running without any occupants which is a violation of Texas law the officers decided to set a trap to catch the criminal who would handle the situation in the very worst way possible he literally overreacted his way into cuffs we can wait for him to come out yeah I don't think that one's and you can see nobody yeah man you act like we're talking and then when he comes out we'll just get his ID huh the sugar here okay yeah we'll just act like we're chilling and he comes out unfortunately the deputy's plan failed and the suspect managed to get back into his car while the deputies were misdemeanor count of interfering with the duties of a public servant and was convicted to three days in Harris County jail as part of a plea deal there were no charges for the drugs but as of the editing of this video he is fighting a felony charge of aggravated assault on a family member so I wouldn't exactly say he's lucky all right don't worry about us if you're good I was like whoa where'd you get that skill from it's all Gramps to do this first 70 2.1 grams that's 60 grams in about 60 grams two ounces yeah it's about two ounces this was 72 80 grams is close to three 72 yeah and uh 60. the passenger side door he still didn't want to talk so they don't want to give him his ID leave smell for herself before it reeks like marijuana I'm not sure if all that is rude but there's just some control stuff over here uh in this bottle [Music] uh this is the source of all your problems tonight you can't uh allow I don't know if you allow him to uh it is an issue to okay that's a reason it's a temporary quacker then it's not a hard book okay if the hard plate was on the vehicle that means they could play this issued his vehicle this position to you okay so you need to keep this with you even if you're not driving the truck okay um and if you want to leave it in the car that's between you guys but he still can't be parked too it's a this is how it all started right uh he's blaring his music real loud he left the car running and unintended That's What attracted the attention in the first place but where's that music come from we roll over here well now we found the source of that it's a handicap spot it's got no tag it's a simple stop hey man turn the music down can't be leaving the car running I can't be parking with him to catch fire I'll be honest you can ask my partners I don't even write tickets okay just point them down your way but now he wanted to do the most now he wanted to ignore me now he want to roll the window up now you want to fail to identify himself and then he wanted to refuse commands when he was told to accept the vehicle they wanted to try to fight us when he came down all from what some marijuana some promethazine now he's going to jail so I'll
