She throw the chips at me. And you know, it's so many so many times we can even live. >> But I wanted out of this house cuz they told me I CAN LIVE HERE BECAUSE OF YOU. >> All I want him to do is just >> keep >> I don't know to get out of here for tonight. Where would she go though? >> I don't know. >> Baby, she got to be a >> I cannot keep her like this. I cannot keep her [laughter] like this. >> She's so crazy and I don't know why she >> all the time. Every time because my granddaughter sometime she comes and she say she got very experienced. >> Mhm. >> So she's like she's drinking and she start yelling at the kids. >> She literally just p me down, bro. Which that's why >> so what did she throw? Were you a chair? >> Oh, she throw the chairs and she >> What did the chair have? >> No, no. She didn't hit me with the chair. I was laying down cuz I asleep in the living room. So because I know the Wi-Fi she went there and she started attacking. >> Get her out of my room like in my room. >> Yeah. So you know she's never in my room. Get her out like this, >> please. GET OUT OF MY ROOM NOW. >> I CALL my son. I said, >> she just doesn't want you in here. I don't want her to get more agitated. Can you just talk outside of the room? Maybe in the living room over here if you want. >> Yeah, that's not right, man. Not right. >> Yeah. So, um >> I'm like laying down over here. So, >> yeah. Thank you. >> Do you have any injuries? >> No. No, but I start from her. So that's when I told my son. >> Uhhuh. And that's when they grabbed her to take her off of you. >> And then Yeah. No, she didn't she didn't he didn't touch her, but she says, "Get out of my mom, not because I'm sick." >> Mhm. >> You know, and uh I just I told her I said, "You don't care about me. I'm sick." And he's like, "No, you whore." I don't know why she hate me so much. >> Mhm. >> You know, so um >> So she hit you with the hands like in this area. >> Yeah. And then that's why I keep pushing her with my feet. >> And then that's when I call my son >> and um that's when he said, "That's it. I'm calling 911." Because we've been waiting since >> maybe 1:00. She brought a bunch of people here. >> They were in the room. >> They were drinking >> and then the people just left because she was too drunk >> and they were playing the music too loud. And I say, "Katie, it's already 2:00 in the morning for you to go to sleep." >> Right. And then we got, you know, his wife that needs to go to work in the morning. >> Mhm. >> But she start putting the music more loud. >> Mhm. >> And that's when I came and actually the wife >> Mhm. >> And that's why she came to me and she started you. >> At what point did your son uh your son and your daughter-in-law? >> Oh, he's been so nice to her. Try to talk to her. Try to tell her go to sleep. It's too late. And he's like, came in my room and she touched my makeup. You know how much her makeup cost? It's a lot of money. >> So that her sister-in-law touches her makeup. >> No, no, no. Cuz if my granddaughter >> Oh, okay. The 8-year-old. >> Yeah. But you know, they doing it because uh you know, >> they're kids. >> They're kids. Exactly. But she realized that >> at some point the brother got bit in the leg. >> I know. I'm trying both of them to get the whole story. She got bit too, but what happened to her? >> His wife. >> His wife got bit too. So how did they he was just biting >> how how did they restrain her and why? >> Because uh they know they they security guards what >> security guards. >> Okay. >> So they were people like that like >> she's got a problem with >> At what point did they uh grab her and restrain her? >> She would No, she walked to the kitchen. >> Okay. >> And then she go inside the room. >> Her room. >> Yeah. And then my my side keep telling her, you know, take it easy, go late. So then he start calling me, you know, you don't talk to me. You don't in my room. She took my my makeup and it's a lot of money for that makeup. And that's when he said, oh, you did you want money? >> I give you money. >> He said, yeah, I want $300. And said, no, I give you $50 for that 300. So that's when he comes and she dropped a bunch of makeup bottles and throwing at him. Okay. >> on my side. And that's when my my um his wife got it and they came and they know she put it on the floor because she started going all crazy. >> But she was just going crazy in her room though. She was not being physical with them. Just accept the throwing. >> Throwing things. Yeah. But she she started throwing things on on them like a bottles of glass of makeup >> and that hurt. >> Mhm. He did say he got hit in the chest. Yeah. And then she start throwing the the chairs and everything. That's what she does all the time. >> But all I want her to do is to leave her life and to move out out of the