So, there's an open bottle of tequila a little bit of Oh, we got open bottle of tequila. I was about to say a little bit of hint of impairment with the order of your words right now, but they just already said open bottle of tequila, so here we go. in the car. How many How many Ma'am, I'm not arguing with you. I'm I'm talking Ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, let's talk. How many drinks did you have today? None. Huh? Okay. Why is there an open bottle of tequila in the car? There's not. In addition to the bottle, the officers would later examine the contents of this cup. Oh, I thought you said there's three cups. Oh, dude, this is holy [ __ ] that is strong. Why did you blow by that red light? I didn't blow by a red light. Okay, you did. Do me a favor, put your phone up there. I'm not going to hang up. I'm not hanging up. I'm not going to hang up. Ma'am, just take your phone out. Right now, you you're detained for a traffic stop, okay? Sienna, make sure you stay on the phone, please. >> if she's involved in a 732 by the >> What is that? >> We're not talking to you. Yes, you are. >> We're talking to each other. Sienna. What's on the back? >> Where's my phone? >> What? It's up here. What's going on with you today? Sienna. Hello. What is going on with you right now? Sienna. You don't know how to need to be here. I'm hanging up with you. >> Ma'am, no. Do not hang up on my phone. That's illegal. Ma'am. I have a I have a brother who's a police officer. >> Okay, well, guess what? >> You hanging up on my phone is illegal. I'm doing her a favor because if she comes here to this location >> She's She's not going to interrupt us. She's not going to interrupt us. >> a favor. She's literally looking for your location right now. No, she's not. Ma'am. You've been extremely uncooperative at this point. >> I'm I'm cooperative. You're not. >> What do you guys need from me? You reek of alcohol. What do you guys need from me? >> I'm trying to talk to you. Stop talking over me. Answer my question. >> sir. >> How many drinks did you have because you reek of alcohol? >> I have not had any drinks. Nothing? Nothing. Okay. So, if I do some exercises, are you willing to do some exercises? Is that legal? You don't have to do them. Okay, let's do it. Do you want to do them? If I take you out of these handcuffs, are you going to cooperate? >> Yes, sir. All right. I promise >> If you If you act up, you will get a charge of additional charges. Do you understand that? Yes, I will not act up. You're I'm not with you, right? Yeah. I said 18. Uh check the 18 or 19. >> I work here, so >> Hilton 19 and you said something? This is Hilton. You might not see it on the building, but this is Hilton vacation sales. Okay. How many drinks did you have today? None. Come over here. Turn off your front lights. Can I come off? If you would like to take them off, you have that opportunity to take them off. >> It's okay. You know, you can't pull over somebody who's parked. Ma'am, I don't understand I don't know All right, because she keeps insisting on it. No, I was saying I missed it the first time I watched it that she was parked so bad. She parked diagonally and everything on two spots. But, um she she's trying to claim home base because she was parked. Even if that was a rule, this wouldn't save you on the way she's parked right now. Like, you're out. But, no, that's not a thing. You could You could be I'm in my I'm in my driveway in my home. I'm blah blah blah. You didn't pull me over immediately. Does not matter. Does not matter. You are not at home base. You got to go through the traffic stop. That's not how traffic stops work. Yes, liar, liar, pants on fire, CJ the kid. Yep. Um let me see. Ooh, my joy, my peace, did you see the live alert? Did it go on your phone for the YouTube membership side? Let me know. I'm I'm testing it out cuz that's the only dependable way I have now. All right. Well, you know, but like you committed a traffic violation at Orange and Washington. >> pull over somebody who's parked. Who said that? You can't. Ma'am. I know that. Okay, ma'am. So, are you going to cooperate Yes, I am. All right. But, I'm telling you right now you cannot pull over somebody who's >> Ma'am, that's not an argument. Ma'am, we're done with this. But, as you can see right now, you are detained. Can you put your feet together, hands onto your side? In Florida, the fact that the driver managed to park her car before the officer could physically pull her over doesn't cancel out the violation. In fact, by parking diagonally across two spaces like she did, she may have even escalated the situation by providing the officers with a clue of impairment and a reason to conduct a DUI investigation. All right. I want you to follow this blue light. It's called the stimulus. With your eyes and your eyes only without moving your head. Do you understand? Yes, sir. You're moving your head. So, we're going to start this one >> moving my head? >> I'm not asking you. I'm telling you you're moving your head. >> How did I move my head? With your neck. I didn't. Ma'am, I'm not arguing >> We're going to do it again. >> Okay, please