On September 8th, 2025, officers responded to a call of a road rage incident. Morning. [ __ ] dude. You okay? Hell no. Well, I mean, are you injured first and foremost? >> No. Oh my god, did you see Look, he was waving a gun. He tried to shoot Okay. >> Check this out. Oh, sorry. So, I'm coming back from Atlanta. We just moved, so I'm going to Jacksonville, right? Make a long story short. This guy um he he sideswipes me, and I was like, "Oh my god, he's road raging. Leave him alone, right?" Cuz he could be a psycho, could have a gun. The cops pulled his freaking gun, obviously. Anyway. And he was flashing his lights at people, weaving, and then I thought, "Well, maybe he's drunk." Right? Some people drink in the morning if you're a full-blown alcoholic. Anyway. Let me calm down, dude. Where'd your Where'd your car get hit at? Which side? Right here. Check it out. Do you see? What the freak? Well, maybe he didn't leave much of a mark. He probably didn't leave much. Where'd it get hit at? I mean, like on the roadway, that is. Oh. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Is that No, is that oil? No, that was hit. Anyway, right here, because when he came around, he came around like this. Oh. Oh, no, that's still intact. Anyway. So, look, dude, check this out. So, I'm I'm I'm thinking, "Okay, he's drunk. He's He's a nut case, right?" And then he pulls out his gun. Swear to god, I'm not trying to do a gun signal at you, man. And um he went like this, and I was like I thought I was dead. I was like, "No, no, the dude's playing." Then he waves his gun out of his window and smiles, and I was like, "Oh my god." Almost started to cry, but I'm not a [ __ ] So, I was like, "All right, let me just go." And the dude tailed me all the way here with his gun waved. Where did this happen at? >> Oh, oh, this happened between um uh I'm geographically challenged. >> No problem. [laughter] This happened between um What is that exit before Windward? Um before Windward? I know, [laughter] we got to Google it. Which is Windward's pretty far away from here. >> right. Anyway, ew, I'm sweating. This is so bad. Anyway, so Hold on 1 second. I'm going to try to figure out Dude, man, I'm fried. So, we're off exit 13. Exit 12 will be McFarland. >> Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, there you are. >> Exit 10 Exit 11 is That's Windward. >> B- before So, you were coming north. >> Yeah, yeah, I was coming from Atlanta. So, exit 10 is Windward. So, were you back at exit 9? Old Milton Parkway? >> maybe. Anyway, it happened all the way from here to now. So, what he did was He What what he did was a- after that, he turned in here, and then he literally I I called 911, and I was like, "Help, I'm going to die." I said, "If I don't make it on this phone call, I'm going to Mhm. Who waves a gun at people? So, where where did the car get hit at? Was that back at the No, that was that was as soon as it started. Yeah. >> So, that was back on 400. >> Yeah. Uh-huh. And I was like, But >> but I don't see I don't see too much damage. >> you. I don't know, cuz he kept cuz cuz he was he was he was on my ass, so I tried to when I tried to pass him So, you guys were 400 going north. Which lane? Left, right, middle? >> Uh I was in the left lane, like the passing lane to go to uh get over and get get around him. But, every time I did, he would block me. And then he would get behind a car that beside a car that was going slow. And the dude wouldn't let me pass him. He wouldn't let I was just like, "What I What I should have done was get off an exit." But, see, that would have been stupid cuz he would have followed me and shot me there. So, um he turned it or so I came to the most public area that I know cuz I don't know any I know this area cuz I used to live in Dawsonville and we come here to shoot pool or there Castleberry or whatever that is. So, you guys are on 400 going north. Yeah. And then before you get to exit 10 you guys are having the issue. He sideswiped your vehicle. >> Yes. So, then at that point you get I guess back in front of him and he's following behind or you guys are side by side for a bit. >> Oh, no. No. No. We it Dude, it's just what you're thinking. It was like Frogger, man. I mean this dude like I would try to get over and then he would he would I mean at at at at one point okay, so you know how motorcycles are going between cars [ __ ] Well, he did that and and I was like and I was in between a car and there was a semi right here. We were in the same freaking lane, man. Either way, he wouldn't let me it wouldn't let me go. And I was like, "What did I do to piss this guy off? Was it Was it my [ __ ] Trump hat?" You know, I don't So, you guys were side by side all the way to here or No. No. I'm just saying at one point. Okay. Sorry, it's really confusing. I got you. I This is when you really wish you had a dash cam. You know what I mean? And by God, I'm buying one. Sideswiped you guys are side by side for a bit. >> And he's followed and he followed me literally all the way here. >> end up in front and he's following behind or No. No. No. No. It was It was It was mostly back and forth cuz see what happened was I guess after he hit me he realized that maybe he screwed up but he still kept going, man. He still kept driving. Either way, he was behind me literally the entire time. Sometimes I could pass him if I had the chance. Like I would try to pass on this side. Okay. Or I would pretend like just I would go ahead and go slow. Son of a [ __ ] and still get right behind me. Ew. So, after being side by side for a bit he ends up behind you, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. And then come all the way >> way here. Okay. All the way here. Okay. And the firearm brandishing, was that right after the collision or >> Oh, he did that the whole time, dude. He had one hand on the hand and One hand on the wheel? >> Damn, you'd think I'd be drunk. He had one hand on the wheel, one hand on the gun. Mhm. Okay. Sorry, I've never had a gun thrown at me like that before. You know, usually I would expect that in Atlanta, where we live, but not here. Mhm. I don't know if he's having a bad day or whatever, but I'm not the one. You know what I'm saying? Right. Okay. Do you have your ID with you? Yeah, yeah, yeah. What can I do? I'm just going to an appointment for work. Okay. And you And you got off at 13th Avenue? >> down to my appointment. And she followed me off. And then she got right on me. She kept getting right on my tail and right on my tail and backing off and yelling. I could see she was screaming and yelling. And I'm like, "What in the hell?" I was thinking if she'll back off then I'll just go ahead and go to my appointment. She wouldn't quit. I kept turning around, getting you know, like turning in parking lots and turning around trying to >> just kept following you. She kept following me. Okay. Uh do you have any dash cam or anything like that in that car? >> I don't. I wish I did. Did Did at any time your vehicles strike each other or >> No, she came very, very close to me. Okay. Um but you were behind her the whole time or she was behind you? >> She was Trying to think. I moved over to let her pass at one point. And she was swerving all over the road and almost hit me. But didn't hit me. Okay. At At any point did you >> point did I get aggressive at all. Did Did you guys argue at any point or anything like that? Zero. Okay. Uh Do you usually transport your gun where where it was? No, I had it in the glove compartment. I was scared. Okay. Uh cuz obviously that That's what we got to call about is is you brandishing a weapon. So, did Did you show it to her or display it to her? I held it up so she could see so she would back off. I wasn't trying to point it at her or anything else. I was just trying to show it like, "Hey, I'm armed. Just back off." And that was all it was. I was afraid. Okay. I wasn't trying to brandish a firearm. So, I I also I know what I'm doing there. I got you. That's fair. That's fair. I'm just asking. Um Yeah, I respect I didn't do anything to deserve this at all. Zero. And if I did, I'd say, "You know what? I did." But I definitely I didn't do anything. Okay, fair enough. And like I said, you're not in any trouble right now. What I'm doing is I'm just I'm going to go talk to her here in a second and and we'll probably swap they'll probably ask you some similar questions. I turned around and trying to make another turn third turn to get away from >> And you you're just talking random in the median not in a parking lot or >> No, no, no, no, no, no. It was a turn lane. Yeah, yeah, you like you just going to turn lane turn lane. Okay. Yeah, and that's when I was like okay something she's she's not letting up she's crazy. Something's wrong with her. Okay. And I like I said I was just trying to like okay, lady just know I'm armed just back off. I don't know what was going on. I could see her yelling in the car. Mhm. Um but I didn't know what she was doing. She scared me to death. Scared you bad. I got you. But Did Did you try to call 911 at all or anything? >> no, no, no, I was I didn't think that much of it. I I thought you know, well I did what I was actually on a business call funny enough. Got you. My one of my partners and he was like what's going