you got to give me a quick answer. So it sounds like you're not. >> Yeah, I love her. >> What What's she diagnosed with? Anything? >> No, she don't do nothing. She just um >> Is she diagnosed with anything? >> No, she's not diagnosed with nothing. She just um >> What's her deal tonight? >> She just wake up. She act like this all the time. She do this to me um a lot. And when Yeah, she she'll just calm myself down. She'll eventually get over and come back. >> Okay, but she just battered you. You know, our hands are tied. We're going to have to probably arrest her. >> No, it's okay. It's okay. >> No. Well, it's not it's not really your your choice. It's It's domestic battery. >> Let me just talk to her one more time and then let me see. >> Well, I don't you don't you're not telling me that you you feel safe with her. Now I >> Well, now now I don't Now I don't feel good about you guys going together. So, we're probably going to have to arrest her. >> No, I love her. I I believe you. I believe you. But unfortunately, she battered you in front of us. Okay? And now I don't feel I don't feel good about you guys leaving together. Okay? I I I understand. I I believe you. I believe you. But most likely, we're going to have to arrest her. Okay? She's very fired up. Okay? >> I'm Let me just one more time. >> No. Just can you stay out here, please? Can you just stay out here? Look, here's the thing. You couldn't tell me right away that you feel safe with her. Okay? And and and she battered you, and I don't feel good about you guys leaving together anymore. Okay? We're probably going to arrest her. >> I just woke up and I just I just found out what's wrong. So, I just got a color pencil. So, I know how she get. >> So, that's the reason why I do feel safe with her cuz she I know where she come from. Cuz earlier we took a walk in nature. Sometimes I'll be telling her like just let it out. When she let it out sometime, she feel better. That's what she she like to talk. She like to get a point across. >> She don't like to be interrupted by some reason. >> Hey, Jacqueline. My husband did come back up here because I got my point across and that's what I he sir just please just stay up. >> So he he couldn't even tell me that he feels safe. So let's just go 95. [clears throat] >> So I know how to apologize to people and I can show people that I know how to apologize. >> No, >> I do things out of anger and then I come back later after I'm calm and I apologize. >> But if you're consistently elevating the situation, it's just going to get worse. Right. >> So, like I was like I was saying, so obviously someone called and now the paramedics here, they just want you to sign refusal paperwork saying you don't want any treatment and then they're going to leave. That's all. >> Will that be that be okay with you? You can sign off saying you don't want any help or treatment from them. Say >> he is my calm. And once you tell me that I cannot have him in here because before she shooted him out of here, >> Mhm. >> he's my calm. This is my fiance. I'm about to marry this man. >> Yeah, absolutely. >> I've been in love with this man since 2016. Everybody needs a mind business about my relationship and what I go through in it. >> Yeah. >> My life is nobody else's business, dude. >> And if I feel some type of way, let me feel it cuz I let y'all feel y'all emotion and I don't say about it and it bothers me. >> Mhm. >> So, would you be able to tell them you don't want any medical treatment or anything like that? >> I can tell them that I don't want any medical treatment cuz I know I don't need it. Perfectly fine. >> That's perfectly fine. >> They're going to come in here and they just need to hear from you. Okay. >> Okay, that's fine. I can walk out there. >> I'm not going to put my hands on people. I'm not going straight into aggression. And that's what scares me about police arresting me >> because I've already been brutalized by police officers. What's your first name? >> I just got a warrant out for my arrest. >> I was just asking what your first name is on the 21st. >> I can just address you properly. I just want to address you. >> Shay Leah. >> Shay. Okay. Shay. So, we're we're not >> aka Shay. Shay Leah. >> Okay. Shaya, we're not trying to put handcuffs on you or anything like that. Okay, we >> I understand that. But she threatened me with the police and that's what gives me anxiety. Baby, don't