Department responded to the scene of a domestic violence call the reporting party had stated that her fiance had broke into their apartment and that she had discharged a weapon into the ceiling the fiance stayed on the scene until officers arrived okay oh this guy right here okay just stand by just right here so what happened let me just go check with her real quick okay 41 over 49 fiance is going to be outside waiting by my karma check by the female everything's under control right now that's pretty good he told me you put it up right yeah okay what happened all right um I was also I would have asked me for a friend of all so female friend okay friends before me and him were friends okay um he don't want me talking to him okay is she still here no okay okay he started the [ __ ] okay so I came in the house to talk to him about the [ __ ] and then he started tripping I'm taking my [ __ ] you don't need this [ __ ] dude I was like my [ __ ] Leaf please go just go because I we've been here but this was outside like right here um right you know what I'm saying he recently moved out behind [ __ ] like this I told him take what you got and go he tried to smash the TV off the wall he took the TV off the room we went half on everything in this apartment okay okay so as you can see it already looks divorced because he got half the [ __ ] off okay so we in this window how long will you leave no no no I'm saying in July so he has anything in here still here that's his awesome clothes in here technically okay so he went through the window okay so what was that where'd you find the weapon at that way did it go through anything that you know yeah yeah that's what we got so which one did we go this way here you go we he will just tell me because I can't leave him out there just in case I was standing about right here so I don't see anything I think I don't see anymore is that that right there okay okay [Music] so let me ask you why is it that you fired it see him like that I don't think so okay so the reason why so the reason why I ask you is how much of this stuff is still here because technically by law right if he's on the leaf or he still has stuff here well if it's on the lease it's still a civil issue because we're not going to verify like hey how long he's been here show me all this stuff but if he still has stuff in here and y'all were in the process of moving out technically speaking if you take the lease out he still has access to the apartment okay unless you legally victim or the the apartments evict the whole everybody in the apartments but that's that's not our part that's uh that's their part our part is hey this is a family matter he said he could leave that's fine but if he still has access to I mean if he still has things inside here you told me he used to live it was his place of residence he could still come inside so so when that happens when you say you're scared for your life if you say he's coming in through here if he was here to cause harm to you and that's what you're telling me you're just upon the reason why you did that that's a different thing right now we've had ourselves you know right but there was no hits today it was it was all verbal okay okay and so when you did that what happened he went out the window okay all right you gonna try to eat with you yeah please for now if we're shoot inside in the direction of like the bathroom and all that away from him because apparently they have they're going through it she's been out for two weeks now they're just going back on because she was talking some mutual friend that he doesn't want she he doesn't want her talking to so she did close the door and she tried to get in he still had stuff inside that was his place of residence even though he's on the lease but he went through the window and when that happened she's not get the [ __ ] out and shot it and he just came back back out and stayed out here yeah okay all right control all right thank you has this ever happened before yeah how long ago was it that we got involved with anything like anything with your family anything has it been recently anything that we've ever been out here for Family Violence first time yeah okay all right so these issues we usually are able to walk away okay for whatever reason the last few arguments we have 2018 turkey zero to 100 and 0.22 2.6 seconds and for real like it did it was not supposed to get to this point I asked him to leave we could have reconvened tomorrow on some other [ __ ] and usually that does happen but today it just happened to just go okay right now right now what would you want what would you want to happen today I need him so go we can recommend on a different date and time okay and whatever the [ __ ] else but right now it's not gonna happen and him showing up without somebody else here so so like I told you earlier yeah so like I told you earlier so technically because even though y'all had y'all's you know y'all's own verbiage as far as him leaving and he's been gone for two weeks or two months okay it's still he's taking me the place of residence if we still have things in here and y'all were a thing back in the two months ago so that's why I want you to understand unless you legally a victim right because if he says he gets he pays light he gives himself from whatever bills he pays if they come to him they all in my name okay well let me go talk to him first and see what he says and then we'll go from there but if it goes the way that it's usually gonna go he can come inside the house and get whatever he needs at any time now if you want us here while we're here now she's all you want to do is just tell him to go then I would just advise you I can't make you but just advise him since we're here to tell him to get what he wants like he can't he can't get like a couch he can't get the TV because that's what he wants well yeah something like that then I'll tell him I will I'll tell him if you want clothes like your Necessities uh you know toiletries and [ __ ] like that you can get but the TV yeah now you would have to go to court if you want to go to the legal system and again like I said we went half on everything [Music] all right so I haven't success because it depends on what he says also even though he did come through the window he technically can if it's his established residents even though he got a lease somewhere else correct because you've allowed him to be in here now mind you yes he's not on the lease here and you can legally say that but it has nothing to do with Texas law when it comes to family correction that's everything with them like the apartment complex all right give me one second okay okay you gotta say okay so what's up man what's what happened I'm not your argument um sir I know I'm big women I've never done that okay aggressively well she didn't she didn't claim any of that either okay not me so I'ma um she said grab your seat don't come back okay I started doing started wrapping my TVs and stuff y'all made a mad or whatever and then she ended up coming to my truck and taking some of my truck and going in the house on Playstation okay so I went through my kid's window and that's when she fired your shot like I wasn't even in the same room where she's in the living room I'm gonna come through the kitchen she probably just have to fight I go in the house you probably decide in the hospital like kids bro she's like yeah and started pointing at me like I'm gonna need two minutes and I'm like with my own