you should be crying i'll be honest with you you should be keep your eye on the big guy in white the man is going for his gun but he is actually the victim neighborhood bullies broke out his apartment windows with bricks now a tense encounter with a peaceful ending you could have ever that makes no sense all right well i was gonna just put it right here but that makes no sense you got paulie standing here trying to resolve the issue and then you'll go pull a pistol you understand that's a problem in itself in the presence of the presence of a police officer i want you to do something in your hand as a felony whether you're a ccw holder or not okay it is a felony why would you do that you're not making this situation any easier for anybody all right so why the [ __ ] you think you could do that that's stupid all right guys all right i'll just keep it in here it's too late for that now we're going to take it we're going to talk about evidence and we're going to charge you with it oh my god jesus christ why would you do that man this is what we're going to do we're going to attack we're going to take it tag it do you see him for him exciting cut him loose okay that gives that gives another male in that house that's i mean i i think they have to have another male in the house without these kids and what's about to happen to that house when we leave you want to cut off the citation real quick yeah yeah i'm knocking it out i'll let him do this understand this right you did an incredibly stupid thing i i just i i just don't like with all the things we have going on in this country for you to do that in front of 10 cops and multiple kids multiple juveniles for you to do that was show that grave disregard for your life for our job and for these kids out here all right that was horrible what you did okay because you almost forced me and many others to take your life and that would not have been a cool thing when we came here to help you we didn't come here to hurt you we didn't come here to do that but you almost forced us to do that and that that that would have been so unfair not only to you not only to your family but to us i lost my hands like you just and and today to be honest with you the only real reason you are being cut a break is because i really have compassion for your family and i have to pass them for your family because when we leave here they need somebody to help protect them over these kids that are going to be here and that's the only reason you're not going to jail i promise you that's the only reason you're not being charged with some felony of some sort it's because i have some severe concerns and compassion for your family so i i i'm half speechless man you should be crying i'll be honest with you you should be because there are a whole bunch of things that almost happened here a whole bunch of things a whole bunch of things and and one of them started with you being shot and i'll just be flat out honest with you for no reason it didn't have to happen let us handle what we're here to handle i don't care what they say let us do our job now yes are we gonna come back absolutely we're gonna have to come back we're probably gonna come back here in my 10 minutes but that is not the way to handle that this is not the way to handle that and i need you to understand that moving forward and to be honest with you i can't support you even getting your gun back all right you you're gonna have to you have to write a letter to the chief and you're gonna explain the situation and then it's gonna it's gonna be on there it's gonna be his caller to release your weapon but i'm telling you i don't support you getting it back i don't support you getting it back because you showed that you were not mature enough to have it that's just flat out
