it's called disorderly I honestly I got a few this only kind of charges other than my friends yeah she comes in trying to separate it viewing the body camera the only two we saw throwing blows people came out to the 70s we don't know what started this fight between The Williams Brothers at the front of the Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom but they're missing the fire work show a deputy calls out for emergency backup to assist breaking up a physical disturbance between the brothers from Georgia the adults in the group even add some disorderly conduct to the mix after the deputies review their body cam footage several arrests are made Disney security managers trespass only the aggressors in the group as per their policy if you enjoyed this video please give it a thumbs up and if you would off um [Music] Mike send them over here have a seat thank you [Applause] calm down calm down calm down sit down [Music] hey I need you to calm down okay [Music] and that's it we're not letting you go [Music] calm down okay [Music] I have a notepad go to jail [Music] oh my God that's one oh yeah it's okay hey you're you're not doing this [Music] shut up shut up shut up how can I go get my son you gotta take my bag right now get my money get away from him get away from him give me his bag we are under an investigation right now he is going to cooperate with us we are trying to defuse this okay thank you there was no reason right now we have three males detained by Orange County if you pay into everything and they hate on you have I yelled at you what y'all got to do man take me down right now okay all right what's your name what's your name my name is the reason why we're doing this is because we need you to calm down you're escalating the situation I paid for the whole damn trip I understand and I get this we're trying to calm things down and you're you're kind of ramping things back up it's called disorderly I understand I got a few this only kind of charges we just stuff them in your car can you search them for me Mr Canada there's two more secured over by Helen you're not going to jail at the moment but we're going to place you in a car while we get this all situated because we need to get everybody away from here and while y'all are secure I want you away from your group while you're still upset okay can he go in your car he's got an idea in his back pocket not yet we haven't had an opportunity all right foreign hey how's it going I see you got your little one in your hands thanks for staying over here and staying calm so obviously you knew your your brother was sent by the planner was getting ramped up and I appreciate you staying over here what's all this about a few that happened inside them in the front to the brother started arguing I try to break it up it's my whole family I saw I mean I saw a melee yeah my whole family dude okay no that's okay um are you guys local or out of state on vacation are you from Florida or different state or from Florida okay so in Florida I'm not the one working this is Deputy is but in Florida that's domestic violence and domestic violence is a mandatory arrest so we're gonna see how this all works out we got to talk to all of them but that's why I wanted to know if you were from here or not because we have to they're all three are brothers all right so I was letting them know that we still have to talk to all the guys but nonetheless Florida domestic violence oh we have a Fray too it's called a Fray it's where three or more people are engaged in combat in a public scene which causes a scene and it's viewed by law enforcement it's called a Fray but domestic is number one here that's what makes it domestic violence oh everyone's related all I know is I saw two of The Williams Brothers on top of him that's all I saw Brothers they're trying to break it up I know but all I know is he was on the ground helpless and there was two other brothers so who started this whole thing all three of them [Applause] so this one wasn't starting nothing or he started breaking up no he's the oldest brother he was the one I think I saw him breaking it up and he was he got throwing the ground he had a level head though we told him to stay over there he stayed over there we saw how the uh Mr Williams right here was on the planner how he was not acting calm so that's the way it kind of goes in Florida where if there's an affray meaning a physical altercation is domestic we have to take action okay I don't think it happened like that I wasn't um let's see him hold on we're gonna face right here so it's making difference I'm taking these off of you okay you were able to talk to everybody we realized you're trying to help out like I said we had to secure everybody at first so that we could figure out what was going on and we know that you weren't part of the fight okay so once I take this one off I want you to put your hand on top of the car okay I know but your brothers were all [Music] I know with family it's came like yourself quick all right put that one on top of the car I'm gonna walk you over to where your family is okay do you want to just hang on to the bag or you got a zip home yeah all right we're gonna walk over to this Green Gate over here I'll take you over to where your friends you see this planner right here that's where all if you want to have a seat right over there while we finish up okay [Music] yeah let me grab that for you [Music] the Miranda card yeah let me uh attorney first or have one present during this interview yes or no you do okay all right well you've invoked your Fifth Amendment right so we're not going to ask you more questions about this as of this time you're being arrested on a Fray and domestic batteries you've invoked your Fifth Amendment right we're gonna audit it up we'll take care of it Cabral one of the ones that you're writing a trespass warning for we have unsecured him my concern is that be supportive of us I mean yeah he was the reason I got to him first because he was on the top so I grabbed him secured him he was on top because he was trying to pull them off and that was him Cabral yeah do you understand your rights do you want to talk to me no there's nothing no there's nothing okay it's a family okay that's fine you don't want it you've invoked your rights to remain silent we're gonna go ahead and honor those rights and we're not going to ask you any more questions about these events okay as of right now you're being charged with battery domestic because your brothers were involved do you understand no questions will be asked of you sir they both invoked I'm gonna need to get my computer out and start typing is that a Disney pass or was that a hotel Key that you put in the bag it was a Disney pass I think yeah yeah just make sure there's not some million dollars stuffed in there folded two dollar bill where that's what always gets me Oh I thought you saw it no no no no no I have a two dollar bill on my wallet see people people do that for like luck or whatever and I never think to Philly quarter bro are you kidding me right now you should be a detective um because of the fight you will be filed have filed charges filed with the state attorney's office you're not going to jail though they'll reach out to you if they need you to come back for a court date it's up to the state attorney's office in Florida okay but Disney is going to trespass you which just means you can't come back to Disney property so he's going to read you something and that's how we make it official um our theme parks water parks resorts and Disney Springs all right I'm going to give you a copy you can do with it as you wish do you want your copy okay I'm gonna toss it for you then okay um the ambulance is pulling in they're going to get you cleaned up and then you'll be good to go the other ones haven't complained about anything so I think he's the only one that was on the ground
