So, and she was trying to remove stuff from the house and I'm I we we sell glass vintage glass. So, I'm holding base that's this big. I'm holding the top of it and she's holding the bottom of it. And she bit me. just out of nowhere. >> Well, she's like, >> "Yeah." Yes. Out of nowhere. She has mental health issues that have not been addressed. There's I have extensive suicidal and yada yada. Not I mean, it go It comes and goes. That's why I just I don't want to ruin her life. I I just want to go. I just want to peacefully separate the business. Oh, well I have a video of it, but we were Dude, what? >> Well, that can Can we see that, too? >> Yeah, >> I recorded for the last I mean there 13 minutes, 30 minutes, six like she's >> Was she recording you, too? >> Yes. Like, it was it was ridiculous. >> So, I don't really care about the back and forth. Can I see the point where it gets physical? >> Stop. You're fine. >> PLEASE STOP. >> I DON'T KNOW. It was It went on for like an hour. >> Stop biting me. >> You're like pushing her. >> I'm trying to get you up. >> And then she's saying that I pushed her on the ground, but she she fell down. >> Yeah. I'm not going to go through your phone. I just want to see this video. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I'm just keep telling her like you're stealing. It doesn't matter who's possess. This is a civil matter. This, you know, I'm trying to deescalate thing. Are your badge? Are all your cameras on? >> Okay. Thank you. >> I mean, did she actually steal anything? >> No, because I'm like holding on to the base for a hour arguing with her and my dad's been on the phone the whole time. >> Did she bite you with the intent to try to steal that thing? I don't know. >> Well, yeah, she was trying to leave with it. >> Like, my mom is going to be devastated that you're just taking stuff. >> Let me see your armwatch story. I mean, I have pictures of it that are better than this. >> Sure. >> I just don't want to know. >> Give me a minute. >> I mean, what do you guys think? >> We I we don't know enough yet to really think about anything >> and then she my dad was on the phone the whole time and and she's saying that I was holding her down. I'm like, but she's recording it from her perspective. I'm >> There's absolutely no worry that you have to worry about any charges whatsoever, >> right? >> Against me. Yeah, >> you already think that >> you're good. You did nothing wrong. >> He will run. He will run. >> He will run. >> He's a little face. >> Okay. So, we'll step in and we'll shut the door. Okay. >> Okay. You can change the light. We'll do a light. We'll start from the beginning. >> God, I don't even know where to start. >> What happened today? We were out of business together for like over a month, but he wouldn't he wouldn't separate anything. He wouldn't continue with the process. He was just being difficult. He wouldn't agree to anything. Anytime we met, I made sure that we met in public and he would always argue with you or with me or call me names or call my friends names. It was not going anywhere. So, finally, I just gave in and went back into business with him because I wasn't making any money and he doesn't pay me bills, but I pay bills. So, I had to go back into business with him. But, it literally just went back to the to the same thing. And then today I was trying to take one of our small bases because everything in that basement is 50/50. It's the personal collection is both of ours. Everything I don't know if you guys were in the basement at all. >> Yeah, I [snorts] I wasn't at the house. No, I just >> No, we weren't. >> Well, everything in I know you. I've seen you. >> I dealt with you last year. >> Oh, [laughter] at the house previous >> and um so everything in there is ours. And then I was like, we just need to figure out if you need to buy me out. And he was like, "I'm not buying you around. I'm not giving you anything." And I was like, "This is everything I've worked for. This is I've done so much for this. It's been 3 years of my life that I built this." And then I tried to take one of our swing bases with us. And [snorts] some of the items that I had just purchased myself when we were separated for the month. And he's not letting me leave the basement. He's standing in front of me where the So the steps kind of come down here. And then there's um and you just walk down and around his bed is down there. And I'm like standing where the pet is and I keep trying to walk past him and every time I walk past him he tries to yank this swan vase out of my hand. It's a it's a tall face. It's nobody nobody gets it when I talk. [laughter] >> He said swan base. So I'm guessing it's a vase made of leg in the shape of a swan. >> It's a big vase. And then like 20 probably 20 30 minutes into that I finally I just tried to run past him to get out of the house and then he got me on the ground and I end I ended up biting him because he wouldn't let me go. He was just holding me and he has all of this on recording. He was recording all of it. >> When you say he got you on the ground, what do you mean by that? >> Well, well, first he pushed me when I