any medical assistance to be checked out um it doesn't look as good but he's getting super like violent with her and putting his hands on him uh is he doing this as we're speaking on the phone or did he already stop uh no it's occurring right now okay does he appear to have any mental issues yes no you don't know um I'm not too sure but I'm I'm I'm for sure he's intoxicated because he was on our patio drinking like 4 20 11 for um no I'm not too sure about that okay is he blocked on Hispanic or Asian what color shirt on y'all a brown hoodie uh and he had a cap on some color backpack on what color um it was like a grayish cap snow color backpack it's not that yeah I can't remember do you remember the pants the what the pants um blue jeans um and the female shoot Blackwater Sonic are Asian what what color shirt um I'm not too sure she had on a brown hoodie okay she's wearing the brown hoodie also yeah did you see what color pants yeah okay so you shouldn't have over this question thank voice and I just left and stuff house and then I didn't make the kids could happen Okay that's not what everybody else told me everybody Starbucks call said you're hitting on her okay yeah are you choking her all right man you got your ID you have no ID whatsoever like she said she said something and she was trying to get away then I was trying to scream I would say does she have a phone I about to go to our friend my friend's house which way did she go she went all the way back to Richmond that way I was gonna go back to the last time you saw me at the bus stop where's she going I disturbance inside the Starbucks okay well I was trying to tell him I was trying to move so you know and he got mad that I was trying to move out and so his his voice was really loud and you know I'm saying everybody really got scared and I totally calmed down she couldn't bring to the voice and uh basically what are y'all arguing about there's a friend of meeting sunny I try to move in with him sorry I can barely hear you I said I'm trying to move because it's close to my job and he just got upset started raising his voice at me started yelling he doesn't want you to move in with that person yeah because I stayed with him okay passion was a stay warm and we close for like you know I'm saying I don't got no car right now to get to my job and start raising the boys oh why are you living in with him because he does have feelings for me actually [Applause] I'm sorry you know I'm just taking care of business you know going to the workforce okay on that so he should start raising his voice and made the people really nervous and scared okay why didn't everybody um so why did everybody in Starbucks tell me that he was choking me that he was choking me yeah he wasn't choking me it's just he was just holding me you know saying and yelling and stuff but he wasn't he wasn't he wasn't joking me at all so you were not assaulted whatsoever it was a public disturbance they asked us you don't want to press charges on anything no sir it's not it's not necessary sir okay um do you have an idea on you not on me right now I got a lot of food in here that's my food stamps what's your last name good do you have a driver's license or an ID what's your do you know your social um and you tell me nothing to happen nothing you want to do anything about it have you ever see that you have ADHD has you ever assaulted you before yeah okay that's what I can say is he has a lot of mental issues right and I understand he's family I understand when he gets past sometimes you know it could be it could so I understand when he gets upset with ADHD and all this extra schizophrenia stuff that's going through okay he could he could look pretty insane so I understand he's not he ain't choking me or his case okay about so I'll package and trying to drop it because he been showing me he's been going to mhra he literally even trying to go to NHRA so I'm trying to drop the charges and I want him to sign it that's why we was meeting up today and stuff like that I wanted to speak to his attorney he's maybe just indication all right I got it the protective order is still in so I gotta make a phone call about it okay I mean I'll tell him yeah that's that's that was our us meeting up at Starbucks nothing happened at Starbucks nothing even happened okay they just knew them they wanted us to leave [Applause] all right I gotta detain him okay if the D.A says they're not gonna take it then I'm gonna let him go okay hey man can you put that out I gotta detain you for a minute okay it's all right just put your hands behind it uh no I gotta make a phone call I'll tell you in a sec [Applause] so [Applause] so you got that protective order right that says you can't be around her I know she got the paperwork that says she wants to drop it okay and she wants to drop everything okay well because you got the protective order in your neck still you're violating the protected order by being around it right and you know because you already went to jail for like two weeks ago right that you can't be around here we don't protective board is enacted okay so I understand that y'all are meeting up to sign you were going to sign something that said you definitely want to drop it so I understand that and I'm going to tell the D.A that but because of that I gotta call him okay so I can't just let it go that you guys are hanging out by the objective where I feel like the proper way you should have gone about it is gone through your lawyers or something beforehand I got you man let me let me I gotta make a phone call though let's just hang out yeah bro I'm gonna throw your phone and your other Coleman here okay but so I call the D.A and you guys aren't supposed to be around each other at all and you already and you know this because you got you got busted for us already okay awesome I'm just trying to really try to get over there today I know but you know whatever happened at Starbucks wasn't wasn't good so you guys can't be around each other you guys are around each other right now and I gotta take you to jail because of that okay because you're violating the gonna put your seat belt on like any good Starbucks brawl between a mentally ill man and his side chick a Good Samaritan recorded the whole thing for our enjoyment now if only people could figure out to see what was going on and um that's when I just took off immediately like when I saw him getting dressed you guys cool um at any point did you see him like have his hand on her yeah and that was after he was on our patio and he had 24 hours okay hey what's the phone number for the business I mean I watch video of it I mean he puts his hands on your neck and he punched you in the stomach so oh he didn't push me okay he just was crazy like when this time and I wanted to talk to him about you know his case or whatever without trying to help him okay get out while we meet up I understand but I mean he didn't do nothing that's not what it looked like in the video so I mean everybody out of the video says it and everybody in there also says that because he did raise his voice that they also everybody says and the video shows that he put his hand on your neck [Applause] I mean here's the deals I get it okay here's the deal you guys aren't supposed to be around each other right I understand and it says in the protective order that you guys can't make contact with each other whatsoever okay and you already violated the protective order once okay in in on the sixth right so you guys are supposed to go through lawyers if you're going to make any contact that's what you guys are attorneys and stuff yeah but you guys got together today I don't know if you did it on willingly or not but I mean you you're not supposed to so I gotta take him for that okay huh so I mean I know he's got issues but you know you you need to just worry about yourself and yeah I mean you guys got you got them together to you know to sign this thing and all he did was just yell at you you know and that's the only thing you're saying I mean everybody here says he put his hands on your neck so I mean I'm just trying to help but I think you should stop trying to help him because I think I could tell you okay because even if I didn't show up if you still had a negative experience so and now I did show up and he's going to jail for it okay because he knows and you know that you guys aren't supposed to be around each other okay all right uh no no that's not possible no if it was literally any other case maybe but the fact that y'all aren't supposed to be around each other I'm not gonna let you talk okay yes sir um all right do you need a ride home or the other unit can give you a ride home and you don't have to wait for the bus okay I'm already familiar I got it I got two jobs outside but my daughter's birthdays I mean look if you care about this guy stop talking to him okay because right I'm gonna make another phone call but I think you're free to go 25 year old Christian Brown was arrested and convicted of one felony count of violating a protective order although he faced up to a maximum of 10 years behind bars he pled down to 180 days in Harris County Jail since this conviction he's been arrested at least 15 times for a mixture of theft and trespassing all right bro oh let
