welcome to Texas law encounters your home for raw police footage consider subscribing to the channel and leave your comments below remember all suspects are innocent until proven guilty and as always enjoy the video [Music] sometime in November of 2022 officers with the Harris County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the scene of an alleged domestic violence incident according to the victim her girlfriend began punching her after allegedly discovering her watching porn then the aggressive lesbian hid in the closet and didn't come out until the police forced her to it's kind of ironic that in 2023 lesbians are going back into the closet something to think about where's the dog yet [Music] okay where's she at [Music] e go go go go go she's telling you she's giving you hey how you doing ma'am come here stand up for me stand up with him okay just relax just relax okay come on here okay we're just gonna talk to her okay we're just gonna talk to her nice nice [Music] out here I got we're gonna go sit in the car we're not gonna be outside we got it we got it y'all too okay [Music] for somebody trying to kill themselves on the freeway what was that about thank you I got you I got you all right [Music] I got you if if you guys were just having a fight or an argument that's chill you're not in trouble I'm saying the original reason the original reason we got a call she called and said you was trying to kill yourself on the freeway that's why there's 10 cops here [Music] I was all over the apartments screaming yeah I was walking around yeah screaming she was following me she's like no she was like yeah no problems and I told them that you're on the field I was like what the [ __ ] so first off let me start off by asking any assaults or threats to life happen no nothing y'all was just fighting or they're just arguing arguing okay can you explain what about because I caught I wish she was showering and I just got out the shower and I went to her phone and I seen her watching it that she was watching porn and I got mad and you know that's understandable just started arguing and then like we've been having problems already before that over other stuff and I even had to sleep in the car one time out here and stuff but I understand verbally arguing I got you look look you're not in trouble on calls like these we separate people that's completely normal your emotions are not abnormal okay it's normal to be upset when you find that as normal you're good okay you're all right don't worry about it I don't know y'all are straight all right [Music] [Music] with this [ __ ] the added stress and everything yeah [Music] [Music] and it's normal to get overwhelmed by stress like that Yuri no [ __ ] it's normal that's not what you're feeling right now is not wrong don't let nobody else tell you that it is or that you're overreacting because you're not okay I need to ask you a couple questions or medical questions all right you feel like hurting yourself or other people today [Music] okay did you try to harm yourself at all tonight no all right I know the dates are kind of weird but do you know what month it is yes today's November 2018. hit you with [Music] City Center um I took a quick shower she went through my phone she accused me of something um that's how we started arguing she broke my phone that's what I have right here if I can take it out and show you guys after that we started arguing and um who is she to you who is she to you my girlfriend your girlfriend how long y'all been together [Music] she's accusing your cheating on her is she accusing you of cheating on her cheating just the stuff she thinks that I like guys there's something like that she said oh what is this on your phone oh you're disgusting blah blah blah um she's fine she's been watching porn if you want me to be honest I'm like uh no and she just they're gonna fall him down and that's it we've started arguing Elizabeth's ad and then I did tell her she was like that's where nobody loves me blah blah blah because none of her family talks to her or might have to call her sister whenever she was up in the freeway because I didn't know what to do in the card you guys um uh yeah we had enough Temptation and stuff but um okay explain to me the altercation for five years I'm not pressing charges she didn't hit me with anything um how did you sustain injuries how did how were you injured I I probably never myself did you hit her at all did you hit or strike her in defense or anything uh if I was defending myself yeah because I have okay did she use that glass towards you in any kind of way threaten you with it does she make any other threats to you [Music] um [Music] 290 the freeway and get back inside okay so I'm seeing a lot of things kind of thrown around and all where did the altercation take place um as I said uh when I got out the shower I was naked of course um and this is spring so I can really only use this turn and after that I really care defend myself if you wanted to say because I can't move when did you sprain your wrist yesterday what happened with that did you fall did you uh I think this is something I mean I really don't remember it was it was really fast so this has been ongoing y'all have been fussing for a couple of days now it just happened yesterday okay what happened to your face just be honest with me because you know at this point we just need to know what happened it you wanting to pursue charges and all that is later on down the road right right here right now we just need to know what what happened so we can help her she's just yeah I'm being honest with you with everything I'm telling you she's bad you know her brother-in-law