broom handle and a can of peaches no I'm not kidding attacked with a goddamn can of peaches I guess chivalry is dead after all maybe this dude beat it to death with a crustacean who knows anyways when police arrived on scene the suspect had already long fled the officers performed a quick search just in case that sneaky little [ __ ] was hiding around the corner like swiper from Dora the Explorer the suspect of interest is 46-year-old Roosevelt Garcia as well as having the only known case of Mexican polio he also has a lengthy criminal history including DUI fraud theft resisting arrest and burglary well thanks to his ingenious actions on this fateful day he now has a felony aggravated assault on a family member charge to look forward to fortunately for society as a whole the suspect was later found and arrested in there I'm gonna close the air then I don't know [Music] is he in the backyard Too Short yeah okay white shirt khaki pants butthead yeah she said she doesn't know she doesn't know whether it was in here or over there let's go in here real quick and then once we get out I'll post up right he's saying that he probably went to his friend's house for the dance oh further down ready hold on let me make sure you're some police Rosa you're back there come out with your hands up in the air Roosevelt this is the Houston Police if you're in there come out with your probably went to his friend's house I heard it down the street but search for you what happened man by the car the mechanics and I came back in the Uber and then who are you today their son her son so who's the other guy to him to her um poor boyfriend they're still looking for him I mean right now we've looked through the back he's not there you know where he might be could have taken off yeah he could have took it now we searched the backyard I'm not sure he's saying I'm not sure I asked her he said he's cousins with a guy here [Music] he's cousin of the the suspect right okay yeah so he's cousins of the suspect you know do you know if um that door has been open like that or no I don't know I've never been here what's what's your cousin's name Rosa Roosevelt yeah do you know his date of birth and though you don't know you know where he might be you said about a friend's house or no I just lived here like 15 minutes ago they were here nothing was going on there nothing happened like literally I just left from the 15 I dropped off the car down she had the mechanic nothing was going on before yeah they were in the room do you have his information or no yeah you think I mean you can call him or no I don't know okay so he's he's supposedly the cousin of that suspect he's a customer yeah so yeah you know where he's at right now I just lived 15 minutes ago I went to go drive the car the mechanic okay okay he already said that man where do you think he could be at I don't know I mean how about you give him a call I don't have my phone I just let I just came in the Uber and I forgot my phone I forgot my phone and my keys we can bring it back I was looking at everything going on sorry I jumped out the truck and I left my keys in my phone so whenever you see when you left they were all cool and stuff so you don't know you don't know why they probably got a fight so when you came you came back just now right now right yeah so uh yeah oh they're chicken yeah Southeast yeah well it is hers right yeah yeah it's not connected for iPhone um so who who's the owner of this place um all right I mean it's really okay Miss Laurie so um I just need you to come can you confirm for me if this is him that's him okay all this and all right do you wish to do you feel pain when he had to yeah you wouldn't press charges against him yeah okay so I need you to answer my questions all right so what happened today from the beginning like you said you're relieving can you explain more on that yesterday he gets another girlfriend here's another girlfriend okay so you put everything in your car so you have belongings in his house [Music] [Music] so he has a temper so yeah so it seems like a common thing that he does like he lashes out at you his partner okay how long have you been dating him three years or one year how long have you known him foreign exactly when you're dating and there you go okay so you so you found out he was cheating on you so you picked up your things when he was not there yesterday and then today you told him I'm leaving well last night um that's the reason why I hadn't left I was gonna leave sooner what car this is so I said I'm just gonna sell my car and everyone need a ride home okay I didn't want to ask you so he didn't say anything that he starts cleaning his room I started getting a little bit I only had a blanket pillow in my black bag that was it I know hello I'm Dr Kavanaugh um getting ready to start give you [ __ ] you know somebody he told you I'm gonna hit you with this [ __ ] broom that's what he told you okay and I just grabbed my phone and I called my mom I didn't say nothing to him before ex-girlfriend he put gun on her well tell me about you I'm here for you okay um the phone he thought he had hung it up that my mom was still on there that's me him with the boys he turned it around everywhere at the other side okay so just a broomstick okay so how did he hit you with the broomstick like did he swing it at you and so how do you hit your hand yeah but how how did he impact your hand okay so you're gonna like you're trying to block it but he hit your hand okay so that's the first swing and then he hit me here you know ahead again it takes off with my phone and I'm like you're my fault so she's doing it right there by the by the doorway and he likes to do that because that's what we hit me with but kind of freon and he busted my head right here too the same spot but it wasn't as bad as this right now because I just kind of so that you're in the head with the peaches okay hold on hold on so so with the broomstick hit the hit your head three more times so after the first swing after he hit your hand what was the second third in swing he's back to back in the same spot okay I'll ask you again she's for court did you feel pain yeah yeah okay it's hard he's a very strong person so did he swing it like a baseball bat like where he goes like this and then pop all upwards like that okay well hold on so after hit you in the head he started walking out he my idiot get him off of me and he went back when he went back and that's when I got up the house okay so let's backtrack a bit I kind of last minute so here tune the head with the brim right three more times and then what happened with the Canon peaches how did he end up where it was right because it's heavy so after he hit you with the but he got the after he hit you with the permit started walking now and he grabbed the can of peaches and he threw it at your hand no he had it in his hand oh so he used it as a blunt Audrey so he and he hit you right there in the same spot how many times but I had to start hurting right now he's just blacked out for a minute sauce so after you blacked out what happened so you took off your belt so it was in your bag you pulled it out I fell when he hit me with the pictures I fell and it was dry or activity and it hit him with my belt he swung a hand with the belt and he grabbed it from me he he already hit me with the canopy but it is there okay so after you hit him with the Bell he took it off your hands and then he hit you with it in the same spot so was he on top of you [Music] did he get on top of you Mill ions so he's all over the head with the okay okay all right Miss Lori so when you were on the ground did he get on top of you when he saw the song and then he did he grabbed my weapons inside [Music] all right do you have any idea where you do you have any idea where he would be right now or where he might have been Chris what was Chris what Chris do you know how old he is he white male Hispanic metal black ventilation so why Hispanic he has green eyes and where does Chris live crew do you know the address so whatever they they don't have the back fits back there of what he did he goes to the left and uh Christmas or Timber Creek yeah we tried to look for him in the bank and we we saw that the fence was gone so I'm pretty sure he went that way and I don't know where he went after that yeah he has a lot of friends there but while you're in the house behind it yeah and all around there which one is Timber Creek Oh north like this is Timber Creek the house behind so it's Timber Creek the house behind where you were at no I think that's that's okay so it's further Creek goes like those two worst folks okay do you have Chris's phone number or you know I've been memory no do you know how old he might be yeah he's Young thirties yeah does Roseville work no so he that's his that's where he spends most of his time in his house okay do you know he has any like weapons like a gun I'm not sure I guess I can't okay that's fine no worries and you said he's done this before over the span of how long during the year that you've been dating has he been acting like this uh like in one month in two months three months like one day three months so every two or three months he acts violent on you and what does he do does he hit you or what do you feel have you felt pain during those incense have you taken pictures of those to the hospital and which hospital did you go to bent off okay and here hey switch like a Nintendo switch all extension cord oh man he wrapped around my body did you ever make a report on that assistant but did you make a police report that's where you messed up you got you all whenever something all right Ms Larry you got all right let's hear me out hopefully you break up with him and move on because that's not a good relationship right especially after this but when there is something badly happens you gotta make a police report so since you want to press charges yeah are you willing to go to court okay all right now well here all right it's gonna be serious if there's anything cops love more than donuts and
