enjoy the video [Music] on August 7 2018 officers with the Houston Police Department were conducting an undercover sting operation when our main character here offered to give a police officer some good loving for only forty dollars maybe it's just me but forty dollars seems kind of low I wonder what it would be now with inflation if you know feel free to let me know in the comments somehow the love Bandit managed to escape the scene but not before giving her new boyfriend her phone number Police use the phone number to track her down and well see for yourself well you know the reason for the stop today what's the reason sir you got no running lights as far as your brake lights are concerned and you have no license plate light so your license plate is not eliminated oh my lights were off you know I'm sorry about that I can't drive with no lights man I just got out of the store and I didn't that's all good you got your driver's license on you improve financial responsibility where y'all coming from the store we got some drinks all right just hang tight go ahead and put your hands behind your back do you wear your warrants you got out right now yes you're sweating so bad no it's hot so what's going on tonight man [Music] your friend how'd you meet your friend a little while like a couple hours like 30 minutes is that the store you're going to stick with because she's going to jail she's got a warrant do me a favor step out for me you got anything sharp on you anything that's gone don't don't reach stop reaching do you mind if I just pat you down real quick all right man level with me so who who is this what's her name her name is Ashley Ashley what we've been dating Ashley so now y'all been dating we haven't been dating that's what you just said no we're just friends like you said y'all were friends in the car for being knowing each other okay and then when I just ask you who she is you said Ashley and I said Ashley who and you said Ashley we've been dating but I don't know her last name so which is it are y'all friends or are y'all dating we're not dating our friends a couple of dreams that was applied for tonight okay so how long y'all known each other a couple of days a couple of days okay didn't know what yeah she was had a warrant okay yeah so where y'all coming from I'm coming from 45 and over eight okay you know where was she at I wouldn't pick her up at her house and where's her house at on the other side of that way you know I wasn't born yesterday right you don't want to believe me I know you're feeding me a line man I mean I can't I listen whatever you can't get in trouble for something that you haven't done yet so it is what it is all right if you wanna if you want to stick to your to your story that's fine just hang tight for us all right man so how much would you charge she charging you I'm trying to get information no man okay yeah yeah yeah hey I'm gonna get your friend's purse is that okay okay sir all right so that's the only thing that's hers [Music] yeah that's it all right just hang tight Force you got anything in your purse that's gonna poke me stick me hurt me okay wow he just won't tell me the truth he won't oh my God he won't tell me the truth hey so where are y'all coming from eating beer and stuff prior to that where'd y'all come from well he picked me up because I was over here walking and then so he picked you up from over here no I told him I was coming over here and then he saw me and then so where did he pick you up from that's what I'm asking the store he picked you up from the store yeah I was with my friend what friend 50 he's standing out there we just stand out there and hang out so do you understand you know I know you're lying right because we were at the store when you got out of the car with him the first yeah I know but so where did he pick you up prior to that is what I mean that's a store which store the store the Citco the one that y'all left from down there yes okay how long y'all known each other for about like six months six months you sure yeah because he said y'all only known each other a couple days no and then he said he picked he said he picked you up over off of 45 and Beltway Eight oh really yeah so y'all stories are way off yeah who is it not me I don't know you you asked him what are you trying to get him for a prostitution case not I'm just trying to just leave them alone I'm just trying to figure everything out yeah so I just don't like when people lie to me I know I'm not dumb but I need him to tell me the truth oh God are you just trying to give him a cave you already in search gonna make sure uh I just patted them down okay hey what's your name man Oscar all right so I just talked to your friend of three days that you said that y'all only known each other for three days okay a couple days three days that's the same thing all right then you said that you picked her up overall 45 in the Beltway and then I just talked to her and she said y'all known each other for six months and you picked her up at the Citco right down the road tonight so how come her story is so different than yours right now she's not trying to go to jail I guess no did that just I mean just tell us the truth man either way it is what it is all right I mean you're already taking her to jail right yeah so then stop lying to me whatever I say don't matter no more it does matter it matters a lot because you haven't known her for six months you haven't known her for a couple of days you didn't pick her up off of the Beltway and 45. uh you picked her up just tonight whose room are y'all going into right now no bodies y'all were just gonna come sit in the parking lot in your car so what are y'all gonna do okay and you just met her tonight when'd you meet her couple of days That's The Story You're Gonna stick with hey Brooks come here for a minute just stay right there man I'm about to just go ahead and continue for suspicious because he said he met her a couple days ago I just asked her and she said right but even though gonna have to give them I don't know that's why I'm an Entertainer I know but titanium isn't going to do anything right now we still haven't outside the car if he can still talk to him I don't know how to Tain them and tell them what man right now you're being the tank tell me the truth and we can go from there or you can keep lying to me and you're gonna stay in handcuffs what do you how do you want to play it I know he's I know what you want well yeah I know we both know that but I don't think he's gonna confess okay all right I'll just keep at it then all right so go over the story with me one more time from start to finish when you left your house wherever it is that you live where you picked her up at how long you've known each other then all the way to where we are right now [Music] for like