on September 23rd 2023 a report came into the Metro Transit Authority about a man jerking it on the bus allegedly this perv tried to force a woman to sit next to him while he cranked one out fortunately the woman got away and even managed to film The Happy Ending I won't show you that but mainly because I don't want to see that or get demonetized although I'm sure there's at least one sio in the audience who might be into that kind of stuff gross doing okay A B police man I just want to talk to you about something uh went happened on train man you get into anything with like a Hispanic after haggling for a bit the female victim swung by in a cop car to identify the suspect if you look closely you can see the cop car creeping up in the background see she confirmed well you heard it she confirmed looks like you're off to jail Stefon Davis was arrested on one felony count of possession of a controlled substance and one misdemeanor case of indecent exposure if convicted he could face up to two years behind bars Davis has been previously arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle burglary continuous violence against the family evading arrest prostitution assault and a Litany of other smaller charges who's surprised some anyway brother same thing as last time you can just take the cups with you I'll get later yeah I'll hold you my bad man just got a one pair of pants and like an indecent exposure which basically means you may have shown your private parts so that's criminal offense okay so uh they're saying they do want to press charges so you're probably going to catch charge for that okay but what I'm doing I'm booking you on the warrants what the other investigating officer does is on them okay say say got me come me got P put in the front seat FR seat yeah if you don't mind kind of like the little door panel thing just got jail so it can't be no ones that been popped up active so so what it is it's uh it's fair evasion so maybe you got a little ticket for not buying like a train ticket or something stupid like that you know I mean so I'm booking you on on those it turned into two warrants cuz you got the one for not having the ticket then you didn't even miss me like class a class no it's class C's okay like so traditionally like fine only but since you didn't go to court we have to bring you before a judge is all that is so they're probably going to restate a court date or give you time search for that so like I said if you end up catching that charge like I said I'm not the officer doing that if you do catch that it might be like I mean they'll still let you out they'll give you a court date you know what I mean so it's not like sit in the hcal for you know any real in the jail you're probably not going to sit there for any extended period of time you know unless you have like some stuff shoved under your uh your gental you have any like narcotics or anything in there no yeah then you'll probably be out in the morning reset cour dates for everything so yeah yeah the fair evasion TI kind petty man but Metro policy is if you have any moreoever you have we have to take you in okay I think somebody let like a murderer go one time so now they have tolerance policy for work so does everything make sense as I've explained it to you so far it's cool you explain but okay about a different way okay all right