house. >> So you don't want her arrested for coming at you on the bed? >> No. But all I wanted to do is to stop doing this because really this is embarrassing. >> No, I understand. >> You know, all the time they see the police, they see her screaming, yelling, uh bringing people over here. I cannot do anything about it because if I say something, she don't hurt me. Mhm. No, I understand. We haven't been here for a while, though. >> Yeah. >> Has it been good? >> It's been good. Yeah. >> It's only when she drinks, I can tell. >> Exactly. >> Yeah. The she she >> she should get some sort of help with the alcohol. That's what >> It's okay to have a drink, but not when you keep going. Keep going and you go crazy. >> We're coming. >> Can you close the door down here? >> It's okay, Sophia. It's okay. >> So, I got your uh >> Hello. Hello. >> So, can you tell me the whole story one more time? >> No worries. So, we live down here. >> Um, my sister-in-law had people over at the house. Um, a whole bunch of people coming in and out, in and out. >> Um, I got to work in a few hours >> and my husband just kept letting me go. I'm like, "Babe, you really need to say something because I need to sleep." She's in her room. We live our bedrooms are right there. Our bedroom's right there. Kids were sleeping. She was doing a lot of pounding, a lot of noise, a lot of music. And my mother-in-law was like, "Can you shut that off?" Michelle got out of work and the kids are downstairs sleeping. Like, have some [ __ ] respect. You mommy [ __ ] hell. She kept on, kept on. My husband goes, "If she does it again, I'm gonna say something." She did it three times. My husband was like, "This is it." >> So, we went upstairs and we told her, my husband was calming her down. We were trying to tell her, "Just chill. Leave your mom alone." Talking about the past, about something about how they got a different dad or whatever. She's she's high, she's drunk, she's whatever. I'm not going to lie. She attacked my mother-in-law. >> What did she do? >> She was throwing mother-in-law and then started throwing husband. So, yes, she came toward me and then she bit me right here. She tried to bite me into my legs, but I was able to get out. She scratched me all right here. She broke my necklace. Uh, but my husband had I was able to get it out of her hands and put it in my husband's pocket, but she pulled all this [ __ ] off. She made all those marks on her. She's like, "Watch. You're going to get in trouble, [ __ ] You're going to get in trouble." >> She does all this for attention. I know this because I've been my husband 15 years. My mother-in-law told me the history. She don't take her medicine. She don't take that. As you can tell, how she's going crazy and she she lost her kids. >> Yeah, we're familiar with her. >> She lost her kids. So now she's trying to get our kids taken away from us. She's trying everything in the world in the world to take get our kids taken from us. >> Um because we work, we're full-time, a mother, a mother and father we work. And >> um on the days that I work, which is the weekend, my mother-in-law stays with the kids when I go to work in the morning. My husband's here until about 2:00, he goes to work. >> Mhm. >> Um and it all started not just because of the people. I'm sorry. And and she punched me in my head. I'm sorry. I forgot to say that. And it hurts when I'm >> when I'm swallowing, when I'm talking. >> I do, but not right now. Like I don't know because I don't know if it's supposed to feel like this like when I'm talking >> and she got me right in my temple and that's why I was detaining >> like a closed fist punch or open palm >> closed fist >> and and then she was trying to throw um >> let me a little nut >> and um and I I feel her and I'm not going to let her hit my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law is 60 something years old. It was unacceptable. You know what I'm saying? You're not going to sit there and throw my mother-in-law and then call her big one. This is her house but we we helped her pay rent. We're down here. We live down here. They live upstairs. We just told her to use the bathroom up there. I'm I'm over it right now. >> So, can you describe to me the physical part between her and mom? >> Yeah, she was going inside her mom. She's like, >> I will her mom's room. >> No, no, no. Um Oh, yeah. I'm sorry. Yeah. So, she came through, opened mom. I forgot about that. I'm sorry. She came through and that's when we went upstairs cuz she came through, started in mom's room saying, "I've had different dad than you because this started altercation." believe you the I will kill you [ __ ] the >> and my husband goes chill the out calm down >> and he's like whatever the you're hearing who gives a [ __ ] you're [ __ ] you're high