say so. >> your feet together, hands onto your side, not behind your back. We're going to go over here where it's dry, okay? So, come walk. Hands onto the side, not up. So am I. After repositioning, the officer finished that exercise. He wrote in the arrest affidavit that the woman exhibited six out of six clues. The next exercise would be the walk-in-turn. Can you put your left foot on that line? >> That's the time you don't want to get 100% on a test. You do not want to show six out of six signs that you are definitely impaired. Your left foot. That's your right. Your left foot on the line, your right foot heel to toe, just like this. Keep that right there, all right? I'm actually a clumsy person. Okay. You're going to take nine heel-toe steps. Plant your lead foot, take a series of small steps, and take nine heel-toe steps back. Do you understand? >> Yes, sir. You may begin. One. Two. Eight. Nine. 10? Same way I instructed you. That was nine. Same way I instructed you. You said you understand my instructions? >> That was nine. Okay. So, do you like me to do more? The way I instructed you. One. Two. Eight. Nine. I have now done 18. So, anything else you would like? The way I instructed you. Do you remember my instructions? >> All right, then do it the way I instructed you. >> I did that. Well, so you you're done? No. Okay. So, you want me to go heel to toe? You want me my toe to touch the heel? The way I instructed you, ma'am. One. Stepping on my toes. Two. Eight. Nine. We're at the end now. Okay. You're And you're done? Are you done? This is what you instructed me. Okay, so you that You do it that way my instructions? Okay, cool. Let's go. Come over here. So, you We're moving on to the next part. We're going on to the next one, all right? Come over here. Face me. All right, the next exercise we're going to do is the one-leg stand. You're going to raise your foot, you're going to look down at your foot, and you're going to count aloud. 1,001, 1,002, 1,003. 1,001, 1,002, what am I counting to? Three? You're going to keep counting until I tell you to stop. Okay. Okay? So, you may begin at any time. Here? Yep. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. This is hard. 26, 27, 28, 29. Okay. So, how many drinks did you have today? I have not had any. None at all? No. Okay, look at my partner. All right, and then can you do a forward dive like this with your hands behind your back? A dive? Yeah, like put both of your hands like you're praying behind your back. Yep. All right. Oh my god, I didn't think I'd strike or I didn't think lightning would strike twice. Y'all, there's a DUI video. The woman failed all the tests. She was a I don't think she was an OnlyFans model. She But it was something along those lines. And so she fails all the tests and the the cop said, "Okay, the final test is I want you to put your hands back like you're skiing." >> [gasps] >> And she did it and he was like, "All right, you're under arrest. That was not the last exercise." So then he said, uh he said, "Put your hands back like it's another exercise, but you're just getting the wrist jewelry now." Now you're additionally getting charged with DUI, okay? I have not not had any drinks. Okay. Well, what happened to my car is you guys made me say I have no drinks. Well, that's up to the judge to decide. I made my determination roadside based on my training and experience and all my other observations. So you're going to be afforded that opportunity to disprove what I believe. Um well, in a couple minutes. It's going to get towed. And you've been inside my car? Well, we will be because it is No, without legal um No, you don't. There's something on top of my car. So you went inside my car? Yes, please get in the car. So you went inside my car? Yes, we did. >> Without permission? >> With probable cause. Get in the car. Without permission? With with probable cause. Get in the car. I need my phone. You'll get that. >> anything on you? I need my phone. >> It's going to come with you. Get in the car. I need my phone. >> You're going to get another charge. Get in the Get in the car, do it now. >> What's the other charge? You already have a resisting charge. Don't get another one. We're giving you a lawful order. My phone has to You will have your stuff. Your phone will go with you. But it's not coming with you in the back of the car. It's going to come up front and then it's going to go to you with into jail. >> So can please get that? Watch your feet. Watch your toes. The officers would gather some evidence from the car before taking the woman around the corner for a search by a female officer. All right, ma'am. How are you? Good. Got that thing clear on the body cam, didn't they? I'm just going to search you, okay? Search me? Yes. What do you have to search me for? Cuz you're going to jail. So don't they search me when I get there? We're going to search you right now. Get out. >> So we have to search you now. All right. >> Does that make you feel tough? Not really. You got to stand still. Can you do that? There's only a certain amount of room for the curb. >> Widen your stance. Wider. What else do