John's and returning home he found his mother so whacked out on drugs that she began screaming then hitting him on the face multiple times officers with the Harris County Sheriff's Office responded to the call and quickly realized that they had no idea what they were walking into needless to say but [ __ ] got weird real fast what's going on [Music] there uh I don't know where I don't know if it was a substance or a few or right I don't know what it was okay I work at Jimmy John's obviously okay yeah I get home she was standing on the stairs everything was okay and then she started I I take my I took my dog out for a walk she started screaming to the top of her lungs mind it's you know after midnight okay you know that's it's a noose instead of the problem right so uh I try to get her to be quiet I try to get her to go inside finally come inside I get hurt uh I go in my room because she hears you know something going on you know so I jump out the bed and I come out and she and I live around trying to get outside the door right she screaming to the top of the dog [Music] so I get I try to get it back to the room uh and then I I closed the door and I try to talk to her and that's what he tries to fight basically not rickify me but push my car crap so I ordered down and I kind of have a video okay so okay before that uh does she have a history of mental health or like bipolar okay so you just think it's whatever she took that made her a little bit okay because she's never been this way before okay so was she does she hang around certain people that have drugs or how do you think she came up out there I mean does she have a history of of drug abuse or anything like that yeah yeah like when she was younger or so to say recently okay recently okay and now she's calmed down needs an ambulance yeah that's what I call for initially but after she heard me see I got hit that's when she referenced me okay yeah do you need an ambulance but it obviously scraped it hurts okay this age I have no idea she just remembered she was like yeah I took PCP earlier okay course across my face because the price of my nose all right man so unfortunately you know I give them your side of the story I gave him his side but they did take charges on you first I'll tune in for assaulting your son the District Attorney's office has taken charges on you so you are going to go to jail tonight okay I told him that you didn't want to put charges but when his family disturbance there they have like no tolerance for that I mean she can always call you from from there you get a phone to jail tonight for assaulting your son Unfortunately they did take charges on you and after that you go down to the jail you can see the judge they'll give you a bond and then you can call for to bond them out he can Bond you out ma'am you just need to get some shoes on foreign you're just being charged with it you're not convicted you still have to go to court it's a process okay can you put peace officer for biting a police officer during the struggle as part of a plea deal Miss Jones was sentenced to six days in Harris County jail after her release she managed to go about four months
