During my nearly three decades as a law enforcement officer in Florida, I've never seen somebody climb the counter at the airport. Welcome to a first. >> She crossed over. Hey, relax. Hey. Relax. Relax. Relax. Stop. Stop. Come over >> I have it all on video. >> Come over here. >> Everyone is talking to me. You can handcuff me if you want to. >> Oh, thank you. >> I have it all on video. >> Okay. Give me 1 second. >> And she was assaulting me and she was >> Will you just leave that Yeah, just lay down right there. >> this side and you come and say take the last screen, girl. >> Drop your jacket. No. >> Okay, part of the confusion is the the Frontier employee is yelling out and asking questions like, "Why did you want to jump over the counter?" You know, like, we don't need that right now. The the police are here. >> Whatever video you have I have a 20-minute video. It's okay. >> You breached. You breached and you came over. You attacked me. >> Now you on call. Try it again. >> [clears throat] >> Okay, this is a great statement for the body cam. She said, and I quote, "You would have got beat up, too." B word, uh which is an indication that she just beat somebody up. >> Here's one more. >> Yeah. >> Do you have ID and everything on you? >> Yeah. >> Okay, so finally the officer is just kind of like, "Hey, how about you not talk to her anymore? Like, just give us a moment." It's not their fault necessarily and tempers have flared, but like and if you'll notice, the prisoner is already starting her flirtation. >> It's in my purse. >> Okay. Do I have your permission to go in your purse and grab your ID? >> Can I just get it? It's right here on the top. >> It's right here on the top? >> Yeah. What's wrong? >> What's wrong? Okay. Give me just a minute. I'm going to get another officer here and we'll go through it all, okay? >> Okay. >> Are you injured at all? >> Yeah, she put her hands on me. >> Okay. Do you need an ambulance? >> Um I don't know if I should say this, too. And I have I have They're doing this She's doing this because I asked for a voucher. Cuz they made me miss my flight. All my stuff is on the flight. I have a 20-minute video of how they executed me. >> Okay. >> All I did was go back there and press the space bar on the computer. >> That's all you wanted to do is just go back there and spre- press the space bar on their computer because they wouldn't give you a voucher because they made you miss your flight. >> have any injuries? >> She hurt me first. I have it on my phone. >> I understand. I'm trying to ask if you need paramedics here. >> Oh, no. >> No? Okay. >> Do you have a lot of anxiety? >> Okay. >> Do you? >> Do I have anxiety? >> Yeah, cuz you're shaking a lot. This is the third and fourth time. >> Okay, she's giving him advice about how to keep his cool. She's claiming that he's shaking a lot, so she's wondering if he has anxiety. The shaking she's probably feeling is his adrenaline. He walked up on a fight. >> They have to be behind your back. >> Why am I a threat? >> No, that's for our policy. >> If I'm going into jail because she's pressing charges, can I press charges, too, because she put her hands on me first and I have evidence? >> Yeah, we'll go through everything, okay? >> Okay. >> Get anything yet? I came over here and they were fighting. >> If my lipstick is messed up >> Say again? >> My lipstick's messed up. >> No, it's fine. >> See, this is what I'm saying. This is a series of flirtations. She's using her eyes. She's batting her eyes. She's asking, "Is my Is my lipstick messed up?" Which is, you know, getting into focus on, you know, her beauty. It's not going to work. >> Where did the other lady go? >> She's in the back. >> She's in the back? Okay. >> to get me back because she put her hands on me. I have it on video. >> Okay. >> I have my I have my wallet. >> fighting, rolling around on the ground when we were got here. >> I wasn't rolling around. I was on top. >> to speak with the other? >> Another great statement. Like she cannot Her ego will not allow when he says, "Well, they were rolling around when I got here." She's like, "We weren't rolling around. I was on top." It doesn't matter um about who swung first, by the way. She's completely giving herself away. She's saying, "Not only did I jump over the counter, I beat somebody up, and I was on top of them." It's not a good move. >> And I'll do it again. >> Miss answer, where you >> And I'll do it again. >> I'm from California. >> From California? Okay, is that your what your ID is going to be from? California? >> Cali- my Georgia's license. I'm going back to Georgia. I live there. >> You live in Georgia? >> But I'm from California. >> Okay. Understood. Can you take me to back to see her? >> Yeah. >> Thank you. >> How How long ago did this occur? >> walked in. My chef >> It just happened. >> And we have antibiotics on her head to the hospital. But they didn't do it. >> No. >> Are you okay, young lady? >> No, I want to >> MA'AM, MA'AM, MA'AM, MA'AM, JUST CALM DOWN. >> IT'S OKAY, MOMMY. CALM >> [laughter] >> I know, I know, I know. And you're going to press charges. >> Come on, Mommy. Come on. >> Look at me. Breathe. Have a seat. That's She's telling her, "Look, this is a very um kind of natural reaction. She's very, very frustrated because she's probably in this weird situation where she can't defend herself. She can't do what she probably wants to do." >> Just relax, Mommy, okay? Just relax. >> to I'll wait till she calms down a little bit before >> [snorts] >> Female weapon on her. Spit in his or her face. And possibly have blood pressure. >> [laughter] >> Your bed seems