on April 23 2022 an officer observed a
vehicle driving against traffic on a
one-way Street and initiated a traffic
stop in La Crosse Wisconsin
traffic
he made contact with the driver who was
identified as Janine Thomas and noticed
a half empty bottle of whiskey on the
passenger seat
it appeared she had glassy eyes and a
strong odor of intoxicants coming from
her person
while the officer continued to speak
with Janine an uninvolved female
approached her driver's side window and
asked what was going on
hey officers PD you know I pulled you
over
because you're driving a get one against
one-way traffic here

accounts of resisting obstructing an
officer disorderly conduct an attempted
battery to an officer
I don't know her name yet she involved
she involved herself in a stop and she
started resisting us right away
um she kicked an officer
so I don't know I don't know her anymore
she hasn't told him so she kicked an
officer she said she was going to spit
on us and stuff so just be careful she's
on the other side
