Rogers, Arkansas. on. We all knew. The minute he said Rogers, I'm like, "What are you talking about?" Well, several of you reached out, including a Barbara W from Arkansas who wrote, "Dan, not sure what Captain Rizzo said that Chase was out of Rogers when it clearly took place in Fort Smith. We'd love to invite Rizzo down to Arkansas sometime and show him the lay of the land. He certainly could use a refresher course in geography." I mean, it's obviously not Rogers. >> No. >> Kid it. >> Yeah. Now, I've been to Arkansas, as you know. I was quizzing them to see if they were paying attention. >> Was it Rogers Street? >> Maybe. >> Yeah. Yeah, I mean >> Roger that, how I say it all the time? And uh once crews got into the area, we were able to take all three into custody. >> That's why you got to do cardio, man. >> I've been doing cardio. That's why I [laughter] stayed up with them as long AS I DID. >> IT'S NO KEYS. THEY got the ignition off. >> They hot wire. >> Just like across America, they use the Kia's. They always stealing. Wearing gloves, just giving you a ride. Like this is my first day. >> As the passenger is handcuffed, the chopper tries to relocate the other two suspects. >> All right, got eyes on the K9 unit. >> Though a K9 officer looks to already be hot on their trail. >> All right, I got them. I got them. They're running northbound. >> The two suspects split up. They're now both looking for a way out of there. >> Currently running through a parking lot. >> But officers are already closing in on them. >> They're pushing towards Peachtree. Running back westbound towards Standish Avenue. >> They're looking for somewhere to hide, but not realizing the chopper above can see their every move. >> One of you be wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. >> One of the suspects dives into the dumpster, and now the two of them are having trouble closing the lid. >> I got one of them jumping in a dumpster here, 1720 Peachtree Street Northwest. >> As officers approach, the two suspects try their best not to make a sound. >> All right, we got officers about to make contact at the dumpster. Hey. That's pepper spray the officer just shot INTO THE DUMPSTER. AND IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING. >> [screaming] >> THE SUSPECT DIVES OUT OF THE DUMPSTER. BUT THE OTHER GUY is refusing to come out. Perhaps all that garbage in there is neutralizing the smell of THE PEPPER SPRAY. HE POPS OUT OF THE DUMPSTER AND FALLS TO the ground. The two suspects begin wiggling their way towards the officers. And both are placed under arrest. >> [laughter] >> Police recovered two firearms, a stolen police duty belt, and a stolen car. All three suspects are now facing a litany of charges. >> And both of you have have been pepper sprayed. >> Yeah. >> Everyone says it's worse than getting tased. >> It's worse than getting tased and it makes you panic because you can't I mean my everybody reacts slightly differently but my eyes just shut. Um I got pepper maced in a in a kind of a riot once when I was a bike cop and I just was reaching and I I felt a duty belt and I said pal hang on to me take care of me. I can't see take me to safety and you can't see it makes you panic. Yeah. >> Not only the immediate impact and then it lingers for days even when you're showering it just get back in your eyes. It's terrible. I'd rather get tased 100 times over. >> Yeah. Um and you know the fact that they've got that kind of resources are to be able to look from above with the the chopper. >> So, I'm not certain if this is related to the original case or the new case. But, I said they have some kind of fighting. >> [music] >> All right, so there may be a a fight involved here as well. In Daytona Beach where there was a report of a hit-and-run on a motorcycle with a possible fight involved. Lieutenant Moore had been heading to the scene, but this is Officer Siena now at a location where the suspect may be. >> No, cuz I wanted to get my auntie. That's all. It's going to be Florida Delta whiskey 25. >> I ran over nothing. I just came out here. >> So while we were on the other crash, we heard this crash right up the road. The this car took off made it maybe half a mile away, tried to run into the apartment complex. B cat took off from the initial crash, was able to get here in time before she got inside. She's in custody. You know, right over there now. We're trying to figure out if she's intoxicated, what's going on with her right now. The crowd over here but they're pretty they're really they're fine. >> Turn in the planning and I have my lights on too. >> Came around here. This one here? Okay. Are you okay? >> Yeah, yeah. She's already spontaneously admitted she don't have a license. She knows about the crash everything. >> Perfect. No UOF just a touch him. But let me absolutely not. Mikey, keep an eye on their back. Keep that crowd back. Yeah, do me a favor. Just keep everything here copacetic. Got here. I'm going to run up to the original scene. Make sure we secure that. Everybody else here just watch his back. He'll hang out with the suspect. Do me a favor, watch out. I'm going to pull out this way, okay, dear? >> Can you call my daughter, please? >> Alec. >> Hey. I got a minor CHILD OVER HERE. COME HERE. HEY. He's up. No. Hey. He's dipping out. Hey. >> And then left the scene. >> No, she's not. I'll tell you what's going on. >> Suspect that uh hit a motorcyclist just north of here and we're not certain yet but we might have a traffic homicide investigation where there's some severe injuries. Move. So, I'm going to run up to the scene itself. Help secure that. But we uh we have the suspect in custody. Some spontaneous utterances. They know they shouldn't be driving. They don't have a license. They know the crash happened and then they ran from VCAT when they pulled up to the house and to that party. The party was less than friendly initially. >> 