died she sees something on my phone accusing me of something I'm like you're my girlfriend what the [ __ ] do I have to be looking at like it's a fourth he's like no you disgusting and that's when I got strength and I really couldn't do anything when you said you were struck how did she strike you I don't know with their hand with an object did her hand look like this or like this opened or closed I don't I don't know I don't know because I was naked and in the towel and I I'm David Hernandez I'm going to say a mental health unit with the county okay you say manic episode right so what do you mean by that what's manic mean to you the hit her down or play against the wall but I know I know how to deal with that I know not to claustrophobic her and put her in the Box in a way I tried to calm down because she's two in her head I do grab on her on her wrist for her to not gank her hair and not do this and not get on the floor and go crazy because that's what her manic episodes are okay after that that's when she said I'm gonna kill myself does she did she say that before or it was after I got into it no she said it because her brother-in-law it's the anniversary right I don't have nothing okay all right I've been here I've been here for you before all right yeah what's going on yeah she hit you yeah okay did you get did you get knocked out so this is his friends okay um did you hit your head yeah um yeah what did you try to do you know I'm sorry what did you get your head on the wall probably last there is okay um but did you get knocked out when that happened no no no no yeah like blackout go to sleep any of that okay um [Music] okay as far as like within they're with me because like I don't have any control over them um [Music] see if you're okay all right we'll go from there I'm fine [Music] they're just asking if you if you got like that spraying that you you're talking about you wouldn't go to the hospital and check that out or if you or your head was saying your head was hurting if you want to go to the hospital check that out that's what she's asking no yeah [Music] fair enough he said that you you're willing to go to the hospital not right now okay fair enough okay we're now right now we're going to talk to you we're trying to get a little bit more information we're asking the same question we're trying to figure that out we're talking to you it's like the piece to the puzzle we're trying to get a little bit of information from you and a little bit of information from the from the other half okay that's all we're trying to do trying to figure out what's going on because every time before we go to Every call we have this much information and we run with it sometimes that's why we ask all these repetitive questions that's what we're trying to see what's going on all right so uh just just hang on a little bit longer we're gonna be we're going to keep asking some questions we might have other deputies come in to ask you some questions just be be straightforward and being honest okay [Music] so you said uh manic episode that she's going through what she diagnosed with all right bipolar right I've been eye centered to the Innovations [Music] that's how I do she had episodes right and I've seen it like anxiety attacks she rolls on the floor she goes crazy she Yanks her hair yeah and she's like you're indoor assistance he and she's raised everything back on me like randomly or something triggered that or something Have to trigger that for her to get into those episodes or is it more of a she did [Music] she did ended up over it she's like she's calm and I'm looking at her because I have her pin down because I don't you know I don't want her to go crazy and um and um let's just say if she hits you and then you dragged into the living room and then what [Music] um they diagnosed her with with anxiety did she take any medications for an anxiety do you remember you know to get a refill okay how long has it been since you shoot has ever ever made a lot she just chooses it she refuses to take them not even if she so she's refusing taking medication because she doesn't need them my care my two six months ago okay but it was just really for like hope for like job hope and the therapy if I'm being on it wasn't about medications okay so how long how long was that when you when she got prescribed that medication do you remember but it's been a year okay that she never went to go get Services after that it was just she just needed a therapist she needed someone to talk to because her brother-in-law had passed away okay did she did she talk to a therapist between a year ago to now she won I believe so but not you know how long ago that was [Music] a year ago that's when she had the therapist and then for a whole year she has no services so [Music] now it's a month ago that she went okay okay but but but your uh other half there it's it's been about a year let's just say that she hasn't had any services [Music] how come she hasn't been going back how come she hasn't been going back um she had a good job [Music] yeah I also said I just told him recently know that she doesn't take care you know what she said about that it's fine how long was that how long was that conversation a girl like was that some time ago was that today was that okay this week yeah [Music] two years ago um [Music] she [Music] are you good you're good was I on that topic yeah okay okay so are you familiar with this sheet do you know what the sheet is it's a Harris County Mental Health Resource sheet have you ever received one of these before um Hello can we step in yeah all right appreciate it [Music] [Music] oh let me start with you know who gadgeto