On October 28th, 2025, officers responded after a woman reportedly faced unwanted attention from her ex-husband. What began as a troubling domestic situation quickly turned into a tense police intervention. >> Kind of sucks. >> No, it's fine. JUST >> police department. Tim, you can uh have your pistol and be his secondary, but you can transition to pistol or hand if I need to, obviously. >> Basement over here to my left. >> Okay. >> Did you guys get a good check around that wall to your right? Should I find that count? >> Uh, probably a pantry with >> Yeah, it's good. >> Victor, it's the police department. If you're in here, make yourself known. You are under arrest. >> He's underneath the bed. Victor, I saw you under the bed. Come out with your hands up. >> Got him. >> Slowly come out with both hands up. Do it now. >> You said you can't. >> Why not? I was just about to >> You're what? >> My hands >> for what? >> Get out. >> Slowly come out. Do not have anything in your hands. Do you understand? >> Police department. >> Okay, we can talk about this later. I need you to slowly come out underneath the bed. Do it now. Slowly [snorts] put both hands up in the air. Okay. Slowly come out. You understand? >> Okay. Put your hands in front of your face. Now [snorts] walk towards us with your fingers open. You got hands, >> sir. Slowly come up. >> Slow down. Slow down. >> Yep. Nope. You're good. Right here. Stay with me. Yep. Walk towards us. Turn around. Face away from me. Step backwards. Step backwards. Step backwards. One more step. Two steps to your left. Facing the wall. Two steps to your left. Hands behind your back. Interlace your fingers. like you pray. Put your hands together like you pray. [snorts] There you go. Keeping your fingers in relation. Rotate your palms towards me. Yes, sir. Keep those fingers together. Show me your palms. Those fingers together, though, partner. Raise them off your back. Separate your feet wide. Don't move. You understand? Put your forehead on the wall in front of you. Go ahead. argument because she's drinking. She's pregnant and she's drinking. >> And do you see my whole chest? >> We'll talk about it. >> Hang on. >> Um, you want to go bring the freezer right up in like right in front of the house. [snorts] He doesn't walk across. Mhm. Stop walking. >> Thanks. [snorts] >> We're going to walk outside. Actually, hold on. >> Spread your spread your feet back out. >> You have anything on you? It's going to pick me or stick me. >> Anything in your pockets? Just think Can you do me a favor? You can go and secure your rifle. [snorts] Can you grab the stop sticks from behind that Jeep and put him in Tim's cruiser? >> Thank you. >> Did we mark in custody at time? >> Uh, I think I heard somebody do it. Can you look in my chest? Like I'm like, >> "Yeah, we'll we'll get there. Hold on." I'm [snorts] attacked her. I haven't touched her. I haven't done anything like she's pregnant. >> Give me a second, man. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court of law, sir. >> You have the right to speak with an attorney before and during any questioning. If you choose uh to answer questions now without an attorney present, you can choose to stop answering questions at any time. Do you understand these rights? Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> All right. We got a cruiser parked right there. >> If [snorts] you want to make sure he's got his money and then he can slip his shoes on as long as you I'll check the shoes for you real quick. >> Right here. Thank you. >> Yes, sir. Can I grab my phone? >> Yeah. Where's your phone at? I'll grab it for you. >> Well, that's I'm trying to I was Can I come up this way? >> You We can go with him and he'll look for it with you. >> Yeah. >> That's my stuff. >> What is that? the bank card. >> All right, hold on. >> We'll get that. >> What are you going for over here? >> I'm trying to get my phone. That's my backpack. >> Okay. Well, my sergeant will get it for you. >> All my stuff is right there in here. >> Am I getting like jail tonight? >> Uh, yeah. >> For what? >> We'll talk about it. We'll get pictures of your face and everything, too. Okay. >> Oh, here's my phone right here, actually. >> Okay, we'll grab it for you. Hold on. And if you can put my card, it's a wallet phone. So if you can put my card in there. >> Yeah. >> She's pregnant. She's drinking. >> Well, Victor, unfortunately, we tried to get your side of the story earlier. You refused to come out or talk to us. So, we gave you ample opportunity. I mean, we're willing to listen to you now. We'll continue the investigation, but as of what we have right now and the information that we're aware of and the cooperation level that we got straight away without Yes, you're right. Because we tried to reach out to you and talk to you and you didn't come to the door. You didn't cooperate. You were non-compliant. We tried to for [snorts] about an hour and a half we've been here >> over two hours. >> So that's why we have to at this point go based on the information and statements we got from two other individuals involved. I'd