We have confirmed that you have been trespassed from here whether you remember or not. So, there's going to be two ways that this goes down. Walmart management trespassed you. Okay. >> It is confirmed in our system and through their system that you've been trusted. >> The systems are down. >> That's okay. >> Morning everybody. Good morning. I want y'all to be on Facebook with us. This is M. >> Oh my gosh. >> Yeah, this isn't going to go the easy way. Franken, she's not cooperating. I don't want to mess and bother with y'all, but I just wanted to make sure that I logged in and told y'all I'm tired, so I'm just leaving it on here. >> Well, you're going to be tired in jail. >> I logged in with my face. >> That's fine. >> I'm tired. >> Okay. Well, listen. I No, I'm not a trespasser, though. >> Okay. Well, you've been issued a citation before. >> You're going to be issued another citation. And if >> so technically arrest, we've talked about this before. It's called a sight and release. So you can cite them. They've they've been arrested. It's officially an arrest, but then you release them and then they have a they're given a court date on the citation. >> If you do not leave, you will be placed under arrest and you will go to DuPage County Jail. >> Oh, but you I don't see that's what I'm trying to tell you. >> After you get two citations. >> So DuPage, Illinois. >> Dupage County Jail. Okay. >> You go to Dupage. >> Is that where we're going? Which way do you want to go? Would you like another citation? >> No. No. This is what I'm saying. >> And to leave peacefully or would you like to get a citation, not leave, and then go to Dupage County for >> the citation for us for trespassing to Walmart, which you've already been issued one prior. >> The Neighborville Police Department, they're defunded. There's no money going there. >> That's fine. It's still my job and I need to take care of that. Okay. >> The thing is is if y'all not being paid to do the job, then you're not >> I am being paid to do the job and that's what I'm here for. And right now, I'm helping and serving Walmart as So, he has to verify that he's being paid to be able to do the job. The ridiculousness that we have to deal with sometimes. >> You have to verify that you're being paid to work for Neapville Police Department. You have to verify that you have a visa to live in the United States. You have to have um >> Where are we going about this? This is nothing to do with the situation that we're dealing with right now. >> I didn't know that. Had to have birth certificate on me when I was when I was a a police officer and a deputy and a sheriff. I didn't know that >> is you have to have a birth certificate and you have to have a social security card. You can't just come at me as a United States citizen and say, "Hey, I'm a police." You You got to get out of here. We don't our >> You know, you were told to get out of here several times prior. >> This isn't how it's going to go. How do you How would you like this to go? >> Would you like this to go with a citation? >> Doing Mr. Franken, I like your eyes. You're a nice looking guy. >> This a thing. No, no, no. I know. >> You are going >> I would I would put her in cuffs. >> These are my groceries and I'm going with them. Like >> No, no, no. If you Hey, touching me. You are under arrest. >> No, I'm not. You are under arrest. No, I'm not. >> You're being told you are under arrest. >> No, I'm not. These are No, >> you are being told you are under arrest. charge. >> She'll probably get the most amount of Facebook views on that Facebook live. Uh, getting arrested on Facebook Live. Well done. That'll get her some views. >> You are being told you are under arrest. >> You are being told Stop. Drop this now. >> I got this one. I know. I still got it. >> I bought this with cash and it's my money and my >> You are under arrest. Stop resisting. >> First of all, how did you buy that with cash? You haven't even checked out yet. So, how did you buy it with cash? How did you pay for this already? Did you pay for it and then go back in? I mean, typically if you paid for it, then you'd be out of the store really quick after that. She's in the middle of the store. >> You are resisting. >> Never real police. >> You are resisting stuff. It's defunded. These are not real police. No, you're not. I bought my own stuff. >> All right. Be careful. Those aren't too tight. >> I know. I will. I just don't understood here. >> This is my stuff that I bought with my double lock and my money. [snorts] >> I got her. >> Hey, it's nothing. That's >> And whoever's at the Natureville Police Department. >> Double locking the handcuffs. Little tiny button you push in. And what it does is it makes it so they don't clamp down any tighter or get uh come undone. >> It doesn't matter. This is my stuff. We will we will we will discuss that when we get to the jail and I will speak with Walmart. I do not engage out of Walmart. >> No, I don't. >> What are you doing? >> You guys are Y'all not authorized to do it and you're not going to get away with it. You're under arrest. >> No, I'm not. No, I'm not. You're not. >> First off, you can't ARREST PEOPLE FOR BUYING GROCERIES. >> She hasn't bought them yet. >> All of my groceries. every single last one of them. I bought every single one of my groceries. Can somebody listen? Call my mom for me. Call somebody for me. >> Your feet up. >> Hey, that's all my stuff. Y'all can't just sit there and do that to a lady. >> No. >> This way. >> You give it a chance. It's over this way. >> They gave her plenty of chances. All she had to do is say, "Hey, look. I needed some groceries. I'm sorry. I'll take the citation and leave. And you get the trespassor citation and leave. But no, no, she had to be entitled and be goofy and asking for proof of citizenship and wanted in a a law enforcement officer from this country and that they were defunded and all that junk. Didn't work out for him. >> I Those are all my groceries that I bought >> and we will we will find out. And if those are, I'll give them I'll take care of them. >> Receipts right in my bag. Adam status check. >> You know what the thing is is >> I'm I'm here to help. I'm actually one of the people who's here to help everybody from their countries. I know that people in their countries are not getting food, but they need to tell Putin that he needs to stop bombing places and then people from other countries will get their food. [sighs] >> I don't know if you heard what she said. She's like, "We need to tell Putin to stop bombing those other countries. Then everybody will get their food." What does that have to do with any of it? >> We know that people need help. I'm one of them. And then you guys are taking the help away from here. I live across the street. I'm a United States citizen. I have a birth certificate. I have a social security card. I have everything I'm supposed to have. And I'm one of the people who's helping you guys. I'm helping people from other countries. I'm the person to help you guys. If y'all just keep letting everybody steal everything out the store, it's not gonna be nothing for anybody. Hey, let me tell you guys something. They defunded the police departments because they didn't want >> the ramblings >> any more nonped people with non-pigmented eyes working because they know you guys have trouble seeing and hearing. >> So, I apologize if I'm yelling in your ear, but you know what I'm saying. >> That's the first I've heard. non non-pigmented eyes you have trouble seeing and hearing. >> I know exactly. >> That's my first time I heard. >> This is not right. >> And they listen. They're >> going to charge our countries for all this money. >> Have a seat, please. >> Go ahead. Look at it. I purchased all my stuff. All of my stuff. >> Nobody's arguing that. >> All right. >> Let's see what she got charged with. They're going to tell us. The woman was charged with criminal trespassing and resisting [music] arrest. >> Okay. Criminal trespassing, resisting arrest without violence. I mean, she did resist arrest. My guess is they'll drop the one, maybe give her a fine for the trespassing. I doubt it will come with any jail time. It's usually just a misdemeanor. And but she's rambling on with some other craziness. So, how did they do? I thought they did good. They tried to give her every then the other guy comes in. He was having no part of it. He's like, "Let's go." And ultimately they arrested her. I don't know how you buy your food when you're still in the store. So that wasn't adding up to me from the get-go. But uh let me know what you think. Comment, like, subscribe, and I'll catch you on the next