do that cuz I got PTSD and trauma. >> Mhm. >> Well, Shar, I hope like me and you talking about >> You got to understand. I I I am alleviated. I'm being a real >> Yeah. >> woman. >> Yeah. >> What's the plan for tonight? >> We going to because here's the thing. Here's the thing. She battered you and we basically were about to arrest her. But if if we arrest her, she's gonna she is going to fight us. >> That's what I'm saying. I don't want her to do that to you guys. Like >> us neither. >> We don't want to have to fight her. >> Yeah. I don't want >> And I'm trying to figure out what is the best outcome for everyone tonight. Okay. >> We going to leave. So make sure everybody be safe cuz I don't want nothing to happen. I'm I'm a person. I'm type that person. I look out for everybody. I'm impact person. I love people. So that's one reason why. >> What's going to this month? >> Where are you guys going to go? >> We going to go to the city when mom open. My birthday is on the third. >> How you guys getting to the city? >> Um we have paid one of our friends. His name is Jamal. He going to drive us all the way to the city. Yesterday she had paid $50 in this tank to um take her to the city and all our stuff is in the back of the um church package. >> What What is her deal, man? like she's I know she got depression um out of my life. >> What got her fired up tonight? I I literally like I literally went to sleep and I just I just heard her like screaming out of my sleep. Somebody tapped me like um can you please go talk to her? What's going on? She like she just [clears throat] um she just started screaming at her waking everybody up. Trying to wake everybody up. >> So they just told me they just put her in this room right there talking to her. She >> has she done this before? She did this earlier. >> I thought I made it for I feel like she was okay with that. >> Did she talk to the medics yet? I didn't even >> She very much does not want to speak with them. >> Are they still waiting? Are they still waiting for us? >> I don't know why she >> she said she was willing to tell them no. I want to do one step at a time. So, >> the medics are here. Like they just need to hear from you that you don't need anything from them. Okay. >> Okay. They just got me in. I'm waiting on them. >> They're coming. >> They're coming right now. >> And that's why I'm talking to y'all. I was waiting on them the whole time. >> Okay. >> Intelligence. >> Mhm. >> You're not going to understand when I'm coming. >> I feel you. Well, like we're saying, here's the paramedics. Like we're saying, they just need to hear from you. >> I don't need any help. >> Okay. That's >> I'm perfectly fine. But she almost shined a light in my face. >> Sure. >> And it almost triggered my seizures. And that's what I was telling her. >> And I told her because I had my eyes closed. So, I saw a blaring light go through the cover and she tried to lift it up and look me in my face. >> Gotcha. >> That right? >> Yes. >> I just need your signature and we'll be out of your hair. Okay. >> Okay. >> Right there. >> Hey, Arian, can you step up? >> Okay. >> Hey, so we do have to arrest. Okay. She battered you in front of us. I do not feel safe. You guys staying together. Okay. We can warm. >> No, that's fine. But unfortunately, our hands are tight. Okay. So, what I need you to do is please let us give us some space. I I I She's probably going to be very upset. We will try to do this as safely as we can, but I need you to give us space, okay? Don't Don't Don't get in the way. I don't need you to get also arrested or or for anything that you don't need to get arrested or or anything. We're in trouble. Okay. So, we're going to tell her that she has to come with us >> because she battered you. Okay. It's a domestic battery. So, I need you to just give us some status, please. Okay. >> Yeah, she used to doing that. But >> I'm I'm I'm safe around it. It is >> I I get that. But unfortunately, >> she got emotions. >> I get I get it. But unfortunately, I can't walk away from this knowing that that she did that right in front of us. And >> she ain't going to do it to you. Not especially in front of my mom. >> Okay. So, just stay out here. Try to talk to her. She's got to come with us. Okay. She has to come with us. >> But nobody thinks like that. >> What? >> The police are agreeing with me. I am not doing anything wrong. And if I