Now, see his problem was is they got talking again and she's very possessive, very controlling. She's a psycho. >> Is this your house? >> This is my house. I rent this house. We left She left and she went to the stop sign. I didn't even realize she came How did you get the call? She hit a stop sign on Okay, so cuz then yeah, cuz she flew back here. My girlfriend is in the house. >> Yeah, I I went to your house. >> She's like, "Oh my god." And then she called me, "You got a situation." I'm like, "What the hell?" I we were I was having a discussion with my son about her that she's trouble. I've seen women like this before. They're you know, she's she's seeing two psychiatrists. She's on a house >> [snorts] >> therapy or something like that. Like she's on like she doesn't have to be somewhere. But she definitely needs to be somewhere. He was on the phone with her mom telling her and then she's fighting with you and what And I I wanted to help, but at the same time I don't want to be in between all cuz I hear you're struggling with her and it's like but it's >> Hello, I'm trying not to hurt her. >> I know. is the problem. And I'm sitting here like, I want to help, but if I do, then I can get it put on me, too. So, I was like, "What do I do?" Cuz I'm sitting here like this all this is showing him who she really is. Makes him understand. That's why he stayed in. He didn't want to So, I appreciate I'm sorry for all this. >> Who's that plate come back to? So, oh my god. Poor kid. 19 years old. >> is she? What's that girl's name? Emily. You want to talk to my son? Emily what? I don't know her her last name. I don't know her her her mom's uh They're both uh They're quick to call. It was a good fight. Yeah. Yeah, good guy. It was a good fight. >> [snorts] >> I [ __ ] chased her into the house and [ __ ] dragged her out and rolled around with her in the yard, dude. What? Do you want any charges for her breaking into your house? She's already going to jail, so No, I mean, my the biggest thing was she was she literally attacking a Cuz my girlfriend said she came towards her. No, she's just running away from me. She wasn't coming towards your girlfriend. Okay. So, I mean, she was coming She was She was coming You were already in pursuit on her when she pulled into here. And got out and ran She banged on the door and then she just opened it and ran in. Cuz my girlfriend was like, "I didn't know who that was." She's like, "I thought you were [ __ ] me." And then I She opened and then she tried closing it. Yeah, and then she tried running back in. She locked the door. So, okay, I didn't know if she I was I was wondering if she she But you tried She came running and tried to hide. I'm like, "Take her. Do what you got to do. I think she needs medical mental help, big time." Probably. And she needs to Her mom needs to get to therapist and all that. I didn't know if you need to talk to my son to get some more answers or anything. No. Okay. I'm just I just don't know if you need anything for or if you wanted anything for her for her breaking into your [ __ ] house. Yeah, I I mean, I'm just looking for a piece that I lost off my Okay. holster. This Let me go in and talk to her. Make sure she's >> Yeah. And your son can go inside, too. Okay. Or he can stay in the car. Don't matter. I just Now I got to Is it all right if I move her car over back >> We're going to I'm going to tow it. Okay. So, Okay. So, where'd you catch her at? Right there at the stop sign. I got a call leaving the scene. And it was a white Ford Fusion that hit the stop sign And she went by me. She was probably going 70 mile an hour. So, she got out and ran to come back this way, dude. Cuz she was heading up Boy. She went straight down Garden Road. She stopped at that stop sign cuz we were right behind her and then she kept going. And then I turned into Casey's. And cuz we were just talking and stuff and I was going to grab some drinks and I was like and then all of a sudden girlfriend calls and says and I'm like how did the cops see that? Cuz she did it with her dad. She called the cops on herself. Cuz he was making threats or whatever and she was I'm sitting here like and I was like forget the [ __ ] she just pulled. So she was going to do what what then? So she hit a sign and then come find this way. And then I was going to I was just turning I was getting ready to turn tell them that I was stopping her and she whipped around I thought she was going to try to go back that way. So she whipped around so I pulled in like this she got out looks at me just takes off running into the house and then I barrel into the house after her. And then that's when we started fight. >> [snorts] >> She's crazy. I don't know if that triggered I she must have been on her phone cuz he blocked her on every social media. >> Yeah, when they break up. Well, they broke up a week ago then she he had to return some stuff then they start talking again, you know. >> Tonight? Uh Wednesday. That's Yeah, it was Wednesday. Why is she down here tonight? Well, cuz she his truck is in the shop in Morris cuz it wouldn't start today cuz he's supposed to come over. So she dropped him off cuz I'm going to let him use my truck for work instead till it's fixed cuz I have another vehicle and she brought that's why she's here to drop him off. And they were sitting in the car for like a couple hours I said hey dude, you know, let's get going and I want to go and just to get him away from her cuz she can be psycho she's I'm not she's signing she every signs I mean she won't she like his ex-girlfriend lives next door cuz I rent the house from her mom. >> Yeah. I'm