welcome back to the DUI Channel we are in Maumee Ohio where on April 17 2022 at 2 29 a.m mommy police were dispatched to the 300 block of West Dudley Street in reference to a property damage accident the patrol officers were advised that a vehicle had struck three parked cars on the side of the road upon arrival the patrol officers activated their emergency lights exited their vehicle and approached the scene as their investigation begins 142 is clear almost seen hey guys what's going on how you doing who's driving me you were driving okay um do you have a license registration all right go ahead and grab everything go ahead so whose Vehicles whose [Music] this one's yours ma'am could you get your license registration and proof of insurance for me as well please were you a passenger in the vehicle sir was I yeah were you I was okay so you're in a passenger seat are you you injured at all because the airbag went off no I'm fine okay ma'am are you injured at all are you while processing the suspect on scene the arresting patrol officer was presented a second license Bound by the backup patrol officer in the suspect's purse I wasn't trying to be like is your name windows but yeah look at this look at the uh there you go cool to have a panic attack and I'm starting to feel like I can't breathe we're going two blocks can we like do something right now other than sit here going two blocks relax following the arrest the suspect Chloe was transported to the mommy Police Department for further OVI processing whereupon she provided a breath alcohol sample which yielded a result of 0.228 grams per 210 liter prior to leaving the station the suspect was caught allegedly placing the fake ID card in her purse although the backup patrol officer repossessed the ID card later inspection revealed that the ID retrieved from the suspect's purse at the station bore a different name than the fake ID seized on scene due to this Chloe was additionally charged with tampering with evidence in court the defendant was further charged with operating failure to control weaving and two counts of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs or OVI 29 days after the arrest on May 18 2022 the defendant pled no contest and was found guilty of OVI and of a reduced charge of disorderly conduct in total she was ordered to pay 1210 this amount has been paid in full she was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 177 days suspended for the OVI conviction and 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended for disorderly conduct Chloe was further sentenced to two years inactive probation a licensed suspension of 11 months and required to use an ignition interlock device for 60 days additionally she was ordered to participate in a driver Intervention Program for three days jail credit and submit to a drug and alcohol evaluation
