is that Grandma no it might be she probably worried we'll get to that point all right following the arrest the suspect was taken to the Carl Foundation hospital for a medical evaluation and to obtain a chemical sample of her blood or urine after being read the Illinois warning to motorist form which the suspect refused to sign she further refused evidentiary testing and began antagonizing the being medically cleared the suspect was placed in the back of the arresting officer squad car for transport before disembarking towards the Champagne County satellite jail the suspect slipped her following in the arrest the suspect Abigail was charged with improper traffic lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol or DUI on November 18th 2020 10 months and 13 days after the arrest the defendant was found guilty of DUI and ordered to pay $2,852 n0 as of December 16th 2023 the defendant has paid only $280 Abigail was further sentenced to 30 days in jail with one day jail credit 18 months on probation ordered to participate in substance abuse treatment and attend a Victim Impact Panel all right Abigail going to make this don't fight them make it easy come on step out let's go