love to have your information ahead of time or your side of the story. >> Look at my throat. >> I see that now. We're going to listen to you. But unfortunately, that's where we are right now. >> Again, we're going to have to get a statement from you and then further the investigation, but for right now, the only information we had was from her and Michael. >> She's drinking. >> So, I'm willing to listen to you, but you can understand where you didn't comply with us. I'd love to have done this. You would have been in handcuffs had you come out immediately and we would have listened to you steps forward. >> We just go ahead and get him in the cruiser. We'll we'll try to see if we can't find this phone. >> All right. I got a phone right here. >> Can you just put these cards in the in the case with it? >> It's a black. >> You have shoes? >> Yeah. You get shoes on. Let's get Let's get your shoes on. >> My whole backpack is back there, too. >> Well, we can't take the whole backpack. >> That's That's my stuff. She's going I put the card inside. Cool. Thank you. >> You do you care if I look in and check the backpack to make sure there's no weapon. Just >> I'll probably leave that here inside, but I'll bring you everything else. >> Just watch your step. straight in front of you. >> I don't want to arrested you. >> Okay. Well, like I said, we'll uh we'll listen to you, but we got to have you sit in the car. >> Okay. >> Sit back in there. >> Listen to me and then go and put me in jail. >> Did you grab the shield? Grab this. Okay. I thought he was under his blankets. >> No, he wasn't. I checked. >> So when you said raise your hand, I see the hands pop out. I was like, "Oh, he's behind the the slay bed." >> The bed frame. Um >> Okay. >> I was like, "What?" Like the back. >> Yeah. Slay bed. >> Yeah. So it curved a little bit. I looked over on the side and I see his body. >> Yeah. He was like this. So I immediately helped him underneath and then we'd back up and get commands. But >> dude, I knew he was I was like, there's no way. They're always in the bedroom. >> I was I thought I'm sure he was upstairs. I told him I said he was upstairs. >> No, I knew that they like they were in that room the whole time. >> The dogs the dogs. But then when we first checked and we didn't see him, I started looking behind [snorts] the blinds to see if any windows were open cuz I was like, "This doesn't make sense." >> He would have he would have ran him down. >> He gave uh cool. I know you're excited, but you don't need that ventilation. >> [laughter] >> Um, so we got the shield, we got the 40 put away, got the soft sticks. >> No lawful reason to search that. We were just there for the apprehension. Got him. Why don't you have Carissa help you talk to him? >> Mhm. >> He does have a lot of marks on him. So figure out could be offensive or not. >> She So her story was that when he dragged her out of the bedroom into the living room and was like laying on top of her, um, she was screaming, "Get off me." and she was scratching him up to try to like get him off >> without him knowing that side of the story. He tells you real quick and I would have >> Yeah. All right, Victor. So, I'm Officer Gross. This is Detective Web. >> Like we said, we'll listen to you. Do you want to tell us your side of the story tonight? >> Yeah. Michael was on the phone with Rachel and and uh after she got off, me and her got eated cuz been drinking alcohol and she's pregnant and um I'm in obviously like I'm not supposed to be with her in a relationship. the ship. And anyways, I uh she's been really really like I don't know how to say I don't want to say moody cuz that's not like the right word to say, but like anything that I like do or say or anything that's like not in her wheelhouse like she will start yelling at me. I can't leave her because she'll tell me, "I'm going to call the police on you." And I have videos of that on my phone. I can't break up with her because she's going to call the police. I can't have my own freedoms. I can't have my own anything. I have claw marks all over me. I can't get a job. She's ruined two of my jobs cuz she's called in. And I don't know what to do. >> I don't know what to do. uh what am I supposed to do when I'm trying to leave and she's saying I'm going to call the police and she has every right to because I have I'm not allowed to be around her but yet we chose me and her chose to be around each other and whenever she gets upset she'll use that and I got text messages about it and I just I don't know what to do about it. >> Okay. Well, I got your phone. Would you be okay with me getting into your phone to see these texts? I literally just texted my dad one of the videos like of her literally saying, "I'm going to call the police if you leave me." And >> was that tonight? >> That was not tonight. But it's but it's >> it's always the threat. It's always the threat. If I'm if I say I'm going to leave, she's going to say, "I'm going to call the police." >> And I have a video. I've had other text messages about it. I don't know how long and how deep you got to