on January 15th 2019 officers with the Houston Police Department were flagged down in the parking lot of a strip center and notified of a baby that had been left in the front seat of a truck upon approaching the vehicle the officers could hear the baby crying then a shouting woman came out of the Family Dollar screaming about her babies too late woman where new baby oh my goodness look at that put your hands behind your back put your hands behind your back 91 E74 oh my God give me where did he go where's your ID at I don't have have IDE why not oh my God it's oh my God I relax I got it on I got it on oh my God are you kidding me are you kidding me with leaving the child in there like that wasn't here with me what are you talking about you have what I had a guy here with me what are you talking about he was in the car he's in the front seat Dad I know I in the back how do you unlock the car you need to relax sh you don't understand what I'm going through sit down are you kidding me
