right am I being original no you're not you're just being entertained right now let's figure out what's going on she called 911 saying that we've been outside her house all day I don't know what's going on trying to get under control oh so what's going on man yeah 1504 Adam slow it comes down everything's about the truck I'm a retired police officer okay oh yeah definitely with my feet and run him okay this what what happened today that's my little nephew's prank okay they bought the same age okay okay my little nephew foreign I went to adult training in Austin I was there for the whole month that's what the job required when I came back my nephew had him and another young man not living here but just you know let's stay in a couple nights okay so then after a few days I told my nephew hey you've got to go to work so my nephew's like well I'm not going to work I'm going to go back and move back to Davao he's gonna go to the club and move back stuff I was okay fine so when everybody's getting dressed to go to the club except for this one so I'm like why are you not getting dressed to leave with them so then he said he has nowhere to go I said okay well you can stay here for a day or two until you figure out where to go two weeks later he's still here so then when he went to a funeral with his whole family on um this past Saturday I'm like good you with your entire family somebody's gonna take you in right they didn't they probably dropped them off at the front and that's when I put his stuff in the garage because you obviously a bad actor they don't want to show you a text that he sent me that's all much fun now let me see what this is okay okay this look at this because all of his stuff is in the garage and he said that he still has some more stuff he said there's a red backpack in the closet just following his charger and then he said he's got a gun I have my it's not against all I have no no but he's 19 years old okay yeah so he can and that's his gun and I don't know if the gun's stolen or not where's the gun at well he's saying this is where the gun is I need to go in there and look but then I have my gun wrapped up in a navy blue sheet under the bed on the TV side and a bell wrapped in a gray jacket under the bed on the dresser side I didn't say it want to say it but I didn't think it would all happen like this but that was that's everything okay oh yeah oh yeah I know it's time I remember saying I had to seven so I thought it was Easter I understand I'm not taking them I need my things I've been here for an hour I'll be moving around if I could have came earlier I would have I had no way I was gone from seven o'clock in the morning to 10 o'clock at night and so you said he 19. yeah he 19 20. yep we go and uh give me just a second hey boss howdy 20 20. okay uh do you have a do you have a gun in there all right okay where's it at this uh under the bed on the bed see look at Jennifer you gotta ID anything like that for your idea I'm about to go to jail no I told you what's going on be entertained right now trying to figure out what's all going on okay I'll let you know we could could I just explain why I saw this story so um me and her nephew are the same age went to the same school they die ball yeah like I just been like I mean kind of like I own my ass types tough times just trying to yeah like find somewhere to stay and stuff and uh we were staying here because like he he stays in Davao but this is not career so when you come to Houston disorder States so we stay here for three days straight and they're on their way back out of town and um I assume that she just sent something was going on she was just like you know dude you need a place to stay for a little bit and then I kind of start explaining my little situation man like she let me in and then I went to my great grandma's funeral a couple days ago she said I had to the seventh to lead but when she dropped me off at the funeral um I asked could she come and pick me back up and she said I had an emergency pop up in Louisiana so I won't be back till Monday so Saturday after my funeral I was over here and then I had to get my mom to Uber me over to my grandma's house and then from from then on last night I ubered back over here because she told me my things would be in the garage so I could just grab them right but the door I just I just can't leave without my stuff because I have to put it all in the Uber like I don't have nobody to pick me up like like I wouldn't have been like hanging around or nothing but like I've literally been out here all night like I have to get my stuff so I can put in an Uber and then like okay hello and that that that's it hey what's up um all right so this is the thing um let me go get that gun where'd you get that gun from you 19. 20 20 I'm sorry where'd you get that gun from the grandpa is your Grandpa gun oh crap well it's not but he he gave it to you like everything it came from him like all right so I uh all right give me a second let me look at that gun real quick is this all your stuff in here um let's get that done real quick okay what do you say it was weird then he in here with me with this gun oh he said he said is that a stuff too no okay what's your husband say about him that's a whole different process you already know my husband is in Louisiana taking care of some family places under the bed can you see oh there it is of course AR-15 is this it up [Music] is the TV oh here it is okay 92 over 17. they're right down the street make sure this thing clear and it's on fire oh my God it was loaded and on fire all right make sure it's staying clear it's not it's it's a jammed in there mm-hmm there it is Lord have mercy all right if you have kids yeah I got two here outside oh I guarantee you this thing stolen yeah all night yeah yeah 19 years I mean it's a rifle I think it's 21. 