gun bro and she's like yeah and she's like I feel threatened and then she's on the phone with the dispatcher trying to make it seem like I was trying to do something to her he sick for 300 pounds I'm scared for my life so when that happened he just walked out I mean he just cried out the window yeah I walked out like whatever you've been here since I got here yes sir I'm gonna continue [Music] things are going on it's just best if you go about your business go about your ways she said she would mind she wouldn't mind talking to you tomorrow y'all can reconvene tomorrow and do whatever it is now whether that's through or not never had this happen to me in my life right not even an argument or a fight that's what she did say she's like for whatever reason so here's the deal she didn't you say she never found your direction she said she just pointed at you but at the same time she did feel a threatened so that's her word against your word right no one's hurt no one's anything like that it's not stolen gun or anything like that this is your place of residence so unless you say otherwise that's why I asked you what do you want to do how you feel if you just say hey you know I don't feel say whatever nothing you can say that I'm not trying to say anything about what you're saying is wrong it's just I have to run everything down through the D.A all right so the D.A decides to say hey if you say hey I'm good I'm just going to college I'm gonna tell her hey she gets hard but I tell her her side and there's one of these things where hey she did she farted because she was a fear for her life based off what y'all are going through but sure he wasn't even the same room when she tried to decide like literally I'm in the bedroom living room but if you think about it just I'm just telling you to think about it right above us but if you let's say that she's by herself or somebody else and someone you don't yes you know what's going in but if she's a feel for her correct correct so we go based on we go based off what she says and you're saying because I wasn't here I'm just going to mess up what y'all saying so I'm related to the D.A and then we go from there yeah all right yeah all right all right give me one second yeah so she shot up so I I was gonna see if it went up because I don't the neighbors is right there so I don't know if it went up so it probably went to the AC shoot so she did fire in them yeah come on because see I was thinking about maybe daily counters or something like that so that's right so that's almost um we'll clean it too if whatever okay so we just we were down on the other side no I appreciate you I'm coming yeah because we didn't know let me see I'm gonna show somebody a shot so tell me one more time so you can't fire a weapon to scare somebody yeah so that's why because God forbid that they sit there and went up somewhere or something like that it hit somebody even though you tell me what's going on you'll be going to jump for murder if you kill somebody based off this scenario see what I'm saying so understand it so I still got to run everything through the D.A all right and the da I called him and tell them what happened tell them exactly that's why it's important to tell me how you were standing where you were standing and so you're saying you were just shooting just to scare him it's one of those things if you're on 9-1-1 then if you know he's inside it I mean your kids were here then you lock yourself in a room [Music] I understand that but at the same time this is his place of residence so he technically can now if you're telling me he pulled my hair he beat the [ __ ] out of me hit me I get it I get it I'm not telling you to do that but I'm saying when you're on the phone and you do that and you have all this time to do exactly what you did then you really can't be in fear for your life if you know he's coming in unless he's charging at you does that make sense because it and I tell everybody especially what's going on right now if we would have done something like that imagine how you feeling we have to justify why we're pulling it so same scenario that we're in it's for a citizen that has a weapon so like I said this uh have you talked to people upstairs already yeah definitely but there's no hole or nothing like that okay okay because I think it went that was in the house he literally scared the [ __ ] out of me he was already arguing he said he was gonna kick down the door when he hit the corner right there you just [ __ ] out yeah you hear me I literally I was I accidentally on several locations so he was in the text message I called two three times for all y'all to get here I was not trying to go for that like I asked him to leave bro just leave we can figure this [ __ ] out later quit [ __ ] with me leave me alone bro he kept coming and when he came through that window like I said it scared the [ __ ] out of me I ain't know what the [ __ ] okay well like I said everything's gonna be related okay I'm not here to try and put you in jail nothing like that but understand Texas law is real hectic when it comes to with a farm yeah we we're all about having them but it's how you take care of it and what you do with them when you fire them so this is considered a deadly conduct just find a weapon in the person even if you don't know who's back there just finding a place where there's neighbors like this it's a deadly corner so it's it's not it's in the rest of offense so like I said I'm gonna run everything down just stay for a minute and then uh I'll get back to you okay yeah you know it didn't even hit this bottomless AC thing and then just so yeah it's in the wall okay I have one all right give me more seconds you know off you don't know but there was people in the living like they were inside you weren't here huh so here's the deal the thing is is that based off everything that happened it's still wrong for someone just to fire a gun just because that's what I'm trying to explain to her so that's why nobody take those keys you know okay I'm praying that things I don't know how Texas will all works yeah I mean so it's considered it's considered identity conduct so even though you can't should have gonna scare somebody in Texas my concealed here now you have to take the class so yeah that's why we that's why we asked I mean even though it was a situation going on it's if you're going to shoot you shoot to stop the threat basically not to scare somebody so that that's that's the issue but you still can't shoot somewhere not at you kind of shoot at the person if you feel three if it's that much that you're gonna shoot a gun then you're gonna try to stop them not hey I'm gonna shoot this so you can run claims their kids I don't have time I can't look at a birth certificate if that doesn't happen and he came here and kids I can't have a shot of match between possible baby daddy and mother right even though you're a whole mother then the kids go with me and they don't go with me they go to CPS so unless he says hey that's fine she can go with them not to start no argument that I'm okay with that but that's how that works absolutely so yes yes you can but I got to be with you now but I'm not gonna be inside with you you just I got to make sure that you don't hurt yourself do stuff I get it yup I'm gonna be gone right now so Can You Feel the AC 34 year old Latonia Sanders was arrested on one count of felony aggravated assault of a family member her bond was set at ten thousand dollars if