just going to The mom's on the phone, too. Her mom? Yeah. Okay. I'll talk to her. But be real quick. Hold on a second, madam. Real [snorts] quick. For any reason do you want to talk to her? You can say no. I already said no for you but yeah, okay. Hi Emily's mother. Hi. Hi Emily's mother my name is Deputy Osborne I work for the Grundy County Sheriff's office. How are you? Good. How are you? Well, I'll try to give you as much detail as I legally can okay but um since Emily is an adult she's under arrest and her car's getting towed she's going to go to the Grundy County jail. She's not hurt she's not injured but she just made some really really really stupid mistakes tonight. >> choices And um I I'd love to tell you in full detail because you're not going to get the full detail from her I promise you that much. Um or you're not going to get the true side of the story but um she made some really really poor decisions tonight. Um so she's going to go down to the Grundy County jail and uh if if you want to pick her up from the jail here at uh it is 10:40 at night probably by uh 11:00 probably in an hour she'll be available to be released. She can call you. She'll have her cell phone and her belongings and stuff if you choose to want to pick her up from the jail. That's completely your choice. What if I don't pick her up? Well, then she's an adult she's going to have to figure out some other means to get home. Oh okay so she'll be released. Yeah, she's getting out of jail. Okay. There's a no bond state, ma'am so she didn't do she didn't do anything uh how do I want to say it? Pretty much to be held in jail anymore you got to like stab or shoot somebody. Right. Yeah, I get it. I get it. She just [snorts] made some dumb dumb moves and she needs to be uh she's got some consequences that she's going to learn from her actions tonight, okay? Yeah and unfortunately she's this is almost we we actually had her here twice this week um trying to get her set up with some uh uh intense uh mental health counseling. Um I know we had her in OSF in Ottawa we had her in Morris the cops were called this week cuz she punched holes in my walls and some shoes and um we um she was supposed to be setting some stuff getting counseling set up so um it just didn't come fast enough unfortunately. Yeah. So ma'am do you pay She's hit rock bottom. Yeah, do you have do you do you pay for this car is this your car or is this she pay for it? >> It's my car. So I'm going to make a I'm going to make a suggestion to you, madam. I got I didn't just randomly find Emily on my own accord I got a phone call from a concerned citizen that she was driving like such a bat out of hell that she hit a [ __ ] stop sign out in the middle of the country cuz she's driving so fast and I was walking out of the I got that call when I was at Casey's in Gardner. And I was [clears throat] walking out of Casey's and she come by she come down the street going probably 75 80 miles an hour blew blew the doors off my car in the middle of Gardner where it's a 30 mile an hour zone, you know. And then I made a traffic stop on her and then that's when she you know she long story short she just decided that she wanted to fight the cops tonight so I would suggest that you know she you're you're a parent you can do what you want but my suggestion to her is she is not safe to be on the public roadways until she gets any type of uh help or be able to control her emotions in whatever way but tonight she's lucky that she uh didn't kill somebody crash into somebody do something along those lines so if if I were you I would take away her car you don't have to but this is you're you're the mother you get to have the ultimate say. I don't think that she's safe to be operating a vehicle on the public roadway and that's going to be in my narrative in my in my arrest report. No I I'm definitely after I heard that she hit the stop sign and that everything that's happened tonight she she no longer is going to have her vehicle. The car is sold as far as I'm concerned. Okay and it's going to be towed um she'll have all that information where [clears throat] to get it out. You'll be able to get it out you won't be able to get it out till Monday anyways. Okay sounds good. Thank you so much for all your help I apologize I don't know what else to say. It's okay, madam. It's not your fault. I you know what it's I kind of feel like it is. It's not everything's going to be okay. It's just a misdemeanor okay just going to be a misdemeanor arrest for her tonight. All right. >> And the and the court will order her um when she goes to court on this more likely than not she'll be ordered to participate in the mental health court program. Oh good. Okay. And it'll be part of her mandate to essentially not to get out of the charges but to complete the sanctions of her punishment right as part two uh participate in this mental health court program. Okay. You know does that make sense? Yeah no it makes sense. Okay, madam. She's 20 she's what 21? She's Yeah, she'll be 21 in September. 