you want? What else do you want? >> Wider. It can't go wider. Yes, you can. I promise you. >> Try. There you go. Hey, hold on. This thing's about Oh, whoa. From earlier footage, it looks like she slipped her cuffs and then tried to put them back on prior to the search. They already have you on this thing as well, so you have to be Do not do that. Stop. Slip slips handcuffs is a square on the new bingo card. So you can take that square. Are you going to break my my finger? It's you make it so it'll be not our fault. Are you going to break it? Yes. Yep. They should not You're searching me to go to jail. We're we're there already. Don't push me. I don't want to hurt you. You're pulling away from me. Stop. Don't I'm not pulling away from you. Don't push me. Got it? Hello! Help! >> [screaming] >> Go ahead. Yeah, we're good. Someone I'm being arrested I'm being arrested unlawfully. >> Hold her like this. >> Record this if you can. Record this if you can. >> right now. No, they're recording as well. >> Okay, perfect. Are you going to arrest them, too? Cuz you guys can't have my phone. Only you're going to jail. >> You guys can't have my phone. Okay. You don't have a right to my phone. You don't have a right to do that. Sure do. Get off my arm. Hey, she's charged with resisting. She slipped one of the cuffs already, so just just keep an eye on it. Uh Rosario's being transported. Uh let's put her in Rosario's car. This is not the right way to hold somebody. This is not the right way to hold This is not the right way to hold somebody. Stop resisting, ma'am. Oh, not the right way. Not the right way. All right, you're going to get hurt. Not the right >> You're going to break my arm. Stop resisting. >> You are going to break it yourself by dropping like that. You are going to self-inflict your injury when you drop all your weight to the ground purposefully trying to make it difficult for us to walk. Improper. Rosario. Where is your car? Let's throw her in your car. Unlock it. All right, she's going to go. All right, he's starting I've been Rosario like, how I get in it? Like why I got to do it? Come over here. And his car's over here. Okay, are you They're going to break my arm. They don't know what conditions I have. They don't know what conditions I have. Tell them to get from under me. It's not happening. >> Stop. This [ __ ] right here is holding me from under my elbow. Because of the way you're acting, yes, she's going to continue to hold you like that. I have not physically arrested anybody. You keep dropping your weight trying to get out inside of our frame. She's holding me wrong. You've been resisting every step of Like go on my shoulder like that. And now you're pushing me against the car I am. Now you're pushing me against the car. Stop doing that. Stop. I'm going to tell you right now you were not running the show, okay? I don't care. Stop fighting >> not going to hurt me. The more you fight You're here to help people. >> And and I'm trying to help you. You're not helping me. >> to help you. >> You're letting her do this to me. No, as of right now, no. Okay, let me explain that that uh square cuz I think that's why you're asking my join my peace. The cop has to say you're acting like a child. It's not us to judge if she's acting like a child for the purpose of the bingo square. They actually have to say you're acting like a child. She just wants to run the show. The officers eventually got the woman into the car so she could be taken to the DUI center. I don't want to be taken by her. Ma'am, that's not how this works. You're here. You're not you're not you're not in control of this arrest. I am and she's going to take you cuz it's another woman. Go. If you're going to catch another you don't understand. I'm being cooperative, but you have been disrespectful and you've hurt me. I was going to pee and at least he hasn't hurt me. According to the arrest affidavit, the woman would end up refusing to provide a valid breath sample. She also kicked a holding cell door and it struck an officer's hand, but because in-facility cameras are only allowed to record inside the center, this was not caught on body cam. The officer charged her with DUI, resisting without violence, battery on a Leo, and DWLS. [music] Court records show that the resisting charge is dropped and that she played no contest to the remaining charges. I'm going to guess that DWLS driving or DWLS is driving while license is suspended. So either way you were in trouble. You got the open bottle tequila, you double parked. Um you don't your license is suspended and you got you have I don't know why they act like they didn't know they driving dirty. I don't get it. You just wrong. Just take take your charges. >> [music] [music] [music] [music] >> Need help? I said you're going to jail tonight. The mama going to jail. I said she's going to jail tonight. The mama going to jail. >> [music] >> I appreciate [singing] my homie for the tip for the roasting I'm doing. I'm the brother on the microphone and spitting it fluid. Real talk, man, I'm over the chain. No question. Now move out of the way, you obstructing justice. Stop. Stop.
