During my 29 years as a law enforcement officer in Florida, I've been called a lot of things. Watch her save her worst for these cops. >> Took my lighter out of my hands. That girl. >> Ma'am, is that a knife? Can I take it really quick? >> Yes, of course. >> All right, listen. I'm just taking it for for your safety, all right? >> I know what she was on the phone and said. >> So, what's going on? >> I'm sitting here doing pretty much nothing. >> Mhm. >> And she starts yelling at me. So, I go to talk to her. >> Okay. >> And then I had a lighter. A white lighter in my hand. She kicked She kicked it out of my hands. And I'm like, "Hey, I'm a local. I live here. You don't get to just talk crap to me and think that that's okay. I've got work in the morning. I've got things to do. I'm just sitting by the cafe having a soda. About to go get a coffee. >> All right. >> You know, and and and she said >> sit down for me, please? Let us speak because I need to talk to her as well. >> She was And and it's all and I told her it was all on camera. >> Okay. >> And I told her I had a white lighter in my hand. >> Okay. >> And she kicked it. >> Okay. >> Kicked it. >> Okay. Have a seat. >> She kicked >> Apparently, she had a white lighter in her hand and it was kicked out of her hand by the other lady. >> And it's a lighter for my cigarette. >> So, now she can't light her smokes. She can't even have a cig until this is resolved. >> I mean, and as you saw, that was right there. I didn't pull it. I didn't do anything. But I was telling her straight up, "Hey, you can't just yell at people and think that that's okay because I live here. This is my home. >> Okay. >> I have to go to work in the morning. >> Where do you work? >> I I'm working presently on commission as a painter. >> Okay. How's it going? So, why don't you just let me know and can tell me what happened? >> my sister on the phone. I just got off work. I work literally right here. Do you see the yellow building that you're looking at right here? >> Okay. >> I park here. I sat on the hood of my car. I have my weed license, so I was smoking. I'll be honest with you. I was smoking. So, I guess it was bothering her, so she started talking to me. But, I'm on the phone with my sister, so like I'm trying to focus on what I'm talking with. I'm thinking this lady's on the phone right there. >> If you missed it because you said it kind of quick, she's like, "I have my weed license." So, I was sitting on the front of the car. >> So, I'm not paying no mind at first, but then she starts saying the hard you are. She's like, "You fat You think you're so attractive sitting there on that car." And I'm like, me and my sister looked at each other on the phone. I'm like, "Did I was talking to me. I don't know this lady. I just got off work." >> Yeah. >> Oh my god, I'm really scared. And so, she starts She pulled out a freaking pocket knife. She starts flip like Do you know like doing the little when you throw it into the air and it starts doing little twirls and you start She start doing that. She kept talking stuff. She kept hurting me, calling me the hard you are. And she's like, "This is my corner. You You're a prostitute. You can't work here." And I'm like, "I'm not a prostitute." Then I still didn't say nothing though. I was on the phone with my sister. I'm like, "I'm not going to say nothing cuz you don't know what She's obviously could be on some type of drug." And >> Yeah. >> You don't know what people like that could do to you when they're on something like that. You don't I don't know what she's on, so it's like >> So, and then So, she was just kind of saying that stuff and then you called us? >> No. And I I didn't get to get At first, it was just her saying stuff. And then she got closer to the car. >> Okay. >> That's when I got scared, so I stood on the the hood of my car and I kept telling her get the back get the back. And then she hears my sister on the phone saying, get uh my sister was saying something. I can't even remember right now because my adrenaline when I saw the [ __ ] and I I never had anybody do that to me in my life. And I I was born and raised here. >> So, how it's all started? >> I was sitting there. >> Okay. >> She came over there. Started talking crap to me. >> Or that's for from like no reason? >> No, she just just like um She just started yelling at me. She just And and I'm like "Hey, it's on camera. You can't just do that >> Mhm. >> and think it's okay." I and I told her I told her I was like >> or over there? >> No, it's right here. I was >> So, she's missing a big chunk of the story because she's like it's on camera and I told her you