20 so She's she's got to figure this out herself. Okay. Okay, thank you. All righty, madam. You have a good night. All right, thank you. All right, Chad. Go ahead and come on. I am so sorry. You can come on in I don't I got I uh truly do apologize. It's okay. I know I scared the ever living crap out of you right and you had no idea. At first I thought it was domestic. >> I'm so sorry. Until I saw your uniform cuz I'm actually a widow of a correctional officer. >> That's what you were saying. So yeah and then I saw your uniform I'm like okay this is what's going on. I apologize and I will let you know that it scared the ever living [ __ ] out of me. I'm not joking I walked into that thing and I WAS LIKE YOU KNOW I was like oh dear lord. I was like as soon as I walked in here to say hey and I'm like oh my god I bet you that's freaking money. >> Yeah cuz I'm looking at her and I'm going to run after her and I see that thing AND I'M LIKE YOU KNOW. So I I know that do you have any questions that I can answer for you like No it's funny I thought it was him messing with me and knock on the door. That's what she said she knocked on the door. All of a sudden the door opens and I'm like that ain't Clint. Well, I >> And I've never met Spencer's girlfriend so I know who she is. >> this is the I had no clue. >> introductory to the Yeah and then I'm like who is this is a domestic situation. So she's running [snorts] then I see you but I'm not affiliating that you're an officer. >> Yeah. So all of a sudden I'm like okay this is what's going on. Yeah, if you guys got anything that goes for you, pal. You got any questions? Let me know. I'll sit and have a phone chat with you guys and uh try to help you guys out even though I just violated the privacy of your guys's wonderful home so But it's a fun It's a fun it's a fun story that I guess you guys can tell your friends that the that the Sheriff's office committed a home invasion on you guys so all righty, guys. Take care. No, I got it. Um [ __ ] lie. So the understanding of the Deputy Osborne I I'm sorry for messing up. is that her boyfriend blocked her she got really upset she took that turn she took out a stop sign I don't know if you're aware of that and then she came down here flying slowed down took off in the house. She said she didn't hear you or see the lights or none of that stuff. It's weird. I have a little I have a little bit different recollection of it. And I didn't realize until after like I walked open the door and then realized that you were behind me. I I I everything happened Hey. You're lying and I don't appreciate liars. No, stop it. You want to know what happened? I'll tell you exactly what happened. You want to know the fun fact? There's four cameras on you. So in 4K, you got caught four times on four different camera angles. Right? [snorts] So, I'm behind you after you're going 70-75 mph down Gardner Road through town, blew the four-way cuz I was at Casey's and I watched you do this whole thing after I already got a call on you about hitting that stop sign. Right? >> [clears throat and cough] >> You didn't use your turn signal coming on here. These railroad tracks are down. >> [snorts] >> And I light you up and you make your little U-turn right here. >> [clears throat] >> You stop in the driver's seat, you sit there, and you turn and you look right at me. And then you get out of the car. And then you stop and you turn and you look at me again directly at the red and blue flashing lights. And then you took off running. And I didn't run after you. At first, I said, "Stop. Hey, what are you doing? Stop." And then you start beating on these poor people's doors of a house that you don't even live at. And then I start running after you. I get closer to you. And then now you force entry into the home. >> [snorts] >> And then you take off running into these poor people's houses. You scared the out of the homeowner. No, stop it. I'm not done talking. This is a conversation. You don't interrupt me. You scared the [ __ ] out of some poor lady that's sitting inside that house. She had no idea what's going on. And I tried my hardest to be polite and nice [snorts] with you and not hurt you. And I don't know how many times I told you that I was going to hurt you if you did not start complying. And instead, you want to fight and resist and do that the whole time. And I was forced to slam you onto the ground and then wrestle around with you. And then even when we're on the ground, I'm giving you the opportunities not hurting you just holding onto you. >> [snorts] >> And then you're crying like a little [ __ ] toddler trying to play every I can't breathe, you're hurting me, I want all this, I need an ambulance. All you had to do was stop. You Want to know what would have happened if you would have just stopped right here and you told me that you're having a bad day and you and your boyfriend broke up and you're coming to try to make amends with him. I'd have been like, "Okay, cool. We got to do a little crash report. I ain't even going to give you a ticket. I have bad days. I fight with my misses." And now you're under arrest and you're going to jail and I'm towing your car. You can call them at the jail to come pick you up from the jail. You're not calling THEM RIGHT NOW. YOU YOU BREATHE JUST FINE. BECAUSE THAT scuffle went on for a couple of minutes and you're breathing just fine. And hence why you're just breathing fine right now. There's nothing restricting your airflow. That was just a thought that you had, so You could breathe just fine. No. Because he blocked you for a reason. He doesn't want to talk to you. He doesn't want to talk to you. He does not want TO TALK TO YOU. WHAT STUFF DOES HE HAVE? WHAT STUFF DOES HE HAVE? I WILL GO ask him and if he says no, you have to suck it up like an adult. You can't just always get what you want. This isn't your world and we're not living in your world. Okay, I'll ask him if he wants to talk to you. I will let him too. What stuff does he have IN THE CAR? OKAY. WELL, YOU TRY TO THINK. STOP IT. IS THERE DAMAGE ANYWHERE? One thing I saw was right here. She's just got to She's got to pee herself. Can't let her piss in the middle of town, so.