you're drunk and then I tell her chill like just chill go to bed >> and that was still in mom's room or her room >> in the living room well that's where my mother-in-law was sleeping at yeah so it was all in my mother-in-law's room and I detained her but she me like I didn't swing at her I didn't hit her I was detaining her because I work in security >> I I've dealt with all that [ __ ] I work behavioral health and how to detain people and I was not on I was I have my las on her yes but I wasn't like suffocating her because she was able to move she's able swing she wasing people >> so even as my kids she end up coming up there and seeing that >> so so that was in the living room aka mom's bedroom >> and kitchen all that happened between the living room and the kitchen the kitchen is where everything was thrown at was thrown at >> the argument started in in my mother-in-law's the living room aka my mother-in-law's bedroom >> and as we walking I'm going to come back down here cuz I'm like I need to go to bed. Like I work in a few hours. >> Absolutely. >> And my husband worked at 2:00. Like I couldn't go to bed. These people came at 11:00. They barely left at 2:30. So all we're saying we're asking is for respect. We pay bills here. We don't live here for free. She don't pay here. She she doesn't pay. So she's just very [laughter] disrespectful to my mother-in-law. And me and my husband had enough of it. She she beats my mother-in-law. She hate my mother-in-law. But every time you guys come, my mother-in-law goes, "Why do you guys call the police? Are are you serious? You're going to keep allowing her to eat you." Mhm. >> So we we interfered and she started throwing [ __ ] at my husband like you're not going to approach my husband. I'm defending my husband and my mother-in-law period. And when she started throwing that's when I said, "You need to stop." And then she grabbed my chain. That's when she she end up biting me and then uh punching me in my head when I was detaining her. I was like so she was laying down and I had my arms like this. I was on her like this and holding her arms down like you need to chill. And she was still moving. >> She was on her back. >> Yes. And she was still moving and she was still moving and she was making like watch. She said that she has nails. >> [clears throat] >> She started scratching herself saying you tell and she I'm going to pee and I'm like I don't give a >> I'm like I don't give pee on me. I don't give a I'm not letting you go because you're a danger to my husband to my mother-in-law and my kid. She blaming my kid because of makeup. Like are you kidding me? >> That was two years ago. Are are you serious? So all this started and she goes because of you. You stupid kid because and that's how and she kept saying because of you because of you. And then she was spitting at my husband and she was spitting at me and my chick looking at her. I said, [snorts] "You I'm like, "Hey, just shut the and calm the down, man, cuz you're so drugged up and drunk or whatever. Stop talking to my daughter like that." Like, you don't have the You don't get it. >> So, I don't want to cut you off, but when she was tossing stuff before >> she was talking, she was throwing She was Did any of that hit you? >> Um, yeah, cuz it was we all we all were right there. >> Do you know what kind of item it was? >> It was a whole bunch of She was throwing that at my chest. I was taking him at the chest and I told her, "Stop doing that because you're assaulting. >> Can somebody stay upstairs?" >> My daughter was seeing there's more of us up there and my daughter was seeing that and I couldn't. So, she started then she started hitting people and so we had to restrain her >> and I did. We had no choice. >> And you guys were saying this was in the living room. >> No, it went from the living room to the kitchen. Remember I was saying it the the alter the arguing happened in the kitchen that when we started coming down the stairs, that's when we went back up because that's when she goes, "I'm going to lay you off cuz I want to kill you." So, she was actively throwing stuff as you guys were walking. >> She started throwing at me at first as I was trying to >> after we had went upstairs. Remember we went upstairs cuz she's like, "I'm going to lay you up." And she said, "Mom, I'm going to lay you off. I'm going to lay you off." >> And I'm like, "Oh, no, man. She's not." >> My mother's not at that age that she's over something years old, >> right? >> Where did she punch you? Cuz I got I got a big >> She threw it on my chest, but I don't have >> No, when she was punching you when she bit you. >> Oh, she bit me in the leg. Here, look. >> Yeah. >> This is what she got. >> Yeah. She bit him in the leg and then she bit me here. She think I got to ask, do