So, I went over to go make make contact with her when one of the families came up to me and when I went to go make contact with her, she was in the middle of doing it again. And then she saw me and quickly pulled them up and tried to play it off that they were just falling down. And I said, "No, they weren't." And then I grabbed her vodka, poured it out, and she kept calling me, went to go put her in handcuffs. She began resisting. And then you saw what happened. Lisa was charged with indecent exposure, second offense, obstruction without violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. 9 months later, on July 6th, 2023, a jury found her guilty on all three counts. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, but was credited with 265 days of time served, meaning she had already spent far longer behind bars than her custodial term required. After her release, she was placed on 18 months of probation.