911, what is the nature of your emergency? >> Yeah, there's a suspicious 536. There's a suspicious vehicle. This car's been parked out there multiple times. It's parked out there again. >> Is it parked in like in their driveway or is it parked on the road in front of their >> It's parked in It's parked on the road in front of the house. It's a black male. I don't know if he's He's all by himself but I don't know if he's by himself. >> All right. All right. >> Is that him talking? >> Big guy's hurt. >> Do you know where that party >> Blurred conscious, head trauma. >> Yeah, he doesn't remember really what happened but he knows what city he's in whatnot. >> All right. We got suspect vehicle. We got suspect in custody. >> I don't remember the bike passing us on that other crash. >> I was south. That's why I was like it never popped out the road. I'm assuming >> I don't know. >> I'm >> he was going east and the car made the left just from the trail of fluid from her. >> Yeah, she spontaneously uttered that she knows she shouldn't be driving and that she was in the crash and she fled, so that's after she tried to run in the house and fought. Um Trying to see who I have. I want to throw some crime scene tape up to try and protect like the shoes and [ __ ] Get some crime scene tape. Good news is he's alert there. Probably honestly looking at his bike it's probably some decorative [ __ ] Maybe. He's conscious talking doesn't remember anything. However, he uh What you got? Oh, holy [ __ ] It looks like it was just a model piece that was stuck to the to the bike. I would I don't I don't care if it's the suspect. Do you have any crime scene tape? on. I'm just trying to utilize as much equipment as I can as opposed to cars. Because I want to capture Fulton as well. So, this is the original scene that that car that was smoking down there that uh fought the V-Tech boys. This is the crash that they caused. That's the male they hurt. So, it's a good thing I show up and I can hear him talking. So, I'm hoping it looks good, but he's got some pretty uh rough damage on him. So. His uh his bike's tore up pretty bad. There's a mock firearm Sergeant Mar found on the the street. We don't know if it's real or mock at this point. So, we're just going to make sure it gets cleared and it's not an actual weapon. So. We're trying to get to the bottom of what exactly occurred. Luckily, after they got snatched up, spontaneous utterance immediately that they know they did this. They know it was wrong. They're driving on a suspended license. Shouldn't even be out here. So. We're going to send one over to the hospital, check on his status. Our motors unit is going to come out and give us a hand with some stuff. And at this point, it's just secure the scene, get him the help he needs. So. They're going straight to jail. >> This is two live scenes in Daytona Beach, Florida. On the left is where a motorcycle was hit, the driver injured, but seemingly alert and okay, but being treated. The other scene is where they found the suspect and a smoking vehicle with significant damage to the car. That is the suspect. >> I want to have her to come out and somebody be with me. >> Okay. >> I wasn't trying to run from y'all or none of that. I just got scared. >> I got you. >> [laughter] >> You already got to run the call. >> I already got a phone. She not answering yet? >> How old is your daughter? >> She 19. >> 19? Pine Pinehaven, right? Can you say this one right here really tight? Can you please ease up a notch? I'm not going nowhere. I had no other option. >> Do you have any other information you want to tell me regarding the the this altercation that took place? >> No. >> No? Okay. Right now, um, she's determined to be the primary aggressor in this case. Um, obviously, he's got a, you know, chop nose. She can't definitely tell me exactly what happened. So, she has no physical marks that would insinuate that what she said was true or what she alleged was true. So, with what physical evidence we have to prove right now, it's we're going to determine her as the the primary aggressor in this and she's going to face, you know, felony felony battery charges, you know, domestic violence. So, he's going to get cut loose and she's going to she's going to take the ride. So, >> We got dispatched to an assault battery where someone was knocked out unconscious and is bleeding out of the mouth. Black male hat, light blue shirt. Oh, gray sweatshirt. Um he's got blood on his hands, he's got blood on his sweater. >> I'm an Uber driver for Federico. >> He's a suspect potentially in a violent crime. It might be him, it might not be him. So, if you want to hang out for a second, we have some witnesses coming to see if they can identify him and I can tell you whether he's going to jail or not. >> Okay. >> And if he's not going to jail, he might still need a lift. Does that work for you? >> I will put it by the clock. >> I appreciate it. What up, big Sarge? He keeps telling me he speaks enough English to have a conversation, but the conversation ain't going. Can he show us his hands? >> No, no, no, tranquilo. Qué le pasó con la mano ahí? Aquí en el otro, el otro lado. >> No pues ahorita venía caminando y y >> He said he was jogging and fell. He was what? He was jogging. Trotando means jog. He was jogging. So I get to his house and he fell. >> I'm well in the probable cause that he was involved in the fight. He's got fresh, recently dried blood on his hands. He's coming from the area. He matches the description to a T. Someone says 100% those are the clothes. I just couldn't identify him. We're still checking up on the well-being of the male at the hospital currently. Hopefully he's doing all right, but at least we know for now he's going to be going to jail. It's not the Uber he called for, but it's the Uber he's going to get. And it's not going to take him where he wants to go. It's going to take him to jail.
