on May 13th 2019 officers with the Houston Police Department were on patrol when they noticed an older truck with an invalid paper license plate the cops got out and made contact with the vehicle's occupants and the rest of the interaction plays out exactly how you would think hey how you doing sir how you doing I'm offic he Police Department traffic enforcement he's out here hanging out or what you on work no that no my friend is bathroom going to the bathroom okay you on a big long trip or what I'm moving from Greens Point to Copperfield so he came and picked me up okay to move my stuff my
