Apparently, a young guy hopped in the running car and then just took off. Knowing who the suspect is, it doesn't take long for the officers to track him down and confront him. After patting down the suspect and putting him in the squad car, the officers make an interesting discovery leading them closer to the truth. Ha. Colobby is the registered owner of the truck. Yeah.