go into it, but there's a bunch of them. So, would you be okay if I get into your phone to see that video? >> Sure. Right. >> Um, all right. iPhone. Okay. And then who? >> That's um if you scroll go up just scroll up. >> Uh, give me give me one second. Um, here we got to close the door on you for just a second. >> Yeah. Where you were. >> All right. Sorry about that. So, >> go to my text messages. If you go to my >> dad or >> father or go up go the three text messages right there with my mother, father, and my brother. >> If you go up, >> you'll see videos that I've been sending them about what's been going on. Yeah. Go ahead and press that one. >> Actually, wait. I did. >> No, you did not. >> Yes, I did. >> And when was this week? >> Like a week ago. This was actually this one's this should be dated, but that's not the one. I mean, you can watch that one, but that's not the one that if you go done, put it done. >> Well, so what was this? >> You can watch it. It's just another argument between >> Is that today or a couple days ago? >> Okay. Nothing today. Do you have anything today? >> Um, not today. No, but I mean, go up >> further. Yeah, go up. >> Uh, go down. Go down. Go down. Go up. Okay, that one right there. Press that one. >> Yep. >> That can be frustrating. I get it. That's frustrating. I'll be >> And I'm just We're having arguments about it. She's just like And then she's talking to me about her mental state. I'm trying to go back and forth like I understand her mental state's important and that's just as important. Why would you say you touched her then? >> Because that's what she does. >> She knows the situation, she knows it. >> And [snorts] um and she'll even like when she she's she'll like whenever there's someone a third. >> Sorry, sorry to interrupt. Would you mind if I email this video to my email? >> Sure. >> I just want to have your permission to like use your phone and do all that cuz >> if to make sure we're getting a fair side here. I want to make sure that we're getting whatever you want us to have. >> Still going to jail though, right? >> I wish you came out >> like different when you just, you know, like if you're just hiding in there, >> but but you know, I don't know that I don't know about this no contact order thing. Like I don't and and you did though. >> No, no, I know about like obviously I don't know like you guys. >> Oh, like what we do. >> Yeah. It's just like it's scary. I don't want to go back to jail. I want to be with a baby. Like that's what I want. That's what I want to do. And it's just like I don't care when she gets physical with me because I know it's it's not going to it's nothing. It's just she gets physical, she gets emotional, she gets physical, and then she calms down and then we're fine. And then I mean it's a cycle, but >> was it another domestic? >> Yeah. >> So what happened then? Did you hit her then? >> No. No. The same situation freaking arose. You guys are fantastic. >> Listen, >> I broke up with her >> and guess what she did? She called the police. >> Um, I put his bag out your trunk. I'm not sure if you saw me or not. >> Whose bag? >> His backpack. Suspect's backpack. >> Okay. I assume it's been searched. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah, I searched it. >> She's still inside. >> Yes. Um, and then also, uh, we're going to need to get photos of her and photos of any area of the house. The camera's on the hood. Anyways, we're the house might look like >> Oh, yeah. We got to get >> Chris is going to get photos. >> Oh, Chris. She's got her camera and then we got him right here. So, >> yeah, she's doing photos. So, you just do the form. [clears throat] >> How can you buck on me for a second? >> Well, what's up? >> Can you see like these are defensive wounds? >> I can see. >> I'm sorry, but these are not defensive wounds. >> And to for you guys to not even like Why are you matter? We're trying to listen to you. But you guys aren't you guys aren't cuffing her. >> You guys aren't arresting her. >> But look at the marks on my body. There's nothing like that on her. >> So obviously she she's told us her excuse [clears throat] me her side of it tonight and we're trying to get your side without telling you what happened. >> Go to jail. >> Well, listen. When you don't come out of the house for 2 hours >> and we only have her side, >> we have reason to believe that you're a suspect and so we're going to take care to protect ourselves and everybody else until we have reason not to believe that. >> But I'm not >> That's why we're talking attacked her. >> I haven't done anything. >> Who was there though? You and her, correct? >> Right. >> I wasn't there, so I don't know that. >> But look at me and look at her. There's nothing on her. >> I There's some apparently. >> What? What? And don't forget that he was manipulating her phone call with Michael on speaker. >> Yeah. >> To call him out on it. Like if you're the victim, why are you the one forcing her to say certain things on the telephone? >> Yeah. >> I've been arrested actually cuz that that that will make her not drink. >> What