On July 22nd, 2025, police officers responded to a domestic dispute involving a couple. After assessing the situation, officers took the appropriate steps to handle it. This part of one male answers the phone after a second try. That female is no longer there. Claims he does not know what's going on. Identify any history. >> Hey, what's going on? >> All right. Did you call? >> No. >> Okay. Don't go to the dessert party. >> No, he left. >> What's going on? >> What's your What's your What happened? >> I'll tell you. >> We're splitting up. It's an ugly breakup. I only get to babysit. I can't really sleep here. Even though I take care of my kids here and this and that. For her rules, I can't be here. She doesn't want me here because of the breakup. I understand. But then she goes out. She says she's gonna go out for two hours. She goes out for way more than two hours. Since I can't sleep here and I work like every morning I I have to get up and I have >> I'm worried so I could go sleep. I I you know I love being like this. They're sleeping. >> There's no reason for me to be here. And she takes advantage of that and stays for a lot longer out. Right. >> Okay. >> Long story short, she comes home with her boyfriend. Um she's out here. I was smoking a swear in the back. I see the car pull up. Um, we start arguing. Uh, boyfriend starts arguing, too. We're kind of talking. Of course, it escalated cuz I'm pissed off. I'll admit that. When she starts recording with her phone, she records me. She records me taking a in the bathroom. She records me doing anything at home. I'm I'm I'm sick of it. I'm I'm sick of it. So, yeah. I went like this for her phone. Her phone uh fell out of her hand, smacked her in the leg. >> Okay, >> that's that's it. >> That's the gist of it. That's suggest you would >> Okay. All right. Thank god. Did >> the phone fall at all after it hit her on the leg? >> No, she she had it and it went like that. So, she she had it >> and she did she drop it or what? >> How did you end up having the the phone in your hand? >> She said, "Take my phone. I'm calling the cops. I'm getting her phone and so I went back inside with the kids." >> Okay. >> Make sure they're not awake. Yeah. >> And as soon as I saw the lies, I figured I'm getting arrested, so I came out here cuz I don't want to listen to that. >> So they're all sleeping during this. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Again, listen, I didn't mean to hurt her. I'm just trying to get out of here. Pissed me off that she took 5 hours instead of two. >> No, I get that. >> The whole thing, you know, >> I don't even know what to say, man. Like, if it happened for a reason, I got to go to jail for this. I'm going to do that. But I wouldn't put my hands on her. I haven't put my hands on her. Um it's a freak accident. Just perfect timing, dude. We hate each other right now. >> Sounds like you're moving out, right? >> I am moving out. I have a place, but I can't be there until August. >> She's been really, really me. Really being making it hard for me to see my kids, making it hard for me to do anything. But >> when she wants to go out, she's she's like, "Yeah, here. You can't sleep here." This and that. It's been going on for like two months. >> Okay. >> I'm extremely sorry. The phone smacked. I don't ever want to see her hurt. She's a mother and my kids and I feel bad for that. Of course, I can't believe this is happening. >> Yeah, I I get that. It's not a good situation. Has anything like this happened in the past? >> I don't want any trouble or anything, but if I'm getting arrested and I put on a tight, >> we're still figuring everything out. We're just like immature. I will never hit her. I'm sorry. That should happen. Not I know from your point of view does not look good. >> Yeah. I mean, she didn't even she didn't say you hit her or anything like that. We're just working through everything. Yeah. No, I'm saying you you said you didn't hit her. She didn't say you hit her. >> It was an accident, but >> it was it was it was a accident, but nonetheless, an accident. I don't want her. >> I don't want her. I love her. I didn't even want to split up. This is her thing. She's over there baiting dudes while I'm taking care of her kids. >> That's tough. >> So, what time was she supposed to be back? >> She left at 8:30. She said 2 hours. >> Okay. Slow after that. Yeah. Stay here for a second. >> This still something he did that caused the injury, >> right? So there's a video of it. So probably >> she said she has a video. >> No, he said that she was recording. So there should be a video. >> Okay. >> All right. Tell me what I what I got around here. >> Your ex girlfriend. >> Ex-girlfriend. >> Your uh ex-girlfriend leaves. She