I did go to the car with my mom and dad, but I was investigating. >> Okay. >> Officers then spoke with the victim, who stated that Tim had been staying at his mother's for a few days. When he returned and tried to sit near her, she asked him to go to his room so they could have space after a previous argument, but he refused, ripped out a power strip, smashed the TV, and struck her in the head, leading officers to place him under arrest for domestic battery. >> All right, Tim. Why don't we go walk out to my car? Okay. >> I mean, the dogs have been fine. It's just >> if you want to grab your phone. Yeah, that's fine. I'm going to go with you, though. Oh, you're the vocal. >> When we go through my car, I'll explain more that's happening. Okay. Just wait right there for me. Okay. Okay, Tim, what we are doing is we're placing under arrest for operating or for the uh domestic DC. Okay. And also battery and I'm going to contact probation.
