HPV man the reason for the Stop tonight you know why yeah yeah got a bunch you got you know the tail light is out on top the registration okay does the other window work ma'am or no no okay that's fine alrighty do you have your driver's license man yeah if you want uh can you just open the other side so at least my partner can talk to you from that in just leave the door open you guys up to you tonight no this can't be getting something to eat y'all out here for tonight better go back to the house [Music] is that the actual play for the car yeah that's the place or something about it they had um he's never switched over yeah I don't want partner explained it man but you got to switch those over that's why uh yeah that's why I ended up getting stopped all right but I've been working in five seven six to five and I had a chance to get to the oh yeah something thank you okay um [Music] back up a little bit we're not out here to do anything extra we're just I know yeah she just got dropped off crying over here she just got dropped off by an Uber right there and I think she just happened to live there yeah all right come on coming back here man talking to me real quick get any weapons on you oh no I'm Gonna Cut You Down real quick come back here all right man have you got any uh weapons in the car I didn't even know about anything no weapons bomb crazy anything like that okay you mind if I check real quick here real quick man we're just gonna have you come back here um I believe that he's just checking the car right now um because actually probably that husband comes into it plus uh just go on come back here we'll hang out with him if you want something to cover up remember you need two packs halfway one for the front one for the best you're done with that paper I know I know yeah yeah um but once you get a plate you have to have two plates one on the front one on the back so generally uh like we're not seeing lane or anything like that we try to fix almost every part of contact with just a very high gut icon area and then last night I partnered stop the car it see we ended up having to keep money he had multiple illegal guns in the vehicle he had drugs and we ended up having to uh take himself and that's really the only reason you kind of try to keep the neighborhood safe away from me whatever but generally people whenever we ask like hey can we can we check make sure people who are on the up and up they let us go go about it because they genuinely don't have anything in there we know that um and it's another way of kind of checking you know making sure but I don't think we're gonna find anything all right so whose stuff is which um guessing the bags of yours Moon the pink Bagels okay all right go ahead and just go ahead and put your hands behind your back for me okay we did find some stuff in the bag so don't want to disclose that with you right now okay I'll talk with her if she wants me to be able to tell you that and I will show this goes who is this piece thank you so you don't know that's in the bag foreign [Music] what it is gonna make sure and so uh I'm just going to make sure that we actually get the exact thing of what it is that way we don't do anything extra you said you don't have anything else in there is there anything else we should know about it [Music] you can have made that's totally fine I believe my partner already mache found that is there anything anything else marijuana is not a big a huge deal um foreign thank you hey what you doing what you doing what you doing stay up on the sidewalk hey hi what you doing hey what you doing all right what you doing hey what's good hey hey hey no hey your phone yeah we'll be able to touch you for you know what your mom's number marijuana [Music] they're all in your bag you're in your possessions it doesn't matter it's called a possession we're gonna wait for a female unit to come by today do I get your phone from the car man back up I already told you get on the sidewalk all right we are thank you so much do me a favor back up on the sidewalk back up on the sidewalk at this point you're interfering you're right hop onto the sidewalk please do right up onto the sidewalk please are you gonna back up just just all the way to the sidewalk that's all I want from you I just want you to stay on the sidewalk all right I want you walking up with the handles like that okay did you even be able to back up for me a little bit more back up to the sidewalk please hey man that's all I'm gonna take her back up to the sidewalk thank you all right come on a little bit more let's back up to the sidewalk back up to the sidewalk it stands right my partner was saying your name what it's James right yeah James I'm asking you politely please back up to the sidewalk thank you I'm sorry we'll also give you another chance I'll write down any of the numbers for you if you need later on so I can remember you can keep it in your pocket at the job okay in there is there anything else you need to get is it to be part of your property you can leave a lot of stuff with them if you want but if you want your purse with you or your phone things like that you won't have it with you in there but whenever you get out you need something wallet things like that so we'll just hang out for right now um like my partner said we're gonna get a female