What the hell was that guy thinking? He punched a cop, tried to bite cops, then he was trying to spit on the cops. What the [ __ ] What a weirdo, bro. What the [ __ ] I guess he just said mental illness. That's crazy. That's just mental illness. I don't know. Feel like there might have been something else going on, too. I bet. Anyways. Yeah. >> Been poor pain. >> Mhm. >> Yeah. >> All right. So, what I need you to do right now for me, okay, is turn around, put your hands behind your back. All right. >> Why did he admit to all that, dude? What a [ __ ] Okay. Anyways, I got bitching sauce. You want some [ __ ] in sauce? >> You're being detained, okay? But I am going to read you your Miranda rights. All right. You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand what I'm telling you here? You can tell me you want an attorney and you can end it at any time. Okay. >> All right. >> I like it. I know. >> I I know, bud. I appreciate you being honest with me and we we'll deal with that. Okay. >> When you watch the videos, you'll see everything. >> All right. I know it's going to be a tight squeeze, so the best way to do it is sit on your slide in and then put your feet in. >> All right, just hang tight there, ma'am. Is there any other anybody else inside the residence at this time? >> Not that I know. Well, other than my dogs. >> Okay. Where's your uh daughter at? >> I don't have any children. I just have a child. His my stepchild. >> Okay. You know where the stepchild is? He has a he she's supposed to be our babysitter. That's what I know. And he's over there. And that's that's my stepchild. >> The girl's father had a different account. >> What's the backtory? >> Your message talker thing is way I delayed lol. >> Okay. >> I worked with him before, >> right, >> at Montgomery Trucking. >> I remember it. >> I'll just shut it off. It's whatever. >> Okay. >> And Well done. >> Okay. So, I ended up having back issues, so I had to quit. But anyways, he called me. I don't know if it was Thursday or Friday and said, "Hey, um, we don't have anybody to babysit." >> Okay. >> Is there any Cuz my They came over to her house once and my daughter, I'll babysit for some money. >> Okay. >> Anyway, so he said, "Hey, can she babysit?" And I said, "Sure." I said, "Yeah, when do you need her?" And he said, "Well, for him and his wife, I talked to both of them." Said, "Probably all the next week," which would have been Monday, >> right? >> "Can she babysit so I can actually not go anywhere and just [ __ ] her?" What the hell is this guy thinking, bro? >> And there and I said, "Well, why don't you pick him up? Pick her up Sunday night. That way can get used to her, right?" >> And blah blah blah. >> Right. Right. >> So he was like, "Yeah, that's a good idea." So, we went to the fair or not the fair. We went to I can't even think. We went somewhere and then we came back home and I said, "We're home now." So, he's like, "All right." So, Kayla, he was at work, came and picked. >> Okay. >> And brought her back here Sunday night. >> Okay. >> So, she was here Sunday night, Monday night, and Tuesdays and today. >> Okay. Um he sent my wife a random text just today and said hey can you phone I don't know if he said so she can find it or what but he said phone well called I can't I don't know if it was before or after and said he took my phone I don't know where it's at and cuz I tried calling her phone and messaging her I tried calling her phone on messenger and my wife tried calling her regular and it went straight to voicemail. So, it was shut off. >> Yeah. >> She said, "No, he took my phone last night. He took my phone. I don't know where it's at." Blah, blah, blah. I was like, "I'm on my way over." >> Well, first they made it sound >> was here alone. >> Well, I didn't know he was off work and she was home. They made it sound like was here by her and she wouldn't get up. >> Oh. >> So, I said I texted Derek and I said, "I'm on my way over there now." >> Okay. after that was told us everything that happened and I didn't I tried calling him and calling him calling him and it was really weird because he was active four minutes ago on messenger when it when I tried calling and he wouldn't answer he wouldn't answer he wouldn't answer wouldn't answer well then prior to me call trying to call from your house right >> yeah she called from her house prior to me trying to call him and explained what all happened at least my wife called on messenger she answered Yeah. >> So I I was like, "Give me that phone." So I was like, "What are you doing, dude? You my daughter and you got her drunk." Oh, that you don't know what went on here. I said, "I do know what went on here. You my daughter, dude." Well, you don't know what I said. I don't care what went on. An adult, if my daughter was drunk, would have first thing they would have done is called their parents, >> right? >> I said, "You never even called us or messaged us. Nothing." And he was like, "Yeah, come over here. Come over here. I'm home. I'm home." I said, "Good. You're going to jail, dude. And I hung up the pump. So, we come over here and we came in here for see how she was. I come outside. My son brought out with him. He came outside said, "You don't know what got on. You won't know what went on here." And I said, "I don't need to know what went on. I know enough of what went on." Well, I got proof. >> I'm glad they didn't beat the [ __ ] out of him, dude. >> I got proof. So, he had his wife grab it. I said, "Dude, I'm not coming up to [ __ ] you because I'm not going to jail." I said, "I'm going to stay away from you." He goes, "Well, Kayla, go take him over my phone." So, she brought over his phone and was showing me the pictures of pictures a couple and stuff. And I said, "Let me see the time on that." So, I scrolled up to the very first one. It was 2:55 a.m. I said, "Dude, you took them pictures off you took them pictures off of her phone and sent them to your phone. And I know exactly what you did. I said because you took her phone last night. Kai said cuz said she couldn't find her phone last night. That was all officers needed to hear. After seizing Joshua's phone, they also interviewed the father who had reported the incident. Eric, come over here. We'll talk. So, tell me what you saw. All right. So, we got here about 12:20, 12:30. The oldest right there. my youngest in the restaurant. Uh he bolted in behind my my he's sitting like he's been hanging out right over there by and uh looks okay. I work I work in the DD field. So I was like so you know my oldest is across that divide there. He's he's in the urinal. I walk around the corner. He's got his phone with his little finger there and he's 45 like at my kid. So when when you look at his phone, you can clearly see >> it looked like there was a camera app when he was walking out. Just awkward behavior. >> But like when you when you walked in and you saw it. >> Yeah. >> He just walked away like he wasn't urinating or nothing. >> He kind of famed like he was the first time. >> But like he had the phone in his hand. >> He's just standing there angling. >> He like a fake shake. Yeah. >> All right. And then your other shopping like whatever. What can you do? >> Right. So uh yeah, we went shopping a couple places. Came back through. I saw he was still closed there. So I asked my youngest, "Hey," he couldn't see us cuz we came from this side. Hey, go in the bathroom. Go in the bathroom for me. Of course, he's giving truck. And sure enough, as soon as he sees me, he holds up. He's walking in there. My youngest goes into the stall. That's how he likes to see. >> Right. Right. Right. Right. He's just aloof in there like, "What am I doing?" >> So wait, so you went in then the second time >> behind him >> and he's just standing like >> and he followed him in. But he was just kind of like luring like >> he's just loitering at that point. He saw me and then he then he's paying going like and the whole time you're using the toilet. >> So >> he never unzipped your pants. >> Wait. So he's at the urinal second time. Yeah. >> But he's looking bad after he saw me with a phone in his hand too. >> Carried a bone in. Yeah. Kind of spider dong dongle or what? >> The investigation ultimately led to multiple charges. In May 2026, Joshua pleaded guilty to two counts of pandering sexual oriented matter involving a partner and three counts of voyerism. Two underage people. The guy that was chatting knew. The other guy didn't, I believe. But we're going to see. I think they're going to try to see if they can out him to see if he knew or not. Um, but yeah, they don't think he knows. He's just giving the guy a ride. And he said they're going to meet some females. So, he was like, "Okay, I'm down." Uh, so anyways, yeah, of course about to interrogate him. They're going to have a pool party. Um, the decoy has like a dance prepared. I think I've seen the dance. I think this is sort of an old video, but I always want to watch this one cuz it looks hilarious. Yeah, they made it free. So, I was watching it. So, it's like I know what to watch. Take some deep breaths. >> Easier to say than >> I know. I know. >> [clears throat] >> It wasn't anymore. I don't know. >> It's cuz I'm shadowbanned. >> Everything that was in my truck. >> So that's a that's a Cadillac you got? >> YouTube hates me and they shut me. >> How long you had that for? Was it pretty expensive? >> Well, you know, >> no, not in the beginning. >> Roll your joint. Pick up the seeds of steam feel spitting on seeds and I didn't know what it was worth. But yeah, I swear to God, just let the animal be okay. Let it be an animal. That's all I care about. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Right now, that's all I'm thinking about is the animal that I hurt. that I heard I care about >> that I that's all I care about I love animals but I'll sacrifice that but as much as [ __ ] because you know >> that's kind of funny she goes I thought it was a deer and I just ran that [ __ ] over cuz I didn't want to stop I got to get home >> for the last couple months um I had got a motorcycle >> Oh yeah >> and yeah and cuz I wanted to ride again but I had stopped right because my cousin had got killed in one >> Oh wow. So I had stopped riding on one >> but I said I want to ride again and then my son told me that well a couple of months back he said mom he said you bought a bike. So, you know, I feel self that told me that he didn't want me to ride a motorcycle. >> He didn't want me to ride a motorcycle. I'm not going to ride a motorcycle, you know. Whatever. Whatever. >> Her son should have made her sell her car, too. Because with the kind of criminal record Chabria has, it's surprising she was even allowed to be on the road. >> Since she was 18, Chabria managed to stack up a total of 31 prior cases. And 23 of these were traffic violations. One was a felony and another was a DUI. >> How the [ __ ] did you get 23 traffic violations? What the [ __ ] >> Because in 2014, you guessed it, Chabria was caught operating a vehicle while under the influence. >> Bro, what? I when I was like 18 to 19, I would literally drive like 100 miles an hour everywhere and I probably got two speeding violations in that time. How in the [ __ ] did she get 23? >> Making her a repeat offender. And despite all of that, nothing ever stopped her. Now, those two choices have destroyed several lives, including her own, as she slowly comes face to face with what they actually cost. Two deaths and a young man fighting for his life. >> Tonight, my home girl, she got a big promotion because she opened her bar. So, I went upstairs. You've only been pulled over. You fix your headlight. >> That's funny, bro. That's kind of crazy. I've been pulled over a bunch of times, but I've only gotten a few tickets. Really? Not that many. >> Yeah. I don't know, like six maybe. But I'm also 35, so that's not too bad. >> Let's cross the bridge. And then uh I was >> I got a talking by the cops though. >> Back across the bridge. Had got off the bridge, came all around. a we were a drive and then that's when it happened. Um I thought it was an animal. Like I said, I thought >> my worst feeding ticket. I think I was going like 13 or something and I got pulled over. That was bad. That was really bad. The cop was really mad. He was like screaming at me. >> I was an animal. So I I hit the animal. Um, but like I said, it was a hard hit. >> I'm actually like, >> you know what I'm saying? >> I was actually like really lucky cuz [laughter] I was actually really lucky cuz um it was supposed to be like felony. I didn't I mean I was dumb kid at the time, but yeah, it was 18. But um if apparently if you're going 20 miles over the speed limit, then uh it's supposed to be like a felony. But he didn't give me the felony charge. He just gave me like a normal speeding ticket. He didn't even give me a misdemeanor. >> I was a deer actually. >> Yeah, I was like really lucky and I'm an animal person so I'm like and also I had [ __ ] in the car. I was not supposed to have like a lot of >> like I said when I seen my foot >> and he didn't even look in the car. >> So I closed my eyes. My seat belt held me. >> Okay. >> My seat belt held me. So I knew it was something serious and >> I'm like damn. And and I feel for I love animals. >> Yeah. >> I'll take [snorts] straight cat. >> It was going slow. >> But like I said, >> my when I seen it, my roof caved up. I felt me. Oh [ __ ] Like I said, thought it was the animal. Point blank. Period. So I pulled over. I'm pulling over. I >> Oh, 30 faster. No, I didn't say I was going slow. I said I was There was stuff in the car I wasn't supposed to have. And but he didn't look in the car either. Anyways, um my work speed was 876. The [ __ ] are you talking about? Were you in a [ __ ] jet engine? He said 130 miles. Yeah. I don't know. I don't know how fast I was going over the speed limit. I think the speed limit was like 65. I was like doing like double the speed limit. like 65 over. >> See, my hood was lifted up and I was like, "Oh my god. Oh my