very nice. >> Can you tell me what you witnessed? >> Sure. So, I didn't see the girl when I first walked up, but I standing like at the very front of the line. And then I heard, I don't know if it was her or the other ticket agent telling her, "Ma'am, you can't be there. You have to move." And then like that woman there was was walking up to her and the girl just like kind of came over the counter at her and the swinging started and honestly I can't tell you who swung first. I'm sure there's video. So, I don't want to give any misleading information, but then like she got her by the hair and they went down. >> Who got who by the hair? >> I the the young girl got the employee by the hair and she like had her and took her down by like the head and I jumped in because I was like, "Holy crap, they're on a conveyor belt." And I've actually I'm I'm a flight nurse. I've actually seen people lose their hands on these things. It's like, "Oh my god, they have to get off the conveyor belt." And before like I could get up there um the gentleman here kind of got in and was trying to get her off of her, but she still had her by the hair. So, I kind of jumped in and then got her fingers out of her. First swing, but the girl was definitely behind the counter when it all started. >> What a rational and and kind witness this was. I mean, she was willing to jump in to help to make sure that they don't get hurt because she's 100% right. These two combatants probably don't realize or one of them does. The The is back there defending herself. She's She can do whatever she needs to do to defend herself at that point. >> back there in the drawer or doing something back there. And then when it was telling her like you can't be back here. Leave that alone. Get on the other side. And I didn't hear what the young girl said back to her. But then by the time she got up there, you know, I was like maybe I should have >> [laughter] >> another place. So that's why I didn't see like the initial like who swung cuz my first reaction was like get out of here before the fight happens. Uh but then the fight happened and I'm like oh someone's really going to get hurt on that conveyor belt. >> Okay. What time does your flight leave? >> Uh my flight leaves I boarding starts at 6:16. And the flight leaves at 7:00. >> Okay. Do you think you have time to fill out a statement? >> So does this mean I'm not getting on my other flight? >> Probably not. >> [laughter] >> Do I get another flight? >> Can I show you my evidence now? >> Not just yet. Give us one moment. We're going to have other officers they come and they're going to look at all the all the evidence and everything for you, okay? >> Can I look at those cameras, too? >> I am sure that >> Those cameras >> the airport will allow us to look at all of them. >> Well, I will I'll call my lawyer and maybe I'll be able to look at those. >> What she doesn't realize is that his body camera is probably the best piece of evidence because it showed that the battle was still going on and that she was on the wrong side of the counter. >> That's the evidence that she put her hands on me. And you understand I'm going through a lot of anxiety. I'm about to get on a plane. >> Oh, I I I understand. >> We have anxiety. We have Florida. We have airport. We have anxiety. Mark it on your bingo card. >> Am I banned from the airport? >> Just relax for a second. Are we saying about being banned? >> I have a video. >> Okay. >> I've heard that somewhere. >> Which one is too tight? >> This one. >> That one's too tight? >> Yeah, it's cutting me. See, look at my hand. Smacked me after you after you got me. >> She smacked you? >> While it in your hands. You know that. What the heck? Well, I don't know if you actually know what's going on. Well, I know what's going on. But she smacked me while you were holding me. >> Yeah, I know. I did not see that part. So. >> Wow. Well, it's okay. >> to see if we have access to these cameras. >> cameras >> Willie's all right. Alan, the guy in the back is asking what I'm talking >> Okay. How much have you had to drink today? >> I've had a shot. >> Only one shot? >> Yeah, it doesn't really take a lot for me though. >> [laughter] >> That was pretty honest. At least it wasn't two shots. And uh, she's basically saying, "Yeah, but I'm a cheap date." >> This is hurting me. This is hurting me. >> Yes, ma'am. So, they're not built for comfort. >> I'm trying to see what the weight of that officer is. I can't really see it. Let me know in the comments what his weight is. >> Once again, just bear with us a few more moments, okay? If you The more you move it though, the worse >> All right. >> Good work. >> Yeah, paramedics are on their way, okay? >> [snorts] >> We'll check you out, okay? Whatever happened, I'm sorry. I can tell you're shook it up. >> This is somebody's mom or somebody's grandmother or whatever. You know what I mean? Like, she's just delivering the message. And the company policy might be bad. You think she doesn't know that? But, you know, it's so it's sad. >> That would be appropriate. >> We'll get them here and bring them back to you, okay, dear? Okay? We'll get the paramedics here and come come check you out. Better safe than sorry. You got some scratches. >> Lady, you said that she would drop me. That she would drop me. That lady said she would drop me if she was here. So, if you can't help me, I trust And I have um the wrap up from that up against justice. I don't know. >> Make sure if you're getting a statement from her, we keep working the line, okay? If he's >> And make sure if anything that her statement goes against my video that you guys know that you have to drop the charge. And it's going to be first my lawyer. We can do all of that. Let me call my lawyer. How old are you, darling? 