21. it's 21. yeah that's right for our pistol and the butt stops illegal okay everything's a little about this gun okay I haven't yet uh I'm gonna get I got your info I'ma start with that I just want the secure the gun first so you had to load it this one was loaded one round in it on fire yeah right here what will you do with that what you need with these guns for man just have like so he says you ain't got to give relationship with his mom and dad you come back clean I didn't even get the one oh yeah because I was in the room I'm like all right give us some time we're trying to figure out what we're gonna do with these guns we have to run them make sure they're not stolen and I mean see what the D.A got to say about it he wasn't in possession of it I mean he had missed his kids excuse me but you know what to say yeah I just got present to some manufactured BAC what she gonna do with it but I don't know what them rifles you got to be 21. so maybe online for Carrie but he wasn't in possession nope he been arrested but he ain't gonna run all right man so we figuring out right now making sure this dance is good yeah listen the end of the day you know we don't know what's gonna happen I sit out the car D.A and let them know what's up going on foreign I wish I could get on my phone and call her nephew back so you you guys are inside of it like this is this is like I come in no violence man I don't know yeah I understand but you know those guns I don't know if you're able to carry those guns man you ain't 21 yet so we'll just see no matter what the D.A say you just let me know the real now I don't bro if I knew the real I'll let you know right now I don't wait wait wait I I can't I can't make no phone calls on my phone give me just a second let's figure this out and I'll I'll see what I can do for you hold on so I go upstairs I you know detain the guy put him in the back go upstairs and I find like this super short barrel rifle with uh the butt stock that like the straight back butt stop you know I mean like kind of like a pool stick I forgot the name of it uh no it's a it's a AR it's two-piece I don't believe so can I Facetime y'all and show y'all all right okay got you all right I just want to make sure yeah I haven't seen it he had one he said it came back clean it came back clean but uh you know uh it got these magazines in there but he's not allowed to uh carry that and he's under 20 he's under 21. you're not of course they're not gonna uh they're not taking a charge but she was just wondering about a prohibited weapon if it's a good if it's a good weapon it's not going to be you know it's not gonna be a lot yeah I think there's 21 to carry uh so I don't think I can release it to him he just won't get charged with it yeah that's one thing that's the thing I probably have to tag it saying no I'ma call her back and she she wanted me to call her back she just wanted me to try to verify that this isn't a prohibited weapon thank you I just looks like uh it just looks like you know uh he took the upper off you know he he changed the upper out with this gun with this receiver they changed yeah see I've been calling the ATF you don't you don't want to uh he doesn't want to uh cooperate no more so I try to call the ATF I ain't getting no answer so I was like let me call see call around and see if anybody knows you got everything worked out he's going to jail for uh prohibited okay that's a felony right so uh let me get you uh your driver that can draw a line back oh you never got it you said you never gave it to him never gave it to I just showed it to you no you gave it to me because I was looking at it I got it you saw let me look I'm 100 sure 100 certain I got it all right I'm about to get it for you because I I know where it is I have my mother probably come get it should I come he gonna get it well I don't know that's I'll have to make it yeah all right listen man okay so I made a million phone calls just to make sure that gun is legal that gun is not legal it's illegal before you possess that God into the plans now okay so you're going to jail uh VA could chuck all right you know somebody I can pick this stuff up so you won't have to come over here no more I just have to make phone calls all right we can do that I'll give you numbers and you can make those phone calls that's this right here where I can't I can't get my phone back yeah your phone's gonna be right here wait no I'm saying like I can't make phone calls on yeah it's dead no I'm here this is yeah is it dead let me just a second man I mean let me get everything together I'm gonna be nice most people ain't gonna do that but I got you also there's no way that y'all could take my stuff and it get picked up from the jailhouse is that not an option I mean they're not gonna let that the jail is not gonna accept all that stuff okay I mean it's not I mean only option I do have is it can possibly go to the property room and you don't have to and you're gonna like you don't have no ID okay none of that see the girl pick it up uh you can go to Houston Police Department property one man you ain't got nowhere to go brother nowhere you ain't got no family no like like nothing like I have somewhere to go that's why I was coming to get my stuff like that was my whole reason like this this is too much man now for her to do this it's like this this is too much it's actually crazy you're doing all this for nothing just cause you wanna you know you you want to just you know I mean yeah I mean like I said I wanted to you know that's how I ended up I would have known that I would have had to be that day yeah yeah all right come on man let me search it real quick step out I'm let's make a phone call eating nice man because this right here is just ridiculous I gotta pull bar in my bike and the lighter charts who are you trying to call alone mom dad and grandma I'll give you one call Bro you got choose one they can relate a message to everybody but it can't be on scene anymore it's my mom
