On September 3rd, 2025, officers were dispatched to Walgreens for suspicion of a man trying to fill a fraudulent prescription for codeine promethazine syrup, commonly known as lean, as well as benzonatate tablets. >> They said they're having an issue with the prescription, so they're they're worried about it. Um, just a second here. 11-5-6, I'm talking to the subject by the pharmacy now. Uh, do you have your ID on you, man? >> Uh, I don't have my ID on me right now, man. >> Okay. Cuz they're they're having an issue, they said this they're having an issue with this doctor that this doctor doesn't like the numbers aren't working out and they're not able to match anything, so they're not going to be able to fill that.