are they going to >> make her not drink? >> Oh, >> that would make her not drink. >> I am attacked. >> I didn't think so either. >> I have been attacked. >> I see scratch marks. Where's your I see scratch marks >> all over my face. Do you pull down my shirt? >> Is there more on your shirt? >> Oh my god. You haven't even seen it. It is way worse on my body. >> Okay, >> you not even trying, >> dude. I want to take your shirt off, bro. Like that's We're always not the one getting arrested. I've been the one that's been attacked. You guys aren't even arresting her. She's been drinking. She has a baby in her belly. What was up with the phone calls >> with Michael earlier? >> Yeah. >> What about him? >> So, there were a couple phone calls, right? >> Yeah. >> What was your involvement in that? >> What do you mean what was my involvement in? >> What were you telling him, Michael? What was happening during those calls? >> What are you talking about? >> So, like I said, we have her side of the story. We've talked to Michael. I'm trying to know what you were doing or what you had to do with those phone calls to add your story into what we know. >> I don't have anything to do with the phone call. It's with Michael. >> You Dude, you were there and he heard you obviously, right? >> I Yeah. I said, "Hey, Michael." to him. >> That's it. >> I literally said, "No, no, no. That's I mean, that's all I said to him, right?" >> And then I told her like, "Hey, let's let's start our night." like let's begin our night so we can like this is our last one of our last nights because you're working I'm working like we and and um and again like I said like when she wants to get under my skin she's going to talk all sweet to him and I'm just trying to get her to get off the phone >> just so >> and this is all after she already attacked me this is like and again what >> so why would I'm telling you okay so nothing happened while she was on the phone with Cool. You're saying nothing was going on? >> No, I I was trying to get her to get off. I was just trying to get off your phone. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But not like not not in a way where it's like a mean thing, but Michael does this. Last time I got arrested, Michael was trying to get back with >> Okay. So, why? Yeah. Like, why would he think that something physical is happening then? >> Because I don't know. I don't know. Michael is Michael. >> Okay. I don't know. Michael. He's He's Do you want to actually pull up my phone and and listen to the recordings he sent me over voicemail? Like this dude is incredible. Russia. >> Russia. >> Oh, are you really? >> Yeah. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. I thought >> I'm going in Russia. >> Anyways, um >> like Michael has been a huge like he's the one the reason why I got arrested last time. >> Okay. But can you guys like I don't understand why >> I don't take pictures. I'll take pictures. Hold on. But I'm not going to take your whole shirt off right now. I You have a big >> You have a big one right here. So I'm take a picture of I'm just going to put it down. Okay. >> Like how are these defensive? >> You want to face me? Flash. Sorry. >> Want to clear down a little bit? You said there's more like down there. >> Yeah. Like Yeah. Like if you It goes all the way down my stomach. >> Move it right there. Okay. These aren't defensive. >> Do you need to see a medic or anything? Obviously. >> No, but these aren't defensive wounds. I'm not >> scratch marks are kind of are defensive. They could be obviously defensive >> when there's nothing on. >> So if you're trying to get on top of me, >> I'm not trying to get on top of her. >> But I don't know that I wasn't there. >> But again, you have proof. >> What proof? Just because you have scratches on you. I got marks on me. Like, I don't understand why. Like, how that's not even >> So, you think you have injuries in your hair? >> How about How about the fact that she literally saying, "I'm going to call the police if you if you're leaving me." >> That's different. That happened a couple days ago. Obviously, >> that's a threat. That's a constant threat. That's I have >> It's definitely manipulative. >> I don't think it's nothing illegal about saying that. >> She can call She can call the police. You're the one doing the legal thing. >> It's under duress. It's some It's Yes, it is. It's when you're under a no contact order, she's using that under duress. >> But you are being doing an illegal thing. >> Yeah, I know. >> Unfortunately, it only works one way, man. And just because like she So, let's say >> you're going to kill this baby. Just so you know, if you don't arrest her, you're going to kill her. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> This is crazy. >> Like, I'm trying to protect the baby. >> Did you already ask him about like how the marks happen? >> Yeah, he doesn't know what he's saying. Like how did the Marcus happen then? >> Because she gets physical with me for no reason. >> How? So like Okay. So you describe when I'm when I'm talking to her and I'm asking her to stop drinking alcohol and she's refusing and I'm trying to take the bottle away. She's gets physical with me. >> She slaps you. Punches you. >> Yes. She punched me. She throat punched me. She punched me in the eye the other night. Like >> we'll talk about tonight. We have to talk about tonight. >> Holy holy moly. How about all of this tonight? >> How about hitting me in general? slash scratching me. >> So, mostly it's slaps and scratches kind of. >> She punches me. >> Okay. Where was that tonight? >> Uh, well, once on the head and just the rest of them are just these scratches. >> Okay. Where at on the head? Do you remember? >> Right. Like like right here. >> Like right here. >> Like right around like see my eye. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Like like right above like there's a cut on my eye. That's You want my light or not? There you go. >> There's a cut on my eye that's old. So >> that's open or the new? >> No, no, no, no, no. Like there it's like right above. See that cut right above? Yeah, >> that's where she punched. >> Yeah. Okay. Okay. >> So, correct me if I'm wrong, but so you guys are here. She's [clears throat] like obviously she's pregnant. She's drinking here. You go to take a bottle away from her and she just starts attacking you essentially. >> Yeah, she started. >> What room did that happen in? >> The bathroom? >> 6:13. >> Which bathroom? >> Master. >> Everybody else has cleared >> the master bathroom. So you guys are in the master bathroom and that happened. Um, and then what happened? >> What do you mean? And then what happened? She grabbed >> Did you leave? >> Did you like try to get out get out of the area? >> Yeah. >> Okay, I get it. Yeah. If you look at the videos that I'm literally I'm always trying to back away or leave or do something. I have another video of me leaving trying to leave and she's blocking me. >> I get that. I get that. First of all, I'm not if I had if I knew I was knowingly being recorded, >> I probably wouldn't attack anybody either, right? >> Huh? >> You know the video you're >> Yeah. Do you So why didn't you like you looks like you record 30? >> Because this is a lot. >> I agree. So >> do you see what's going on? This isn't just a one time circumstance. I'm trying like like guys like >> is there a reason like was there any video about tonight? Are you you >> I wish there was but it's not every night that I get video. It's just like sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. It's not every I'm not trying to get And the thing is and I'm not trying to get video of her. That's not me. I'm not trying to get all court evidence against her. No. Like that's not what I'm trying to do. Like >> So what what is the goal of the of the recording then? >> To pro I to protect myself if this happens. I agree. Right. But that's not my goal while I'm doing this. While I'm doing this, I am trying to protect myself, but at the same time, I'm trying to get through to her. I'm trying to talk to her. I'm trying to say like, "Look at what you're doing. It's 7 weeks in and you're still drinking a liquor. And it's crazy. It's just crazy to me." >> So, the only altercation happened in the master bed bathroom. Uh well the scratches actually happened like in the kitchen area too like when cuz we came out and then then that and then that's when that's when she grabbed my phone. I tried to grab my phone and then that's when she started scratching. >> Okay. So the punching happened in the bathroom and >> yeah cuz she knows if I grab my phone I'm going to start recording. >> Okay. And then the scratching scratching happened in the kitchen. >> And then once the other thing is like once she knows I'm recording, she'll start >> Well, yeah. >> Like I don't know. I'm >> What is the point of even talking to you if you're not going to do anything? >> You don't want to talk to us anymore? >> Like you're not you're What are you going to do? You're not going to arrest her. You're not going to protect the baby. You're not going to You're just All you're going to do is put me in jail, right? We're trying to get your side of the story and like >> I I understand but I also know you're trying to get me to talk more. >> We're still not even halfway done with the story. I don't I don't think so. >> I think we're in a jail. >> I need your side of the story. >> I'm telling you, Victor. So, obviously, like >> obviously we're the cops, right? We show up and things are bad. >> There's only so much that we have the power to do. Like obviously your relationship here is >> Can you loosen these? These are really [ __ ] tight. It's Is there any chance? >> Can I Can I say what I'm going to say real quick? >> You're good. We'll We'll get them checked out for you. >> Um there's only so much that we can fix when we come out to try to help people. >> Okay. If I could magically fix your guys' relationship with the snap of my fingers >> and fix what happened tonight, like I would I wish I could. >> But what we're trying to do for you, like, yeah, obviously it didn't help that you didn't come. It didn't help that you didn't come to