god." Now, if it I And then that's when I thought it was a deer. So, I went ahead and pulled over. Um I pulled over because there was a tracks. I remember pulled over right there because there was some tracks. I pulled over >> and Mark, how you doing? >> I called you guys after I called 911. I said I hit something. >> 130. I was doing 130. >> Remember what I said? I called them. I called my mom. Then I called my son's dad. Hey, y'all come to me. I didn't hit something, man. And it didn't mess my It didn't mess me up. >> The great The crazy part, too, isn't that's not even the fastest I ever went in a car. I maxed like a Honda at like 140 before. >> Basically, that's what I said. >> 143 R1. Bro, I did 140 in Honda, bro. Description. One thing is clear. She was so drunk. three people walking even as she was driving down a pedestrian path. >> There was a single mistake these three young victims made on this night. To make matters worse, forensics that were later run on the car showed that the brake had never even been applied in the seconds leading up to the crash. >> I've gotten really lucky with all my cars, though. All of them have been like great, like super [ __ ] fast for their models and stuff. Um, except for my Mazda. That would show that car was a piece of [ __ ] dude. Never buy a [ __ ] Mazda. Even officers at the scene noticed that there were no skid marks. Stick with my [ __ ] Japanese, >> which is a testament to the condition that Chabria was in while driving to somehow not notice three innocent bystanders. >> Leaving your house. Did you drink any any alcohol? [music] >> No, I'm Well, wait, I'm lying. Because I had a couple of sips. What was in my refrigerator? Because I was cleaning up. I had a couple of sips. Then I got to the bar. >> A couple sips of what? >> What's an R1? Anyways, >> you remember what type of wine cooler? >> Oh, yeah. >> You beat me by 3 m an hour, mama. Damn you. >> Bahama mama. >> Bahama mama. >> How big are those? >> Oh, no. They're just a a regular line called that we twist the cat. >> Oh, is a motorcycle 143 on a motorcycle? That's scary as [ __ ] though. >> Did you feel like you were going to die? >> I had a couple of uh I twisted that Uh because I was getting dressed to to go to my son. I mean my my best friend's opening uh think my car is done. >> She had open house. >> I've had the car since I had 7 house for her. Um >> since 2012 bar tonight she finally got her bar. >> Well, I think like a lot of cars like past 2010, dude, they're going to get a lot of miles, bro. They're they're built to last nowadays. >> What's that called? >> How many miles are on an elbow? >> Yeah, Mr. Miles. >> I don't know what she calls her bar. She has sent me invite. Please come. And I said, "Okay, I'll be there." And I remember I made it there probably a little bit after 12:00 cuz it started at 9 then. It's probably fine >> cuz I remember after I got off tired so I didn't get out till about 12. >> What kind of car is it? >> Okay. So, let's go back to when you were at your house. Okay. So, how many wine coolers? >> Oh, no. Nothing. >> Yeah. That's nothing for a 2004. >> I didn't have nothing before I left home. I'm just >> depending on what car is. But yeah, that's not very much. >> Six. >> As long as it's not a Chevy, you're probably good. >> But is it just a like a >> No, it's a wine cooler. >> It's a wine cooler. And then when I got there, I had my Bahama mama and maybe a shot or two because uh people were celebrating for cars opening. >> Yes. Her opening. >> So at your best friend's not like a Chevy or a Ford long mama there. >> Yes. No. >> Well, yeah, but I'm just saying a shot. I can't tell you how many shots I had there. I only stayed for a couple of minutes. >> Then I went over Ford. That's not a truck, is it? It's probably a truck, huh? >> But this bar that your friend opened is on the other side of Centennial Bridge in Iowa. >> I don't know. It might still last a long time if it's a truck. Most people beat the [ __ ] out of their trucks though. So, >> but I'm not even going to say a few shots. Maybe even one. >> If it's an Explorer, it probably lasts as cop cars. >> And I just got off work. Like I said, I got those cars at work tomorrow morning, Sunday morning, Sunday night. I was trying to celebrate everybody. I went across there, said hi to everybody there. And then I came back across the seven the new 74. >> Most people who know they have to drive home wouldn't touch a drink, let alone a shot or two at a bar, especially when they'd already started drinking before they left the house. >> How considerate of her to drink less than the usual because she had to drive. >> Her blood test still came back at.241. This was three times the legal limit of 08, which makes you wonder how much does she drink when she isn't driving. >> You remember when you're in Iowa when you got on the bridge that you hit a bump? [sighs] >> You remember like like maybe going over a curb to get up on the on the >> You don't remember that part? >> No. No, no, no. >> Okay. >> No, no. Uh I'd be lying if I said I did. Like I said, because there's two there's two um there's one that's coming from uh the long way up there and there's one if you're coming from the river drive, whatever. Everything meets. But like I said, and when we get up on that place, that's where all the [ __ ] is pretty over there. >> On the other side. >> Yeah, it's on the other side, but everything meets right there. But then as we going across, we come across >> and it's dark. >> That's Yeah. >> Did you have your lights on? Do you remember? >> My lights always stay on. >> Okay. Oh, you have automatic >> automatic lights. You know what I'm saying? >> I hope we get off on River Drive. >> Get off on that. And now it's different kind of too. >> But we get off of that, come across. Like I said, it was nothing different. >> Like I said, when I pulled over, I thought it was I thought it was a deer. >> And then I'm so hyperlondic. I'm not going to lie. >> I be looking on the locals. They said, "Oh, a deer was found here. A fox was found here." So I'm like, "Okay." [snorts] >> But I still was mad about that. I would take a deer in >> even if I got to feed it myself. I'm not going to lie. Everybody say I'm strange cuz >> you can't get a new engine, mama. That shit's horrible. You can get like a rebuilt engine, but you can't get a new engine. They're not There's not even new engines for a 2012 Ford. You have to get like some rebuilt one or something. But yeah, I don't know. You shouldn't do that. I would just get a different car if it's like that screwed up cuz engine even a engine rebuild is probably more than like a new car would be. >> Time I took in a cat and then it end up attacking me. But anyway, so whatever you know so >> so in relation to so when you thought you hit a deer or raccoon first but that's that's when you were coming off the bridge. >> Well, I mean at that point you >> I don't really know if they're cheaper. I mean, the transmission stuff is cheaper cuz there isn't one. But other than that, I don't know if it's cheaper. >> Your mom. >> No, hold on. >> Or what? That's >> when I came off and I hit something. >> Mhm. >> Oh my god. Was that a deer? I veered. There was nothing right here for me. >> No, I wouldn't recommend getting a new engine, especially not for a car like that. It's not worth it. You can probably get the same car for like cheaper than the rebuild will be like a 2012 with less miles, like 100,000 miles or something. >> Pull off on. Okay, cuz I sprayed a deer. >> And it probably wouldn't even be that expensive. Like, I'll look it up right now. >> A deer, whatever. The first entrance I got, I turn I called 911. I said, "Hey, I didn't hit something. Please come to me." >> I hung up. >> Come to >> Then I called my mom. I said, "Mom, come to me. I didn't hit something and it messed up my truck." >> Having the thought to flirt now is be >> Yeah. Check this out. like 2012 Ford Explorer is like 100,000 mi. Oh, that's 2005. What the [ __ ] But anyways, 2013 170k miles. $3,900, bro. So, you can get like the same car even a year newer. Let's see. Oh, these are [ __ ] expensive. But I don't know. I wouldn't pay that [ __ ] much. Holy [ __ ] 14 grand for [ __ ] 2015 Ford Explorer. You got to be [ __ ] kidding me, bro. What the hell? Anyways, >> beyond anyone, but officers have decided it's no longer the time to keep what happened a secret in the face of her callousness as they finally reveal what she hit was no dear. >> So, just break it to yourself with no anvil. >> Any question? [laughter] Where's my mom? I need my mom. >> I love my car. It's got like >> a little bit over 100k. It's a Acura RDX. But my [ __ ] car is worthless now. But it doesn't matter. I [ __ ] love that car. I would never get rid of it anyway. >> What was this man doing or woman doing? [gasps] Oh my god. Oh my god. Why was they on there? to what the detective said before >> you were driving. >> Oh, it's actually worth more than I thought. I kind of [ __ ] my car up a little bit that recently. That's right. It's not that bad. It's like cosmetic [ __ ] But >> the new pedestrian walkway 74. >> So, what's the walkway? >> I know I had to repaint it anyways. It's pretty It's pretty much just paint damage the most part. I got to repaint some of it >> cuz I was not on the walkway and the side I knew was a walkway but why was they on there [ __ ] night? Oh my god. >> She like legit didn't know this [ __ ] thing. How did you not know? They probably thought she was lying on her ass. Bro, grab some more water. >> There is a difference. There's a big concrete barrier separating the roadway from >> a concrete difference. I'm just answering your questions. >> I'd be it would be wrong for me not to answer your questions, right? So, I went over a concrete thing and ran over somebody. That's what they're trying to say. >> What happened? >> Come on now. That makes sense. As much as I >> I'm so aware. Let me tell you why I'm so aware. Because every morning um before I went back to work, I used to watch out for my son >> and his friends. >> Okay. >> Off the bridge. >> Yep. >> There's a walkway. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. Tell me where that's at. >> So, the roadway that takes you from Iowa into Illinois. >> Are we coming off the bridge? >> Nope. Like it it runs the whole length of the bridge. >> Okay. So you can start walking in Iowa and you can walk all the way into Illinois and it's right next to the portion that you drive on, but there's a concrete barrier that separates the two. So what looks like it happened is you drove onto the foot bridge where people like walk across when you were in Iowa >> somewhere downtown Borf. >> Bentonorf. >> Yeah. Like when you get on I74 in Bor, you know? >> Yeah. So like where you drive on next to that there's part over a [ __ ] >> not the part that you walk onto not part you drive over two people but >> that's why I was so she run over more she went all the way across the cross the state dude >> help me help me >> so you know we coming the bridge where the bear cage used to be >> insane all right anyways let's see what you guys thought how many drinks she has many standard drinks she has I got to check this Okay. Uh, okay. So, for eight, 35% of you thought she had eight. Um, two of you thought she had 26. Uh, 14 of you thought 27 and four thought 12. You guys were pretty mild with this one. I thought you vote for the 14, but yeah, you voted for the eight. Okay. >> Is that right there? It's right around there. I haven't been that way in a while, but it's right around that >> before. So, when I'm coming off, >> personally, I think it would be more than eight, bro. Without realizing that she ran over kids, dude, I I used to drink like [ __ ] 12 beers at once, more than that even. And still, I would probably know if I ran over a kid. >> My 74 and I'm coming around, you know, right here. We can either go to the >> Oh, thank you for subscribing. I appreciate it. >> Mark, come this way. Yep. >> Okay. Came right there. Yep. which is I know I went there. >> Yeah. On River Dragon >> and assumed I hit that way. >> Yep. >> No. When you were still coming over the bridge when you were over the river, that's where this happened. >> No. No. >> Oh, no. I don't believe that. >> Okay, that's fine. >> Okay. So, what are you telling me there's a walkway on the bridge? >> Yep. It's cuz you have the driving portion of the bridge here and then right next to that there's a smaller path that's just for people to walk across. It's new since they built the new bridge. Yeah. Yeah, cuz remember they had a grand opening like a month or so ago. >> Grand opening. >> Yeah. There's there's the actual driving bridge like we've always had. You know, it's the six lane thing you drive across, but the next time there's like just a very narrow pathway for people to walk on. >> Yep. >> And they're saying that's where it happened. >> Correct. Yep. >> But that's not even where I where it happened. >> Okay. >> I ran them over way later than the rabbits were. So they're saying but that's not where I seen the [ __ ] at. But okay, >> I believe you. Yeah. >> No, cuz I was in my escape, >> my straightway. >> Yeah, >> that's what I'm saying. My straightway coming home. >> Yep. >> Coming home. 36 Street. >> The uh >> I was university and all that. >> Yes. >> That's where I was close to when this [ __ ] came on to me. I understand what you're >> They're saying it happened on the bridge. No way. Okay. >> No way. I would >> sure. >> I would argue. So, you're telling me that this >> No, ma'am. They were very illegal children. So, [laughter] >> please forgive me and bless their family, but they're telling me that this is where it happened at. >> Yep. >> No, sweetie. >> Now, the three of them had every right to be on that path. It's a public walkway that runs the full length of the bridge, and it had opened just weeks earlier. Damn kids on my walking driving pathway. God damn it, I'm trying to get home. >> What it didn't have was a single ballard or barrier at either entrance. Nothing to stop a car from driving right onto it. >> The cities had pushed to open the path early, even though the Iowa DOT wanted to wait. >> If I was like the [ __ ] family of these people, I would sue the [ __ ] out of the [ __ ] city for not putting a ballard up. That's stupid as hell. until construction was finished. Chabria drove nearly the entire length of it before she hit. >> That's true, Cody. Everybody should like the video, subscribe, share, give me the money them. >> You know what? Thank you for not being a >> Yeah, it doesn't make any sense. Witcher 3 remastered update. 