They made contact with the caller, later identified as 20-year-old Gabriella, and she told the officers that was arguing with her boyfriend, Yiani. After the argument, Yiani had locked her out of the shop, and Gabriella had called the police as a scare tactic. >> Oh my god. >> Stop. [screaming] >> Be logical. >> Be logical. >> Stop. Stop. Why? Why you got to be like this? >> Why? Just listen. What? >> No. Now you're under arrest. The officers advised Gabriella to avoid contact with Yiani for the rest of the night and to talk in the morning after they both calmed down. Gabriella left without incident and the officers cleared the scene. >> What are you fighting for? Don't be >> fighting. Send me some. >> Oh my god. >> I don't want this for you, but you got to act dumb for what? >> Stop. >> Stop. Put your hand behind your back. >> You call the police on me. Shortly afterwards at 8:56 p.m., the officers were dispatched to the scene again since Gabriella had returned to the scene. As officer Silva arrived on scene, he noticed that she was holding a metal pipe and trying to break the glass on the door in order to gain access to the shop. She was instructed to drop the pipe, but she did not comply. As a result, she had to be physically restrained. As he was placing Gabriella under arrest, she resisted arrest and multiple officers were called to the scene in order to assist. >> Why? >> No. Stop. >> Don't ask why pushing me. >> Stoping it. [screaming] Stop me. >> Stop pushing. Stop pushing me. Relax. Back up. >> Stop pushing. Turn around. Turn around. >> Relax, bro. You don't even make a scene. >> [ __ ] you. >> How? Right on. >> This is your fault. >> It's not my fault. >> It is. >> You left and everything was peaceful, but you decided to continue. >> Stop moving. Stop. >> I told you to drop in. You didn't drop in. >> This looks like he's pulling at me. >> No, cuz you actually swing at him. That's why. So, stop. >> Stop moving. >> Stop making me move. I [ __ ] stop moving. Please, I don't want to be a [ __ ] but [ __ ] Jesus Christ, bro. >> [ __ ] you. >> Stop in the [ __ ] car. >> Yeah, you go in the car. [ __ ] off. 18year-old. >> Gabriella was eventually restrained and placed in the patrol car. Yoani told the officers that he did not want to press charges and that their argument never became physical. She was transported to the Villa Park Police Department for further processing. As she was being processed, he detected the odor of alcohol on her person. >> They left and she keeps coming in trying to [ __ ] threaten the brick with the door and I'm trying to be, >> you know, I get it. We're in an argument. Is that yours or hers? >> That's hers. >> All right, just leave it. Leave it for now. >> Okay. Cuz it's on my phone. I'm not pushing on my head. I'm not going to be I'm not you know >> between >> Where's the car? >> It was right there. >> Sorry guys. I can unnecess. >> Huh? >> Battery involved in this or no? >> No. She when I got here, I started yelling through the door. She had that middle stick, whatever it is. She was banging on the door. He came out. He's about to come out. He started she started swinging again against the door. >> Yeah. And so that's when I grabbed grabbed on to her. I put her in cuffs and when she started like fleing around. Yeah. Yeah. And all that stuff. So we're in there for a second and yeah, eventually we're just fighting. >> He tried to help. >> Did she hold the bar to him when she was inside? >> No. So she was outside when I got here and she had that in her hand. She was banging on the door when he came out and opening the door. As he was opening the door, she was hitting the door again. So almost at him, but it was all all at the door though. [sighs] [snorts] >> All I saw when I came in. I just grabbed pulled her out. So that's what happened before. >> Yeah. So that's what I saw when I came in. >> What's uh what charges we got so far? >> So criminal damage. Is there any damage to that door? >> The reason why I asked if she threatened him at all with the bar is because it's a mess of battery, right? If he's a threat, >> right? I'm going to talk to him cuz I haven't talked to him yet. So, and see what happens. >> Yes. >> Say nothing yet physical. >> Okay. >> You guys want a fresh fight with me too? So, >> let me go talk to him. >> Huh? >> Get out the door. >> I did, but she was like pulling. Sorry. All right, man. >> So, what happened right before I got here? >> Same [ __ ] as always. But then when I get >> So, walk me through the beginning before she >> before she after you guys left. >> You know, she kept pulling up and she's like, "I'm going to come in and break the window. I'm going to do this. I'm going with this pipe." >> That pipe. She called you before she got here. >> Yeah. Multiple times. I'm like, "Dude, listen. Just go home. Don't make it worse than it has to be." You know? and then whatever. >> Don't make it worse than it has to be. I don't want to [ __ ] have her get in trouble or anything, you know. >> Okay. >> But, you know, you keep bothering me and I'm trying to be cordial. Just go home. You know, I'll see you later. I'm going to come to her house anyways after, but you're going to be coming over here yelling, trying to [ __ ] bang on the door, threaten to break a window. I'm like, "Bro, you called the police on me for no reason." >> She said that to you over the phone before she got here >> on text. I have text. >> Text? Okay. >> Yeah. But you know, she called the police. She called you guys on me earlier, you know, for no reason. You guys showed up for for what? I What? She called you for? >> So So I call it was from you probably. >> Yeah. Well, no, the first call when you >> first Yeah, but we'll talk about right now. >> Yeah. Okay. But she called me. She called you guys for no reason. And then I called you guys. I'm like, "Listen, I just want her off the property." You know, >> I don't want to deal with problems right now. I'm over here. I worked a full day. So before before I got here, was she ever at all inside the the building? >> No, no, no, no. I opened the door myself after she tried to threaten to do something. >> Was that the point when I was already here? >> Yeah. Yeah, pretty much. And I told her, I was like, "Dude, the cops are coming. Go home. Like, [ __ ] off. You know, don't get in trouble. You come in. You know, I'm She's over here trying to resist arrest." >> Did she Do you think that she was going to try to swing at you when you open the door? Cuz I saw her hit the door. >> What gets her less trouble? No, I don't care if she's going to swing at me. But I'm asking you though these things. >> No, I don't think she's going to swing anything. >> Okay. All right. Did you want to pursue charges against us cuz >> No, I I I want her to go home. Just go home. That's all I want. I don't want to pursue charges. I want her to go home. Sorry for wasting you guys' time, but her home >> cuz I don't want her coming back again and doing this all over again. >> Her home, if anything, if someone could patrol here for 30 minutes until she leaves the purposes. >> So, that's thing though. We could be here all night and she might come back in the morning or, you know, a couple hours. >> I'm not planning to stay here all night. You know, I'm probably in her bed pretty soon, >> but just tell her, listen, get the [ __ ] home now. >> Yeah. >> Before you go to jail. Like, this is serious. Okay. And let her go home and let her do her own thing. And that's it. Let's get her the [ __ ] out of here. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> I don't want to pursue any charges, you know? I'm sorry for having you guys out again, you know, but I don't want to [snorts] press any charges on here. Okay. >> All right. Just give me one second, right? >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, with this Oh, so he doesn't charges then. >> You do you think she's him with that ball? I don't want anything. She overreacted. She's, you know, >> she refused to leave. >> Yeah. >> But, you know, if >> you told her that already. >> Minimal. I don't want her to go to jail. I don't want anything happen. >> Okay. Just send on her way. Tell her get the [ __ ] out of here. >> Okay. >> Or else she's going to jail. >> That's obviously changed based on her reaction. >> Exactly. Well, cuz like I told her I was like, "What are you being stupid? The officer asking you now you're fighting the officer.