have to leave, I will. But I am trying to decompress. That's what I've been trying to do this whole time. >> Sheila, can you do me a favor, please? >> I'm just trying to calm down. I get it. That's all. >> I I believe you. I believe you. Um, can you do me a favor, please? >> By the way, my name is George. Okay. >> Okay. Can you do me a favor, please? Can you put put the book down and your and your >> uh color pencil there? >> I can leave if that's what they want me to do. I can respect people. >> That's fine. That's fine. That's fine. >> But honestly, I need people to learn how to respect and talk to me. >> I agree. I agree. >> Um, >> and I don't want to be under arrest and I'm scared of you. >> All right. >> Well, how can we make you feel not scared? How how >> how can we make you feel comfortable right now? Cuz the last thing we want to do is make you feel uncomfortable and and have something escalate >> by myself. I am fine here. I'm not about to put my hands on nobody. And that's what I'm not understanding of why I have to leave a place of business because they feel as though I should. This is not even their organization to make that call. >> Okay. Well, see, we're we're kind of past the this part aspect of it. Like >> honestly, I'm trying to cope and I've been trying to cope this whole time and people have not given me the chance to. >> Okay. Well, have we? So, it's your fault that I have escalated the situation, not my fault for not deescalating what I have going on because I know where I'm in the wrong. >> She can keep talking, but can you do me a favor and put your book down and your your color of pencil? I appreciate um so I'm going to just get that. >> This is my coping skill. I don't know what to This is why I [ __ ] I have to explain some things to you. Okay. >> I can understand and listen while I'm doing something. I can multitask. What these people? >> That's fine. But you have to hear me out. >> Just hear me out. >> Sheila, you have to hear me out. Okay, >> I'm trying to hear you out and you just took away my coping skill. >> All right, >> you're literally making my nerves bad. I already have anxiety. I just went to the hospital on the 21st for anxiety. It's on the back of my phone. I have my birthday. I have all that. I don't need to go to the hospital. I'm telling you what is going on with me. >> That's fine. That's fine. But here's what's going to happen next. Okay? >> If I have to go, I don't care. >> You have to come with us. Okay? You have to come with us. We have to charge you with battering him. Okay. And >> No. No. You know, cuz he didn't press charges on me. It doesn't matter. Yes, it does. Because now >> we are trying to make this We're trying to make this as safe as possible. You're under arrest. You're under arrest. This is what I mean by You're under arrest. You're under arrest. You stop. Don't >> Don't You're not on the floor cuz you me. I swear to God >> touching me, dude. >> Don't worry. Put the hands up on. Can you move us all? >> Yes. Yes, we will. We will. We will. >> Just making it hard for me to breathe and you're making my ancient bad. >> Just comply. Comply with us. Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Stop. You look at me. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. the down. >> Just comply with us. >> I CAN COMPLY BY MYSELF. I'M perfectly capable of complying by myself. LET GO OF MY right arm cuz you're digging into my veins. >> Let it go. >> [ __ ] are you talking about? >> I don't care. Let me go like that. You cut it off MY CIRCULATION. LET ME GO. >> All right. You're under arrest. You have to come with I'm going to your I SWEAR TO GOD, this is this is arrest. I'm taking your ass to jail. >> Where's your shoes on and YOUR JACKET? >> I'M I DON'T NEED IT. >> I DON'T NEED YOU TO HOLD MY ARM. CAN YOU STOP? >> CAN YOU STOP? NO. CAN YOU STOP? YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> SHEILA. >> ARE YOU LISTENING? YOU'RE HURTING ME. >> WHERE'S YOUR SHOES? >> NO. I'M GOING TO NEED THE POLICE CUZ YOU'RE MAKING IT HARD FOR ME TO BREATHE. >> LOOK AT ME. >> STOP. SHUT the up. I'M TRYING TO TALK. >> WHERE'S YOUR WHERE'S YOUR SHOES AT? >> MAKING IT HARDER. >> ARIEL, WHERE'S YOUR SHOES AT? YOU TALKING ABOUT? >> Start walking around. >> AIN'T NOBODY TIRED OF Y'ALL ASS. I'M TIRED OF ALL Y'ALL ASS CUZ Y'ALL DON'T LISTEN. >> YOU NEED TO MOVE OUT OF THE DOORWAY. >> NO, YOU NEED TO OPEN THIS