3 hours. What the [ __ ] Who plays Witcher 3? The fake. Um, isn't Wer 4 coming out sometime? Isn't it? Isn't it? Did you know that 95% of you guys are not subscribed to the channel? Actually, I don't know cuz I forgot how to check it. I might figure that out right now. We need a second vlog. I appreciate it. >> Well, I really tr the man on the wall tonight. >> Yes. >> So, if I hadn't called, that man would have been out there by himself. >> Well, we got called to him before you had called. >> Uhhuh. >> So, yeah. So, had he already been hit or what? >> Correct. >> He had already been hit and then when I came, >> he got hit again or I had to hit him. >> Well, I had to hit him cuz my truck is >> so he got hit twice. >> No, I think just the one time. >> So, somebody seen him walking and reported him, but then I end up hitting him. >> I hit something. >> Correct. >> I hit something. >> No, ma'am. Yeah, they >> [ __ ] hit them and somebody called the police. >> He only got hit the one time and that's when they called. >> [ __ ] stupid ass. >> He didn't make it. >> He didn't make it. >> That I don't know. I'm not going to lie to you >> cuz like I said, >> you know, I he didn't come up on this ship. It was like a cuz my truck is like bigger >> cuz I got a smaller vehicle, too. So, it's like the the my grill part. >> Okay. But like I said, they made it a ruffle in my truck. So >> ruffle in my truck. >> That's why. >> What's that? >> Thanks so much. I'm sorry. >> It was just a point. You know what I'm saying? And and then really it even wasn't a ruffle to me. It was a point that something had happened. You know what I'm saying? >> Rub the jewelry short into the MC grill. >> Jesus. Please let him be. Okay. You already know he not okay. Is that what you're telling me? >> Yes. I said it's my for my daddy. What you looking at? Telling me. >> Let me see. I'm the one that person or what the jewelry store telling me. She said what you looking at. >> He was walking with other people. >> Let me see your grill. >> I know. Makes sense [laughter] to me. He was [ __ ] with other people so they called first and then by the time I hit him I called. >> Like that song >> stupid asses. >> They called after the initial after he got >> song. >> So they was all walking in a group. >> Yes. >> On the bridge. >> Yes. >> On the bridge though. >> Well on the walkway. Yeah. >> I love that. >> I didn't see nothing. Never mind. I don't even know >> the [ __ ] band captain bro. He said [ __ ] Zelda was an older game. Make me feel old as [ __ ] bro. He said Breath of the Wild is an old game. >> But I know for sure it wasn't on the bridge. [snorts] They're all saying that >> if he said Ac time was old game, then I wouldn't be offended. But >> because he said that >> for just because she didn't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen. Ethan Gonzalez died at the spot on that night. Anthony Cast was transferred to the University of Iowa hospitals where he died 4 days later. Fortunately, Charles Bowen survived but with critical injuries. >> The seriousness of which clearly falls short on her. >> Schultz. >> Schultz. >> Yep. >> Maybe he was saying like Zelda in general was old. I don't know. Whatever. >> Schultz. >> That's right. >> Hopefully that's what he was saying. >> Schultz. That means he's dead. So, >> uh, hey Storm, go look and see if you can see my comment in Discord. I want to see if I did it right. Okay, let me look. >> I'm the one. >> He was walking on the bridge >> on the walk path. Yep. >> Let me see a girl. A [ __ ] I knew this was going to happen. That's why I didn't want to open it. It's all your fault, mama. No, I'm just kidding. It's fine. Um ending somebody friend invite me. Oh, your friend invite me. Okay, I accept invite. >> It was because >> my friends are playing Raft talking about a game I have no interest in. >> That stopped. >> Feel like I've played Wrath before. I don't know why. Maybe have a PS4 or something. >> He wasn't even on the walk path, man. I was far off the bridge. >> Okay. >> Where is my discretion? I'm just talking. Yeah, I hear you. >> I'm just talking to you. >> This [ __ ] didn't even happen on the bridge. >> Okay. >> Where' they find his body at? >> I think it was on the bridge >> on the walk path. >> So, it's just not making sense. >> Okay. You put it here and you put uh [groaning] feel sadly Zelda. You can play it on freaking emulator for free, dude. [laughter] Dude, you should play uh whatchamacallit Breath of the Wild. That game's so good. I want to go back and play Ocarine of Time cuz I never really played it much anyway. Let's see. Did I do it right? Lol Storm. I think I did it right. I don't think Dwayne even got here last night. [laughter] That's funny, bro. Wait, but you put it in promote your stuff. Why'd you put it in there? Body cams missions. I'm just confused. What are you trying to do on Discord? Oh, wait. Why did I join the Discord? I didn't mean to do that either. Disconnect. Unless somebody wants to talk to me. Um, what am I doing on this Discord? What am I trying to figure out? I'm so confused. You just wanted to figure out if you posted a message correctly. I'm so confused. Anyways, um yeah, let's play that video. Oh, actually though, I'm going to post the Discord link if anybody wants to join. Um since I already have it open, um I'll pin it, too. I don't know. I was just trying to go to the group you post in this chat last night. I don't know. Um but yeah, I don't know. Maybe we could do something fun on Discord sometime. But yeah, I'll post in the chat and uh if anybody wants to join, please do. But please be over 18. I don't want anybody under 18 in my Discord. Thanks. >> Cuz when I seen I hit something. So that's my thing though. Did I hit something else? >> I don't know. Yeah. >> You know what I'm saying? >> Yeah, I'm with you. I don't know. >> Did I hit something else? And then that's what made me report because >> Yeah. >> I was off the bridge. >> Yeah, I got you. That I don't know. >> But don't they got cameras on the bridge? >> I don't I think so, but I don't know. I know they got cameras that look at the bridge. Like like when you watch the morning news, you know, you always see like the the traffic came and all that stuff. >> So was it right there in the entrance? >> Yeah, that don't even make sense, though, cuz this [ __ ] did happen to I'm on my straight way home. >> Yeah, I got you. So you on your river drive. >> You know what I'm saying? So like I said, I thought it was like a deer or maybe even a dog. I'm not going to say a dog, though. >> I'm not going to lie. I'm not even going to say it was a dog. >> I'm going say a deer cuz that's what I always say. It was a deer. Okay, there you go. I pinned it, guys. If you want to join, I might, you know, I honestly might um I might jump into Discord on one of these streams and just like hang out and uh like talk to people, let them comment on the video, too. I think that'd be kind of funny and fun. But um yeah, and also I'll like be streaming real time. There won't be any delay if you guys want to join there. I think that would just be kind of fun. Might just try it out. Let's see how it goes. If it's horrible, I will never do it again. It was a deer right now. It wasn't a dog. It was a deer. >> Did he have kids? Here you go, mama. This is [ __ ] I shouldn't be thinking about, but I do. >> It might be voice >> because like I said, if it was a dog because maybe I'll just go in there and talk to people or something type of person I am. Just whatever. >> Anybody got any crazy stories? >> I know what type of person I am. >> Sure. >> And now you tell me a human. >> A human being. I'm going to man something I didn't do. Where are they at? Why are they making me sit like this? >> You mean something? >> They're just They're talking about something. Like I said, they're not >> like I'm [ __ ] >> So, so they need to get them cameras because this did not happen on the bridge. >> Where's his friends at? It >> was two double. >> They were talking some other. >> Okay. So, they they know what kind of vehicle actually struck him, right? >> Correct. And it was your >> They struck him on the bridge. Why the did I struck him? How many hours did this happen before I struck him? No, not hours, but how many >> Yeah, hours. >> Mhm. >> When did this happen after I I watched too much force 48? I'm not going to lie. >> Yeah. >> No, >> I'm making the joke out of it now, but I get you. >> You know what I'm saying? >> I understand. I do >> because like I said, >> no, sweetie. Cuz I would had pulled over on the bridge. Sir, hell is Force 48. Did I not hear that right? Or the Well, I mean, it was in the subtitles, but I don't I don't see a show called Force 48. Does anybody know what she said? Force 48. First 48. First 48. A longunning gritty true crime documentary television series on Annie. Oh, I think I've watched the show before a couple times. >> Sure. I pay attention to everything. And another thing why I pay attention to everything is because I pay attention to everything because I be so worried about my son getting hit by a bus >> or the oncoming cars when he's going across the street to wait >> on the bus. You know how the bus signs, they got it out. But a lot of these buses don't have the blaring lights so people run through it. >> I always worry about that because my son >> Oh, yeah. >> he's always late. But I was just saying, you know what I'm saying? So I take precaution on that. [snorts] Now >> [ __ ] you drunk as [ __ ] >> A kid a kid died. [clears throat] >> Um, so say your first name again. >> Shabria. >> Shabria. So you after >> after after we're done here >> Oh [ __ ] >> You're going to be arrested today, okay? And you're going to be charged with reckless homicide. Oh my [ __ ] god. >> You were driving a vehicle and you struck three people. Get out of >> the way. She's dead. One's going to [clears throat] die and the other one's set up. That should do that. The bridge that you were driving on. >> That's a sidewalk now. Drive on there. >> So you were driving off. We It's a pedestrian walkway. So where you drove? >> Y'all got the cameras on that. >> We do. >> Um my dad didn't make him dinner tonight. We still had like a bunch of leftover beef stew. So, I thought that was really good. Sup, we need the pup. I did what I did last night, which was so good. I put ramen in it and just use like the soup broth. Oh my god, that shit's so good. >> So, where's this where where is this part at? So, you're telling me I was driving on another side of the road supposed to be? >> Yeah. So the bridge there's the Iowa bound, Illinois bound separated by concrete and they're also separated by water. >> Yeah, she's driving to the west of that. >> I'm pretty sure >> to the west of the old wasted >> that's also separated by barriers and also separated by >> determined she's probably had about eight water there's a pedestrian. Oh, wait. No, that was when she's not dressing that they built on the new I74. >> You were driving on the walkway. >> Wait, I was on there and y'all seen it? >> I have not. I have not seen >> No, they seen it. >> Yeah, that's where the kids are at. >> No, they seen it. >> They're going to see it be on camera. >> Okay, that's what I'm asking you. It's on camera. >> It will be on camera. >> So, you're being charged with >> Iron D. A good idea. >> Death and reckless homicide. >> Okay. fixes this. >> So, you're going to be held today and you won't see a judge until tomorrow, which is Monday, >> at 1:00. >> Okay. >> All right. So, you're going to be in the Rock County Jail. >> Okay. >> Do you understand? >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> And they seen that on camera. >> I have not seen on camera up there. >> Please go down and get >> They said I won't have court until Monday. >> Okay. >> Just get [snorts] in my for now. Please go get my Just get my >> Y'all got a camera. >> Please. Mom, go get my >> Yeah, I got a camera. >> Please go get my >> I don't got a camera. >> Mom, please go get my >> They said that >> I don't I don't know nothing right now. They said I was on the bridge and I was coming off >> like 3 months. >> There was a walkway. There's a new walkway right there >> and they said that I hit him somehow. I don't I don't even understand that, but whatever. [music] They said I hit him. No, >> I'm right here. They just told me >> I [snorts] hit him and I killed him. >> Yeah, he's dead. >> Yeah, they said I I hit him and I killed him. >> So, >> hey, you [ __ ] up. >> You know what I'm saying? It's somebody else's and I killed and they got to they got to tell his mom and dad that I killed him. >> Why are we talking? >> Because he was on the walkway on the bridge. Just go get my mom right now. >> I told you to go to damn. Go get my baby. >> And hopefully I'll see y'all in court Monday. Go get my baby. I hit somebody else's somebody. >> I hit somebody's I did. I killed somebody. >> I killed somebody. My god. How old was he? >> No, I don't I have no idea. >> How old is he? God, it's a it's a dream. Please let it be a dream. >> Yeah, it sounds like it. Well, I don't know. I guess one died one survivor. So, what's your guys' body count? >> I killed somebody's >> and I'm not talking about sex. >> I killed somebody. I killed somebody. I killed somebody mighty. Oh my god. >> I killed somebody. >> Mine's about like four and a half in my squad. >> I killed somebody. >> Let me see if I got one. >> If you want