The following body cam footage showcases a troubling display of legal misunderstanding by one Rivera who appears to have skipped the basics during his time at the YouTube School of Law. One was pulled over for a simple busted tail light, but the encounter escalates when he demanded a warning and refused to provide his driver's license. When the supervisor arrived at One's request, he was promptly arrested for resisting. Days later, One filed a misconduct report, claiming in his sworn statement that he was slammed against his truck, thrown to the ground, and choked. However, a review of multiple body cam angles revealed no evidence to support these allegations. As a result, deputies issued a warrant for his arrest, charging him with perjury for filing a false report. One was arrested at his home, and his case is still pending.