started when he saw that I had one song base on the bed that I was starting a wrap up to take with me because I was only going to take the one with me because literally they're mine, too. Like they mean the same thing to both of us. We both spent money on them. They're mine, too. When he saw that and I went to reach to get it, he pushed me out of the way to get it and that's what pushed like really ticked him off and he was sorry for which I surprisingly said one thing. I mean, that's what really ticked him off because he's always done that. Anytime we get into an altercation, it's you can't take anything from here. Nothing here is yours. You don't own any of this. When there's proof that I literally have paid for every single thing just like him. That there's proof that we run every single thing from that business out of that basement. There's proof, you know, and it's always been you can't take anything. So, anytime I ever try to take anything from that basement, it's no, you can't have that. No, that's not yours. Even though I would never steal from him, he always knows what I'm taking. He knows where it is. Like there's never been anything like that. [snorts] But I think what really triggered him today is me trying to take the swan maze. And every time that's what's triggered him is me trying to take anything out of that basement, right? Even though it's 50/50. It's always been 50/50. But I for probably at least a half an hour, I kept trying to leave. I kept trying to walk past him. And every time I tried to walk past him, he would he would keep me in the basement or he would try to grab a base out of my hand and he would not let me go. And he there was a point where he literally was like, "You can go. There's plenty of places to go." And there's not. It's literally it's a walkway in the bed and a desk beside the bed. There's only the walkway. I even tried to climb on top of the bed and he wouldn't let me go. He wouldn't let me get out of the basement and go upstairs to leave. But I kept telling him like I just want to leave. I just want to go and I have some of it on recording but like I just got stupid [laughter] and it seems like it keeps like turning off the recording and starting it again and I have >> like on and off. >> So you said he pushed you and you fell to the ground. >> He didn't push me. He was trying to grab like I so there's like a really tight spot like when you go up the steps but like I tried to get past him in this little tiny space because like it was you know half an hour of like arguing and he just wouldn't let me go. Like I said my recordings are on and off like they're sporadic but like his or his is definitely a constant one. Like for like a half an hour I'm literally just trying to leave. I keep trying to walk past him and leave and I keep trying to leave. And then when I finally got past him in that little tiny area he tried to grab the vase and then I fell to the ground and then he's just yanking it out of me. I'm literally stuck in this little corner and he's not letting go. He's not leaving. He's not letting me go. And I ended up biting him. And he had he had just said like 2 minutes prior that I bit him when he did the same thing and got me on the ground when I didn't I didn't bite him at all. There was nothing on him the first time. There was no marks. I didn't even attempt to bite him. He was just saying that. And I think it's because he was recording me and that's what he's always done. He literally makes it that I'm the bad guy. When he starts recording me, it's like he'll be the bad guy, but the second he starts recording me, he's like, "I didn't do anything. I didn't do that. And it's been like this for a very long time. >> Well, yeah, we're we're here dealing with what happened today. So, because you guys were romantically involved in the past 5 years and you guys have resided together, >> that's what he never on paper. It was never >> that doesn't matter. >> So, that's what constitutes domestic violence. >> Okay. >> Um, so what we need you to do is stand up for us. >> There's he should be arrested for I'm not going to tell you again. Do not interrupt me. You stand up, please. Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> Hey, can you put my socks on, please? >> We We'll get to that. Put your hands behind your back. Palms together like you're clapping. >> I know. I know. They don't have a full story yet. And it's okay. I'll shut up. I'll show I'll shut up for a minute and then we'll get this cuz he should be arrested. 9254 is 103. Step back here. You want me to transport her? >> We're just going to sit back here. Go ahead and sit by your feet. You have anything on you that's going to poke around me blow up? No. I mean, >> the your constitutional rights, your Miranda warnings, you know what those are? >> Okay. You have the right to remain silent to a lawyer. Do you understand your rights? Okay. All right. So, here's what's going to happen. We're going to go back to our station. We're going to do some paperwork. We're going to take photo uh photographs, fingerprints, and then we're going to head down to Franklin County from there. Okay. All right.