to go in there, go in the back door. >> Okay. >> Okay. Don't open the back door. >> I killed somebody. >> I heard it. It just it's been >> I'm just kidding. I never killed anybody. I did throw the hottest hot sauce in the world in someone's eyes once. So that was kind of funny. >> So broken out there. >> I was really drunk. >> Oh, [laughter] >> he was very mad at me. >> I killed you. >> How old was he? >> Where is he going? I know one. There's three of them. One's 22. >> Yo, can somebody ban Ashley? Like, what the [ __ ] >> You're here talking [ __ ] >> Like, actually, I'm joking. Please ban Ashley. >> I think they all left. I'll >> do that. You know what I'm saying? Cuz my was my blessing. I died three times having my son on the table. >> You know what I'm saying? My son, you're the best. I almost lost my son when I was pregnant. I died three times on the table. I really don't know. >> Three times. >> Three times. >> I never freak out. >> OG viewers don't come no more. >> The last time I took my last breath, I heard my son cry. I heard my son cry. That's what brought me all the way through. And I promise God. And here it is. I took somebody else's life on account of not even knowing. I don't even go across the bridge. I swear to God. >> You were driving in your you had a wanting and willful disregard. >> You're actually stupid as [ __ ] >> What's that? >> Uh that depends. >> You don't don't try to solve the next 15 years of your life tonight. Okay. >> Oh, I want to ban. Sorry. Get some Chris together. Jesus is talking on this man [ __ ] saying I was weird and stuff. >> Yeah. >> Let this play out. Okay. >> It will. >> You did. But it'll play out like why do you talk so much? You >> seem like a very nice lady. >> Why do you talk so much? Of >> course. Her shoes are in here with her shoes. >> Shut the [ __ ] up. She made it on somebody. >> Put your hand in there. Um, sorry. I've seen you start a YouTube chat for this family. >> I don't know. I'm going to fix that desk sometime. No, I'm probably not. I'm going to make you manage the desk. You can fix it. Well, probably not. You said you don't know anything about this. >> Will you please tell his father's going to handle it? S >> Please tell his father. >> I'll talk to him. Okay. back for me if someone you okay? >> I don't know. Maybe I'll just make a different Discord cuz that one's [ __ ] Yeah, some BS. You look so high. Why you scratching your face? Shut the [ __ ] up. Shut the [ __ ] up. I'm not allowed to scratch my face, you [ __ ] >> Whoever y'all call his mom and dad tonight, please. I didn't I swear to God. >> Oh my god, dude. I'm trying to get banned there. >> His mom and dad say there was a walkway I didn't know about. I can't accept that cuz before I was like, you know what I'm saying? >> Yeah. >> Uh, >> could y'all please his mom? >> I will talk his dad. >> I'm going to be in contact with >> Please. >> All right, we're going to watch this. >> Yeah, it was a deal. >> Jabria Harris was charged. >> Oh, now you want to know what the video is about, huh? Now you want to know what the video is about. Even though I talked too much, huh? No, I'm not even going to tell you. charged with aggravated DUI causing reckless homicide and failure to stop her. Nobody tell her the scene. She pleaded not guilty and asked for a jury trial. >> That trial never came. In November of 2023, she pleaded guilty to a single amended count of aggravated DUI causing the deaths of Ethan Gonzalez and Anthony Castanetta. She was sentenced to 20 years in prison. >> Gotcha. Gotcha. All right, let's watch some [ __ ] Uh, how can I how can I tell you if I'm not allowed to talk, though? Huh? Uh, oh, she get 20. God damn. [sighs] Holy [ __ ] I don't want something that crazy. Um, no more kids dying. Oh, this one's so [ __ ] good, dude. I love this [ __ ] How long is it? Oh, it's really long. I'm not going to watch it again right now. [snorts] That was so [ __ ] funny. Nobody tell her. Nobody tell Joseph. No. No. Damn it, Daniel. [ __ ] Nobody tell her anything else. Nobody tell her. Nobody tell her. Nobody. God damn it. Let's watch this. >> We got headlight out any big lightning strike. Um, we're going to go and watch this one. This one is [snorts] friendly woman turns traffic stop into $1 million drug bust. How the [ __ ] What? This girl does not have [ __ ] a million dollars worth of crack on her. I don't believe it. Um, anyways. Yeah. Usually one death, but I'm not sure. Um, anyways, I'm glad my kid's not sleeping in my bed. I'm laughing a lot. Okay. Anyways, uh yeah, let's go and watch this video. And yeah, >> car. >> Actually, I think I'm going to smoke a cigarette real quick. I'll be listening to the intro, though. The intro is always kind of boring. >> Boring, but it's not as cool as later on. Usually, typically, I really don't smoke a cigarette to feed me. >> We have two cases where routine traffic stops turn out to be some of the largest drug busts that these cops have seen. Like this friendly girl and her upstanding citizen of a passenger who tried to hide a million dollars worth of drugs in the back seat. >> Turn around. You're not under arrest. You're just going to be detained. >> Oh yeah. >> For now. >> Or this suspect routine traffic turns into these cops locating a huge amount of narcotics in his car. >> Freaking kilo, dude. >> Oh my god, man. >> Oh [ __ ] >> Holy [ __ ] >> Oh my goodness gracious. This is insane. Keep coming, baby. >> Keep coming. >> In our first case, a routine traffic stop for a busted headlight turns into something far more serious. A drug bust worth over a million dollar. Probably get that headlight fixed. >> I have the headlight out. >> Ooh, Dodge Charger. >> How you doing? >> It's going to be a good car. >> Good. I'm definitely >> I know somebody when I was at work, I just got off of work. >> No worries. Listen, I I don't know if you know. Unfortunately, this is the only way I can tell you. So, >> yeah. Well, see, I it happened while I was at work, so I did put something up there. So, I did have a light. >> No worries. Like I said, I I just stopped someone and they had no idea. So, um >> No, no, I knew. >> All right. Let me see your license, registration, insurance real quick. >> I just bought this car, so it's in my father's. >> It's who? >> Um Eric. >> It's in my center console. >> No worries. Any crack marijuana in the car? >> Medical marijuana card. >> Either one of you. >> I have a >> Huh? >> I don't smoke. >> You have one? Yeah, I don't see. >> Is it with you? >> I don't have the He don't. All right. I'm going to grab a notebook and then I'll check to make sure it's valid. >> You know, you got to carry that on you, right? >> Yes, sir. I can give you the uh the um >> No worries. He's going to get He's going to get his notepad and go through that. >> Okay. >> When's the last time you smoked? >> Oh, me? >> Yeah. >> Probably about an hour ago. So, this >> in the car? >> Me? Wasn't in the car? >> No, I just got off work. >> So, do you have any on you right now? >> Me? I don't have nothing on. >> So, where's the smell coming from? Is it just from you earlier? >> That's on my clothes. >> I just I I work at I just came to pick him up from our Okay. And >> those 14 air fresheners couldn't even mask the odor of this guy's marijuana that he has on his clothing. More than likely on his person as well. So marijuana laws can vary from state to state, especially these days and especially with the decriminalization or legalization of it. So the state that I policed, you don't even need a medical marijuana card anymore. You just have to be over the age of 21. And if you are going to be transporting marijuana, it has to be in a sealed container from a dispensary. an odor of it alone doesn't necessarily justify the full search of a vehicle where that was once the case. I believe this is this stop is occurring in the state of Florida. Their laws are different. More than likely, you do have to have a valid medical marijuana card still and odor alone potentially could still legally justify these officers or deputies, excuse me, fully searching not only the vehicle itself, but all of the occupants. Basically, everything is good to go here at this point just based on the odor of marijuana alone. wore out [laughter] river. >> Bear with me. So, yeah, but no, when I was at work, um, one of the I guess one of the kids hit my car. >> That's fine. >> So, I just put it on. >> No worries. Like I said, we're just going to if it's just that get your warning, you're out of here. >> Yeah. Thank you. I appreciate it. >> Are there any like that in the car? >> No, sir. No, sir. I work I work for [laughter] >> No, like I said, there's just things that I ask once we get there that we just start going through. >> You're fine. You're fine. I'm just I'm tired. >> You're good. >> All right. I won't I won't try to keep any longer than we need to. >> Thank you. I appreciate it. I don't know if that's the right one. I know there's Gary Land in here, though. >> Who is registering? You said >> uh Eric, it's my son's father. >> There's that back. >> Thank you. >> All right. So, I'm going to tell you something right now. Speaking as somebody with experience as a deputy, these deputies do not care whatsoever about this headlight being out. Yes. Is it a potential safety issue and hazard on the roadway? Yeah. Do you legally need two operational headlights during nighttime hours? Yes, of course. But this is what's called proactive policing. These cops are fishing. They're looking for vehicle code violations. People that are driving around on the roadway with one headlight, expired registration, window tent, no front license plate, state law depending. And they are using those things as a nexus to pull a vehicle over with the main goal of searching it, getting into the vehicle because they really just care about the drugs, illegal firearms, large quantities of cash, people that have warrants for their arrest, somebody that's on probation or parole. And this is the best way to go about doing that versus reactive policing. These deputies do not care about just issuing a citation. They're not highway guys. They're not part of some traffic enforcement unit where sometimes those guys that's their sole purpose for existing on this earth is to issue as many traffic citations as humanly possible. That's not what's going on here. >> They got warrants for probation violation and silence. So, but once I know >> Yep. Warrants for his arrest, so more than likely he's going to be going to jail no matter what. >> More I'll let you know. >> How's it going, ma'am? >> I'm tired. I just got off of work. >> I'm Deputy Keys. What's your name? >> Christ. >> Where you work at? >> What do you do there? I'm a shot. >> You got that violation and ding you for that probably, too. So, >> you know how it goes, man. >> I literally just got a just called me and said, "Can you come get me?" And I was like, "What's going on?" And he was like, "Can you just come get me? I'll pay you $50 to come get me right now. I have a text message." You know what I'm saying? >> Your boyfriend, my ex-boyfriend. >> Ex-boyfriend. >> I didn't know you had warrant. I had none of this cuz I wouldn't even came. I'm tired. I want to go home. that one of the students hit my freaking car while I was at work. >> All right, man. So, yeah, you got warrants. What we got to do now is wait. They got to send a a message to those counties and confirm that they're still active and stuff and then if they are Well, we Yeah, we still got to we still got to go through it. >> You live up here and you live down in >> No, I live in Daytona. I'm from here though. >> Okay. Is this your charger? >> Yeah, I just bought it two days ago. >> Is that your car or her car? >> Not mine. Is this hers? >> Okay. >> It's not mine. Yeah, I've been I've been a cook for like 15 years. >> Oh, wow. >> Yeah, but I I can make really good money. >> That reaction tells me that there's [music] more stuff in that car that neither one of these people should have. >> Why is she dealing crackly? >> Stand up for me. Stand up. >> The head sh is going to be detained. Okay. >> Right now, wait until wait until I speak to you. Okay. Bring her back to >> I just got to comment on this. See that Dodge Charger, ladies and gentlemen, with the rims with it's older Dodge Charger with the Charger label down the side. you're driving around that thing it's late at night, there's really nobody else on the road. Cops are going to go out of their way to try to find a reason to stop you because statistically speaking and based on my experience, more than likely there is something going to there's something illegal that is going to be occurring within that vehicle aside from the basic vehicle code violation that initiated the stop meaning etc. I don't make up the rules just like older Ultimas, older Taho, the older Honda Civics that are spray painted, you know, they're all primerred. It just it just stats don't lie. I don't know. >> Park right now. All right. Face the car for me, bro. You got anything on post me or hurt me? >> Where at? >> One of these crackers. I don't know. Break it down. >> I already called one. They're going to be coming soon. >> All right. >> Anything else on your person? >> My phone. >> Hold up. Hold up. >> All right. Can I take it out? >> Everything's got to come out anyways. You going to jail. So, >> yeah. >> Anything on you, it's going to be a felony if it goes into the jail. Okay. >> Cuz right now, your medical card's not it's not valid. So, what I'm going to tell you right now is if you have any weed, like I've noticed that my car is in there, it's a felony. If you tell me out here, it's a misdemeanor. >> My car is like super low key. Like the cops, man, all the me. >> Listen, man. Before I start digging on your on your junk, >> go ahead. >> Shin light for me. Nothing in your shoes or anything like that? >> Take them off. >> No. Uh, so listen, there's nothing in my back seat. I check it before shift every day. If I find anything on the ground, seat, or anything around there, you