can't just do that and think it's okay. But, if she's talking about yelling, she can do that and she can't think it's okay even if she initiated it. Like you can yell at somebody just the same this woman can yell at the girl sitting on the hood smoking weed. >> Okay. So, she just came to you for like no reason and started yelling at >> No, she was across the street. >> Uh-huh. >> And I was like, you know, "Listen, I'm a local. I live here. >> Uh-huh. >> get to just yell at us." >> So, she just started yelling at you. >> Yes. >> Okay, so this is the local versus local battle. I see on that garbage can it says 1100 Duval, so I'm assuming that this is Key West. We get a lot of body cam from Key West is another reason I'm saying that. And she says that "Hey, I'm a local. You can't yell at me like that." And the young lady on the hood of her car smoking weed says "No, I I grew up here. I'm born and raised here and I I've never had this happen to me." So, this is two non-tourists kind of accusing each other being tourists basically. >> Okay. So, listen, uh just stay here. So, officer Cahill, that's his car. >> I know Cahill. I know you. >> Yeah, I'm just listen. >> I know >> of you. >> Somebody >> did he call us? >> This is not fair. I have to go to work in the morning. >> Ma'am, nobody said Nobody said you're in any trouble. Just stay right here. We're going to figure it out, all right? >> I'm telling her to give back, and when she put her hand too close to me, I was standing right here, and she was literally My feet are right here. She's right here, and she's like yelling at my sister, calling her a dyke cuz my sister looks a different way than other women, which >> Whatever. It doesn't matter. >> like, "That thing is a woman." And da da da da da da cuz I guess you got a glimpse of my screen. And then she started saying, "Technology is so different. It's not like the '80s. Why are you hard ERs are here right now?" And I'm like, "I'm not." >> Like the N >> I'm not Yeah, like the N word hard ER. I'm like, "I'm not black." >> Okay, she's been saying this hard ER this whole time, and I I've been trying to figure out what the slang is, but now I understand. It's It's the N word with the hard R at the end. >> Ma'am, I'm white. What are you talking about? Like I was just so confused with the hell was happening. And like I said, I and I told her, "Is this This is all on camera." >> Mhm. >> And she kicked me. >> Kick you where? >> She kicked me in my hands. >> Ma'am, do you have any Do you have any injuries? >> No, I don't have any injuries. No. >> So, why >> How do you even know you don't have any injuries? He's trying to look, and he's trying to document. My guess is she knows she doesn't have any injuries because she doesn't have any injuries. >> I had a lighter in my hands to light my cigarette. And she kicked it. I said it was my knife, and I said, "That's not my knife. It's my lighter. It's a little lady bitty white lighter. It's still laying over there." >> So, >> I mean, I've lived here for 5 years. >> Ma'am, I'm trying to understand why she started yelling at you. What did >> Why she Because she's a That's why. >> Okay. Sounds good to me. >> She was just a She thought she could bully somebody, and then when she found out she couldn't, she didn't like it very much. >> I do I'm >> Why not? >> Because I'm working on getting one. >> Okay. >> My client right now is helping me to get my ID. >> Okay. Can you just tell him your name, date of birth? >> But I guess when she heard what my sister said, it pissed her off. Like she I don't know like I don't know if that was her name for real, but whatever the hell when she said that, she literally tried to like come at me. So I kicked her freaking hand and her lighter went flying over there. And then she went over there when she saw us calling the police finally and I started doing stuff and I thought she was trying to get rid of that pocket knife that she had. I don't know where the hell it's at. >> Okay. Did she flash that at you? >> Yes, she had it open. She was coming at me with that thing. >> That was open? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um >> Just got off work. I can't believe that happened to me down here. >> So what what when when she had it open, kind of what was she doing with it? Just holding it in her hand? >> Yeah, she was holding it in her hand. >> Did she make any statements like she was going to do anything with it? >> No, she was just saying um you keep talking [ __ ] you fat [ __ ] and stuff like that, but she wasn't like saying she was going to do something, but her body language was saying something completely different. >> was aggressive towards you? >> Yeah. How did it make you feel? >> Scared. I never had that happen down here. I'm >> All right. So it's this isn't just like a touchy-feely how did it make you feel. One of the elements of the statute is like of aggravated assault is that you're like an imminent threat to somebody. You have the ability to carry out the threat and that knife that she was holding is a deadly weapon potentially. So the other element that they have to cover is were you in fear? So he's just subtly asking, well, how did it make you feel? She wasn't saying anything, but she was coming at me aggressively. >> Born and raised here. That never mind. Never Never. >> So then >> And I've been through all of the [ __ ] >> the knife you said this this knife, right? >> Yeah. >> And you said it was open? >> It was open. I'm pretty sure. >> How did she hold that knife? >> She just had it the handle in her hand like this normally. >> And the blade was open? >> Yeah. But before though, she was twirling it in the air though and she was playing with it and she was talking crazy to me, but I didn't think she was talking to me. I thought she was talking like on the phone cuz I don't I don't have my glasses on right now. I can't even see from afar. I can see that there's bags on the floor and stuff, but I honestly my vision's horrible, but >> Oh, god. >> I didn't think to bring it today cuz I was just I only had a 6 hours of work today, so >> How it all started? Because I heard your side of the story. >> I work You see this yellow building right here? Just clocked out like not even that long ago. I'm sitting on the hood of my car. I'm talking on the phone with my sister. I'm smoking, minding my own business. But so a homeless I'm going to say homeless person. So homeless person right there. But so I'm talking with my sister, and I could probably call my sister back and she'll even tell you, but she starts calling me the hard e r and saying, "Oh, you fat sitting there thinking you're so freaking attractive." And all just a bunch of crazy crap. I don't I don't understand. >> didn't say anything to her. She just talked to you. >> with my sister. I had just >> right here, right? >> Yes, I was sitting on the hood of my car. >> And you said you were on the phone with your sister, right? >> Yes. >> Okay, at this point, what's the more stable story? What what's the more believable story? You let me know. The person that was sitting on the hood of their car or the person that was sitting across the street that had her lighter kicked out of her hand. Let me know in the comments. >> Can you call your sister? I even I don't know you. I'm Officer Kubowski, okay? I didn't have a contact with you yet, so now I do. Uh so that's why >> I'm a local. I'm Walnut. >> Okay, so what do you do for a living, you said? >> I'm a painter. >> You're a painter? >> Okay. I've been making good money. I've been making $100 a day painting. >> Okay. >> But I was just sitting here and I'm up from AA, and then she just she started yelling at me. And I was like, "Why would you do that?" >> So, hey, how's it going? Officer K. L. >> I just called the police department cuz I was on the phone with my sister, and the lady approached her with a knife, and her phone died, so I called the police department. I'm living in Virginia. >> Okay. So, can you tell me kind of what what you heard? Like what you heard, like what kind of what you heard from Oh, here. I'll hold that. So, yeah, just what you heard um kind of go on with while you were on the phone with your sister. >> She might be under >> When I was on the phone with her, this lady kept like cussing at her, calling her the N-word, calling her fat, calling her all the cuss words you could think of. And then she got up and then pushed my sister in the car. >> Okay. And your sister Where was She was in the car or >> She was sitting standing outside her car. >> Okay. >> The white car. >> All right, you can continue on. >> Yeah, and the lady approached her and kept like threatening her and I'm on the phone and she kept calling me like the dyke word and stuff like that. So, I told my sister just hang up and call the police. >> Okay. >> But that phone was dying, so I went ahead and called the police myself. >> Yeah, okay. All right. >> Hey, what you want to do? >> I want to press charges now. >> So, I'm going to give you back to your sister. >> Yeah, that she should not be on the street because >> Going to take a sister for questioning. >> When I was on the phone with my sister and when I was first ignoring her >> All right, Sherry. So, I'm going to read you something cuz I'm going to ask