unit to come over here they're gonna search you just make sure you don't have anything on you that's going to be a danger to anyone and then from there we'll get going okay coming back up here she had a Narcotics um from there I probably won't tell you any more information because honestly I feel like that's up to her to levels all right we are thank you okay shutter is pretty good amount it wasn't like a crazy amount but um I said you've seen ultimately uh if you want to but I feel like that parents information okay a little bit more information we're still having a female unit come by but because they're on another call right now it's going to take them a little bit I mean you can still tell your goodbyes um other kind of information if you're not getting any kind of felony normally hydrocodone FCC is considered a meth still um with this because it was mixed with something else it's not full-on mess anything like that which makes it missed me okay so what that means is that it's not as high of a chart um the kind of serious things that you're you're wanting to avoid or upcoming a felony arrest is something that's that's going to be the kind of interest for later on this this is the little rest it's still going to be for a class A missing winner so it's the highest priority of a misdemeanor but again it's not a felony which is honestly significantly better yeah you can't do the citation and you wish you would have so that's a little bit different so for officers with things that we can write tickets for are generally for classy misdemeanors that's the things like you're lucky we can write a ticket for that um so for marijuana yes same deal there is a way that we can write together that however she had a little bit more than just marijuana and so since they were a little bit more lack of a better way to say harder drugs with it we can't just write a ticket and like take it to be destroyed I understand but because it was still in your property it's considered in your position same thing I feel if we found it in his wallet it would be considered in his possession even though this wasn't for you it wouldn't be considered yours and so I said we're gonna be here for just a little bit longer so that we can make sure we uh get a few more units to come by okay oh yeah see your mom I don't have any issue with it um all right so we're gonna be here for a little bit longer I don't want anyone else just kind of showing up on us um you'll have an opportunity to talk to her again later but like I said if he does follow her so have you ever done do you know what APR bond is do you know what if you have a job or anything at all I feel it's very likely that you'll get a PR bomb but if PR bond is is basically you promise to come support later on for the night whenever they can there is a judge 24 7 at the gym he'll say okay well can you inform the lawyer um you will let him know uh generally with Harris County a lot of times you can get a PR line which is I promise to come to court later on midnight or one and by the time I get off at six or seven I see them walking around the same territory wherever a little possible that you still get out later on tonight or tomorrow if not tomorrow um I thought the honorable reason we were taking a little while because we want to make sure we can get a few million yeah because it's we can search you but we know that you'll feel more comfortable otherwise who's your boyfriend I have to stay along with it yeah with a lot of people in situations like physical I know they allowed as soon as they can I'd rather keep you over here come on what was his name again what was his name again you're talking to her mom correct are you talking to her mom yeah Miss Davis were you born here in Houston were you born here in Houston [Music] thank you again [Music] last one for some food while we're there too generally uh not a huge fan but if you want that things while we're here with him it sounds crazy but people will take like their other stuff are you sure this is not for me and um [Music] things I said I don't even like being around people that's the [ __ ] thing right here there's gonna be uh right here so okay is they say bye to your mom or anything I don't know you wanna come on sit back here with me right here is perfectly fine it's gonna come up to you guys okay well that sounds weird to say but you'll be just fine tonight you're gonna be okay all right brother you're good to get going to give a jacket right here man yeah oh she's gonna go in our car we have a female session here right now he's gonna go with us um we gotta let you know where she's going she has uh she remembers her mom's number two I'm sure she remembers your number um so as soon as she can get to a phone she'll give you a call okay as a Class A misdemeanor so it won't switch up it's gonna be a fast statement from here but as of right now like I said you are good to go thank you very much all right thank you you're welcome it gets kind of hot in here so we're gonna get there as fast oh yeah Instagram and a second they're going to take all this stuff okay they're gonna take off the cups in a second thanks for watching Texas law encounters remember to like the video subscribe to the channel and ring the bell so that you don't miss any of our new content if you enjoyed today's footage