will be connected to it because I know there's nothing back there. Okay. So, I'm going to walk you back over there. We're going to have a seat. Okay. How long did you say you smoke? Cuz you like definitely weak right now. An hour ago. About >> just weed before she >> No, you're good. You're good. Just weed though, right? Just weed. >> All right. Just have a seat. Okay. I'm going to turn the air up and all that so you get air and stuff. Okay. >> What do you find? >> I don't know what you found still. >> What'd you find? Oh, powder back here. >> No, this >> might actually be cutting it. >> Whatever this is and whatever this is. Hey, >> you can um test that down there too. It might be connected. So, yeah. >> Might get tampered. Okay, I'm back. >> Um, yeah, we'll pull that up. >> I got a whiskey fox. >> Yeah, cocaine and fent for now. >> Cocaine and fentanyl. >> My audio. Why is there no audio? >> Hey, there's never mind. >> There's a we were looking for. Where's that at? Huh? in the bag as well. >> Hey, [snorts] so something I'm going to notate is there's a in this bag there's a box with his name on these corn. [laughter] >> There's a box with his name on it, bro. Now box of drugs for you delivery. >> So far everything's been out of his bag. >> [ __ ] >> Going to have a hard time shooting that one guy. >> His bag. >> Yeah, every my sign is clear. Okay, if you want to start just going back over the front seat where [snorts] she was where I looked already. I just always like to have two people go over it when it's available. >> He's going to be like, "Why the [ __ ] did you write my name on a idiot?" >> Cookies. Was she sitting this close or did you move this? >> No, I moved it up. >> Okay. I was going to say, "Hey, if you if you want to sitter in there, it's going to be a minute before a female comes." >> All right, fine. >> Did you run test whatever's in this? >> Run this back out as well. I looked. There was nothing in there. >> Yeah. Trafficking. Whatever. Is this hers? >> No, this has all been from the back. >> No, this for hers. >> No, it's not registered to her. >> She told me she was bought it. >> Yeah, it's to her. She said it was to She said it was to her son's >> two days ago >> husband or her husband's son or son's father. >> They just wrote my name on it cuz I'm just holding it for a friend, >> bro. My lanta. >> It's not censored. >> Oh, because you turned around first. Well, as soon as we knew it was >> You hear that other cop that works for a different department say that all because he turned around first meeting both of these cops at the same time saw this Dodge Charger with the one headlight out. They were actively Oh, THAT'S THE CAR. YEAH, LET'S GET IT. UH cuz they knew that again the stats don't lie here. So, fentanyl is an incredibly nasty nasty drug and it is the cause of a lot of overdoses and deaths. >> Everyone has a Dodge Charger Fent >> in this country right now. So, as a cop handling something like that, you have to be so ex >> He wrote his dam on the back. No, I don't think so. I think she wrote the name on it cuz it's like for him. >> Extremely careful. It's one of the reasons why as first responders, we carry Narcan on our persons at all time. Because if you come in contact with this stuff and it gets into um into your body via mucous membrane transfer, meaning you open up a baggie, you get little fine particles into your nose or you handle it even with gloves and then you touch your eyes without thinking or your nose or your mouth. If you have zero tolerance built up, that can potentially be deadly at that point. But this is again, this is why traffic stops exist. It's not necessarily to always just destroy someone's existence with just [music] traffic citation. >> Well, I'm about to use this coke as a mucous membrane transfer with astronomical fines and fees. Those can >> My favorite way to use coke mucus membrane transfer >> place, too, I guess. But this is this is a great stop. Proactive placing at its finest. You want to get as much fentanyl off the street as humanly possible. >> You're not trying to go to St. Augustine. Are you guys at Dwock? No. All right. >> You got start. Hey, I don't have test, so we're going to have to call. >> Hell yeah. >> Um, hey. Uh, plus I owed you a bit. >> Anybody ever seen the movie Mars Attack? Mars Attacks? I freaking love that movie. I don't know why I'm talking about this, but you guys were weird. I'm an alien, so that's why I was wondering. Uh, I'm an alien, so I was wondering if you guys have seen Mars Attacks. Those are my brothers and sisters in that movie. >> Big drug bust anyway after I stole a pound of weed from you. Oh, >> I didn't steal. Which one? >> I still got to get the trunk, too. So, hold on. Hey, where' that >> Are you joking, mama? I hope you're just strolling. >> Bottle of vodka come from. >> It was in the back the passenger seat. The back pocket. >> Do you? >> I don't know. I haven't touched it cuz >> No, I'm just messing with you, man. >> Dude, I wish we had cameras show the two cars turning around at the same time. You two turn around and say that where you where you turn on or for >> uh I'd like What's up? Wondering if the >> It's that Dodge Charger, baby. >> Got to get that thing stopped. >> I didn't make a new one, mama. You're just calling me old. That's all. But it's fine. >> Do me a favor and uh before we start testing, let me let's finish looking in the trunk and stuff. So, let's just move this real quick cuz it's just this will be the easiest. >> Uh she has a pouch. I have not searched her or anything. >> Yeah. >> On top of my car. Yeah, it's rolling. back cameras. We can search the palps and all that because we've got uh we've got all this narcotics. >> Yeah, but I'm not calling you old. That's the difference. >> That's the difference between you and me. [laughter] >> Hey, what's your name? >> Kristen. >> Kristen and Deputy Hill. Listen. Okay, so there's some stuff in your car that I want to ask a couple questions about. Because you're detained, because you're in handcuffs, I have to advise you of your Miranda warning. Have you ever been advised of your Miranda warning before? Okay. Well, I'll just rate to you. Okay. You start calling me old. It seemed like you were, but I don't know. Yeah, >> with these rides in mine. Do you want to talk to me? >> That's my car. I just got off of work. That book baggy is not mine. I literally just picked him up down the street off an inoperable. >> I picked them up off the street. >> What headlight? I found some pretty cool stuff on the street, but I never found a kilo of crack. >> That literally the only reason you stopped there. >> I'm sick. It's not mine. And it's >> So you understand your rights? >> Yeah, I know my rights. >> Okay. And you're you're waving your right to an attorney right now because you want to talk? >> Yeah, I'm I'm going to cooperate with you. >> So you're saying you want to talk? >> I mean, I'm not trying to be a smart or anything like that. You know what I'm saying? >> I'm just letting you know that's my car. I just picked him up. All this will >> be a smart. >> Well, it might it actually just might be crack. >> Where'd you pick him up at? >> Um, he just worked on the street. I was at work. I'm going to show you the text. >> Off the street. >> I just got a whole >> Probably. Careful with that, Dad. Probably. But be careful cuz that looks like it might have in it. And where where did you pick him up? You said down the road. >> The um president. >> You tell your kids then you're not older than me. I'm 35. >> What do you mean? You're 31. I'm th I'm 35. You're way younger than me. Way way younger. Are you trying to make me feel old again? God, so so mean. Why you being so rude to me? Why you crisis? [laughter] [laughter] >> Pleasant. Yeah. Pleasant. >> Was he at a house or was he walking? >> Uh, he was walking down the street. He was at a house. He gave me the GPS. The GPS to get to the house. >> He gave you the GPS to get to the house. >> Where were you taking him now? >> Uh, back to Pluton. >> Oh [ __ ] Telenox, bro. How's it going, dude? >> Freaking love Telenox. Um, hey guys. None of you know Telenox, but I just want to tell you he's a good good YouTuber. Recommend checking his channel out. He uh plays BeatSaber really well, a lot better than me. Really good Beat Saber player. How you been, Tonex? Have you been streaming BeatSaber again or what's up with you? I haven't checked out your channel in a minute either, but uh yeah, big priest. Yeah, of course, Tlonox. I freaking love watching Telenox when he's on. He's crazy at BeatSaber. I I used to stream BeatSaber a lot. That's kind of why we know each other. We were like um well, I know him that way anyways because me and him used to stream on the PlayStation 4 and we were like one of like four people that streamed on the PS4. And then after a while it was just like me and him, we were like the only ones streaming on the PS4. like two people [laughter] haven't been living in the I haven't been live in a couple weeks. I guess I bring that's all good, dude. Yeah. Yeah, that's cool. I'll have to check you out sometime if you're on there or whatever. You should pop in my stream and whenever and be like tell me like a day before cuz I usually stream every night. Come and tell me like um I'm going be live tomorrow or something. I'll come check it out. Haven't touched in years. It's so fun. It's so fun. I want to play it again, but it's so old though. No offense, but yeah, to the game. It's still fun, but it's kind of old. So many good games came out like right around that time, and they're finally getting to the point where they're like too old personally. That's what I think. But yeah, >> back to Daytona. Does he live in Daytona? >> I like I said, I haven't I haven't I haven't talked to him like he lives anywhere. >> He's still good though. >> You doing all right back there? Yeah. Give me one second. Hey, step back here for me. He needs one of his cuffs loosened. I don't have gloves on anymore. I'm going to have >> that late PS4 error, bro. So good. >> Open the door and just have him go ahead and step back out. Which one's tight? Right one. I can fit both fingers through there. You said this one, right? >> Yes, this one. >> Is that better? >> So, why go pick him up today? >> Because it sounded like he was like in trouble. >> Is that what you've been streaming till now? You've been streaming beat server still or you streaming some other stuff now? You want to try this body cam [ __ ] out? Dude, I'm getting so many views. Like, how many [ __ ] sub? It's insane. >> Dude is arguing with somebody. So, he was like, I have six. He said, he said, I'll give you $50. You can [ __ ] get paid right now. And of course, I just bought that car. I don't get paid till Friday. >> That's true. Yes, I just bought it from my phone. They're pretty good. >> He has to go see at this house, but I can show you. >> So, if we call him, he'll say the same thing, right? >> Yes, sir. >> We picked him up. You never touch that backpack. No, sir. >> So, we DNA tested. It's never going to be nothing on yours. >> What about the powder that's in the back seat? >> He like literally he I pulled up, put something. I didn't even know what he put in the back seat cuz it's dark. And then I turned around and then we came this way to get back on the interstate. >> Okay. You got a text message from him saying to come pick him up for $50. >> Did you say anything else? >> Nothing about no drugs or anything. >> I mean, I'm trying to >> move most majority of my streams to the archive channel. remove 300 to the main. Yeah, I don't know. That's cool. Um, dude, I'm going to probably have to delete a bunch of videos cuz I'm getting monetized or I'm in review for monetization. I don't know if it'll go through or not, but if it doesn't, I'll probably have to delete a bunch of videos. I just feel like I'm going to have to because it's just like a m it's a matter of like the quantity of videos I have. You know what I mean? I have like 4,000 videos. So, I just hope it's not too many, bro. I don't want to have to go and like delete or make private like [ __ ] thousand videos. It's going to suck so bad. >> You know, we're trying to clear you and you as much as we can cuz you're saying it's not yours. I don't want to >> spin something on you if it's not yours, you know. All right, let me >> Yeah, I did. Dude, I got like four >> I don't even know. I I had like 40k watch hours, I think. Let me look again. Let me look again. The only thing is well is there's one there's one ID doesn't have not ID there's one credit card doesn't have his name on it symbol I know that name feel like that's dude I have arrested for this only card that doesn't >> wonder if that's going to pass by the >> I think out of my pocket [laughter] >> and that that was strong odor too >> well that's why cuz it's pound >> and seal >> um yeah check this about Talan Knox and everyone else in general, too. But look at how many freaking these anales are crazy, bro. 6.1 million views in the last 28 days. 37 watch out 37K watch hours, 1.7K subscribers. Making crazy, bro. I got a million on one stream, bro. Go to go to them text messages. Is that right there? >> Yeah. Is it Mickey? >> No. Pro. >> I mean, it's crazy. I wasn't even going to do this stream like again, but I did it once and I had so many viewers. I was like, I got to try it again. And it works pretty well every time. It's been going down a little bit, but it's still pretty crazy. But yeah, I'm trying to stack as many subs as possible. I don't This stream isn't really like popping off that hard. It still is kind of, but not really. But I think it's because I started really late. I didn't get enough work till like 8:00. So, I didn't start till like 9 or something. But >> it's just from today. It started. I guess he's saying you this today. >> Yeah. Go down. >> I'm just trying to Is that not from today? >> Yes, it is. But it's everybody late today. >> Just send that. You don't see where it says on Monday. >> You can give me if I pay