comes back a little bit late. She pulls up here in a driveway with some dude that she was partying with that lives somewhere in town. >> Yeah. >> Um an argument uh starts over this phone because she's recording you. Somehow there's a tugof-war with the phone. She ends up with a bloody lip on this tug of war. You get in the guy's car for whatever reason. He doesn't want to file any kind of complaints, but what were you doing inside the guy's car? >> No, I wasn't. I wasn't in his car. We were arguing through the window. >> Through the window. He said at one point you got in his car. >> Okay, maybe I misunderstood that. >> Uh there's there's no damage on that guy's car, right? >> Nothing at all. >> The boyfriend. No, I don't want to interrupt you or anything, but that that's how she got her lip when she was recording through the tussle. >> Just a little bit of backstory. It doesn't matter. But she records me. She records me when I'm taking she records me when I'm sleeping in the house cuz I can't sleep in the house. So, I'm been sick of her recording me. >> Well, if you're not doing anything wrong, there's nothing. You know what I mean? >> It is true. But when a camera's in your face like that, you kind of get a little mad. >> Okay. Well, look at what happened now. You got mad and now her lips bleeding. Why did you take the phone away from her? No, I didn't. So, when I hit her phone, smacked her lip. >> That's when everything kind of hit the fan. And then she's like, "I'm calling the cops. You're a piece of here's the phone." And she just took her phone and she's like, "Call the cops, Vinnie." Vinnie's the guy she was with. He went that way and she went that way. And I was out here, go back inside the cops. >> You understand what we got to do, right? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Cuz she's got injuries, so >> I I understand. And I I didn't hit her though. And uh >> you know what I mean? If there wasn't a tussle for the phone, there would be no injury. You know what I'm saying? >> Well, >> there's no reason for you to be grabbing the phone. It's like, you know, you watch the videos where these guys do with the cops with the phone and the cops slap the phone away. It's a battery on that person. You're allowed to record people. You know what I mean? >> You're especially here, you're out in public. >> But it wasn't so much like I didn't like she had the phone. >> I didn't hit the floor. But again, your your actions caused her to be injured because you're trying to take this phone away from her. >> I understand. I'm not >> And now she's sitting here with a bloody lip. >> So, unfortunately, we got to arrest you. >> Uh, >> can I put on underwear? I don't have any. >> Well, here's the thing. Now, I got to babysit you and walk you in inside the house. >> How about Yeah. I mean, you're you're good the way you are. You got shoes on. You're set up. You got an ID. You want to take your uh your license with you and your wallet with you? >> Guys, are you serious, guys? >> Yeah. There's no way around it. If we don't arrest you, we end up going to jail. Well, not jail. You'll end up suing us and own everything we have. >> Yep. >> Uh you'll be able to use your phone at the station. So, if you can just stand up. This officer is going to handcuff you really quick. >> Raina. >> Oh, she's not signing the complaints. We are. She didn't want you to get in trouble, >> but we got no choice. >> Was an accident. I I realize that and you could explain that in court, but we have injuries due to you guys tussling back on a on a phone, which is her phone. So, you really had no business grabbing it. You know what I mean? Like I said, she didn't want you arrested, but we have no choice. >> And then you could explain it to the judge. You know what I mean? >> She she Yeah, we we'll take that. >> Just empty all your stuff in your pockets out on right here. I'm going take it out anyways. You >> want me to do the card? And again, she didn't want to get arrested, but it's not her choice. We have to do it. >> He just wanted to document it, but we can't just document this incident. He's just going to double lock the handcuffs right now so they don't crush your wrist. >> Yeah, >> cuz they'll just keep tightening up if he doesn't do that. >> This one. >> So, they're both snapped in. And I'm going to grab your phone, your wallet, and keys. Your car key. >> No, that's her keys. >> I'm just going to search you real quick. You want to spread your feet for me a little bit? It's >> going to be the wallet in this uh in your pockets. Not. >> Have you ever been arrested for like a domestic battery or anything like that? Not arrested for a battery years ago. Domestic batteries. That's nothing. That doesn't count.