is Gabby potato she was a young lady who her and her boyfriend were stopped in Utah I believe it was anyway long story short they could have taken one of them in the jail and they did it right and then two days later he was she killed her he killed her and then killed himself right so I'm not going I'm not gonna have that in my heart something happened tonight honestly good for this officer nobody knows what would have happened if they stayed together but better not take the chance and find out right so if he goes to court and you gotta drop it right tonight so like my partner was saying that Ashley right so when we go out to these calls any type of calls right where the criminal element that took place right there's criminal element right you have you have you got physical injuries you you're claiming that there's a physical altercation that took place we have we have to we have to do our job [Music] I've never been she sat right there I said over there I was like give me your phone I I did bugger for her clothes like I did because she broke my phone and I needed a way to get in contact with somebody [Music] I said that to say this right so if there's if there's a complaint a complaining of of assault or any physical injuries we have to ask these ask people questions okay even if the the victim or the other half doesn't want to put you in charge oh okay but check this out even if the other half doesn't want to pursue charges we still contact the D.A and then after that the district attorney will make that choice even if the even if that happened right in front of our eyes we still contact the D.A and be like look this is what happened this is what I saw and then at that point the D.A would pick up the charges or don't pick up the charges okay so I'm gonna say I'm gonna finish off her hand a little bit I don't want to talk so much but at the jail there are some Site Services at the jail we got the largest in the state of Texas a site facility in the Harris County Jail we have it here okay she's going to seek Services there definitely because they they screen her they ask her a question before she gets in the booking process their screener so if they believe that this individual uh has some type of mental health issues they'll place them in in a separate tank with other individuals who have the issues as well and to top it all off so a lot of times the judges would would would have the individual to end the court order to seek psych help when they get released so a lot of times they something like this needs to happen for someone to wake up and be like you know what and they have no other choice to go sequel Services if not they're going to violate that court order by the judge [Music] like literally a week ago I went to court for that and so did she because we got a new job tonight good question how much was that following day [Music] 800. what kind of phone was it um you know what number iPhone it was because um yeah obviously that phone's broken you ever know the phone number the hello check this out Ashley but like I was telling you earlier when the judge condemned somebody they condemn them to go get seek Services a part of a part of their agreement right so something like this has to happen for that to happen you know what at the end of the day as long as she gets she gets Services even though she's not going to have a choice maybe some some people need that because a lot of times if if you give someone a choice to do something that they really need just like medicine medicine don't taste good but that's what you need even her sister her sister burrito she was like well if she was on the freeway oh for sure she's like she doesn't need a joke you know and at the jail they have the the biggest psychiatric yeah so with the offense being committed and there's there's history that plays A Part [Music] and that's like I said that's a whole nother another whole another ball game right now we're going to focus on right here right now when something like that happens especially found in violence that's that's serious just just two days ago or a few days ago there's a dude that came up ex-boyfriend or whatever starts shooting up the family you know Family Violence we don't take lightly there's a lot of stuff that happened that we cannot ignore we can't ignore we can't sweep under the rug we can't be like are you are you good though your head hurts or are you good though right and leave nothing's getting done you know what I mean that's why we ask these questions and we we see what's going on okay there's some type of physical altercation that took place okay who what when where and why and then boom then we and then after that we we call the district attorney what we got extremely honesty yeah she's fine she's not banging her head she's she's outside she's not in the cold you know what I mean she's right now she's gonna like I said when she goes to when she gets the booking process and everything like that when she sees that that the screen judge or whenever she's talking to that judge and then from there they're going to see if we should get a bond or not whatever the case may be and then after that that's when she gonna go seek her psych Services there at the jail okay and she's getting she's getting processed they're going to ask her adult questions gonna do a mental health screening on her and at that and at that time they'll be like okay she's not going to be good with GP let's go ahead and put her at 1200 with the other individuals who need the help as well so she's not going to be with the general population okay I'll be up to the classification officers there okay we want to have we don't want to have we