a few dollars. What's the address? I'm only And he's Adrian Rivers. >> Whose cookies are those, >> bro? Again, chosen time out. Here's what what is that >> chocolates from? >> Oh, they're actually like like cookie cookies for your job. >> All right, I'm not going to tell you yet, but mama, can you please explain to her like why those comments are annoying? And then can you ban her if she does it again? >> All right. Large amount. That is not personal use. >> We're not banned, but time out. >> Yeah, you lay next to him. Nice. One of his warrants is feel possession of cocaine. >> Holy. I'm going to have >> Okay, so she's an adult driving a vehicle. Doesn't matter if she's not registered. >> It's not registered to her or not. She already said it was hers. But when you're driving a vehicle as an adult in this situation, >> that's honestly kind of like what I do a lot. Well, I used to do it. We haven't done a stream like that in a while, but I used to go and um just watch random streamers. I would like search stuff to find random streams with like not a huge amount of subscribers. I mean, sometimes, yeah, but I just try to find people to chat with on streams and say hello and stuff like that. But yeah, I would always see Telenox pop up on my PlayStation cuz he was, like I said, he was like one of like four people that streamed on the PS4 Beat Saber and um then it went down to like only us. So yeah, I would only ever see him on there. >> You have ultimate care, custody, and control over that [clears throat] entire vehicle and all of its occupants. Meaning you're responsible for everything in the vehicle. So as a major >> Oh yeah, chosen. Go ahead and read what Mama put and then if you do that again, you're going to get timed out. Thanks. >> Hypothetical. If she clammed up and didn't want to respond to law enforcement's questions, didn't want to cooperate at all, neither did he, then you could just arrest them both for trafficking, easy sales of narcotics, and take them both to jail, let them figure it out in court. But because this idiot was dumb enough to not only not put this giant bag of drugs, especially with a vacuum seal, uh it wasn't even fully vacuum sealed. The the bag of >> uh what you could do is make a playlist to organize your older streams and unlist them so you don't clutter your channel. That's a good idea, man. Honestly, I mean, this could take forever still, but yeah, that's a good idea. >> All that weed was open. Just the odor was just coming out of it so it wasn't just his person. But he had a name on his card inside of that bag. >> I'm not really that organized. cuz I have really bad ADHD. I don't like putting stuff in folders on the computer and stuff like that really. So, okay, understand. No problem. Okay. Thank you, Chosen. I'm appreciate I appreciate that we could work that out and not have you timed out. Thanks. >> Also, one of the warrants for his arrest is for a violation of probation for possession of cocaine. The bag was in a common area in the back seat. So, yeah, more than likely it's going to be his, right? She's cooperating. You can look through her phone and see if that story lines up where she just hadn't talked to him for a long time and he offered her $50 for a ride and she legit. >> That's definitely what my channel is. It's just like 4,000 videos like not even in a playlist or anything. I'm sure it get a lot more views on him if I actually put him in playlist and stuff. >> Didn't know what's in the bag. But either way, you can just arrest the guy, charge him with all of those felonies and let her go. will send a report to the district attorney's office and then if they wish to pursue charges against her, presumably she has nothing else going on, meaning she didn't have any drugs on her person, in her purse, down by her floorboard in her immediate area, then they can pursue that at a later time. And again, they can just figure that out in court. We'll get into these suspect's charges in a minute. But first, a college student gets pulled over for not wearing his seatelt and talks himself into getting arrested with over a million dollars worth of narcotics. >> I wanted you to pull over, right? That's all. >> Okay, sounds good. Yeah, we're here now. It's all set. >> I don't watch. The last one's kind of boring to be honest with you. >> Uh, for a [ __ ] having a million dollars in Coke, dude, that [ __ ] was really boring. Okay. No. Oh my god, this sounds horrible. But I do want to watch it. [laughter] What the >> over a million? I know that's wild, dude. Both those people supposed to get over a million. How the [ __ ] do they get over a billion account? I don't know. Go to [ __ ] Venezuela and buy it for like pennies on the dollar. Probably, I guess, and then turn into crack. Anyways, this video is called 72year-old grandma hits and runs leaves an entire family dead. Oh, also it's by the channel. Please watch. >> So, I'm like I come back and I'm trying to get the phone and next thing you know, I hear boom. >> So, I saw the car and >> that was a wild ass title. I mean, it's sick, but I want to watch it so bad. >> I thought maybe the car was going to stop, right? Like, he was just going to stop [music] and then come on the car and see like, "Hey, what's going on?" But >> out of the blue it was like um on my windshield and it's like >> on a dark stretch. >> Um maybe you could re check out one of those channels channel to react to with those disturbing dash cam. Yeah, we've watched some pretty disturbing ones. Yeah, we have like Dr. Insanity stuff and stuff like that. Is crack that come anymore? Yeah. You know what's crazy is like um well I think cocaine is the most popular drug in Europe now, especially in uh Britain. It it didn't used to be the most popular drug. It used to be that NOS stuff, but um [snorts] that's really gone down in popularity a lot. Now it's Coke and it's like really really popular in England. It's had a big resurgence. of US301 in Sarasota. A young family stepped into the road carrying a baby and pushing a stroller. Seconds later, everything changed. When officers arrived, they found a devastating scene and the person behind it had already disappeared. >> Is he real? >> Hey, Oscar. Rescue's here. >> Where? >> Right here. >> Yeah. Yeah, I mean there's a lot of there's a lot of drugs on Europe, but I mean it's pretty telling that coke is the most popular drug. I think crack also, you know, I think they combine those statistics together, but yeah, cuz it's the same drug. >> It's the same drug. No, that's actually kind of misleading, Chrissy. That's actually not true. It's exactly the same drug. It's a different method of, you know, it getting into your body. So, it can feel a little little bit different because of that, but it's exactly the same drug. >> Tyler, stop, baby. >> Come on, baby girl. >> The primary difference between the two, uh, Cocoa is just a powder version of Coke that's mixed in, cooked, and Mandarak. Yeah. Well, I mean, the primary difference is that crack is smokable. Um, cocaine is just not smokable at all. It'll be destroyed if you use it like that because of the pollutants in it. Basically, there's still like leftover. Hey, tell. Peace out, bro. Good. Good having you here. I'm glad you popped in. But yeah, basically the like there's still like remnants of gasoline and some other flammable materials in the Coke. Um so if you are if you try to ignite it um without turning into crack then it'll just ignite and it'll become very hot because of the accelerance in it and it'll just destroy the chemical immediately. Um unless it's like super super fine and then it doesn't have a lot of um you know contaminants in it. You could actually just smoke coke like that. Um but yeah, the making it into crack is just a process of removing the contaminants by um sort of neutralizing them with baking soda essentially. Um but yeah, I'm a big nerd. Anyways, um [laughter] but yeah, so essentially so that so that's that's really the main difference with crack is that um if you smoke crack, you're able to get much higher on it than you would with cocaine because of the way cocaine works. The most efficient way is to put it in your nostrils. And so, and that that's because the mucous membrane nostrils in your nose are like the most sensitive ones in your whole body. Um, but the issue is that the mucous membrane area of your nose is rather small. Um, and when you put a lot of cocaine in your nose, then it clogs it up and the mucous membrane can no longer, you know, activate the chemicals and bring it into your body. um you know so in that sense you can get much much much higher on it than you could ever possibly get by putting into your nostrils. Um so that's basically the main difference is that you can just get way way way higher. >> Stay with me baby. Stay with me. Stay with me baby. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. be careful. >> I mean, it's just a totally different drug. They're completely different. >> I don't I mean, some people like the feeling of one, some people like the other. It's just completely different. >> Like I've not I've never tried math personally, I don't think. But um I was prescribed aderal, which is essentially cranking. I I absolutely hate the feeling of empetamines. I would never use them recreational. I just literally hate them. And I'm probably pretty sure that's the same for methamphetamines as well as it's not a feeling that I like whatsoever. >> How old is she? >> I would take it because it was my medication to help me with my ADHD, but it's just not worth it. It's way too strong. >> Babe, you hear me? Hey, stay with me. >> Oh my god. >> Oh my god. >> Is he okay? Is he breathing? >> Breathing. Did you see what happened? I got to take a seat right here, please. Just take a seat. There's hot enough. Take a seat. Okay. >> I was just talking to a seat. Okay. >> I mean, the way the way I would probably describe it is that like each drug kind of has a totally different feeling. And I would say each one is almost like almost like an emotional state. So, some people are just going to like certain substance better than others depending on like what they like, what they're into, you know, how their body reacts to it and stuff like that. >> The first one 1915 not going to let you in here, sir. Hold on. No. >> Okay. Were you >> drugs are drugs are very subjective? I mean, I've even heard personally. What I've heard a lot recently is that drugs are like influenced a lot by culture and stuff. Like depending on how you view a drug like in society, it it basically will totally alter the way you perceive like the drug high from it. >> If I see cars coming, I'm like, "Stop." You know, trying to stop it. Next thing you know, I hear boom, I see him flying. >> So basically, >> I got a daughter. She lives right over there. A lot of people don't like crack, >> but they're fine with coke because they have a much different perception of coke essentially. >> We don't never go more than 2 minutes. You see what I'm saying? I got >> your daughter. >> Yeah, right here. Your daughter. >> This is my daughter, too. That's That's my wife. >> Where's my address right here? >> We'll have an officer. >> I got my key. >> Hey, it's 1915. >> 1915. 1950 is the greenhouse right there. You can't miss it. >> Sorry. >> His daughter is 7 years old. She's at home right here by herself home by the >> man officers are speaking with is the father of this. >> Can I have some of those years >> family? His partner and their two young boys were crossing the road with him when they were hit. And their seven-year-old daughter is still inside a house nearby alone waiting for someone to come back. Yeah, I totally agree, Winnie. It would be much better if it was if uh drugs were just legal, recreational, they could they could limit like people's use on them and stuff too so easily. Like just people want to buy freaking crack. Just let them have like a eighth of [ __ ] let them have like a eighth of um a gram or something of thems don't let them buy like don't let them buy like a kilo like people do now. It's crazy, you know. >> You're with me. Okay. >> Okay. Come on. >> Let's go. >> I got your key right there. >> Hey, listen. If there was a legal option, people wouldn't even seek out the illegal options. >> Let's get you. >> It's okay. >> We're just desperate. >> Couple breaths when we get here. Okay. >> Here you go, sir. Honestly, like I think the best way that pe that they might want to like like the best way to regulate drugs would be to only allow people to like have it every other day or every 3 days or something like that because then you like physically like wouldn't be able to get addicted to it essentially. You know, people could use freaking heroin every 3 days. It's not like they would get addicted to it, but the issue is people buy it and they use the whole stuff cuz they have no self-control. >> We're going to walk back over. Okay. >> Mama. Mama and the baby, they got they got bumped by a car. Okay. >> Yeah, they're they're just getting looked at. >> Listen, they're getting looked at, okay? But they got It's okay, baby. Listen. >> Do you want her shoes? >> Yes. Hold on, baby. Hold on. >> Hey, girls. >> Yeah. Want to go to the dealers? Yeah. >> Absolutely. >> It's okay. >> I don't know. I got to get her phone. >> Oh, yeah. Mental >> addiction, too. Here's your Here's your bag, baby. >> I mean, physical just >> That's really bad. I mean, I wouldn't say one is worth the other. They're worth more. Yeah, you're right. >> Is that her phone out there? >> It's going to stay right there for now. >> This is Dad. >> I can't believe nobody said [ __ ] about my sunglass, dude. I thought people were going to laugh about this [ __ ] Who's >> there with them? I don't know what you want to do with them. If you want to send them down to the hospital, for what? He's got both his kids here. She's on scene. He's got her from the house. >> Okay. >> Thank you guys. No, absolutely. Thank you. And you're having to run into them down there. >> Yeah, we got them. They're right here. Yeah, we got we got baby girl. We got them all counter for >> They're just hanging out with the sergeant for now. >> Did you guys see anything or just the aftermath? >> I rolled up on a vehicle with emergency. >> I'm not even on camera. What's going on? And I saw everybody on the road and I saw everybody there and the little girl was by herself so I came to see what was going on. >> She didn't need to see any of that. So >> you can see I can take your information. Nobody's got any information. >> We need information. So just take your your name and phone number cuz you guys didn't see the crash. You guys should be able to hang out. Um I appreciate you guys. >> I was trying not to say anything. I just thought you were kind of going to what what did you say? Oh, sleep again. >> I'm not sleeping good. >> I should probably not really actually. I don't work till like >> 2:30 again tomorrow. Actually, it depends. I might either need to be there at 1:45 or 2:30, but still, like I say, pretty late. >> And you saw this happen. Is that correct? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Tell me what you saw. >> Okay. You want to start from the beginning? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. So, >> the cool thing is like at my work today, hiding. No, I'm not doing that. I store anyways because um well, I mean, I guess I commuted, but no, that's not what I was trying to do. But no, they're funny though. That's why I was saying that's why I was saying you guys don't notice like what is different about these sunglasses. Look, you guys don't notice anything different about the sunglasses. They just look like normal ass sunglass to you or what? Literally, do they look Look closely. >> Shower. >> It's a little bit like like find Walter. What's that name of that game? That book. Where's Walter? Yeah, Pind Walter. What's wrong with him? >> Going to go get some cigarettes. So, we're walking out the house. You know, we go in there. We search the store. We get a couple things. We >> store Speedway. I'm sorry. Speedway. No problem. >> Yep. Speedway. Um, you know, >> did you walk? >> Yeah, we walked. My son Re was in a stroller. Kylin was on my my wife's >> chest in the holster. Yep. >> The family had moved to Sarasota from Ohio only a couple of months earlier. His partner is 29-year-old Taylor Bennett. Their boys are 2-year-old Rio in the stroller and 5-month-old Kylin, the baby she was carrying against her [music] chest. >> So, we go in the store. We get what we need. We come back out. We're walking. We stop. We're walking out of speedway. >> Yep. >> So, we come to this this corner stop sign right there and right here on seven. >> And then we're as it as we see that the left side coming is clear. We start crossing. >> Next thing you know, I hear and then I hear Taylor like, "Oh, babe, I dropped my phone." So, I'm like, "All right, you know, I'm going to get it. Don't worry about it." She's like, "They're going to hit it." And then so I I'm going out there and I you know I'm trying to stop the cars so I can get the phone. >> Yeah. >> And next thing you know I hear boom >> and then I turn around >> and I you know I catch a glimpse and then I land. So I go over there. >> How do this is this is my wife and >> what? Look at this guy. How do I look like this guy? What are you talking about? >> Bro, what the [ __ ] Oh, were you saying this guy looks like Alish? Yeah, he does kind of actually got two lanes here. These are the south. Okay, >> you're right. He looks just like you talking about. >> Show me where you're saying. Show me where they were. >> Kind of far. I don't understand why she was that far. I think they hit her like somewhere like right here. >> Did she drop her phone? >> Yes. There's this really funny YouTube channel I found where they just diss. So I'm like I come back I I come back and I race and I turn around and that's what I see and that's when I go running. >> They just make fun of their culture. >> So I get her. I didn't see Rio yet. That lady call was backing up and that's when I see Rio. So I went and grabbed Rio and her and I strapped the baby off her chest. >> Okay. >> Then I had her the baby in Rio and then some people the people were there. So I started you know I had her I had them grab the babies and stuff like that and then I got her cuz she you know everybody was breathing but her >> Rio was still breathing. So you know I tried >> one day I said [ __ ] it. I'm going to get clean or I'm dying and laid up for 9 days. I wasn't 100% but I finally woke up a little less miserable and I know I had it whipped. Oh, nice, man. Good for you. >> You know, and >> and that's when they call 911. >> So, you're here clearing this lane. >> Truck if I'm not mistaken. >> So, you're So, you're clearing this lane? >> Yes. >> And you were going to go back to get the phone. So, you're facing east this way. And that's when you hear the >> That's what I didn't even see it. That's what I'm saying. Like, I don't understand. Like, that's >> So, you think he was she was somewhere? >> She could have been strolling like like this maybe looking back. >> Yeah. >> You know? >> Okay. >> I don't know. I I Huh? Like I don't know what he was doing, but I don't I really don't know. >> Go back over and have a seat. No problem. No problem. >> All right. >> I can hear it. Tend to your loved ones. >> Yes. >> And what happened? Did you call 911? >> No, I couldn't. No, cuz I I don't think I had my phone on me. My phone was at the house and her phone was in the street and I didn't want to go run and grab the phone. >> Didn't hit her. What do you mean didn't hit her? Somebody hit her. He crashed. No, he didn't. I think some dumb woman ran up his family over >> cuz I was trying to attend them. So, I'm yelling to call 911. >> Who grabbed your wife's phone? >> No one grabbed it. No one grabbed it. >> I mean, look at the title. 70-year-old woman hits and runs leaves an entire family dead. I think he Some dumb grandma ran his whole family over. >> Still out there, maybe. >> No, it ain't. It's gone. >> It's gone. >> So, maybe it's in her pocket. We don't We're not sure. >> Okay. There was a phone out there, >> was there? >> Right now? >> No, not not right now, but there was. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Okay. Well, we'll try to find it. You remember it being in those lanes, but it's not there anymore is what you're saying. >> No, I don't I don't know where it's at, but I could have sworn cuz there there was a a truck parked right there. >> Yeah, it sucks, dude. >> He's being exceptionally calm for what happened, bro. >> A transport bus, I think. And it was kind of like up. >> He really wants to give the person a scat bus. >> I don't know. I can't remember what it >> like. People get on the bus and they take it around the city type. >> No, no, >> no. I don't know what it No. Like a full size bus you would get on and pay to get to take a ride on. >> No. No. >> No. Not not public transportation. >> No. Okay. So, this is after. I didn't I didn't go get the phone until after. >> No. Yeah. Yeah. >> You know what? I I They wouldn't let me get it though. They just said I couldn't get the phone >> because it's all >> right >> now. It's like all kind of evidence of these things back here. >> Where's the the lady officer walked over there? I showed her the phone. >> Good. Then they should have that. No problem at all. I just want to make sure. >> Okay. >> Never saw the car that was involved in the accident. I don't I guess that maybe I don't we don't know honestly. >> This car over here where they just like witness they try to get out and help. >> I don't know. They would I don't know what happened. Rio was by their car and they was backing up and that's when they heard him yelling. That's when I seen Rio. So I went and grabbed Rio. >> Yeah. Ma'am, can you tell me what you saw in your own words? >> Yes. I was sitting in my car with my door open. I was my friend Justin. >> Which car would that be? >> Yes. The gray master. >> So right on the other side. Okay. >> In between the two driver side. Yeah. >> So I heard the sound and I heard Jesse like saying, "Oh." >> Mhm. >> He was standing. >> No. OP withdrawals is so fun. I love it, dude. It's like the best feeling ever. >> Outside. I was >> I was feeling hot and cold at the same time and really anxious >> in the driver seat. So I stood up to see I saw a baby lying on the outer lane. >> Lane closest to us. >> Yeah. On the outer lane. This lane. >> Yep. Close. All right. Yep. And then the mother would assume she was the mother lying closer to the yellow line on the island. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Then there was a guy wearing a white t-shirt and green pants who then started screaming and there was a small girl maybe about 6 7ish years old on the top island who was just standing there. This car then came and she stopped cuz we were screaming. >> Okay. >> Yeah. [clears throat] It it had already happened and then she just >> you thinking 30 seconds later, 30 seconds after >> um between 30 and 45 seconds. It was fast. >> Did you see the car that hit him? >> The [ __ ] you talking? >> I did not see >> somebody. I got you. I didn't see that, but I did hear like >> the taking off sound. >> You did? >> Goodbye, sir. Like I was looking the other direction looking at the was it was already lying on the ground. >> Uh sir, if you want just tell me what you saw. >> Hey girl. >> Sure. So what I just I can't say um what I can just say show is I hear the sound and then by the time that I take a look at like what's going on, right? I just saw like a silver Sudan car that hit like two people. So, by the time that I had the sound, I had the sound and then but the time that I took a look at the I took a look at the like what's going on, what was going on. >> What a [ __ ] up thing to say. Especially in the video where like somebody some dude's entire family got ran over. Oh yeah, let's try to get them [ __ ] arrested and the witnesses. What the [ __ ] bro? I saw this >> which was the one that was he was like >> on the screen right like the wind screen >> of the vehicle >> a different video you probably got away with it >> of the of this car >> of the car which is the silver one right >> I think >> so the silver car >> yeah [clears throat] so when you look you hear the bang and you turn >> over there the silver carried >> so when you look real quick when you look and you saw this female on top of the silver car where do Do you think exactly that was when you saw >> over there? >> Right there where the pink blanket is maybe. Okay. Then what happened? >> So and then uh obviously I just kind expecting because just in the middle of just talking, right? >> And were you in the parking lot over here? >> Yeah, just over there >> by this blue car. Okay. >> Yeah, that's my car. >> Yep. >> So at the same time, I'm just trying to comprehend like what's going on here? Like you know, is she okay? And then so I saw the car and I thought maybe the car was going to stop, right? like you were just going to stop and then come on the car and see like hey what's going on but so by the time I was like maybe he was going to stop and then I was just kind of like >> [ __ ] like [ __ ] driving like the speed limit right away >> take a look at the car like weird but it's a silver >> I'm not supposed >> by the time the sun comes up the driver is gone late and witness descriptions don't match what follows unfolds over nearly 3 days as detectives work camera to camera across Sarasota hunting for one damaged car. >> There's a camera at Walton Tuttle. >> Okay. >> And Lake saying it doesn't go through that intersection. >> Okay. Gotcha. >> I am outside your business and it your business points cameras directly to Bonita. >> Yes. Are you meaning checking it now from my phone? >> Yeah. Yeah. I mean uh if you can check it and want to just call me back within the next hour, that would be >> Yeah, we're just we're just trying to eliminate and uh which way we we have to go north or south from here? >> Sure. What type of vehicle am I looking for? >> You're looking for a white Lexus four-door with front end damage. >> Okay. I've never gone backwards on my phone game wise. I've always just um >> current, you know, >> yeah. So, um I'll see, but I should be able to. I don't see why not. Um do you have a phone number I can call? >> You can. This is my personal phone. John Ruten leaves for work around 7:20 that morning. His wife of 3 months, Sher Rasmussen, 29, a hospital nursing director, is still deciding whether she feels well enough to go in. By midday, a neighbor notices her garage door standing open with no car inside. Jon calls home, gets no answer, calls her office. Her secretary hasn't seen her either. He calls again and again. Nobody picks up and the answering machine that's supposed to catch calls when the house is empty was never turned on. When Jon gets home that morning, there's broken glass along the driveway and the garage is still open. Sherry's silver BMW is [music] gone. Inside, he finds her on the living room floor, barefoot, cold, no pulse. >> Okay, let's try this again. Hold on, guys. Just real quick. Uh, I want to see if Chat GPT glazes me and tells me I'm right. Um, so I ask Chad I ask Chat GBT if Phantom was a common name. Same answer. Fairly uncommon. Now we're going to try um, do you think I changed the question a little bit because of the prompt a little bit because uh, I want to see if I can get it to glaze me. Do you think maybe her parent [ __ ] it should be parents? Parents like Fent a lot. It seems like maybe that's the reason for naming her that since really no one names their kids that. Okay, let's try it out. Yeah. Okay, that's fine. I'm going to leave it as I was going to change it, but I'm going leave it. Yes. Yes, it's possible. And then the case goes [music] cold. For 23 years, no one is arrested. John Ruten remarries. Sherry's family never stops asking what happened. The bitemark swab sits preserved in the evidence archive. And somewhere