the door. We could have been talking all this without the handcuffs and we gotten both sides of the story. But what we're trying to do now is still do that. So even if you go to even if you're going to jail and even if you go to court, we're trying to help you out to get your side to the court. >> Are you trying to help me out? Because like honestly, >> that's the way I see it. You know, I >> So you said like last time you got arrested, did the cops even listen to you? >> No, they didn't let you talk. Correct. >> Now my lawyer told me. >> So go ahead and turn that way. >> Which one's the tightest? >> Um both. I mean, this one is >> Yeah, it does look a little All right. >> Like, I wasn't like I'm not try obviously like I was hiding because like I was scared. Like I don't want it two clicks. >> I don't want to go. >> I can't do much more than that. >> That's fine. >> Okay. >> We're okay. >> We're okay. >> Is that better? Like why >> like why can't I just go to another place? Like why do I have to get arrested? I didn't do anything. >> Domestic violence. So domestic violence will definitely >> I didn't do any domestic violence to her. >> I did it. >> What did she What did she say? >> So the story that we have from her. Okay. Um so like I said earlier, we tried to get both sides of the story independently before we just tell everybody everything. >> Yeah, I get it. >> So the story that we got from her was that um you guys were here. She was on the phone with Michael. >> You didn't care for that. And I get that for sure, man. I wouldn't like my I mean, I'm married now, but if my wife was suddenly calling up her ex in Michigan, I'd be like, "What the [ __ ] is this?" >> Yeah. And it But I wasn't trying to like be mean about at all. Like, >> go [snorts] ahead. Sorry. You're all right, man. >> Um, so obviously you're not a big fan of that phone call. um whatever is overheard by you by Michael on that phone call. Um supposedly you have her make another phone call to him to basically try to convince him that everything's okay. So they like he probably probably did not make him call the police. >> Mhm. >> Um according to that didn't go over very well. You thought she didn't do a good enough job basically trying to sell that she was okay. Um, so at one point she's laying on the bed in the master bedroom. Um, according to her, you're upset, so you grab her off the bed. Um, grab her wrists and kind of put her in a bear hug from behind, drag her into the uh the living room, and that's where you lay on top of her. Um, and according to her, like I said, I'm just telling you what she told us. At that point, um, you gave her a headbutt onto her head and she's got an injured ankle. Um, a couple scratches, not nearly like you do. >> It's happened so many freaking times. >> And I'll tell you, she admitted to scratching you up, but according to her, that's to try to get you off of her. So, that's why we're not surprised by the scratches. >> Okay. [snorts] >> So, now you all like too much. >> Yes, >> we're okay. Um, yeah. So, >> I don't >> once Michael calls us, I don't know what is happening the whole time, like what the timeline is exactly, but um once we're on the way >> Mhm. according to her, like we get here, we're trying to knock on the door, and at that point, you're in the master bedroom, eventually move into the bathroom, >> and according to her, um, at some point, I don't know how soon it was cuz obviously we've been here quite a while, >> but she's trying to get past you to go to the door to talk to us, and you're keeping her from doing that. >> No, never. And well, she came to you guys. I mean, after 2 hours, >> she came to you guys. Yeah, because we were talking. We're like, what do you want to do? Like, we're in this situation. Like, what do you want to do? >> I mean, Victor, the time for talking is kind of passed when the police are knocking on your door for half an hour or 2 hours. And I'm sorry you're dealing with that cuz like I said, I can't imagine being with somebody who's still talking to their ex. And if they I mean, what they have a kid in common though, right? >> They have two kids and I don't care about That's the thing is I don't care. and they were talking about the kids and I didn't care. I just wanted her to get off the phone and that's and that's why she she she made a comment and that's why I was like what like I'm not trying to like what was the comment if you like it was something along the lines of like I was being an ass to her and something like that and Michael takes every anything I do offensively and ser and like whatever and that's and >> so basically she just tells Michael you're being an ass. >> Yeah. And Michael does ask >> and that's why I' I've wanted to get a restraining order against him >> and like I try to >> I try to protect myself but it doesn't when now this is the second time that even though I have the recordings even though I have the marks on me it doesn't matter apparently it's whatever they say and it's like I just don't understand I I don't understand why it's like this. Well, doctor, I understand that