67. If If you can and when you want to, tell me what you witnessed. So, 67 is uh significant because in Florida uh this isn't just a battery, this is battery on an elderly person. It's somebody that's over the age of 65. It makes it a felony, by the way. Now, when you say try putting her to the other side, explain to me what you did. Well, I had to grab her cuz she wasn't going to go willingly. I had to grab her and push her to go to the other side. I mean, she didn't follow or anything. She didn't give a chance to follow cuz she immediately turned around and slapped me. Okay. All right. Get up. And you can't be on that side. And I turned, she was on our side, and she has she was like this with the phone um on the on our sis on our screen. So, you can't do that. You can't do You can't You cannot come over. You cannot take pictures of that. So, when I got to her, that's when I grabbed her and I tried pushing her to the other side, and that's when she turned around. I actually told her to back off. We're going to have somebody come and just check you out, okay? I swear to God. That's what she turned and she slapped me, and I slapped her back. Okay. Now, prior to you coming in contact with her, the injuries to your face, did you have those injuries? No. No. I don't I haven't even looked at my face. I know it's taken and then I'm pressing charges, too. And I have video evidence of this being an attack on me. Okay. Yeah, she said it's on camera. Yep, they do have camera footage, so they're going to pull that, okay? I know. But I just heard like I was being arrested. And nobody else said that, by the way, except for you, the female officer. But everyone else, like, you know, they know how to handle situations. But um yeah. And you live in Georgia then? >> Yeah. >> What were you doing in Orlando? >> I was chilling out here, traveling. >> You have friends here? >> Making money. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Traveling here, making money. >> Got your own footage? >> Yeah. >> You're recording with your phone? >> Yeah. >> Where's your phone? >> Right there. >> You were recording on your phone when the incident occurred? >> selling everyone on that and it's all been on footage this whole time. I just Guys, be civil. I tried. I tried. As a human being, I'm also a little bit tipsy tipsy, too. I'm helping him. >> Sorry, we're going to close for the night for you. >> Hit that subscribe button on your way out, but my other channel is the Com Center. It's true crime cases followed from the 911 call all the way to the verdict. The link is down in the description. >> Hey! >> HEY, WHAT'S UP? >> EXCUSE ME! >> HEY! HEY! >> EXCUSE ME! >> GET OUT! GET OUT! >> PUT YOUR HANDS ON ME. >> YEAH. SO, WE we just hear the commotion, but we can't see what happened. >> but that camera you can see it. That camera look good. >> Yeah, they want to view that footage. >> If you can get one of those. >> I just want my footage viewed because I have evidence of them just like blatantly disrespecting me. >> [laughter] >> She has evidence of them disrespecting her and her being disrespectful, too, by her own admission. >> I'm the customer, you feel me? I'm I'm obviously irate. I missed my flight. I'm I like you have experience of years of being able to deal with this. I should not have to go to jail cuz somebody put their hands on me. I'm defending myself. >> She wasn't defending herself. She jumped over the counter. >> You guys see that other video allegedly? If you guys see that other video and this lady put her hands on me, I should not be able to like as as a just person, as a police officer who's supposed to be >> Okay. >> This is so They're They're viewing the other footage, okay? >> They're only investigating. >> Nah, I have a lot to do, actually. Nah, there's this event going on. It's like a underground Atlanta event. >> It's a what? >> It's an underground Atlanta event for influencers and I got to I got to be there today. >> [laughter] >> Entitlement explained. She's an influencer. >> Yeah, too. I was like I'm going to miss opportunity to make all the money I'm about to spend to get out of jail. She really don't even know who she playing with them, too, like Even if I go to jail lawyer, charges dropped, suing the state, suing Frontier. >> Have you ever been arrested before? >> I have. >> Okay. >> 25 >> Hi. Hi, how are you? >> So, it's going to be 5 years of a trespass, 5 years. >> Ask for ID. Do they have it back there? They have it back there? Okay. If they want to fill it out cuz they have her ID back there. Okay. >> Cuz I don't have her ID. >> No problem. I'll get it for you. >> Okay. Thank you. I'm trying to lift this up for you. You don't have a whole lot to search, so >> [laughter] >> Okay, I'm going to go right here. Yep. Stay in school, kids. >> She gives a She gives a good departing speech. Stay in school, kids. Okay, she was arrested for trespass and for battery, but because that employee was 67, there's a law here in Florida that elevates that battery to a third-degree felony, up to 5 years in prison, by the way, because it's considered battery on an elderly person. She was also trespassed from the airport for 5 years. Now, both women say that the other one struck first, but there was an independent witness and there was airport surveillance and they both support the employees' account. Hey, look, if you like this video, why don't you watch the next one? You should be safe and don't get body-cammed.
