the suspect Harrison was arrested for driving Under the Influence or DUI following the arrest the suspect refused to provide a breath alcohol sample he was later charged with reckless driving and standing where a traffic device prohibits after nearly 18 months of litigation Harrison pleaded guilty to reckless driving the traffic violation was dismissed and the prosecutors moved the DUI case Noah prosequi this means that the prosecutors will no longer be pursuing the charge and the case is considered closed ultimately Harrison was ordered to pay 1658 and 50 cents with the largest cost from buying out his court ordered 75 hours of community service at ten dollars an hour this amount was Paid in Full the defendant was further sentenced to zero days in jail and 12 months of probation with the ability to terminate after six months if all conditions of his probation were met on July 20th 2021 the defendant was placed on probation and on display 21st 2021 after five months his probation was terminated