you some specific questions, okay? So, you have the right to remain silent. >> Why would you arrest me? >> We have to read this. This isn't you going under arrest. I have to read this in order to ask you certain questions, okay? So, You're not under arrest. >> What do you want to ask me, Cahill? >> So, I'm going to read this to you and then I'm going to ask you those questions, okay? So, >> What do you want to ask me, Cahill? >> Well, I just need you to say yes or no. >> I don't have to do that. My question is what do you want to ask me? >> Well, do you wish to answer the questions after I read that to you? >> a specific question about same incident? >> The same incident, that's all. Just more specific. >> Of course I want to answer questions. >> Okay. That's all I That's all I needed. That's it. Me reading that does not does not >> familiar with Key West Speedy. I don't know why you're harassing a local. >> So, She's pulling Key West privilege. She's saying, "I don't know why you're harassing a local." Like you should be out harassing tourists. But the thing is, they're to protect everybody. She's stating that you had a pocket knife that was open in your hand. >> It's on camera. She took my my little itty-bitty white lighter out of my hand. >> So, you didn't have a pocket knife out in your hand at all. >> Not at all. Absolutely. You want to review the footage of security cameras? >> No, no. That's why I'm asking you. This is what This is what's being told to me. >> proof. >> I'm just asking you that specific question. So, >> Absolutely not. >> Okay. So, you're at no point >> opened your pocket knife >> not. >> anywhere in the vicinity of her. >> No, sir. I did not. >> Where The thing is, how would the other young lady know that she had a pocket knife? Because that was the first thing the officer noticed when he walked up. Hey, is that a knife? Can I hold on to it? And how would this other one know? So, she's saying, "No, no. It was just a lighter, and she kicked it out of my hand. So, she should go to jail because I'm a local." >> your pocket knife while this all happened? >> right there, which one of you took. And and and no. I abs- I had a I had a white lighter in my hand and a cigarette. Do you really think I'm just going >> At any point did you At any point did you walk over to her vehicle and approach her? >> over to me, too. And she was yelling at me. >> So, she came over here and yelled at you. >> She went to the middle of the street and yelled at me. And I'm like, "Why are you yelling at me? Why are you yelling at me?" I almost always sit in front of cameras on purpose just for this reason so that people can't lie. >> So just so I'm clear, um you stood up on the you were sitting on the vehicle talking to your sister. This all started happening. She approached. You stood up. Um now when you you said you kicked her hand and it knocked a lighter out of her hand. So did she have a knife in her hand or the lighter in her hand? >> She literally had both in her hand at the same time. >> And where was your cigarette? >> in the other hand. >> But at no point you did you go into the middle of the street at all? >> No, I stood my ass right here on top of this car. I got a baby to get home to. >> No, no, I get it. We're just we're getting I'm getting lots of information so I just ask all different types of questions just to get clarification. What's your name? What's your name? >> Sherry. >> Sherry. Sherry, do me a favor, stand up. Stand up, Sherry. And put your hands behind your back. >> Why? >> Now you're under arrest. >> Why? >> Yeah. Officer Cahill will explain you everything. >> So you're going to be arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. >> I did >> Don't pull away. >> I did not >> Don't pull away. That's just going to make everything worse. >> I did not do that. You have to get my art supplies and everything up off of there. I did not aggravate assault anybody. You're a liar. Yeah. >> Well, you can figure it out out there. >> Don't you don't lean on that. >> Don't do that. That's just going to end up worse, okay? We're going to go in the back of my car, all right? >> My client is expecting me in the morning. >> All right. >> To work. >> Yeah. Yes, probably. The client is going to wonder where you're at. You might not make it there on time. >> Might be late. You are a liar. >> Do you have any weapons on your person? >> Yeah. >> You do? What do you have? >> Right there. It's in the back. >> There's another one. >> So, you got a weapon back here? >> Yeah. It should be right there. Okay, it's not. >> I don't see anything. I don't see any more bulges. >> No. >> Just had