inside the Los Angeles Police Department, one detective carries on with her career. In 2009, a cold case detective finally runs that old bitemark DNA against a national database. The result doesn't point to a burglar. It points to a cop. Her name is Stephanie Lazarus, and she has no idea what is waiting for her in that room. >> The demon. >> What makes this case unlike almost anything else on record is what happens next because detectives make a decision. They're not going to call Stephanie in and tell her she's a suspect. They're going to call her in and pretend they barely know what they're asking and see what a 26-year detective [music] does when she doesn't realize the room is already closed around her. >> I didn't want to bring this up in >> your squad. I mean, I could have been working in Hollywood, it sounds like, if if that's where I was working. Um, so I could have said, "Okay, well, you know," and I went talked to her. Um, and just said, "Hey, you know what? You know, if he's dating you, he's he's keeps calling me. Why don't you tell him to knock it off or whatever?" And, you know, because I probably would have told him to knock it off. >> You would have told John. >> Oh, yeah. I mean, I would have said, "Hey, you know." >> Yeah. After that, Sherry's friends describe a pattern. Stephanie showing up at the condo asking Jon to wax a pair of water skis. Stephanie appearing at Sherry's workplace in full uniform while Jon wasn't there. And according to a direct witness, Stephanie cornering Sherry and telling her plainly that if she couldn't have Jon, nobody would. None of that is in the room yet. You know, the reason we're asking you is they had mentioned that an incident at her work had occurred and they've also told us that an incident at her house occurred. >> You know what? >> And this is at her house during the period of time that they're married. >> That's [clears throat] just not sounding familiar at all. I mean I you know what I that's just not sound I again if someone says that I was at her house and I had an incident with her you know I that just doesn't sound I I you know was John there did John say this happened because and other people were there I I just I don't recall I mean that just doesn't sound you know familiar >> and this is an incident where you showed up you weren't supposed to show up and things got heated >> at his house. >> Yeah, >> that I you know I that just doesn't sound familiar. I mean >> I you know it's not sounding familiar. >> So >> not at all. >> Now you're saying not familiar cuz it's just don't you remember or it's just >> you know what I would have then I'd have to say I don't remember cuz I don't remember. I that doesn't sound familiar. I >> I mean, would you remember something like that in your life if >> Well, I would think, but >> some sort of drama involving, you know, the other woman type of thing. >> Did you have a fight with her? >> Long before this conversation ever happened, detectives had already pulled her old property records and found something worth building a whole line of questioning around. The gun she's describing is a Smith and Wesson Model 49, a 38 caliber revolver, the same caliber that killed Sher Rasmusen. And when investigators checked the date on Stephanie's theft report, it wasn't years before the murder. It wasn't years after. She filed the theft report 13 days after Sherry was killed. Nobody ever connected those two documents until now. >> Did you ever fight with her? >> You mean like we fought? >> Yeah. Did you ever duke it out with her? >> No, I don't think so. I mean, >> you'd remember that, right? That would be pretty. >> Yeah, I would think so. I mean, >> pretty specific. >> Yeah, like I said, I mean, obviously I, you know, I mean, it just doesn't sound familiar. >> I mean, I mean, what are they saying? So, I I I fought with her, so now I mean, I I I get getting the jump or the leap. Excuse me. I haven't eaten. Um, they're saying, "Okay, I fought with her, so I must have killed her." I mean, come on. I mean, that's, you know, I don't even know who these people are. I I can't even say I met any of these people. I mean, that's it's insane. >> I If it happened, I honestly don't remember it. That's all I can tell you. I mean >> I mean, but I don't know. I mean, would it be something you would remember? I mean, cuz it's I don't know if any other intense incidents in your life that have occurred. I mean, you'd recall those, right? I mean, >> well, >> like a use of force at work or a car crash, something you're involved in, you'd be like, "Yeah, I remember." >> You would think I would remember. I mean, I would think if it was something that crazy. I mean, I I I can't say You say, "How many fights have you gotten into, you know, in your life?" >> You know, I mean, a few at work. Well, fights at work are kind of different because we've all had uses of force or whatever. But I mean, >> I didn't even have even a lot of those. I mean, >> right. But, you know, if you're if you're actually, you know, >> I mean, I've played >> like if if Dan and I got mad at each other and we threw blows in the squad room, I mean, 20 years later, I would remember it. I mean, >> I would think I would remember it, but that's that's what I'm saying. That's not sounding familiar to me at all. I mean, I >> Let me ask you, I mean, throughout your life, you know, would you remember the number of fights you've been involved in? And I don't mean kind of like a bump or something. Just a physical fight where you everybody's hitting each other, scratching, pulling, you know, whatever. >> Maybe. I mean, I can't say I've been in a lot. You know, I played sports. >> Yeah. >> You know, you get into scuffles there and >> um >> and you recall some of those, right? I mean, just >> Yeah, I can recall some of them. >> Yeah. Games get in tabs. >> But like I said, this you saying this this is just not ringing a bell. You know, if you're if you're doing this as an interrogation, you're saying, "Hey, I'm a suspect." Well, now I got a problem with, you know, now you're accusing me of this. >> Is that what you're Is that what you're saying? >> We're trying to figure out what happened, Stephanie. >> Something for the >> Well, I'm I was, you know, I'm just saying, >> you know, would I need to be a lawyer if you're accusing me of, >> you know, >> you don't have to I mean, you know, you're here of your own free will. I mean, >> Well, I know, but I mean, >> you know, you're not you're not under arrest. You can walk out when >> you can leave whenever you like. Well, you know, I I'm trying to give you some background of, you know, how I knew him, >> and now you're telling me that some somebody's saying that we had this big old fight and I don't even know what you're talking about. Um, you know, and I don't want to, you know, get in trouble for something that I didn't even do or you're saying I did something. >> Okay, >> we understand. >> I mean, how would you guys like it if the tables were turned on you? >> I understand. No, >> no, that's why we're telling you. I mean, you're free to go whenever you want. If if this makes you uncomfortable and you want to >> Now you're starting to make me uncomfortable. >> She spent 25 years on the other side of rooms exactly like this one. >> What she doesn't know is how close this case had already come to her. In 2005, a cold case analyst named Jennifer Francis went looking for that old biteark swab and found it missing. She eventually tracked it to a coroner's freezer, still usable after nearly 20 years. Even then, colleagues didn't think it was reason enough to reopen the file. It took four more years before a different set of detectives refused to accept that same answer. This is the reframe that keeps her in the chair and it's worth naming as a technique because it's doing exactly what it's designed to do. >> And the burglary thing you're talking about, that is an angle that they looked at. >> I go, but now we're looking at everything else on the case cuz nobody was ever arrested on the case. >> I I don't know that or not. Okay. Now, what we'd like to do is obviously you know about all the DNA stuff and things of the nature that you know gets done on cases nowadays. You know, if we asked you for a DNA swab, would you be willing to give us one? >> Maybe. >> Cuz now now >> now I'm thinking I probably need to talk to a lawyer. >> Okay. >> I mean, >> well, >> I cuz I know how this stuff works. Okay, don't get me wrong. You're right. have been doing this a long time and and I wish I had been recording this because because now it sounds like, you know, there's, >> you know, you're selling these people saying I'm a fighting with her and now it sounds like you're trying to, you know, I've been doing this a long time. >> Yeah, we know. >> Okay. And and now it almost sounds like you're trying to pin something on me now. I I got that sense. >> Well, what it gets to on these on these cases, and you know it as well as I do, our job is to identify and eliminate something. >> I can't believe this. So, if we ask you to the point to give us a DNA sample, a bugle swab, so we can identify or eliminate you, would you be willing to do that? >> Maybe. >> Maybe. >> Cuz I know this. I I I I >> That's where we're at, too. I mean, because >> Yes or no? >> Right now, >> from looking at the evidence, it's, you know, it's possible we may have some DNA at the location. [clears throat] >> That's great. >> And >> great. >> We're going to do what we can to try to put this thing together. >> You catch me. [clears throat] Your name's in the book. These people are pointing at you for whatever reason. >> I don't know why. That's just crazy. I mean, that's just that's absolutely crazy. >> The detectives have already done the thing they're pretending to ask permission for. >> Weeks earlier, a surveillance team followed her and waited for her to throw something away. A cup, a straw, and ran it for DNA without her ever knowing. It came back unmatched to the bite mark on Sherry's left forearm and to skin cells recovered from underneath her broken fingernails. The swab they're asking for now isn't evidence. It's a formality for a case that's already been solved in every way except for one that matters to her in this room. The conversation appears to end normally. The kind of exit that looks exactly like every other courtesy interview she's probably sat in on herself. And I guess I'm going to have to contact somebody. So >> that's fair. >> I mean, cuz I know how this stuff works. I mean, I I I just can't believe it. >> That's I mean, we we understand that. I mean, if we were in your position, I mean, we would feel the same way. >> I just can't even believe it. >> I mean, it's just I mean, I'm shocked. I'm really shocked. >> True. >> That somebody would be blame saying that I did this. I mean, we had a fight and so I went and killed her. I mean, come on. Well, >> that's what you >> Well, thanks for giving me the courtesy. >> Thanks for your time. >> Shared. Thanks for the courtesy. >> That's the version of this scene where she walks out the door. It's not what happens. Less than 2 [music] minutes of tape later, the tone in this room is completely different. >> This is just absolutely crazy. I want to see something. >> This is insane. Okay. Actually, we got you, [ __ ] Give me one sec. You're right. >> Okay, >> Stephanie, you know you have the right to remain silent. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Anything you say may be used against you in court. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> You have the right to the presence of an attorney before and during any questioning. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you free of charge before any questioning if you want. Do you understand? >> Yes. >> Do you want to talk to us right now? >> No. [laughter] Okay. >> All right. >> Okay. Look at that cigarett. That's freaking nice, bro. >> I'm like I'm like in shockingly in shock. >> Stephanie gets up and walks out of that interview room on her own. In the hallway, with the recorder still running, her own fellow officers are waiting. She's placed under arrest before she makes it out of the building. And when she's brought back into the same room minutes later, it's in handcuffs. the law, and it's unclear which side of it the suspect in this case is on. She was a 26-year veteran of the Los Angeles Police Department. By all appearances, a model cop, yet Stephanie Lazarus now faces murder charges. Prosecutors say that almost 25 years ago, she beat and shot the wife of an ex-boyfriend, and that DNA evidence proves it. Going back to the scene itself, almost nothing about it actually held up as a burglary once someone looked closely. A jewelry box sat untouched in plain view. No other room had been touched at all. A VCR and CD player were stacked neatly by the door, except Sherry's blood was already on top of them, meaning the violence came first and the staging came after. A sliding glass door upstairs had been shot out from outside, but Sherry was killed downstairs. Whoever fired through that window didn't run after her. They went inside and finished it. >> Ligure marks on her wrists and a cord at the scene showed she'd been restrained at some point, too. >> A former FBI profiler who testified at trial. Simply, this wasn't a robbery. It was an attempt to build one. >> This case never went to trial cleanly. Stephanie's defense spent five weeks trying to cast doubt on the DNA analysis itself, arguing the sample was too old, too degraded, too easily contaminated after two decades in storage to be trusted. >> It's also worth knowing what happened 3 years after the murder. Long before any of this, John and Stephanie briefly got >> Okay, I don't give a [ __ ] I'm tired. Um, let's do a little little rap though before we go. Let me see if I got any freestyle on me. Might not. I'm going to tell you. Maybe I should have done this at the beginning, bro. Actually, I don't know if I like speed. [music] I can hear a little bit of it. Go back. [music] See how it goes.