a couple of days Miss Ashley I didn't know she had an arrest warrant that's not something we talk about okay all right so here's the deal man I know you're not stupid and I'm not going to treat you as such okay so you you already know uh that we know that you were picking her up for a prostitution okay now the issue that comes up is there's a difference if you went to her and asked or if she came up to you and asked for a ride and then after she was already in the car then she's like oh hey you know I'll only charge this much or whatever all right so which one was it did she come to you or did you approach her she called me she called you okay so y'all haven't actually known each other for a couple of days y'all met today well I'm just trying to get to the bottom of the story Okay so we've already got to the point that approach her asking all right she called you and told you that she was down for a good time or whatever it is she told you uh how much I mean how much was she gonna charge you for whatever it is y'all were gonna do or I'll charge you enough look I'm trying to help you out but I can't help you if you don't level with me all right it is what it is right now I've got another unit coming over because I can't put both of y'all in a back of a cop car together all right so I've got another unit coming over but I can't work with you and help you out if you don't level with me and help me out you get what I'm saying it's up to you if you don't if you want to stick to this then when the other unit gets here then we're just going to click click and you'll be back in the back of his car and we're gonna go for a solicitation of prostitution that's what I'm saying yeah that would be no solicitation okay so then you've got to tell me the truth so that I can work with you that way when I call the D.A I can say hey such and such had no idea she came up to him she approached him he thought that y'all were just gonna hang out or whatever by the time you know I need the full story I didn't have the drinks so where did you actually pick her up at over here off of off of this street right here you're not gonna level with me you're trying to get information so I'm trying to help you out if you don't want to help yourself out in that spine all right it's up to you brother here's the thing I didn't know anything and I even have the dreams in my car I don't know I didn't know she had an arrest warrant I didn't know anything okay so you stopping me from my likes I understand I didn't have them on home okay the warranty relevant at this point I was after you know the issue now is that you have her in the car she told me a completely different story than what you're telling me y'all stories aren't matching up she's already going to jail 100 percent so she has no reason to lie she already knows the game all right this is your first time ever dealing with this kind of stuff so I get what you're trying to do but I can't help you if you don't help yourself you understand what I'm telling you so the little story that you continue down isn't doing anything but dig in a deeper hole for yourself all right you're going to end up after tonight having a record unless you level with me and tell me the truth okay the truth is I don't know if she was a prostitute I didn't know anything so my car with her and we're gonna have some drinks I never said she was a prostitute you just said that no you say I never one time said that word I never said that not one time did I ever say that and I have body worn camera video to prove that because legally I can't tell you what she has an arrest warrant for I can only tell you that she's going to jail for a warrant so the fact that you know that she's a prostitute and you said it leads me to believe something deeper okay but like I said if you're not willing to help yourself that's cool with me okay I don't care I've never met you until tonight so I'm perfectly okay with putting our case on you okay but I can't help you unless you help yourself it's up to you though in the car here we are okay huh he admitted that she's the one that approached him but he's still sticking to a story that she called me yeah there's no one coming yeah I mean that's nice has he ever been arrested no hey did you call him tonight to come over and pick you up that's what I told you let me do that can I play why are you not getting me in this I told you that I told you that I called him to come pick me up I did tell you that and he came and I was over there at that store and he picked me up so how long y'all known each other I told you six months six months right well why is he telling me three days y'all what you mean y'all man God all right okay thank you can I call somebody I will let you make a call uh well I talked to my partner here scoot over so I can see about you and I want you flying out when we're going down the road all right I want to call somebody before we go who are you trying to call Ghostbusters ain't coming no not Ghostbusters um my boyfriend needs to come to pick up my stuff um what's the hotel room because I don't want them to throw myself so you already had a room no my room oh your room yeah not his okay did he already have a room he was getting me I'm serious for y'all of course oh I'm just trying to get the full story yeah she's good to go uh hey you want to let her make a phone call when we get down there uh what can you call him on the way up there while I'm Jennifer schleissner yeah like just put your phone back yeah yeah I'll do it I'll do that I need my phone you don't know the numbers no I don't know the number is this your boyfriend or is this somebody else we call it I did not even say that you insinuated that yeah well that's because that's what it sounded like right it's Mac C I'm just gonna tell him to go pick up my stuff I don't even know how to work this thing does it even work written on the side there you go and it's the my code is two two one two two two one two push the check mark and let's see um is this him no that's Angel let's look up oh you're trying to find him go down stroll down and push Mack you see Mac thank you and push the call button yes and push speaker or whatever I'll try it again oh I kind of typed my uh my caseworker because I have a CPS case can you type can you type for me I'm not I can't send a text message he'll be able to make a call and stuff in when you get down there they're not gonna let me call my caseworker I don't know the number we will give you a specific paper you can write down all the numbers yeah but what I'm saying is I I can't call her collect because they don't know I just want to text her and let her know that I'm in jail because I have to see my daughter tomorrow bye you insane so who else you want to call I want to call my caseworker her name Valerie I can leave her
