On May 26th, 2025, officers responded to a report of a violated order of protection. The victim, a 28-year-old male, stated that his ex-girlfriend was harassing him. The two were only allowed to communicate through a court-ordered app called Family Wizard. At 7:20 a.m., she sent a message saying their child was doing okay. However, she then sent a screenshot of a conversation between two other people and wrote, "Stop texting people in my life. Thank you." The victim replied three times telling her to stop messaging him unless it was about their child. He told police he felt harassed and believed she was trying to disrupt their ongoing custody investigation. An officer contacted her on May 30th. She admitted to sending the messages, but claimed she did so because she believed the victim was stalking her. The officer informed her that using the parenting app for personal disputes was a violation of the court order. >> Hi, >> Rachel. >> Yes. >> Okay. Um, so I obviously have never met you before. I don't know what the other officer had told you about all of what's going on. Um, but basically what it sounds like we're going have to do is we'll just have to put you under arrest here, process you, and then bring you over to the county. Yeah, that's also Yeah. >> So, it shouldn't be >> I'll take your bag. >> You have anything else on here? >> I'll leave this with you. It'll go with you when we go to county. >> We have a female over there that'll do a search of you when we get over there. Okay. I just got to walk you to booking, but I do have to put you in handcuffs to go over there. Okay. >> So, just put your hands on your back for me. We're only walking a short distance, but I'm just going to make sure they don't get any tighter on you. Okay. So, I'm just going to push the pin on there so nothing else happens. Now, even like I said, oops, this one didn't go. Okay, now they won't go any tighter on you. So we can uh head up front. I got 42 with me right there. >> Yeah. Stay stand just a second. down there with her. >> This should only take 10 15 minutes and then we'll get you over to King County. >> Okay. >> Sorry, I just can't have that in here. >> No, this way. You want to go in to the right and then >> just go over here. I'm >> sorry. >> You want to take him off first? >> Yeah. >> Okay, >> I'm good. >> Can you take just put your hand up in the wall for me? >> There we go. >> You have anything? >> I just want searched my leg. Oh, good. If anything, >> I like Hopefully this works. Hey, >> did you end up getting the last one uploaded from the Did >> I see? >> Yes. >> You see this box right here? You stand to 41. How you doing? That one didn't uh face the camera. You're good. You sit down. Thank you. >> Yeah, I would not have known how to upload that one that we had. Did you turn this off? >> No, it's like it's super loud. It's like >> Hey, leave me alone. >> Yeah, but I crept back up last time I did it. It's like it's all the way off right here. Hope it stays. Someone turned it up. >> Huh? >> Let me do procedure. It's what >> the person already points in here. Just click the charges tab.
