firearm can be secured according to the report Campbell produced two small plastic bags from his pocket and put one into his mouth and chewed it the deputy states in the report I fought for control where my right arm was around his neck to prevent him from swallowing no formal complaints were made against the arresting Deputy by the defendant or his family the weed and destruction of evidence