on? And I said I don't know something weird is happening. This lady is And I didn't I was on the phone with him. Don't you say what is your Hey, you say your wallet's in the car? Yeah, um in my in the passenger seat. There's a couple of other things in there with it. It's You mind if I grab it real quick real quick? So, we got somebody looking at the cameras just to kind of confirm what y'all are talking about. Where is it? Do what? I'm sorry, which cameras are on? The cameras on this parkway. Yeah, just kind of confirm what you guys are saying. She said that you guys like touched each other at some point and explained exit 10 and 11. I don't know. I don't know where it was. She claimed it was it was over. Period. I didn't do a thing. I did not get aggressive with her. She got aggressive with me. Yeah, and it seems that way just based on demeanor between the two of y'all. But either way >> This is something I got to explain. What? Yeah, so what I'm what I'm my what I'm going to plan on doing I I Do you want to look at your car and see if there's any damage? If if >> didn't touch. And I didn't feel So, I I mean yeah, I don't see any damage on your car. She's claiming you guys touched, but she herself can't find where any damage is. So, I I But uh I'm going to tell her I'm sorry y'all got involved. Wait, you can see me. I The guy who does something wrong doesn't come running to the police. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So, I'm going to ask her if uh if she want like Normally in this situation No, she doesn't. There's no touch to her. I mean I It It's It's a he said she said between the two of you. So, it's like So, you know, I I don't see that, but I I do want to just kind of have you hang out for 1 more minute until we check the cameras just to uh just to make sure that if she does want a report done, I at least document it properly. I'll bring you your ID and the gun back when I'm when I'm ready. All right, so I'm having uh one of our people check the cameras out here on 141. Is that where you guys were doing the U-turns or whatever? Uh it wasn't U-turns. It was um Well, okay, so it was more or less on the interstate. You know what I'm talking about? >> No, there's no interstate around here. The interstate that you just got off of. You're talking about state route 400? >> Yeah, I'm geographically challenged. Anyway, here's what happened. Dude literally waved this gun at me from milk all the way here. Okay, so when I would leave, he would follow. I tried to get over, he'd still follow me, still wave this gun. And that's when I called 911. Dude freaking smacked right in and well, he Well, I said notes on the call said that he rear-ended you. Yeah. He sideswiped me right there, but I don't know if it was Because there's no damage to either one of your vehicles. >> No, there's no damage to mine. I don't think there's damage to his either. But the point is this. Well, what I'm saying, I say that because I don't think he sideswiped you. I think he may have been Maybe that y'all got close, maybe you didn't touch. >> Maybe. Either way, you know what I don't know if I'd go after him for like terroristic threats. No. There's not probable cause to support that. So, it didn't So, him waving a gun in my face is cool? Well, he's Well, what I'm saying is that he didn't But the whole situation and how it played out is he's That's why we're checking the cameras to see cuz he's claiming that you were following him at some points and that he was doing U-turns to try to get away from you and and whatever. So, Oh, yeah. Sure. He's a dude, I'm a female, he has a gun, I don't. Okay, so you were not We're not having an I I can not do an incident report. I can do an incident report for you. Um Oh, no. I don't know how this plays out, so I'm not happy about it at this point. I just know that I said that's what happened and that's what happened. Um Can I need my ID. Yeah, I'll get your ID for you. If you want to go, that's fine. That's why I'm asking you cuz I'm going to check the cameras. If you don't want to do that, then I'm leaving cuz I know how this shit's going to play out. It's always some dude's word over some chick, and the dude always [ __ ] wins. I'm tired of it. So, I'd just like to get my ID and go. Okay. I'll get it for you. All right, we're going to do a report just That's a report number. All right. We did check the cameras, and on the cameras, you're behind him, just like he was saying. So, Why? Cuz I'm trying to get his tag number. And then hey, look, and in the future, when some chick is hysterical, this dude's got a gun, I don't, and I'm talking to 911, don't scream at her.