don't want to Emperor or amp the situation back up I don't think it'll be a good idea actually did my partner give you a uh you should give you a family everything is on those phone numbers it's offer resources for you counselors and all that type of stuff that's free okay Reach Out reach out to him actually reach out to him okay all right man we're gonna get going okay you have a good night all right you have more questions all right try to get some sleep right all right you're going to the hospital right yeah okay I'm pretty sure she's not gonna be after she's going to Joe so all you're going to do is exciting situation oh I just need her to know she knows as soon as she'll get bond out and whatever all the property that she has on it and stuff like that you'll get in contact with it okay [Music] foreign [Music] so the first step make sure that you're okay check out the head check out the hand make sure that you're okay that's that's important all right okay [Music] stuff like this sometimes has to happen for somebody to wake up right let this let this be the moment where she wakes up okay because you're gonna need that and you know what you see that green paper I gave you you call them number two for you because this is not this is not gonna be this is not gonna be a smooth roll it's gonna be bumpy it's gonna be long too but it's gonna be up to you if you're gonna if you're gonna make it towards the end it's gonna be up to you him you got to stay strong you got to stay strong you gotta stay strong for yourself right now okay because if right now if she she needs to help right now and she's gonna go get it you got to stay strong man can you hear me stay strong call those numbers if you if you if you need them you need you need a therapist to talk to call them call your therapist if you have your own therapist call them let them know let them know what's going on it's too much on your plate right now it's too much so after you contact them like I said you are important your health is important your head space is important now if if you're not right how can you help someone else if you're not right you got to help yourself before helping other people and it's not wrong for you to to to feel like you need help sometimes it's not wrong there's nothing wrong with that everybody needs help me yeah you just got to stay strong focus on on your health right now you said you're going to the hospital let them check you out tell them tell them what's going on okay tell them what happened tell them what's going on someone's ready report it and tell them that you know you got head injuries or whatever whatever your pain is coming from okay just be honest with those doctors so they can help you out as soon as you get that done boom whenever you get out see if there's any any way that you can talk to somebody for a for psych if you want a therapist to talk to boom and talk to you set up that appointment as soon as you can during the weekday I don't think I think we can but on during the weekday talk to who yeah so if God forbid if there was another incident I want to see you on a good day not not that bad right but if that ever so happens that happens again you can request a mental health unit now it's on on a good night there's two of us and we do all Harris County we do Pasadena Houston Channel View North Shore Katie we do Huffman uh humble Atascocita we do we do a little bit of Waller County we got a little bit of uh um anyways I said all that to say this we're everywhere so you can still request us and see if we can make it out but we got deputies here that are training CRT as well but if you're if you're stuck on one of the sea mental health unit or wanted to speak to a mental health unit then you can call and request that it might be some time it might not be available so just give yourself oh me personally uh I don't I think we don't have any cars anymore I mean 10 15 years ago that would have been cool we give each other's cars but I don't know what happened I was like in high school maybe or out or whatever but when that happened you know what I mean so I guess um if you see me at a gas station this this this flag me down you know what I mean I'm pretty good with faces so if you if you feel like you would still remember me hey remember me oh okay I Ashley okay you know how you doing you know so I'm sorry we don't have any cars anymore just just stay strong you have to be hear me you have to be you're still you have to help yourself before you help anybody else remember that that's gonna be important I don't know and that's what I was telling you yeah so does she know uh I'm pretty sure we're gonna lay it all down her okay so that's the process even if you don't want to pursue charges the D.A can still pick it up because we still have to call the D.A okay we have to let them know what happened hey this is what happened this is what I was told this is what I saw and this is what happened boom and the deal would be like okay any history the da will run uh your information too they got all that or not yours but the individual who was getting called or the charge getting against okay so that's why a lot of that took place and that's what ended up ended up happening from that route okay [Music] but why is she getting in trouble because there's a fiscal altercation that took place you got injuries you can even say oh man oh nothing happened so how did you Buster it of course we're gonna ask questions that's what we do he wants questions how did you get those injuries to your head by the wall from a physical altercation that took place it in this fall trip and hit your head you already wrestling or whatever y'all were
