so here's the deal the Harris County constables were called to a Burlington Coat Factory because a suspicious person was using the changing rooms despite the fact that they were closed you will okay so you were at the storage unit for what reason you were just to give him his dog back because dog was down the middle of the road oh so but you were walking over there in the area I was driving and his dog was right there by the Valero so I got the dog and I sent it to him because his dog's always out so you recognize the dog because you know that's his dog so you sto to get the dog and walk in yeah him and I we get the dog he's on the bike I'm on my car you know I go to him you know and I'm like bye you know I got it you know giving him the dog back and then like I go to his camper I knock on the door and like the door's open okay and it's like trying to put the dog in there maybe he was sit in there and then I see him on the couch just didn't look good he look sick you know and it was like I had to go take a covid test today cuz I didn't know if like you know was he asleep when you walk in he was like like yeah like like like yeah so you worried I was really worried okay I was really worried so you tried to like find out hey what's going on well yeah well I was like I was like hey you need wake up hey and then I'm like I need to call down one you know because my friend go so he was trying to prevent you from leaving them he was trying to prevent me from leaving you like when when when he grabbed your purse how he scratched you just tell me he's just he was trying to grab me keep me either you know and then um I was like oh I was like oh I was like look um maybe he left it over there over there you know so he went behind um his couch because it's like he's not making any sense he's yelling yelling yelling you know and like my friend he doesn't know what to do you know like he's in the Army and everything and it's just like we know his condition so it's was like like he can't help me you know so like I figured you know like and I grabbed my keys you know because it's like the one thing like I have to do is like keep my car you know what I'm saying the was like going anywhere okay and that and grip your your shirt and in the process of grabbing you that's when you when he grab he grabbed your arm and do you felt pain yeah I felt pain I was scared I was scared like I was scared that like I scar was going to get sick scar that that you were going to get sick and that you were going to you think he was going to like rape you in any way or I don't know you didn't know his intention I don't know his intention was he under the influence of drugs when you met when you make contact with him I don't know you don't know he was he was he was like he hiding it behind the dumpster and then later a Hispanic female and another man came in a truck with a trailer and picked up all the stuff that was hiting behind the dumpster it was me I had my stuff at the store the guy at the store let me put it behind the the store right there what store the gas station in front of Dove Meadows not believe me you seen the stuff you said in front of Dove Meadows so the one that's right there at Meadow Hill Drive in Spring ster that old gas station with the liquor store with all those cars yeah where'd you put it at uh in between his vehicle back there and the store which what vehicle do you know one just broke down back there you know what color it was uh like a turquoise color broken out windows so on that so on that side of the store where there's still some of my stuff back there there's a big thing is uh cans in between the building his store and the only vehicle that's back there is that broken out window well so what all did you put back there it's just like an old bench like yall saw me at but the only thing left over there now is a barbecue fit and a big thing of so my question to you is you weren't you weren't out there spotting stuff so the charges how am I going to fight that though it's just my word get ser and I'm on probation dude that's [ __ ] dude like said if you help us out we can tell the da that you were being helpful with neighborhood there's a fence line in a private driveway off 2920 on the north side of it across from La Mikana there's a house over there too you ever been over there it's on happen if You' ever been over there if you know anybody over there no okay Jeremy wood was arrested for one felony count of evading and one felony count of robbery with bodily injury I'm not exactly sure what happened but the