you guys want to arrest him? >> Oh, I do. I don't give a like you don't I mean that's up to you. That's your sister. I don't I do that's up to him. >> Well, you you have injuries to yourself. I know you guys are married. I respect that. I understand that. But he has injuries and you have injuries, right? Therefore, there's two separate decisions that can be made. He can say no. That's his right. But if you feel like she needs to be arrested, you have that right as well, too. What do you want? I just want her to be removed. >> I do too. I'm not going to lie. He doesn't want her to be here no more. I just cuz we pay bills here. She don't pay >> because you know I I'm not going to lie. I really feel bad for her. Although my sister to death, but she remember I told you I've been with my husband 14 years. So I've been dealing like I said with this all this but never never this. Never this by never. We we would tell her to calm down. She would calm down. But her drugs and >> every time I told her to calm down, she spits at me. She's spitting at me. I'm like, "Stop spitting at me." She keeps spitting at her, spitting at me. I didn't want her spin with the biting and the punch in my head. >> That bite that honestly >> Let me tell you guys something. I'm sorry. Give me a minute. >> If I was on top of her hurting her, right? How the she punched me. I was I was like this like I told you like this holding her arms detaining her cuz I said we do security. We're in security. We know what we're doing, right? It's not like I was I wasn't [ __ ] her like she was locking me hitting me. I was taking the punches but when she punched me here she could have knocked me back in my and then my daughter was right there and she was >> she wasn't having it. All right. So, do you want her arrested? Cuz obviously you would have to sign a complaint to the court and all that. >> Right. Right. I just want it removed for tonight. That's up to you. >> I know it's a tough situation. >> Like I said, I've been through this with her in the past, you know? So, >> I don't know, man. Cuz like this here, what if I got what if I got a concussion in my head? >> Yeah. >> Mhm. >> Cuz there's a knot right here in my temple. >> That's up to you. I just want to remove because that bite I can tough it out. Yeah. I mean, >> yeah, but not me. This shit's burning. >> She's hit me in the past so many times. It's just >> But did you hear what he said? Did you not hear what he just said? >> Listen to what he said. >> Saying it's I know you can tough it out, but I mean that punch on her head could have been something >> and then you and then you don't know what you don't know what the she has what the does drugs and alcohol. >> Yeah. >> You don't she has >> obviously you guys can seek medical attention later on. >> Right. Right. >> So what do you guys think about this though? Should I go get a scene? I mean I have to work. >> It's it's totally >> I work in the medical field. If what if I >> No, nobody came down there. >> No come down. Do you want us to go medical? >> Yeah. Okay. >> I don't know because I I got to go to work. I cannot work. But >> or if you feel okay, you can drive her to the hospital. I mean, >> I mean, yeah. Yeah. And for insurance, I'm fine. Report number and, you know, documented under that. >> But what do you guys think? Like I said, I I >> I mean, I'm not a We're not medical. >> No, I'm just saying when I'm swallowing, it really hurts right here on my temple, >> but then not as up here. I mean, it's still on my temple. I don't [ __ ] know, man. I'm I'm going to have uh our fire department come back out and check you out. >> It's a head injury and I don't want it to be anything. >> I appreciate it. Thank you. >> Hey, Katie. >> Yeah. >> So, you got two options. Okay. >> What am I asking? >> Either go to the hospital for detox or get arrested with domestic battery. >> For what? I was pinned down. >> Just hear her out. Okay, >> I am perfectly hearing. >> So, either a hospital >> detox for what? >> You're impaired. You've been drinking. >> Okay. >> Or jail for domestic battery arrest. >> That would not have that would that would have no ethical value to doing that because you're in my house. >> Two choices. >> I'm >> Which one? >> I'm literally defending myself. >> Which one, Katie? >> No, you're not going to give me an option because I'm literally defending myself. She has kids here that was watching the whole thing. So why don't you tell her? >> Why don't you tell her? Because she pinned me down. I did not put my hands on her first. >> Wait, why? Why would she pin you down then? >> Why? Because I was arguing with my mom and she had she was on top of me. So there's no reason for her to be on top of me. Look at her size compared to my size. >> Can you describe the argument between