one over here. >> You can't arrest me for something I didn't do. Now, I'm going to sue you. >> Okay. >> Yeah, go for it. >> Well, I will. >> What's her name? >> Because you can't arrest me for something I did not do. >> That you'll figure out in court, okay? >> No, you won't because you're going to go to jail for arresting me under false pretenses. >> Okay. >> Do you understand that, boy? >> Uh yes. >> Boy? >> Yeah. >> Boy? Who are you calling boy? >> You, dumb >> Boy? Here's Here's something that might be of interest. >> Ooh, there's There's a nice everywhere. >> She had Yeah. >> There's just two more knives in there. >> I got Jesus. That just makes the dumb one better. >> You cannot do this legally. You cannot do this legally, boy. >> [laughter] >> Uh-uh. No. Now, I'd rather be shot than this. I would rather be shot than this. >> Stop kicking me. >> No. You cannot illegally arrest me. >> Okay, there's a clue. She said the N-word with the hard R. And this is exactly what the waitress said that she was calling it was saying about her. So, like now her demeanor matches everything that the victim is saying. Um really, what does she look like here? Is she an alien? >> I said no. >> Somebody's going to have to get back there, uncover her, and let her go because she said no. It seems like once every three videos, it's generally females, very skinny females ring wiggle their way out of the handcuffs. It seems like the males today always require two sets of handcuffs to be put together, and the females, you know, you get one set of the handcuffs, but you can't get it tight enough. There's only so many ratchets you can go down on that thing, and she can slip her whole hand right out of that thing. So, she has them off of She has the handcuffs off completely. I don't even know that she's restrained by the seatbelt. I'm just going to leave. I'm done here, and she's going to bring the handcuffs with her and return them to the officer. >> [snorts] >> Uh-uh. Don't you throw my client's number away, K Hill. I just saw you do that, you piece of [ __ ] You don't throw my [ __ ] away, boy. Hey, all that's legal. That is legal. You are not allowed to throw my the away. >> What's happening? >> They're not allowed to throw my [ __ ] away. >> She slipped her cuffs. >> All my things >> outside. >> Step outside. >> You're not allowed to throw anything >> out of my possessions away ever. You are not allowed to throw my possessions away. Do you Do you me? >> by the >> You're not allowed to throw my possessions away. Nothing in my bags is illegal. Nothing gets thrown away. >> They were even double locked. He's having trouble like unlocking them because they were double locked so that they wouldn't cinch down any further, which I don't think they could, but >> So you better pick it up. You better put it in those bags and it better go with me. Do you understand me? Do you [ __ ] understand me? >> Hit subscribe if you're sticking around. I run another channel, too. It's called The Calm Center. It's true crime cases from the 911 call through the verdict and it's linked in the description. >> All my possessions better go with me. Put my possessions >> everything back. Don't worry about it. >> I need my social security number. >> Do you understand about the handcuffs? It's going to be another charge. Your hands going to be again in front of you. All right? >> Now you do what's right or I'm going to make you. >> [laughter] >> Put my possessions >> We will. >> And that weed in my bag is legal. You can't throw it out. You can't do anything. >> Okay. Got it. >> Do you understand me, boy? >> Boy? >> Yeah, boy. You're the biggest boy of all. You >> How'd you Who Did you tell her my middle name? How'd you guess that? >> You're a narcissist. You're a narcissist. Like my possessions, my artwork, my everything goes back in my bags or else I'll charge you with theft. Do you under [ __ ] stand me? You're on camera. I'm on camera. You don't throw a god thing of mine away. That pipe is legal. The weed is legal. There's nothing you can [ __ ] do about it. Do you [ __ ] understand me? It's legal to buy in the shops. You can't put my [ __ ] paper in the trash. >> Be out there. >> Shut up. >> [laughter] >> Boy. Jesus. >> She was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, which is a felony, but the court records show that on August 11th of 2026, she pleaded no contest to the lesser included offense of simple assault, which is a misdemeanor. She was adjudicated guilty and was sentenced to 60 days in county jail with credit for 60 days already served. If you like this video, watch the next one. Be safe and don't get body cammed.