DOOR SO I CAN GO. I can comply BY MYSELF. >> I CAN WALK BY MYSELF. >> CUT YOUR SHOES. I WILL PUT MY SHOES ON. LISTEN TO ME. >> I SAID LISTEN. >> You're being too rough with a female. >> We are asking you stop. >> I said YOU'RE BEING TOO ROUGH WITH ME. >> I DON'T CARE. YOU >> I DON'T CARE CUZ NOW THIS IS POLICE BRUTALITY AND I'M REPORTING IT. PUT IT ON FACEBOOK. >> PUT IT ON FACEBOOK. >> They're killing me. RESISTING. >> THEY'RE KILLING ME. [screaming] >> RESISTING. STOP RESISTING. >> THEY'RE MAKING IT HARD FOR ME TO BREATHE AND THEY'RE NOT LISTENING. >> THEY'RE pulling on my arm. >> You can't. >> LET MY ARM GO SO I CAN BREATHE. >> STAND UP. [clears throat] NO, BECAUSE I CAN'T BREATHE. >> THIS IS HAPPENING. This is >> I don't care. This is happening. I know it's happening. I don't give a >> We need you. We need you to comply. Okay. >> And what I need you to do is listen to me so I can do this as safely as possible. We need to >> You're not doing IT SAFELY AS POSSIBLE CUZ YOU'RE NOT LISTENING TO ME. >> I need you to stand up. Okay. We will assist you with standing up. Okay. >> I can assist MYSELF IN STANDING UP. LET ME GO. YOU'RE GRABBING ME LIKE I'M A GROWN ASS MAN. >> WE DON'T WANT TO have to carry you to the car. But we don't care IF WE HAVE TO. BUT YOU'RE LITERALLY GRABBING ME LIKE I'M A GROWN ASS MAN AND I'M BEING PHYSICAL. LEARN HOW TO HANDLE PEOPLE. THAT'S WHY I'M REPORTING YOU. I'VE WATCHED your badge now. >> We tried to talk to you. >> Thank you. >> Now release my arms cuz I can WALK THROUGH THE CAR COMPLYING BY MYSELF. >> But listen, I'm a civilized citizen. >> All right. Don't get more right now. >> Can we go this way? IT'S WRONG CARD. THEN JUST tell me that instead of pushing me. >> Be civilized with me and I'll be civilized with you. Rebecca both ways. You [ __ ] pigs. I don't give a voice. I just know. I didn't even know why the because I have anxiety and you make it hard for me to breathe when you're grabbing my [ __ ] right arm. I got hit in the shoulder with a baby gate. I have nothing on me. I have no bra on or panties and you touching on me. I know my rights now. Close the door. >> I can't get buckled. >> I don't need to be buckled cuz I can't breathe. I can't breathe in here. It's too tight. >> Put your leg in, please. >> I can't breathe. It's too tight. Can you please loosen the loosen the co please move your leg? >> Please close the door. I need to [laughter] close the door. I know you need to, but please listen to me. >> Okay, I'm listening. >> Can you please loosen a cup? IT'S HURTING MY WRIST AND IT'S police brutality, bro. It's hurting my [laughter] >> I can stick my fingers in. >> That's not >> That's not true, bro. I have got hit in the arm with a baby get up instead. I have neurological disorder. >> I'm trying to talk to you and you're not listening to me. No, you're not. Okay. >> They said this before. This is why I had anxiety. What the heck? >> Where's your leg at? >> No. >> Stop putting your hands on me. I SWEAR TO GOD. STOP PUTTING YOUR HANDS ON ME. Get your hands off of me. >> Get your hands off of me. [screaming] >> I swear to God. I'm reporting you. I'm reporting you. I'm reporting both of you. >> I am literally making a citizens arrest on both OF YOU FOR POLICE BRUTALITY. AND I'M GLAD THEY RECORDED IT. YOU'RE about to kill me. You're about to kill me. >> And I'm making a police report that number >> cuz you weren't listening [laughter] and you weren't being considerate. >> Shane, can I can I talk to you now? Okay. >> YOU COULD HAVE TALKED TO ME BACK THEN WITHOUT ARRESTING ME. That is my fiancé. >> Come on, let's go. >> We're going to get you. >> You arrested me for pushing my fiance. >> We're going to get you out of the handcuffs here in a second. I don't need shoes. I can walk on my own. I don't need somebody to literally pull my shoulder bait back in place. Dude, >> that's disrespectful and foul as and I hate people for it because they're inconsiderate of others, but they want others to be considerate of them. >> Sit right there, please. >> Okay, I got to pat you down one more time. Okay. I know you don't have anything on you. >> Take like a half sip. I'm >> being cooperating. >> Thank you. You are. >> I'm not trying to fight the police. I'm not resisting. >> Spread your feet for me, please. >> Thank you. >> I know how to do my own. All you have to do is ask me one time and then wait. I'm a BBW, not a skinny person.