you and mom? >> But Oh, can I describe the argument? But whatever is between me and my mom is between me and my mom. She had no reason to pin me down. Look at her size. So don't do me that you're I'm going to go in for a detox or a domestic. Please don't do me like that, bro. Because I've been arrested many times and for not for domestic. >> It's not me doing you, it's you doing you. >> Me doing me a house cuz she was on top of me. Look at I have no clothes on. How did she have her clothes on? >> Stand up. You're under >> I'm not under arrest. How am I? You're not going to arrest me naked. You're not going to arrest me naked. >> Mom, you're not going to arrest me naked with no clothes. Let me get clothes on first and get off me. Please get off me. You're not going to arrest me naked. Get off of me now. Okay, so get off me and stop handling me like that. >> Tens up. >> Okay, I'm not. But you just grabbed me, bro. And I didn't accept those terms. You didn't let me accept my terms. Get off of me, please. This is unethical. Please, no. Let me get clothes on first. So, stop [ __ ] handling it like that. >> Here's some pants. >> I didn't accept either of the choices. Stop. >> Stop. >> Okay. So, you're going to you're going to you're going to make my own choice. You gave me two choices. It's too late for that. >> How is it two choices? I I didn't [ __ ] resist anything. I didn't resist. I haven't resisted. Get off of me, please, before I GET MY LAWYER. GET OFF OF ME BEFORE I GET MY LAWYER. PLEASE GET OFF OF ME BEFORE I get my lawyer. GET OFF OF ME. GET OFF OF ME. NO. CUZ YOU'RE NOT GOING TO [ __ ] PUT YOUR HANDS on me when I'm [ __ ] naked. Get off of me, bro. >> No. I don't care if you're a female officer. Get out of my house now because I didn't [ __ ] say that you're I did not say that you're welcome IN MY HOUSE. GET OFF OF ME. AND please [ __ ] exit the [ __ ] premises now because I didn't accept you TO BE IN THIS. Put your pants on and then No. No. No. No. No. >> Put your pants on. >> No. Because she gave me two options. >> No. No. She gave me two options. No. There's no too late. Cuz I'm [ __ ] naked. >> I'm naked and get off. >> Put your pants on. Listen to my sergeant. >> Trying to explain it to you. >> You gave me two options and I vocalized what I think. If you cooperate, this will go a lot. >> How is it too late if I'm giving you a [ __ ] I'm giving you my [ __ ] vocal [ __ ] opinion? What have I done? Have I touched you? I HAVEN'T TOUCHED THE PANTS. YOU'RE UNDER ARREST. >> NO, I haven't. I'm not under arrest because I You gave me two options. >> No, I'm You gave me two options. >> Put the You are giving me an opportunity, but you gave me two options AND I'M VOCALIZING MY OPINION. I'M NOT ARRESTED FOR EITHER OPTION, BRO. Because you're not right. You're not right because you're not listening to my side of the story. >> Please, bro. I don't have my kids. I see this [ __ ] going on. Please don't do this to me. >> Katie, >> you >> Katie, you're under arrest for domestic battery. Put your pants on. >> NO, I'M NOT BECAUSE YOU GAVE ME TWO OPTIONS. >> If you're going to resist, if you're going to resist, you get >> I'm not resisting. >> You're going to get charged with resisting arrest. >> I'm not resisting. >> We're going to put YOU IN COURT. >> YOU CAN'T DO THAT BECAUSE MY LAWYER IS GOING TO SAY, "I haven't resisted." >> Okay, then have him subpoena on me so we can deal with this in court. >> Okay. So, I'm not resisting, but I'm telling you the SIDE OF MY STORY. LAST CHANCE. >> YOU'RE not listening. >> Put your pants on. >> No. >> Okay. You're in my house. Okay, I'll put my pants on. Stop. I said I'll PUT MY PANTS ON. STOP. [screaming] >> STOP. I SAID I'LL PUT MY PANTS ON. STOP. >> ARE YOU GOING TO PUT >> I WILL. I JUST SAID YOU PUT MY PANTS ON. I said I'll put my pants on. Behind your back. >> I said I'll put my pants on. >> Get the off me, man. You're embarrassing me. GET MY PANTS OFF. NO. [screaming] >> LET GO OF MY CUFF. Let go of the cuff. Let go of the cuff. No, man. Get my pants. NO, >> you guys gave me two. >> You're focused as [ __ ] because you gave me two. I swear. Ew. I could have walked myself. You >> I swear you're not going to let me walk out like that. E. >> I swear my dad daddy's watching right now. Or he's watching everything right now. You're so weak, bro. Y'all [ __ ] police are weak. >> And then turn off the radio. >> Get the You're talking about the radio. Get the away from me, bro. I promise God you're not even touching me right now. Promise you. Turn the >> Get the off me, man. >> Like the stereo. >> Get the off me. You made me come out here with no shoes. You can't even come out here with no shoes. You as [ __ ] I respect you more than anybody, bro. That was a good job. >> All right. Good job, everyone. 15. Yep.