you having a child with her now. Obviously, you're you're in this to see her get off the alcohol. It sounds like you're saying she's a pretty consistent drinker, >> especially with a baby. That's a terrible thing to be doing. Um, >> and that's why I'm stressed right now because it's >> for sure. She's keeps doing this and I'm trying to get her to stop and dude, she won't. >> Which I, you know, I understand. I can applaud you for that. However, >> can you just look at my stomach though? Like, dude, this is >> so we we can't do that like right here, but we can do that at the station. Okay. Um, again, the no contact thing, like even if she's threatening to call the police, if if you steal, like this is hypothetical. I'm not saying you did this. If you and your friend go to Walmart and you steal a TV and he says, "You know, I feel I videotaped us doing that. Unless you come help me steal 10 TVs, I'm going to turn you in." Well, that doesn't make one wrong make 10 rights. I know you're >> That's not what this is about, though. This is consistent. This is every day. You don't understand. My mental state is not okay because she constantly does this and she's constantly doing like dude, how do you how do I protect this baby but at the same time try to care about her and what she's going through knowing that her therapist is saying continue to drink because >> well I don't think a therapist is going to say that. >> Can can you let me finish? She said that because >> the therapist is saying your mental state isn't good. So, if you stop drinking, then it's going to make you worse. It's going to stress you out more. But that's giving her the excuse to drink a a whole bottle of liquor every day. It's not like a one glass of wine tequila. It's not like she's drinking one glass of wine or something to relieve the stress or something. >> How long she been doing that? the my whole relationship with her. And there's been times where I have left and then she'll like make me feel guilty about leaving and I'm just trying to like, all right, like, okay, I get where she's coming from. Like, I get like she's stressed. Like, I get she needs help with some of the finances. Like, so, okay, let me try to fix this. Let me try to like let me try to come back to you. like like I don't want to be like every other guy that just leaves you. Like I I want to fix this with you and I just and now I'm going to jail because >> I wanted to fix it. >> I mean it's commendable that you want to fix it, man. But the first step to doing that if you were doing it, I guess I don't want to call it the right way cuz it's that's relative. The legal way would have been you guys going to court to try to get this order revoked. Yep. But now I have another What? What are you charging me with, man? >> Um, so it's going to be domestic violence again, >> which is a felony. >> How do you know that? >> Cuz it's a second one. They told me if I get charged with another domestic, it's going to be a felony. >> When did they tell you that? >> In court, dude. >> Okay. >> Like, I didn't do this. >> I didn't do this. He's going to ruin my life and kill this baby. Well, again, man, that doesn't mean you're being convicted of it. >> Dude, you know exactly what this is doing. >> And this isn't right. This is not right at all. All because I didn't come to the front door. Yeah. >> Were you scared because of the the protection order? >> Yeah, dude. Yeah. That's the only reason I would have come out and just talked to you guys otherwise. >> Now you guys would have probably freaked out seeing my face. But >> I mean, even from her saying she scratched you up, I'm I am a little surprised. >> I'm what she has on her. I didn't touch her. >> When I if I touched her, it's because I'm trying to get her away from me from doing all this to me. If you don't mind me asking, what the last time you were arrested for it? >> Like you dragged her around and >> No, not that I dragged her around, that I grabbed her. >> But I grabbed her. >> And like I This is why I just don't get why I'm the one getting another domestic because for what? >> Are we taking her back to the station? >> Okay. Cuz I want to take his hands. >> Yeah. Yeah. All right, man. So, we're going to get you back to the station and get pictures of um the rest of your chest and hands and stuff. Just again, if um what you're saying is your side of the story, then like we want to give you every opportunity to defend yourself, right? >> But you're not you're putting >> I'm trying to >> No, you're putting me in jail. >> DVD. >> Uh this isn't my car. >> This isn't defending. This is >> They took my car. I don't know why. >> This isn't at all, man. And you know that. I know you know that. That's >> Fernando's car. >> I know. Yeah. >> You know this isn't right. You know in your heart this is not right. >> You may have thought what you were doing originally when you were talking to her was okay. You know this isn't right. >> Um like I said either way if you think I'm trying to help you out or not, we need to get going. So I'm going to >> Thanks for watching Body Cam Zen.
